        Positive solution and ground state solution for a Kirchhoff type equation with critical growth

        In this paper, we consider the following Kirchhoff type equation on the whole space $$\left\{\aligned &-(a+b\int_{\mathbb{R}^{3}}|\nabla u|^{2}dx)\triangle u = u^{5} + \lambda k(x)g(u), \ x\in \mathbb{R}^{3},\\ & u\in\mathcal{D}^{1,2}(\mathbb{R}^{3}),\endaligned\right.$$ where $\lambda>0$ is a real number and $k, g$ satisfy some conditions. We mainly investigate the existence of ground state solution via variational method and concentration-compactness principle.

      • An Improved Canny Edge Detection Algorithm

        Aimed at the defects of the traditional Canny operator, this paper puts forward an improved algorithm in edge detection. First, this paper gives a new method on selfadaptive image block based on threshold value. Next, by proposing a new hybrid filterbank of self-adaptive median and morphology, we adopt this hybrid filter-bank to smooth the noise image. Then, we add the information of gradient in two bevel directions, so that the information of gradient is more complete. Last, by using the threshold value to process the image of gradient which is after non-maxima suppression, we obtain the image edge. For the noise image, this improved algorithm not only can filter out noise well, but also the image edge is continuous, smooth, clear. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has a good effect in edge detection, strong capability of noise immunity. The objective evaluation and visual effect are good, too.

        Phosphoproteomic profiling of myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic proteins of muscle in response to salting

        A phosphoproteomic profile of myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic proteins of muscle inresponse to salting was investigated. Myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic proteins extracted from saltedmeat with 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5% salt for 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 16 h were analyzed by SDS-PAGE electrophoresisand fluorescence staining. The global phosphorylation of myofibrillar proteins in salted meat was lowerthan that in control muscle at 16 h of salting (p<0.05), and the global phosphorylation of myofibrillarproteins in 3% salt-treated group at 16 h was the lowest. However, salting showed no significant effecton phosphorylation of sarcoplasmic proteins. Four categories of phosphorylated protein wereidentified by LC-MS/MS, involved in stress response (heat shock protein), glycometabolism (glycogenphosphorylase, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase), oxidation or reduction (superoxidedismutase), and others (myoglobin), the phosphorylation of which was affected by salting. Thus,salting may influence meat quality through protein phosphorylation, which regulates proteindegradation and glycolysis.

        Efficient conversion of fructose to 5-[(formyloxy)methyl]furfural by reactive extraction and in-situ esterification

        5-[(Formyloxy)methyl]furfural (FMF), an analogue of 5-(hydroxymethyl)furfural (HMF) is becoming more attractive due to its superior stability and hydrophobicity, which make it easier to refineand store. In the present study, FMF was produced from fructose by one-pot approach in pure formic acid media or by a two-step approach via HMF in choline chloride (ChCl)/fructose deep eutectic solvents (DES) system. A favorable FMF yield of 63.22% was reached by two-step approach. In addition, the effects of reaction parameters, such as temperature and acidity, on preparation of FMF from fructose were systematically investigated. The dehydration of fructose into HMF was confirmed as the rate-controlling step in the consecutive reaction. Ultimately, the separation and purification procedures of FMF were put forward. The FMF with a purity of 98.8% was obtained finally. Meanwhile, the FMF purified by saturated sodium bicarbonate solution showed an excelled storage stability.

      • The Improved Wavelet Threshold Function and Its Application

        Images will produce noise in the process of storage and collection. Wavelet threshold de-noising is a simple and effective de-noising method, but the choice of threshold function is a key. The hard-threshold function is discontinuous and there is the deviation between the signal processed by the soft-threshold function and the real signal, so this paper constructs a new threshold function at the origin sufficiently smooth to deal with above problems. A parameter is added to the new threshold function, which is between the soft-threshold and hard-threshold function by adjusting the parameter. The new threshold function can remove the noise effectively, and the image information is well preserved. Hence it plays an important role in follow-up edge detection. The de-noising method with improved wavelet threshold is presented, and then uses morphological edge detection on the new image in this paper. The result shows that the method can detect the complete edge effectively, and the visual effect and objective evaluation are good.

