        고대 금속상감에 관한 시론

        금속상감은 바탕 금속에 홈을 만들어 홈 속에 바탕 금속과는 다른 금속을 물리적인 힘으로 감입하는 금공장식 기법이다. 본고는 상감홈과 상감선 등 제작에 관련된 여러 요소를 바탕으로 삼국시대와 일본 고분시대 출토 유물을 분류하고 기법상 차이와 유사점 등을 비교함으로써 고대 한일 금속상감의 제작공방과 그 계보를 상정하기 위한 시론이다. 금속상감은 연마라는 최종 제작과정과 부식이라는 금속의 특성으로 인해 육안관찰만으로는 제작 기법의 특징 파악이 곤란하다. 따라서 필자는 마이크로스코프와 X선 장치를 이용하여 상감유물의 기술적 특징을 파악하고 제작실험 비교를 통해 고대 금속상감 기법의 복원을 시도하였다. 그 결과, 상감홈의 경우 기존의 금공 연구를 통해 지적되어 왔던 축조와 모조기법의 양자가 존재하는 한편, 이제까지 언급되지 않았던 상감선의 제작기법에 있어서 단조 이외에 감기나 꼬기, 접기와 같은 다양한 제작기법이 존재한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 각 기법의 사례에서는 시기와 지역차가 확인된다. 상감홈과 상감선 제작기법의 기술적 특징은 유라시아 대륙에서 그 원류를 찾을 수 있다. 이는 백제, 신라, 가야, 그리고 일본열도에 이르는 세선세공 기법의 전파루트와 상응하고 금제 보요의 기원과도 관련된다. 근년 발굴 조사된 러시아 초기철기 시대 상감유물, 그리고 후한대 중국 상감명문대도와 비교하여 각 기법 조합의 시기차와 지역차를 통해 고대한일 상감에 이르는 계보가 모조기법의 홈과 감기나 꼬기기법의 선을 특징으로 하는 <북방루 트>, 그리고 축조기법의 홈과 단조선을 특징으로 하는 <중국루트>의 가설을 제시하고자 한다. The metal inlaying technique is to putting gold or silver into a carved wire of the based metal with physical power. In this paper, based on the various elements such as quality of metal, inlaid groove and inlaid wire, presume the manufacture of workshop of the metal inlaying and its system by classifying the artifacts of the Three-Kingdom Period of the Korean Peninsula and Kofun Period of Japan and comparing the similarities and differences between them. It is hard to apprehend the feature of its technique with the naked eye because of polishing and corrosion. Therefore, I grasp the technical character by observing them with macroscopy as well as microscope, X-ray and restore the metal inlaying technique with comparing it with production experiment. As a result, in case of inlaid groove, there are lined-carving and triangled-carving that is commonly indicated in bronze artifacts. In case of inlaid wire, there are various technique such as winding, twisting, folding except hammering that is not indicated so far. It has got time and regional differences in example of each techniques. The feature of the technique of inlaid groove and inlaid wire is found in Eurasia. It corresponds to the diffusion route of the filigree technique to Baekje, Silla and Japan. By comparing its route connected with the origin of the golden ornament with the inlaid artifacts of Russian Early Iron Age and Chinese inlaid inscription sword in West Han Dynasty, abstract time and regional differences of the combination of the technique. Based on this, I propose a hypothesis that there are two different routes to the ancient Korea and Japan, one in the Northern-route; groove of the lined-carving and winded or twisted wire, the other in Chinese route; groove of triangled-carving and hammering wire.

        가정간호의 경제성 평가에 관한 문헌분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the economic effectiveness of by conducting a literature review of published articles, masters theses, and doctoral dissertations. Method: Prior to the literature review, inclusion-exclusion criteria were established. We then reviewed 1,029 CINAHL, MEDLINE, and Cochrane DB papers, and 153 RISS papers collected between Results: A total of 12 studies met the inclusion-exclusion criteria.-effectiveness: 6 cost-effectiveness studies, 1 cost-utility studies, and 5 cost-benefit studies. Each of the 12 reviewed studies concluded that home care nursing had greater economic benefits than other compared healthcare services. Conclusion: Home care nursing has significant economic benefits in multi health care service settings and for various patient groups. Therefore these results will be used a critical evidence for the development of economically effective home based health care systems for future policy making.

