The design composition elements and the mechanical behavior of trusses have been investigated for Pratt trusses. As a result, it was determined that the design composition elements of the trusses consist of the composition of webs, the distance between joints, the chords profile, the depth of the truss, and the double chord composition. In addition, by analyzing models with a variation of elements, comprehensive features of structural behavior have been presented for variations of design of Pratt trusses. This is to provide more effective and useful design information on truss structure in the architectural and structural planning stage.

사이버전의 역량평가 개선과 역량 강화 방안에 관한 연구

Recently, as the development of cyber weapons, the threat of cyber warfare has been increasing. Nations, which experienced cyber warfare already, have been damaged not only in the cyber space as well as in real war field. Therefore, each nation is constantly making efforts to prepare for cyber warfare. First of all, to prepare for cyber warfare, each nation's capability of cyber warfare should be understood. A plan of reaction of cyber warfare should be searched by comparison and analysis of capability of cyber warfare. This paper compares and analyzes established methodology of capability assessment about cyber warfare, and this paper finds a better point to suggest the improvement of capability assessment about cyber warfare. This paper applies capability assessment of cyber warfare to nations, which can influence on Korea with improved capability assessment of cyber warfare. Comparing and analyzing the result of assessment, this paper deducts complementary point of Korean cyber warfare to suggest the plan to enhancing capability of cyber warfare. 최근 사이버 무기의 발전으로 사이버전의 위협이 점점 더 증가되고 있다. 이미 사이버전을 경험한 국가들은 피해가 사이버상에서만 국한 되는 것이 아니라 물리적인 피해까지 영향을 받게 되어 피해가 상당하다. 이렇기 때문에 각국은 사이버전에 대비하기 위해 끊임없이 노력을 하고 있다. 먼저, 사이버전을 대비하기 위해서는 각국의 사이버전 역량이 파악되어야 하며, 비교 / 분석을 통해 사이버전 대응방안을 모색해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 사이버전의 역량평가 방법에 대해서 비교 / 분석해보고, 향상점을 도출하여 사이버전 역량 평가 개선안을 연구하였다. 개선된 사이버전 역량 평가를 통해서 한국에 영향을 줄 수 있는 국가들을 대상으로 사이버전 역량 평가를 실시하였으며, 평가 결과를 비교 / 분석함으로 한국의 사이버전 역량의 보완점을 도출하여 사이버전 역량 강화 방안을 제시하였다.

적외선카메라를 이용한 다트던지기 운동에서의 제한된 손목관절 움직임 분석

Wrist joints consist of irregularly shaped carpal bones and other complicated structures. Thus, evaluating the motion of a wrist joint is a challenging task. In this study, we used an infrared camera to perform a kinematic analysis of a dart-throwing motion. We measured the difference between the movement of a normal wrist and constrained wrist (wrist with a wrist glove) in the dart-throwing motion with thirty six healthy participants. We measured the ulna flexion - radial extension motion using the attached passive marker and analyzed it using Polygon software and SPSS. The pitch and yaw motions with a glove was bigger than the ones without a glove by 20 and 15 degrees, respectively. On the other hand, the roll motion without a glove was bigger than the one with a glove by 7 degree. Wilcoxon signed rank test (p<0.05) confirmed that there are significant differences between the motion with and without a glove. It was found that the magnitude of the pitch and yaw motion with a constrained wrist joint toward radial extension in dart-throwing motion is smaller than the one with a normal wrist joint. However, a normal wrist joint showed a bigger movement in the roll direction.

LOD 기반의 화산재 확산 모델 가시화

화산재해대응을 위하여 화산분화 시 화산재 확산의 다양한 조건을 분석 모델에 의해 분석하고 이를 기반으로 도출된 결과물을 가시화함으로서 화산재 확산 시 피해규모 및 범위를 사전에 예측하는 것이 중요하다. 시간대 별 격자 형태의 대용량 분석 결과물을 실시간 3차원으로 가시화하기 위해 LOD(Level Of Detail) 알고리즘을 핵심 요소로 적용한다. 최근 3차원 시각화 기술은 재해 시뮬레이션은 물론, GIS 응용 분야, 가상현실 등을 실현하기 위한 중요한 기술로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 대용량 데이터를 실시간으로 처리하여 시각화를 구현하기 위해 컴퓨터 메모리 한계성의 극복은 아직 과제로 남아 있다. 본 연구에서는 대규모의 화산재 확산 분석 모델 데이터를 가시화하기 위해 파일 기반의 효율적은 실시간 LOD 알고리즘 개발을 수행한다. 실시간 LOD 알고리즘은 대규모 분석데이터 표현에 필요한 기하학적 연산처리를 가능하게 한다. 시간대별 격자형태의 화산재 확산 분석 모델 결과 데이터(NetCDF)의 가시화를 위해 3차원 격자데이터를 공간 분할하여 피라미드 형태의 계층적인 구조로 재구성 하는 방법을 선택한다. 또한 정규화 된 3차원 격자(Cube)는 사용자 시야를 중심으로 원활하고 사실감 있는 표현이 될 수 있도록 비 메모리 방식의 계층 구조로 블록화하여 파일 형태로 저장한다. 대용량 분석데이터는 다수의 상세도를 가지는 데이터로 변형하고 이를 상호 연결함으로서 수많은 격자를 데이터 손실 없이 표현하고 3차원 프레임 속도를 극대화 시키는 방안을 제시한다.

