        가변적인 복수 해슁을 이용한 글로벌 IPv6 유니캐스트 주소 검색 구조

        IP 주소 검색 구조는 IPv6 주소체계의 도래와 함께 더욱 고속 네트워크 기술의 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 인터넷 라우터를 위한 새로운 글로벌 IPv6 유니캐스트 주소 검색 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 구조는 적절한 프리픽스 그룹화를 수행하고 각 그룹별로 가변적으로 복수 해슁을 수행한다. 이를 통해 적절한 개수의 포워딩 테이블에서 해슁의 충돌(collision)을 효율적으로 분산함으로서 오버플로우를 최소화하였으며 포워딩 테이블 구성을 위해 필요한 메모리 크기를 줄였다. 또한 단 한 번의 메모리 접근만으로 포워딩 테이블 구성 및 검색이 가능한 고속 주소 검색 구조이며 추가적 업데이트가 용이한 구조이다. 실제 6bone 테스트 라우팅 CERNET 데이터를 이용하여 균일한 복수 해슁을 이용한 구조와 제안한 구조를 비교, 실험하였으며 동일한 8개의 테이블에서 약 15%의 포워딩 테이블을 위한 메모리 절약과 약 50%의 오버플로우 감소를 확인하였다. An IP address lookup scheme has become a critical issue increasingly for high-speed networking techniques due to the advent of IPv6 based on 128bit. In this paper, a novel global IPv6 unicast address lookup scheme is proposed for next generation internet routers. The proposed scheme perform a variable multiple hashing based on prefix grouping. Accordingly, it should not only minimize overflows with the proper number of memory modules, but also reduce a memory size required to organize forwarding tables. It has the fast building and searching mechanisms for forwarding tables during only a single memory access. Besides, it is easy to update forwarding tables incrementally. In the simulation using CERNET routing data as a 6bone test phase, we compared the proposed scheme with a similar scheme using a uniform multiple hashing. As a result, we verified that the number of overflows is reduced by 50% and the size of memory for forwarding tables is shrunken by 15% with 8 tables.

        Client(patient) satisfaction has been used for a variety of purposes in different settings, yet, those receiving home care services have been the focus of few satisfaction studies. Satisfaction is considered an indicator of quality of care and is also being used to assess the performance of home care providers and home health care delivery at multiple levels. The aim of this study was to develop the tool for evaluating client satisfaction in several aspects with home care service while maintaining or achieving acceptable reliability and validity. Firstly, Client Satisfaction Instrument made preliminary of 43 items composed basic 6 criteria and 7 indicators, based on a review of literature, quality improvement and client satisfaction findings in home care. Secondly, there were consisted in two expert panel groups who were made in professionals of research and practice in home care field. The tool was modified to 6 criteria and 7 indicators, 25 items after reviewing by two expert panel groups. The content validity index of the tool was above 0.8 and the results of internal consistency was more than 0.8 in all items. Finally. The Client Satisfaction Instrument in Home Care Service was made up 6 criteria such as client satisfaction of nurses's instruction of home care educational need. knowledge/technique/attitude of homecare nurses's performance. interpersonal relationship and emotional support of nurse. easiness of homecare accessibility, continuity of homecare service. overall efficacy of homecare use, 7 indicators. and 25 items. The results of evaluating client satisfaction will be able to contribute in quality improvement and service marketing in home care.