        심장혈관학 분야의 지적구조 규명에 관한 연구 - 국내와 미국을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 저자동시인용분석 기법을 이용하여 국내와 미국의 심장혈관학(Cardiovascular Research) 분야의 지적구조 규명을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해서 2008년부터 2014년까지 국내의 "대한심장학회지"와 미국의 Circulation, Circulation Research를 선정하여 인용빈도 기준으로 각각 45명과 53명의 저자를 추출하였다. 저자동시인용 행렬을 기반으로 다차원척도분석, 군집분석, 요인분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 심장혈관학 분야에서 국내와 미국 연구자들은 공통적으로 여러 분야에 걸쳐 다양한 세부 분야에서 연구 활동을 하는 경향을 보였다. 국내와 미국의 심장혈관학 분야는 핵심연구 영역으로 '심혈관질환 치료', '심혈관질환 진단', '심혈관질환 기초과학', '심혈관질환 예방'으로 나타났다. 국내와 미국의 가장 큰 차이로 볼 수 있는 것은 국내 연구는 임상 중심이며, 미국 연구는 기초 의학 중심인 것으로 나타났다. 국내의 경우는 '리듬장애' 분야가 나타났으며, 이에 반해 미국은 '심혈관계 작용약물' 분야를 찾아볼 수 있다. 또한 미국의 분석결과에서는 기초의학 분야의 세부분야인 '역학', '생물학', '생화학', '생리학' 분야가 뚜렷하게 구분되어 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate and compare the intellectual structure of cardiovascular research area in Korea and the United States. For the purpose of this study, a data set was collected; one journal Korean Circulation Journal is in Korea and two journals Circulation, and Circulation Research are in the United States. Based on the frequency of citation counts, 45 authors and 53 authors were selected for author co-citation analysis. By multidimensional scaling, clustering, and factor analyses, the results demonstrate that researchers in both countries commonly tend to work on several, rather than focus on certain sub-areas. In both countries, the core areas are revealed as 'cardiovascular disease treatment', 'cardiovascular disease diagnose', 'cardiovascular disease fundamentals', and 'cardiovascular disease preventives'. One of distinctive differences between two is that research in Korea is likely to focus on clinical medicines while research in the United States tends to be on fundamental medicines. While the area of 'Disorders of Rhythm' is revealed in Korea, 'Pharmacology of the Cardiovascular System' area is found in the United States. In addition, the sub-areas of fundamental medicines such as 'Epidemiology of Cardiovascular Disease', 'Biology', 'Biochemistry', 'Physiology' are revealed distinctively in the United States.

        방문간호센터 경영효율성 개선 사례 분석: 경영 컨설팅 적용을 중심으로

        Purpose: This study aimed to present the management strategies necessary to improve the operational efficiency of visiting nurse centers and evaluate their effectiveness. Methods: The subjects of this study were visiting nurse centers registered as long-term care centers. Based on value chain analysis, cost information analysis, and data envelope analysis, the study was carried out according to the Magerison's management consulting procedure, for six months. This procedure comprised eight sub-steps of approach and application. Results: The following management strategies were agreed upon: establishment of a cooperative network with other visiting care centers, creation of high satisfaction of external customers by providing practical training to care workers, and making rehabilitation and exercise services as the core nursing activities to be focused on. Conclusion: The management consulting process and analysis method applied in this study can referred to as a useful methodological framework for revitalizing visiting nursing centers in the future.

        노인장기요양제도 내 간호관련 연구 동향과 시사점

        Purpose: This study was performed to explore the trend of nursing research in the Korean long-term care system. Methods: Articles published between 2008 and 2021 were searched using the terms "long-term care system" and "nursing." Ninety-one articles were analyzed and classified into five categories according to research methods. Data were extracted through a systematic review process and underwent descriptive statistics and content analyses. Results: The most analyzed variable in the survey studies was job satisfaction. Many variables were classified into input and output factors using Donabedian's model. The content analysis showed that most suggestions were about improving the political regulation system. Conclusion: It is necessary to establish a research foundation to provide research funding and support to cultivate future nursing research in long-term care. Systematic improvement of research in nursing should be continuously pursued to revitalize nursing services, expand nursing service interventions, and improve management competency programs in nursing institutions.