Bacillus amyloliquefaciens MJ-1 유래의 chitosanase 유전자의 클로닝 및 특성

본 연구는 다양한 생리활성을 가지고 있는 chitosan oligosaccharides를 효소적 방법으로 생산하기 위한 기초 연구로서, 전통발효식품인 메주에서 chitosan 분해능이 우수한 균주를 분리하였다. 분리한 균주를 형태학적, 생화학적 및 분자생물학적 방법을 이용하여 동정한 결과, Bacillus amyloliquefaciene MJ-1으로 명명하였다. B. amyloliquefaciene MJ-1으로 부터 chitosanase 유전자를 포함하는 1,049 bp DNA 단편을 클로닝하였으며, chitosanase 유전자는 825 염기로서 274 개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있었고, 예상 분자랸은 30.9 kDa이었다. 클로링한 chitosanase의 homology search 결과, glucoside hydrolase family 46에 속하는 chitosanase로 추정되었다. B. amyloliquefaciene MJ-1 chitosanase 유전자를 E. coli BLR (DE3)에 도입하였으며, 1 mM의 IPTG로 chitosanase 과잉 발현을 유도하고 정제한 후, pH및 온도에 대한 특성을 조사하였다. 효소 활성의 최적 온도는 $60^{\circ}C$이었으며, $80^{\circ}C$에서도 75%의 활성을 나타내었으므로 내열성을 가진 효소로 추정되었다. 한편, 최적 pH는 5.0 이었으며, pH $5{\sim}7$사이에서 80% 이상의 높은 활성을 유지하였다. In order to develop chitosanase for the production of chitosan oligosaccharides, a chitosanase-producing bacterium was isolated from the traditional fermented soybean, Meju, and identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciene MJ-1. The cloned chitosanase gene, 825 bp in size, encoded a single peptide of 274 amino acids with a estimated molecular mass of 30.9 kDa. The deduced amino acid sequence showed significant homology with microbial chitosanases. The recombinant chitosanase was expressed in Escherichia coli upon induction with isopropyl-D-thiogalactopyranoside, and purified using $Ni^{2+}-NTA$ agarose column chromatography. The maximal activity of the recombinant chitosanase is at pH 5.0 and $60^{\circ}C$. The recombinant chitosanase is stable between pH 5.0 and pH 7.0 at $37^{\circ}C$ for 30 min, and more than 75% of the activity still remain at $80^{\circ}C$ for 30 min incubation.

The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the motion of the scaphoid, capitate, and lunate during dart-throwing motion by three-dimensional modeling. Five series of CT images of five normal right wrists were acquired from five motion steps from radial extension to ulnar flexion in the dart-throwing motion plane. Segmentation and three-dimensional modeling of bones from CT images was performed using Analyze. Distances among centroids of the scaphoid, capitate and lunate and angles between principal axes of three carpal bones were calculated to analyze the motion by using MATLAB. As the wrist motion changed from radial extension to ulnar flexion, the distance between two adjacent bones decreased. The scaphoid and lunate rotated less than the capitates during dart-throwing motion. This study reports the Three-dimensional in vivo measurement of carpal motion using CT images.

