        A. Purpose of the study The main task of the Air Force lies in the defence of territorial air and the pilots play the most important role of it. Accordingly, whether in peace or in war, the Air Force always put all the energies into selecting and training excellent pilots for the expension of the Air Force war potental. But with all these great efforts for the competent pilots, it's only too true that not a few of them are washed out because of lack of aptitude of accidents. It is therefore, necessary that the Air Force, grasping clearly the factors of pilot aptitude, should select the best qualified pilot to prevent the great bulk of human and material loss due to the lack of aptitude, For this, it is urgently required to establish the standardization of pilot aptitude as soon as possible. so, this research, on the base of the materials of American Air Force which is the basis of the present pilot aptitude study, will examine the correlation between Korean pilot aptitude nnd other criterion varilable factors. In order to prevent in advance the air accidents and the loss of national treasry by not only selecting the best quualified one among those who enter the Air Force to become pilots, but also educating them to higher educational achievement rate, and so to secure many excellent pilots, this research presents the problems concertely as follows. 1) To what extent exists the correlation between the result of pilot selection examination and that of flying training? 2) To extent exists the correlation between the result of physical strength test in pilot selection examination and that of flying training? 3) To what extent exists the correation between the result of interest and that of flying training? 4) To what extent exists the correlation between the result of Korean pilot Aptitude Test and that of fling training? 5) What significant differences gives each of high middle, and low group classified by the result of Korean pilot Aptitude Test to washed-out rate in the course of flying training? B. Procedures The objects of this research are 83 cadets in A.F.A. of R.O.K., who were selected preliminarily observed in July, 1981 And the result of flying training is figured out by the flying training ist figured out by the flying training evaluating list. korean pilot Aptittude Test is calculated by the correlation between the result of flylning and 9 sub-tests as follows: 1) Interpretation of Machinery 2) Principles of Machinery 3) manufacturing of Aviation 4) Interpretation of Aviation photographs 5) Judgement of Flying Course 6) Judgement of Gage Aviation 7) Result of Selection Examination 8) Result of physical Strength Test 9) Result of Interest Test And in addition to this, inner validity of this is supplemented by the analysis of each item of above tests. C. Results and Discussion The following are the results of this Research yielded by analysizing the correlation between the achieving capacity of pilots and the sub-variable factors. 1) The correlation between the result of flying training and that of selection examination:r=0.031, so it seem to have almost no relation. 2) The correlation the result of flying training and that of physicals trength test:r=0.043, So it also seem to have little relation. 3) The correlation between the result of korean Pilot Aptitude Test and that of flying training:r=0.49, So it seems to have considerable relation and also desirable result. 4) The correlation between the result of flying and that of interest test (Scientific Interest:r=0.25, Sporting Interest:r=0.24(is not so high, but Biological Interest (r=-0.05) have a little relation, so it can't be overlooked when selecting would be pilots. 5) The validity rate of korean pilot Aptitude Test (w=0.73) is shown comparatively fine, but to be adopted more confirmatiorily for the selection of would-be pilots, the confidence rate of it should rise to over r=0.8, and the validity rate to over r=0.9. Therefore, in order to standardize and put to use this research required, a committee consisting of the men with piloting experience in charge of aptitude test and psychological expert should be organized, and it should collect and study and analysize the more confident material then it.

      • OLED 패널 위한 PLD 공정 개발

        Organic light emitting diode panel was fabricared using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method. Nd-YAG laser with Q-Switched and 355 nm pulse was used for the PLD processes. While TPD(N,N'-Di-[naphthaleny]-N,N'-dipheny]-benzidine) was used as a HTL(hole transport layer), Alq_(3)(8-Hydroxyquinoline, Aluminum Salt) was used as EML/ETL(emitting layer/electron transport layer). Organic pellet was fabricated and employed as a target for the PLD method. The absorbances of the organic films were investigated and the measured absorbance values of TPD and AIq_(3) films were 362㎚ and 399㎚, repectively. The turn-on voltage of the OLED panel was 7.5 V and its luminance was 90 ㏅/m^(2).

      • 나노급 미세패턴 제어기술의 개발

        We fabricated an alumina membrane with nano-sized pores by anodic oxidation using the aluminum substrates with 99.5% and 99.999% purity. The purity and surface roughness of aluminum substrate affects fabrication of alumina membrane with nano-sized pattern. The aluminum substrates with 99.5% purity was anodized after the processes of pressing, mechanical polishing, thermal oxidation, chemical polishing, and electrochemical polishing, but the aluminum substrates with 99.999% purity was anodized after the process of electrochemical polishing. We controlled the diameter of nano-sized pores, the cell size of pores, and the thickness of barrier layer by control of voltage and the thickness of alumina membrane with nano-sized pores by control of current. The nano-sized pores with the pore size of 50~200㎚, the cell size of 10~50㎚ and the thickness of 5~10㎛ were obtained. Even through the elecrochemical polishing was used for the aluminum substrate with 99.999% purity, the same characteristics as the aluminum substrate with 99.5% purity was obtained. The pores of alumina membrance with the stucture of two-channel and the rough surface prepared by fixed voltage method was changed to the structure of one-channel and the flat surface after pore widening precess.

