Beginner investors who are not familiar with stock investment are apt to make emotional investment decisions due to lack of investment principles and lack of experience. They also make irrational decisions by reacting sensitively to investment results and executing aggressive investments in the future. In order to prevent this psychological bias and to make rational decisions for stock investors, it is important to refine their investment behavior through continuous experience and refinement. Therefore, in this study, we conducted experiment of 2X2 between subject design with two Independent variables(partnership, ritual). The study found the main effect on the partnership elements for three dependent variables. However, no main effects were found on the ritual elements. In addition, no interaction effects were found between the partnership and ritual elements. The results suggest that the social factors of chatbot, such as partnerships, should be actively considered when designing chatbot agents that reflect the subjective characteristics of individual users. On the other hand, further research is needed on the limitations of the practical application of the ritual element.
New technique for strengthening reinforced concrete beams with composite bonding steel plates
Su-hang Yang,Shuang-Yin Cao,Rui-nan Gu 국제구조공학회 2015 Steel and Composite Structures, An International J Vol.19 No.3
Composite bonding steel plate (CBSP) is a newly developed type of structure strengthened technique applicable to the existing RC beam. This composite structure is applicable to strengthening the existing beam bearing high load. The strengthened beam consists of two layers of epoxy bonding prestressed steel plates and the RC beam sandwiched in between. The bonding enclosed and prestressed U-shaped steel jackets are applied at the beam sides. This technique is adopted in case of structures with high longitudinal reinforcing bar ratio and impracticable unloading. The prestress can be generated on the strengthening steel plates and jackets by using the CBSP technique before loading. The test results of full-scale CBSP strengthened beams show that the strength and stiffness are enhanced without reduction of their ductility. It is demonstrated that the strain hysteresis effect can be effectively overcome after prestressing on the steel plates by using such technique. The applied plates and jackets can jointly behave together with the existing beam under the action of epoxy bonding and the mechanical anchorage of the steel jackets. The simplified formulas are proposed to calculate the prestress and the ultimate capacities of strengthened beams. The accuracy of formulas was verified with the experimental results.

Objective: The objective of this study was to analyse the differentially abundant proteins caused by freeze–thawing of ram sperm and explore candidate proteins of interest for their ability to improve ram sperm cryopreservation outcomes in vitro. Methods: Sperm were from three mature Dorper. Fresh and frozen sperm proteins were extracted, and the differentially abundant proteins were analysed by mass spectrometry. Among these proteins, lactoferrin (LTF) was selected to be added before cryopreservation. Next, sperm samples were diluted in Tris extender, with the addition of 0, 10, 100, 500, and 1,000 μg/mL of LTF. After thawing, sperm quality was evaluated by motility, plasma membrane integrity, mitochondrial activity and reactive oxygen species (ROS). Results: Cryopreservation significantly altered the abundance of 40 proteins; the abundance of 16 proteins was increased, while that of 24 proteins was decreased. Next, LTF was added to Tris extender applied to ram sperm. The results showed that sperm motility and plasma membrane integrity were significantly improved (p<0.05) by supplementation with 10 μg/mL LTF compared to those in the control group. There was no significant difference in mitochondrial activity between the 0 μg/mL group and other groups (p>0.05). Supplementation of the cryoprotective extender with 10 μg/mL LTF led to decreased ROS levels compared with those in the control and other groups (p<0.05). Conclusion: The LTF is an important protein during cryopreservation, and the addition of 10 μg/mL LTF to a cryoprotective extender can significantly improve the function of frozen ram sperm. Chinese chestnut (Castanea mollissima) is a woody plant species with important economic and ecological value and is widely cultivated for nut production. Due to its unique flowering structure, the identification of genes related to flower development is extremely important in Chinese chestnut, and MADS-box genes are directly involved in floral organ morphogenesis. In this study, we report a MADS-box gene family in Chinese chestnut. According to their gene structure and phylogenetic trees, 53 CmMADS proteins were identified and clustered into five groups in Chinese chestnut. The MIKCC group was further divided into 12 subgroups, and the BS subgroup was not found in Chinese chestnut. The classification and motif composition of Chinese chestnut MADS proteins were also analyzed. Additionally, we evaluated the expression of all the MADS-box genes in floral organs by quantitative real-time PCR. Overall, most of the type II genes had higher expression levels in the floral organs compared with leaves and cotyledons. These results provide valuable information for future studies of the regulation of MADS-box genes in Chinese chestnut during flower development.

Bin Yang,Yan-Li Deng,Xia Ru,Ji-Bin Miao,Ming Cao,Jia-Sheng Qian,Li-Fen Su,Peng Chen,Jing-Wang Liu,La-Xia Wu,Tao Pang 한국고분자학회 2016 폴리머 Vol.40 No.4
Two types of β nucleating agents (β-NAs), aryl dicarboxylic acid amide (TMB-5) and diphenyl phthalate diamine (NT-C), were adopted to modify the polypropylene (PP)/ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) blends, which were prepared by dynamic-vulcanization technology. Wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to study the crystallization kinetics of PP. Our results showed that the addition of β-NAs can considerably increase the crystallization temperature, and significantly decrease the spherulite size of β-PP (L300). The Jeziorny analysis showed there were ~82% and ~89% of relative crystallinity generated from the primary crystallization in the composites containing TMB-5 and NT-C, respectively. The crystallization half time (t0.5) showed that NT-C improved the overall crystallization rate more effectively than TMB-5. In addition, the peaks of the relative crystallization rate curves were shifted towards higher temperature by 14 and 9℃ with the addition of TMB-5 and NT-C, respectively.
Effect of Microstructure on Thermal Conductivity of Polymer Composites
Yue Yang,Junjie Shu,Peng Chen,Ru Xia,Jiasheng Qian,Bin Yang,JIBIN MIAO,LIFEN SU,Zhengzhi Zheng,Ming Cao 한국고분자학회 2017 Macromolecular Research Vol.25 No.4
Thermal conductivity (TC) of polymer composites is strongly depended on thermal conductive fillers as well as heat conduction pathways formed by these fillers. In this work, we examined effects of morphology, size and arrangement of fillers on TC of polymer composites by using energy-conserving dissipative particle dynamic (e-DPD) simulation. Theoretically, we explored effects of ideal and “pseudo” thermal conductive pathways on composites’ TC and investigated heat conduction of filler particles with cubic-center and lamellar morphology. To confirm orientation and size effects of lamellar filler particles on composites’ TC, we prepared a series of Boron Nitride/Silicon rubber composites (BN/SiR). Being same with those observed in e-DPD simulation, orientation could efficiently improve TC of BN/SiR composites. The TC of composites with filled diameters about 10 micrometer of BN flats is 11 times higher than that of SiR matrix. Our researching results show that heat conduction pathways are essential to transportation of heat flux in polymer composites and even “pseudo” pathways by disconnected filler particles along temperature gradient can accelerate heat conduction.