「금강중용도가」에 표출된 정서 양상과 창작 동인

조선 순조대에 김이익이 지은 ｢금강중용도가｣는 유배라는 지난한 상황 속에서 느낀 감정이 곡진하게 표현된 작품이다. 이 논문은 ｢금강중용도가｣에 드러난 주요 정서를 ‘서러움’과 ‘체념’, ‘감은’으로 포착하고, 그와 같은 정서가 표출된 이유와 작품 창작에 미친 영향을 검토한 것이다. ｢금강중용도가｣에 드러난 ‘서러움’의 정서는 원통하고 슬퍼하는 심정으로, 이는 자책과 좌절의 원인이 되어 ‘체념’하게 하여 작품을 부정적이고 비극적인 분위기에 함몰시킨다. 그러나 선군인 정조가 베풀어준 사랑에 대한 ‘감은’하는 마음은 이러한 정서들을 극복하고 극적인 반전을 이끈다. 즉, 정조의 죽음과 ‘기군’이라는 죄명으로 유배자가 된 상황에 대한 원통함은 유배로 인한 선군과의 물리적ㆍ심리적인 이별과 그리움으로 슬픔에 젖게 하고, 슬픔은 왕의 은혜를 배반했다는 자책이 되어 시름하게 했으며, 자책은 모든 것을 포기하는 처절한 좌절로 전이되었다. 그러나 선군의 은혜에 감사하는 감은의 정서는 이런 감정들을 해소하고 충성스런 신하로 갱생하는 삶을 이끌어내는 근원적인 힘이 된다. 그런 점에서 작품에 보이는 작자의 대표적인 정서는 극한의 원통함이나 슬픔, 자책, 좌절 등이 아니라, 이런 정서를 극복하고 작품을 긍정적인 결말로 이끈 감은에 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 ‘先君舊恩 感泣不忘’이라는 인식에서 배태된 감은의 정서는 역경 속에서도 선군을 찬양하는 ｢금강중용도가｣를 창작케 하는 동인일 뿐 아니라, 변치 않는 충성심의 발로가 되어 도통 전승 과정이나 ｢금강중용도｣ 해설에 이르기까지 ｢금강중용도가｣의 모든 내용을 선군에 대한 찬양으로 일관하게 했다. 그래서 작자가 유배지에서 이 작품을 향유하며 견뎌냈다는 <서>의 언급은 선군을 찬양하며 그에 대한 기억을 소중히 간직하는 지속적인 충성의 행위를 수행했다는 의미를 내포하고 있음을 알게 한다. ｢금강중용도가｣는 김이익이 유배된 후 비교적 이른 시기에 작품을 지어졌기 때문에 표현된 情操는 비유적이거나 여과됨이 없이 직설적이고 사실적이며, 다양한 정서들이 순차적으로 배열되어 있지 않고 혼재되어 있어 작품에 긴장감과 역동성을 더해준다는 특징을 지니고 있다. 그리고 ｢금강중용도가｣가 단지 유배자로서의 서러움과 체념의 소회만 표출했다면 범상한 작품에 지나지 않았을 것이나, 이를 감은의 정서로 극복하고 그 과정을 유려하게 표현했다는 점에서 18세기 유배가사로서 높은 수준의 작품으로 평가할 수 있다. Kim Yi-ik, an author, was exiled to a remote island on the charge of cheating the king in the Joseon Dynasty’s King Soonjo Era. <Kuemgangchongyongdoga> is a work straightforwardly and candidly expresses the author s emotions in a special situation of exile. This thesis was attempted to enhance understanding of the work by grasping the changing patterns and meanings of emotions revealed in works that have not been noticed so far. The sentiment flowing at the base of <Kuemgangchongyong doga> started from the resentment formed by the situation of King Jeongjo s death and the resulting exile. And the resentment extended to sorrow, the sorrow tormented the author with the self-blame that he had not died after the king, and the self-blame was transferred to a terrible frustration that caused him to give up everything. However, these emotions face a dramatic reversal, which is resolved with gratitude for the grace of the previous king. So, the typical emotions shown in the work are not the resentment, sorrow, self-blame, or frustration, but the gratitude for the previous king that led them to a positive ending. The emotion of gratitude reversed the atmosphere of the work and made “Kuemgangchongyongdoga” to be evaluated as a work with high dignity and completeness. He realized the will of the previous king to discipline himself so that he could overcome the ordeal of exile. It was an academic research, and it was a way of loyalty that he could do in exile. Therefore, he created <Kuemgangchongyongdoga> with unchanging loyalty and gratitude to the previous king, and his enjoyment of this work became an act of loyalty to cherish the memories of the previous king, and he was able to endure the extreme situation of exile. I hope that this paper can contribute to deeper appreciation and understanding by expanding the consensus on the author s emotions revealed in the work.