      • 외부로부터 주지된 운동수행 지속시간의 인지에 따른 주.객관적 운동강도지각

        This study was undertaken in order to examine the effects on the Subjective and Objective Perceived Exertion according to the condition of differently informed performance time by the tester. Nine soccer player in college were served as subjects for the adjusted twenty minutes running to the 85% of th individual maximal aerobic power on the treadmill three times every three days with three conditions. Those are conditions in that performance time was informed progressively fast (C₁), normally(C₂), and slowly(C₃) every three minutes by twenty seconds. According to three conditions, the subjective, perceived exertion by Borg's rating scale(RPE) and objective perceived exertion by the heart rate(HR) were measured every minute and then compared mutually and analysed statistically. The results are following: 1. The Rating of Perceived Exertion(RPE) under the condition of fast informed performance time was lower than that under the conditions of normally and slowed informed performance time. 2. In the Objective Perceived Exertion-heart rate(HR), there was no significant difference in the three conditions. 3. There was no significant difference in the three conditions in the effect of each condition on the subjective and objective perceived exertion by the passed time during the treadmill exercise.

      • Ti-6Al-4V재의 UNSM처리에 의한 피로특성변화

        In this study, three original contributions have been accomplished regarding nanoskinned Ti-6Al-4V materials. The nanoskins were fabricated on Ti-6Al-4V material by various surface treatments viz. deep rolling (DR), laser shot peening (LSP), and ultrasonic nanocystal surface modification (UNSM). These surface treatments a newly developed technique and becoming more popular at industrial fields. Fatigue tests were carried out using MTS under the axial loading tension-compression fatigue test (R=-1, RT, 5 Hz, sinusoidal wave) and rotating bending fatigue test(R=-1, RT, 3200 rpm). The analysis of crack initiation pattern in nanoskinned Ti-6Al-4V materials was determined as interior originating crack pattern and surface originating crack type. The result of S-N curve clearly shows that the performance of the titanium specimen of 5 mm is similar with that of 6 mm when UNSM treatment applied. Below the fatigue life of 10<SUP>5</SUP> cycles, the UNSM treatment does not show any significant superiority on stresses and fatigue life cycle. However, over the fatigue life of 10<SUP>5</SUP> cycles, the effect of UNSM was superior that each fatigue life and bending stress became longer and higher than that of the untreated one.

        An Empirical Study on the Effect of Supply Chain Management Factors on Supply Chain Control Risks and Financial Performance - Focused on Import and Export Manufacturing Enterprises -

        글로벌 공급체인 위험관리는 물류산업의 발전 및 해외로 수출하는 제조업 분야의 증감과 함께 글로벌 공급체인에 관한 연구가 새로운 비즈니스 분야로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 수출입 제조기업의 공급체인 위험 관리를 위한 결정요인을 도출하고 기업의 공급체인 향상을 위한 위험 통제 전략을 연구하고자 하였다. 수출입 제조기업을 대상으로 수집된 150부의 설문지를 통한 실증 분석을 통하여 다음과같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 파트너십 요인은 공급체인 위험 통제와 재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로세스 혁신 요인은 수요위험 통제수준과 재무적 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수요위험 통제수준은 기업의 재무적 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 제조기업의 공급체인 위험관리를 활성화하기 위해서는 파트너십과 프로세스 혁신, 그리고 수요 위험 통제 전략을 통하여 공급체인 위험 관리에 대한 체계적이고 단계적 구축이 요구된다는 시사점을 도출하였다. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate impact of supply chain risk management building factors on supply chain risk control and derive determinants of supply chain risk management performance. Research design, data, methodology : This paper conducted an empirical analysis on 150 import and export manufacturers in Korea. Through the structural equation, we analyzed the relationship between supply chain risk management building factors, supply chain risk control risk, and financial performance. Results : According to this research, we found as follows. First, Partnership have a positive impact on supply chain risk control and corporate risk management performance. Second, Process innovation factor was found to have a positive effect on the level of demand risk management and the financial performance of the company. Third, Demand risk management factor has a positive effect on the financial performance. Conclusions : Companies that have made continuos efforts to establish partnership, such as establishing partnership and process innovation, have been able to reliability control the major risks in supply chain, such as supply and demand risks.