      • 농업부문의 청정에너지 생산ㆍ이용실태 분석

        농가가 영농활동을 하면서 이용할 수 있는 청정에너지는 현재 지열 및 공기열, 바이오가스, 목재펠릿 등이 있으며, 이들 에너지원은 경제성, 생산성, 환경적 측면 등 여러 가지 직간접적인 편익을 제공해 주기 때문에 대체에너지원으로 향후 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 농업부문에서 생산ㆍ이용하고 있는 청정에너지원별 운영실태와 문제점을 조사하고 사례조사를 통해 경영성과를 분석하여 에너지원별 보급확대 가능성과 발전 방안을 제시하였다. 정부는 저탄소 녹색성장 정책에 맞추어 화석연료의 대체에너지원으로 청정에너지를 보급ㆍ확대할 계획으로 다양한 시범사업 및 정책을 추진하고 있다. 농가조사에 따르면 지열 및 공기열 히트펌프는 기존 연료에 비해 경제성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 목재펠릿은 원료비의 영향으로 경제성은 아직 높지 않지만 생산성과 품질 향상 효과가 높다고 평가하고 있다. 하지만, 관련 시공 및 운영 기술 수준이 미흡하여 초기 설치비가 높고 이용효과의 불확실성이 높다는 문제점이 있다. 특히, 시설 설치부터 운영, 사후관리까지 인프라가 구축되지 못하였기 때문에 청정에너지의 생산ㆍ이용이 원활하지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 청정에너지 활용을 확대하기 위해서는 효율적인 지원정책이 무엇보다 중요하다. 우선 중앙정부 및 지자체 보조비율을 높여 사업참여 기회를 확대해야 하며, 정부지원 시 기계, 설비에 대한 보조보다는 청정에너지의 원료 및 초기 설치비, 기술개발에 중점을 두어 지원되어야 할 것이다. 또한, 연구개발을 통해 기술수준을 높임으로써 설비 운영에 대한 경제성을 높여야 한다. 이와 함께 설계와 시공을 통합하고 농가별 모니터링, 사후관리(AS) 등 전반적인 운영에 대한 일괄시스템을 구축할 수 있도록 전문업체를 육성하는 것이 필요하다. 끝으로 농업ㆍ농촌부문에서 청정에너지 생산ㆍ이용을 확대하기 위해서는 지역 고유의 특성을 반영한 신재생에너지 시스템 개발이 필요하다. 지역 내 자원을 최대한 이용하여 자급자족하는 자원순환형 농업은 이산화탄소를 절감하는 것뿐만 아니라 에너지 안보를 높이고 지역 경제의 활성화, 일자리 확대, 환경보호 등 전후방 연관효과를 창출할 수 있다. Clean energy can be used for farming activities and replace fossil fuels. In Korea, geothermal and air source heat pumps, biogas plants, and wood pellets are currently available for use in the agriculture sector. These energy sources are expected to play an important role in the future as they can provide direct and indirect benefits in terms of economy, productivity, and environmental aspects. The main goal of this research is to analyze the current shape of clean energy use in the agricultural sector and find out problems of management through research and case studies. Also, we present a few suggestions to improve the production and use system. The government plans to expand the use of clean energy as an alternative energy source to replace fossil fuels and, as part of this plan, it is promoting various pilot projects and policies such as the low-carbon green growth policy. According to a survey of farmers, the economy of geothermal and air source heat pumps is higher than that of the currently used fuels. The survey has also found that although wood pellets are economically infeasible because of high raw material cost, they are more effective in improving productivity and quality. However, there is a problem in that the initial installation cost is high due to lack of technical skills related to construction and operation, and the effect of its use is highly uncertain. Especially because there is no infrastructure for installation, operation, and follow-up control of clean energy facilities, the production and use of clean energy is limited. Therefore, efficient support policies are most important to maximize clean energy utilization. First of all, the opportunity to participate in alternative energy projects should be expanded by increasing the support scale of the central and provincial governments. Also, government support should be focused on lowering the initial raw material and installation cost and developing clean energy technology rather than on machinery and equipment. The economic feasibility of operating a clean energy facility should also be raised by increasing the technology level through research and development. And it is necessary to foster a professional supplier who can build a batch system for overall operation of the facilities from integrated design and construction to farm monitoring and after-sales services. Finally, in order to maximize the use of clean energy in agricultural and rural sectors, it is necessary to develop renewable energy systems that are unique to a region. The self-sufficient resource-recycling agriculture that best uses local resources can produce ripple effects in downstream and upstream sectors of the economy, including not only reduction of carbon dioxide but also increase in energy security, stimulation of local economy, creation of jobs, and protection of the environment.

        Some devices of sustaining the small scale farming in the changing social and economic conditions in which comparative disadvantages are evidently to be experienced in the near future, are becoming a central proposition in the Korean agriculture. In this connection, development of integrated activities in farming among individual farmers within a region may be an important device of overcoming prevailing limits of resource possession and use of individual farmers. These inter- farm or inter-group cooperation and integration can be promoted through establishing efficient cooperative system within a farming district. This study was undertaken to find facts pertaining to situations leading to successful performence of cooperative systems in group farming. In this study, The case is Cheunee Myun, Yungi-Gun, Chungchungnam-Do in which farming is specialized in production of so called "organic farming products" and farmers are integrated for increasing their productivity.

      • 농자재산업의 산업연관분석과 가격변화 영향

        Background of Research This study used an input-output analysis model to analyze front and rear correlations of agro-material industry and agriculture sector, and industrial correlations of agro-material industry and agriculture sector were mathematically measured. Method of Research In this study we examined the level of influence of the cost changes in agro-material industry and increase in international crude oil price and domestic petroleum products prices to see how much they affected the costs of agro-material industry, agriculture sector and other industries including agriculture. From the analysis conducted focusing on production inducement model, the following results were obtained. Research Results and Implications The result of front production inducement coefficient taking agro-material industry as a center revealed that in most cases the remaining agro-material industry except fertilizer industry did not use the products from agriculture as intermediary goods. The result of analysis carried out based on the assumption that demand for 100 million won was increased using exogenous variable of agro-material industry sector revealed that the influence of nitrogen compound to production increase of its own sector and other industry sectors was the biggest among agro-material industry. A secondary analysis of demand-not-served effect was attempted using a supply side model. The result of analysis revealed that nitrogen compound of the agro-material industry has the biggest influence on the whole industry including agriculture and food and beverage industry and that the decrease in supply of nitrogen compound equivalent to 100 million won would cause decrease in production by 95 million won throughout overall industry. Out of added value items, the ripple effect of the changes in manpower cost to the prices of the products of its own sector was measured. The result of analysis revealed that seed and seedling sectors were most significantly affected by the changes in its own sector"s employee compensation while the sector which was affected least was agricultural pesticides sector. Next to feed industry, fertilizer, nitrogen compound, agricultural pesticides, agricultural machines, seed and seedlings were high in order of influence. In this thesis, we also attempted to analyze the influence of the price increase of domestic petroleum products and imported crude oil to whole domestic industry including agro-material industry. In case domestic petroleum product(fuel oil) price increases by 10%, the product which is affected the most in agro-material industry is nitrogen compound resulting in a price increase of 6.37%. Following nitrogen compound were fertilizer(increase by 0.54%), agricultural machinery, seed and seedling, agricultural pesticides and feed in order of price increase.