        Role of Myocardial Extracellular Volume Fraction Measured with Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Prediction of Left Ventricular Functional Outcome after Revascularization of Chronic Total Occlusion of Coronary Arteries

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to prospectively investigate the value of the myocardial extracellular volume fraction (ECV) in predicting myocardial functional outcome after revascularization of coronary chronic total occlusion (CTO). Materials and Methods: Thirty patients with CTO underwent cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) before and 6 months after revascularization. Three baseline markers of functional outcome were evaluated in the dysfunctional segments assigned to the CTO vessels: ECV, transmural extent of infarction (TEI), and unenhanced rim thickness (RIM). At the global level, the ECV values of the whole myocardium with and without a hyperenhanced region (global and remote ECV) were respectively measured. Results: In per-segment analysis, ECV was superior to TEI and RIM in predicting functional recovery (area under receiver operating characteristic curve [AUC]: 0.86 vs. 0.75 and 0.73, all p values < 0.010), and it emerged as the only independent predictor of regional functional outcome (odds ratio [OR] = 0.83, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.77–0.89; p < 0.001) independent of collateral circulation. In per-patient analysis, global baseline ECV was indicative of ejection fraction (EF) at the follow-up examination (β = -0.61, p < 0.001) and changes in EF (β = -0.57, p = 0.001) in multivariate regression analysis. A patient with global baseline ECV less than 30.0% (AUC, 0.93; sensitivity 94%, specificity 80%) was more likely to demonstrate significant EF improvement (OR: 0.38; 95% CI: 0.17–0.85; p = 0.019). Conclusion: Extracellular volume fraction obtained by CMR may provide incremental value for the prediction of functional recovery both at the segmental and global levels in CTO patients, and may facilitate the identification of patients who can benefit from revascularization.

      • Ontology-based Function Optimization of S2B e-commerce Network Platform for College Students' Creative Works

        Student to business(Abbr. S2B) e-commerce network platform is designed to display the college students’ creative works, and build joint channel for the creative talents of college and small and medium-sized enterprises requiring innovative resources. Firstly, this paper analyses the targets and features of S2B e-commerce platform. Secondly, the user requirements-oriented explicit functional demands are listed from two aspects of the individual users and enterprise users through investigation. In addition, implicit functional demand is obtained based on ontology. According to the method of ontology mapping, the function description by natural language is mapped to semantic elements and demand items, then the relationship of demand items coming into semantic structures. According to the method of ontology inference, the semantic structure is mapped to domain ontology of S2B e-commerce network platform, as well as the implicit functional requirements of platform are digging out. As a result, the whole functional structure tree of S2B e-commerce network platform is constructed. Finally, the detail functions of the platform are described by UML modeling tool. Through the platform the college students’ creative works are integrated and flow to meet the innovative demand of enterprises. S2B e-commerce model can make the creative resources be fully used and put forward the innovative and creative industry developing well.

        A bibliometric review on latent topics and trends of the empirical MOOC literature (2008–2019)

        Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have become a popular learning mode in recent years, especially since the outbreak of COVID-19 in late 2019, which had resulted in a signifcant increase in associated research. This paper presents a bibliometric review of 1078 peer-reviewed MOOC studies between 2008 and 2019. These papers are extracted from three infuential databases, the Web of Science (WOS), Scopus, and the Education Resources Information Center (ERIC). The MOOC literature analysis with a bibliometric approach identifed the research trends, journals, countries/regions, and institutions with high H-index, scientifc collaborations, research topics, topic distributions of the prolifc countries/regions and institutions, and annual topic distributions, after which the representative research and research implications were discussed. This review gives researchers a deep and comprehensive understanding of current MOOC research and identifes potential research topics and collaborative partners, which supports MOOC-related future research.
