최근 스마트폰의 성능이 향상되고 다양한 기능이 추가됨에 따라 기록되는 라이프로그 정보가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 라이프로그를 체계적으로 저장하고 검색하는 일이 중요해지고 있다. 사용자 컨텍스트는 라이프로그 검색의 정확도를 높이기 위한 중요한 요소 중 하나로 논의되어 왔다. 따라서 이를 자동으로 추출하고, 라이프로그의 태깅에 활용하려는 많은 연구가 시도되었다. 그러나 많은 기존연구들은 컨텍스트를 추출하기 위해 사용자 주변에 센서가 설치되어 있는 환경을 가정하였는데, 이러한 환경은 비용 등의 문제로 일부 제한된 영역에서만 적용 가능하기 때문에, 광범위한 지역에서 사용자의 컨텍스트를 추출할 수 없다는 문제점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 외부 센서들이 설치된 환경을 가정하지 않고, 스마트폰에 장착된 센서만을 활용하여 사용자의 컨텍스트를 찾아내고, 이를 라이프로그 자동태깅에 적극 활용하는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 특히 본 연구에서는 기존의 포괄적인 컨텍스트의 정의를 일정 시간 간격동안 지속되는 사용자의 상황으로 한정지어 재정의하고, 이를 라이프로그 태깅에 활용하는 방법에 대해서 논의한다.
Anoctamin 1/TMEM16A controls intestinal Cl− secretion induced by carbachol and cholera toxin

Calcium-activated chloride channels (CaCCs) mediate numerous physiological functions and are best known for the transport of electrolytes and water in epithelia. In the intestine, CaCC currents are considered necessary for the secretion of fluid to protect the intestinal epithelium. Although genetic ablation of ANO1/TMEM16A, a gene encoding a CaCC, reduces the carbachol-induced secretion of intestinal fluid, its mechanism of action is still unknown. Here, we confirm that ANO1 is essential for the secretion of intestinal fluid. Carbachol-induced transepithelial currents were reduced in the proximal colon of Ano1-deficient mice. Surprisingly, cholera toxin-induced and cAMP-induced fluid secretion, believed to be mediated by CFTR, were also significantly reduced in the intestine of Ano1-deficient mice. ANO1 is largely expressed in the apical membranes of intestines, as predicted for CaCCs. The Ano1-deficient colons became edematous under basal conditions and had a greater susceptibility to dextran sodium sulfate-induced colitis. However, Ano1 depletion failed to affect tumor development in a model of colorectal cancer. We thus conclude that ANO1 is necessary for cAMP- and carbachol-induced Cl− secretion in the intestine, which is essential for the protection of the intestinal epithelium from colitis.
Synthesis of La0.7Sr0.3Mn1-xIrxO3 thin-films in search of superconductivity

High-TC superconductivity (HTSC) has been the central issue in the field of condensed matter physics for decades. An essentialpart of the research on superconductivity is finding new exotic superconductors. It was recently suggested that Ir-substitutedLa0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMIO) is a new high-TC superconductor. However, systematic studies to experimentally verify thesuperconductivity have not been done. Here, we report the growth processes of LSMIO thin films and their electrical transportproperties. We observed a clear negative correlation between the intensity of the laser utilized for film deposition and the Curietemperature of the deposited film. We attributed this effect to the suppression of Sr concentration in the LSMIO films as the laserintensity increased. However, our LSMIO films show conventional ferromagnetism instead of HTSC. To realize the HTSC inLSMIO systems, further exploration of diverse compositions of LSMIO compounds is essential.

As the harmfulness of Ultraviolet rays is widely known, it has become important to protect the skin from ultraviolet rays. UV can cause cancer, wrinkles. Most people choose sunscreens and textiles to protect against UV rays. However, conventional sunscreens have promoting skin disorders due to chemical composition, and short duration. Here, we introduce a novel portable electrospinning system that can coat nanofibrous sunscreen directly onto the skin. nanofibrous sunscreen has suitable structure for UV protection due to its high specific surface area. However, conventional electrospinning systems are not portable, as they include a high voltage power supply that is large in size, heavy in weight. To overcome these limitations, we have developed a one-handed electrospinning system that replaces HVPS with batteries and high-voltage amplifiers. We have confirmed that nanofibers with similar structures to that of conventional electrospinning devices can be fabricated by portable electrospinning system. Nanofibrous sunscreen were fabricated by PU and nanoparticles such as ZnOor TiO2 to increase the UV blocking effect. In addition, we confirmed that UV protection effect, durability and reduced irritation from the physical interception by analyzing ultraviolet transmittance, water resistance, and removal test. Finally, we have successfully developed a portable electrospinning system for the UV blocking.
다세대주택 화재 시 피난에 영향을 미치는 인자들에 관한 수치해석적 연구