「금강중용도가」 내용적 특질과 함의

조선의 지식인이었던 사대부에게 유배는 피할 수 없는 운명이었다. 유배로 인해 자신의 인생을 구가하던 공간에서 방축되어 신산한 삶을 살 수밖에 없었던 유배객들 중에 좌절하지 않고 인간적 고통을 승화하여 문학작품을 완성하는 경우가 종종 있었다. 우리의 문학사에 있어 유배문학은 하나의 영역을 이루어 전통을 이어나갔는데, 본고의 대상인 「금강중용도가(金剛中庸圖歌)」도 이러한 계맥을 계승한 조선 후기에 김이익이 지은 가사작품이다. 본고는 표지 이면에 적힌 「전성유정·선군지사 영언(前聖攸程·先君之思永言)」이 내용의 요체를 암시하는 표지(標識)라는 점에 주목하고, 내용을 검증한 결과 ‘전성유정’ 146행, ‘선군지사’ 121행, 그리고 두루 포함할 수 있는 ‘기타’ 19행으로 작품이 구성되어 있어 ‘전성유정’과 ‘선군지사’의 제사(題辭)는 내용과 적확하게 부합한다는 사실을 확인했다. 그리고 작품이 담지하고 있는 내용의 특질은 작가는 정조를 ‘군사부일체(君師父一體)’의 현실태로 인식했다는 점이다. 그리고 작자의 자아 상실 이유는 정조의 죽음이나 유배에 있지 않고, 정조와 함께 순절하지 못한 불충으로 인한 죄의식에 있었다. 그러나 선군이 현몽하여 건네준 ‘금중강’의 의미 해석은 그가 자아를 회복할 수 있는 계기가 된다. 그래서 작자는 충성의 행위로 『중용』을 공부하고 「금강중용도」와 「금강중용도가」를 창작하여 사대부 그리고 유학자로서 자아가 회복되었음을 보여주고 있다. 결국 「금강중용도가」는 순절하지 못한 불충으로 상실했던 자아를 회복하는 과정을 통해 선군을 사모함과 자신의 충성심을 드러낸 자기고백이며 자아 회복을 입증하는 작품이라고 할 수 있다. 이 작품이 뛰어난 이유는 다른 유배문학 작품처럼 개인적인 기억이나 추억, 혹은 임금과의 일화 등을 노래하지 않고, 선군의 뜻을 찾아 학문 연구를 통해 자아를 회복하고 그 과정에서 선군에 대한 사모함이 커져 지은 노래라는 점이다. 따라서 「금강중용도가」는 유학의 경서를 작품 속에 끌어들여 절실한 내용 전개와 표현에 성공하여 ‘충신연군지사’가 갖는 일반적 한계를 뛰어 넘어 새로운 경지를 개척한 작품으로 자리매김할 수 있을 것이다. This thesis was prepared to analyze the content characteristics and implications of 〈Kuemgangchungyongdoga〉, and to examine the excellence of this work in comparison with other exile lyrics. 〈Kuemgangchungyongdoga〉 is a literary work of exile-lyrics written by Kim Yi-ik during King Sunjo"s reign in the late Joseon Dynasty. This work has not been noticed in academia so far, and the cause is assumed to be prejudice or prejudice given by the title. The subtitle on the overside of the book cover, 〈JeonSung YuJeong·SunGunJiSa Yeong-eon〉, is a mark that implies the essence of the content. According to the analysis of the contents, 286 lines of 〈Kuemgangchungyongdoga〉 consisted of 146 lines of ‘JeonSung YuJeong’, 121 lines of ‘SunGunJiSa’, and 19 lines of ‘Others’ that can be included in both. So we confirmed that the composition of the content is consistent with the subtitle of the writer. And I was able to grasp the characteristics of the content as follows. King Jeongjo was an object of eternal praise because he was an saint who inherited the legitimacy of academics, an ideal ruler, and a father-like being to the writer. He thought King Jeongjo had been poisoned, so he felt very sad and resentful about the king"s death. Kim Yi-ik lost his ego for failing to keep his oath to die along the dead king. And the dream of meeting a dead king before exile is the main motif of the work. When the dream story was interpreted as a dream book, the dream was simply the subject of recollection. However, the dream became a space to which the deceased king gave dying injunctions by reinterpreting the writings of ‘Keumjungkang’. King Jeongjo tried to train him by studying so that he could overcome the ordeal of exile. And this article was a motive for renewing his life as the dead king became a foreknowledge and proof of love. After interpreting his dream, his studies became an act of loyalty to the old king. So he studied hard. The writer, who followed King Jeongjo, also had the same view of learning as King Jeongjo. And he shared his views with his family, who led the Noron Nakhak school on major academic issues of the day. This shows that his ego has been recovered. He sang his unchanging loyalty to the dead king who could not save him from exile. Considering the will of King Jeongjo, he studied 〈Cungyong〉, and as a result, created 〈Kuemgangchungyongdo〉 and 〈Kuemgangchungyongdoga〉. It is a very unique feature of this work that he restored his self as a Confucian scholar through his studies. This work has its own status as a new type that cannot be seen in other exile lyrics, and shows a high degree of literary perfection that can only be used by orthodox Confucian scholars. Therefore, these characteristics are the factors that distinguish this work from other exile lyrics in the late Joseon Dynasty.