      • 임상간호사의 시간관리 요인이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of time management on the clinical nurse's organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Methods: Subjects were recruited in two general hospitals in Seoul and Incheon. Data collection was done using a self-report questionnaire. Time management was measured using the questionnaire developed by Han (1992). Organizational commitment and job satisfaction were measured using the questionnaire developed by Yoon (2000), based on Mowday et al. (1979) and Stamps et al. (1978). The data were analyzed using the SAS statistical package program, version 10.0. Specifically, descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression were performed. Results: The predictive time management factors for organizational commitment included deadline decision, simplification, and goal-setting. The predictive time management factors for job satisfaction included planning/making the priority order, deadline decision, simplification, asking for help, and responsibility reduction. Conclusion: Time management factors are highly correlated with organizational commitment and job satisfaction in clinical nurses. Deadline decision and simplification are common predictive factors for organizational commitment and job satisfaction. These results can be used to develop more effective time management strategies for increasing organizational effectiveness in clinical nurses.

        간호창업 교육프로그램의 효과

        Purpose: This study was conducted to verify the effect of Start-Up NurseS (SUNS) program focused on the differences between the web-based group and mobile-based group. Method: This research was a randomized control trial with repeated measures design study using three group. Participants were 30 nurses of web-based group, 30 nurses of mobile-based group and 29 nurses of control group. Data were collected three times: before program, immediately after the program, 4 weeks. Results: The web-based group and mobile-based group showed a significantly higher values for entrepreneurial self-efficacy, intention immediately, 4 weeks after the program than control group. Conclusion: Applying SUNS can be effectively used across all range of nurses is recommended on improving nursing start-up competency.

      • 방문간호서비스의 직무특성이 방문보건인력의 심리적 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of job characteristics on emotional empowerment in visiting health personnel. Methods: Subjects were recruited in ten community health care centers in one directorial area. Data collection was done using a self-report questionnaire. Job characteristics of visiting healthcare personnel were measured using the questionnaire developed by Kang (2006), based on Hackman & Oldham (1975). Emotional empowerment was measured using the questionnaire developed by Kang (2006), based on Spreitzer (1995). Results: First, the score of job characteristics was revealed to be 3.51 points the task significance was high, and the feedback was low. Second, the level of emotional empowerment was revealed to be 3.78 points the meaning was high, and the impact was low. Third, the prediction power of job characteristics on emotional empowerment was 34% autonomy, task identity, and task significance were identified as statistically significant predictive factors. Conclusion: The job characteristics of visiting healthcare personnel are highly correlated with emotional empowerment. Autonomy, task identity, and task significance are predictive factors of emotional empowerment. These results can be used to develop more effective job planning for increasing organizational effectiveness in visiting healthcare personnel.

        간호창업에 대한 리터러시 고찰

        Purpose: This study aimed to provide an overview of the present status of start-up literacy. Methods: The study selected literature from KoreaMed, RISS (Research Information Sharing Service), KISS (Korean studies Information Service System), KISTI (Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information), Ovid-MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), Embase, and Cochrane Library DB. Start-up curricula were collected from the homepage of nursing schools in Korea and the USA. Their contents were searched using Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platforms; KOCW, K-MOOC, and Coursera. Results: Fifteen articles were selected through a systematic literature review. The main themes of nursing start-up were "driver," "barrier," "required competency," and "importance of education." The courses contained business planning, finance, marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The main contents of MOOCs were similar. Conclusion: The results indicate the necessity to develop multi-scope nursing start-up education programs. Nursing start-up models integrated with appropriate business knowledge and skills in health care settings are needed. This study can be used as a guideline to design start-up education programs in nursing.

        메타상관분석을 이용한 병원간호사의 직무만족에 관련요인

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the research trends concerning job satisfaction among hospital nurses. Methods: Articles published between 2008 to 2018 were searched. In the first search, 10,859 articles were extracted from academic databases, and 168 were included. Results: A total of 36 variables were explored regarding job satisfaction. Among the major variables, organizational commitmentandculture and justice had positive correlations withjobsatisfaction. In contrast, burnout, negative affectivity, and turnover intention had negative correlations with it. In the meta-analysis, according to the conceptual framework, salary and promotions showed significant positive correlations with job satisfaction. In contrast, professionaldevelopment showed a significantly negative correlation with it. Conclusion: Strategies to improve the variables corresponding to motivation factors are required to improve job satisfaction among hospital nurses. Furthermore, efforts to improve the nursing work environment corresponding to hygiene factors are also required for efficiency and rational management at the hospital level.