본 연구에서는 다세대주택에서 화재 시 피난에 미치는 인자들에 관하여 수치해석적인 연구를 수행하였다. 경험적 상관식에 근거한 화재크기, 화재성장속도, 화재발생위치, 복도 창문 개폐조건 등을 인자들로 고려하였고 CFAST를 이용한 수치해석 결과들은 피난을 고려한 인명안전기준을 통해 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 고려한 화재시나리오에서는 다세대 주택 대피 경로인 계단실 출입구 앞 영역에서 독성가스의 인명안전기준을 초과하지 않았으며 고온 연기층 온도와 연기층 높이 기준은 동일한 시간에 인명안전기준을 초과하는 것을 확인하였다. 계단실 출입구와 먼 쪽에서 발생한 화재인 경우에 가장 빠르게 인명안전기준을 초과하였으며 복도의 창문은 복도 내 온도 감소 및 연기층이 쌓이지 않도록 하는데 큰 영향을 주었다. In this study, a numerical analysis was conducted on the factors affecting evacuation when fires occur in multi-family houses. The parameters of fire size, growth rate, and location, as well as open or closed corridor-window conditions were considered based on empirical factors, and the results using the CFAST model were evaluated according to the life safety code for evacuation. In the fire scenario considered in this study, the concentration of toxic gases in the area in front of the entrance to the stairwell, which is an evacuation route for a multi-family house, did not exceed the life safety code. However, it was confirmed that the temperature and height of the hot gas layer did exceed the life safety code. The height of the hot gas layer exceeded the life safety code the fastest when the fire was far from the entrance to the stairwell, and the opening of the hallway windows had a significant effect on reducing the temperature in the hallway and maintaining a high smoke layer.

This study aims to find the awareness, problem, effectiveness judgment, solution of smart student card. The research method used a questionnaire and we performed in the Chungbuk National University total 15 college for 300 university students on May, 2014. The main results were as following; First, many students think that the document which issue proceedings need isn‘t a lot and student card issue needs long time from application to last issue. Second, In case of recognition of personal credit information consent, most of the respondents don t think importantly about personal credit information consent. Third, recognition level s result about personal information management is that senior is higher than junior. and the lower grade was remembering the memory about the collection information in comparison with the upper grades well. Fourth, There were lots of opinions that the awareness about the financial function of the smart student card will be good if the most of respondents was selectively possible.
R-tree 인덱스에서 수명을 가지는 공간 객체에 대한 효율적 갱신 처리 방법

최근 수명을 가지는 공간 객체를 다루는 LBS 시스템이 주목을 받고 있다. 특히 스마트 폰의 대중화로 인해 수명을 가진 공간 객체의 수가 증가하고 있으며, 이는 대표적인 공간 객체 색인인 R-tree에서 빈번한 갱신을 발생시킨다. 기존 R-tree 갱신과 관련된 연구는 이동객체에 대한 갱신 기법을 주로 다루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수명을 가진 공간 객체가 다수 존재하는 환경에서 R-tree를 효율적으로 갱신하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. 공간 객체가 수명을 가진다는 사실을 적극적으로 활용함으로써 본 연구에서는 새로운 색인 구조인 deferred RR-tree를 제안한다. 또한 기존 연구와의 성능 비교를 통해 제안하는 기법의 효율성을 검증한다 A location-based service with spatial objects having lifetime constraints has received much attention in recent years. With the increasing prevalence of smartphones, the number of spatial objects with lifetime constraints is increasing, and this incurs frequent updates on the R-tree, which is a representative spatial index. The previous work mainly considers an efficient R-tree update method over moving object databases. In this paper, we propose a method for updating R-tree over a large number of spatial objects with lifetime constraints. Based on the fact that spatial objects have lifetime constraints, we propose a new index, called deferred RR-tree. We also verify the superiority of our proposed method through experimental evaluation.
