비만 고령여성의 좌식행동과 Cystatin C 및 혈압의 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the sedentary behavior and cystatin C, blood pressure in obese elderly women. Total of 80 obese elderly women (aged 70.3±O.4 years, mean±SEM; body mass index ≥25㎏/㎡) were analysed in the cross-sectional design. Prior to the blood collection, participants were asked to wear an uniaxial accelerometer for 4 consecutive weeks for the determination of sedentary behavior status. After a 10-h overnight fast, fasting venous blood samples were obtained from each participant. Fasting serum cystatin C concentrations was positively correlated with the sedentary time (r=0.599, P=0.001). The sedentary time was positively correlated with pulse pressure in obese elderly women (r=0.340, P=0.002). Moreover, the sedentary time was positively correlated with plasma insulin concentrations in obese elderly women (r=0.742, P=0.001). This study demonstrates that high amount sedentary time may negatively influences on renal function in obese elderly women. In summary, the current findings of the study suggest that reducing sedentary behavior could have public health implications including the prevention of obesity and blood pressure.
한일간 카-훼리 국제복합운송에 따른 不明損害에 관한 연구

급속한 세계화와 블록경제체제는 한ㆍ일간의 교역을 크게 확대시켜 취급품목도 경공업분야로부터 중공업분야까지 다양하게 증대되었다. 이러한 국제교역의 확대는 원활한 운송시스템을 필요하게 되었고, 특히 한ㆍ일간 기계류나 호화 요트와 같은 특수화물에 대한 운송수 요로 카-훼리 국제복합운송체제가 발전하게 되었다. 카-훼리 국제복합운송은 “문전에서 문전까지”라는 하주의 욕구를 충족시켜 주지만 그로 인해 불명손해의 클레임을 야기시킨다. 본 논문의 목적은 한ㆍ일간 카-훼리 국제복합운송에 따른 불명손해의 원인과 문제점을 규명하여 합리적인 책임배분에 의한 대응방안을 모색해 한ㆍ일간 카-훼리 국제복합운송의 지속적인 발전을 도모함에 있다. The recent increase in international car-ferry lines between Korea and Japan as well as China brings needs for proper transportations of special cargo, such as machinery and luxury yacht, etc. International multimodal transport, especially international car ferry through truck-sea-truck system enables to fulfill shippers’ needs for “Door to Door Service”, of such special goods. However, this international multimodal transport of bulk cargo will cause a possible claim for concealed damages during such transportation. For this reason, this study aims to examine the liability system of the multimodal transport operator as well as to investigate liability for concealed damages theoretically and finally to seek proper measures for them. Futhermore, this paper intends to verify the claims for concealed damages to further the international multimodal transport by car ferries between Korea and Japan.
대사증후군 청소년들의 태권도 수련이 최대산소섭취량과 대사증후군 지표에 미치는 영향

이 논문의 목적은 대사증후군 청소년을 대상으로 12주간의 태권도 수련을 실시하여 대사증후군 위험지표, 혈청 지질, 최대산소섭취량의 변화를 연구하는데 있다. 대상자는 대사증후군 청소년 30명을 태권도 수련군 15명, 대조군 15명 무선배치 하였다. 태권도 수련은 평균 운동강도 HRR 60~70%로1회 60분, 주 5회, 12주간 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 나타내었다. 태권도 수련군에서 제지방량, 허리와 엉덩이 둘레 비율, 그리고 최대산소섭취량이 그룹과 시기간의 상호작용에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 대사증후군 위험지표들에 있어서는 허리둘레, 중성지방, HDL 콜레스테롤과 수축기 혈압이 그룹과 시기간의 상호작용에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 최대산소섭취능력에 따른 대사증후군 위험지표들의 수준을 비교해본 결과 최대산소섭취 능력이 낮은 그룹보다 높은 그룹에서 대사증후군 위험지표들의 수준이 HDL 콜레스테롤은 높게 나왔으며 나머지 인자들은 낮은 것으로 나타났으며 특히 허리둘레, 혈당, 중성지방과 HDL 콜레스테롤은 그룹 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 따라서 규칙적인 태권도 수련은 대사증후군 청소년들의 신체구성과 최대산소섭취능력의 향상과 대사증후군 위험지표 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났으며 특히 높은 최대산소섭취능력은 대사증후군 위험지표와도 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 대사증후군 청소년들은 심폐체력을 향상시킬 수 있는 태권도 수련과 같은 규칙적인 운동을 반드시 실시하여야 하며 이는 대사증후군을 예방하고 개선하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. The study aims to examine the changes in relative risk of the metabolic syndrome, plasma lipid levels, and maximal oxygen uptake by performing a 12 weeks taekwondo training targeting adolescents with the metabolic syndrome. The subjects were 30 adolescents with the metabolic syndrome, and they were randomly assigned with 15 taekwondo training group members and 15 person control group members. Taekwondo training performed five times a week for 60 minutes of each time, and the results of test with the average exercise intensity HRR 60~70% for 12 weeks. The results were as follows. In the taekwondo training group, there was a significant difference in lean body mass, the ratio of waist and hip, and the interactions between the group and time in terms of the maximal oxygen uptake. As to relative risks of the metabolic syndrome, waist circumference, triglycerides, HDL-cholesterol, and systolic pressure showed a significant difference in interactions between the group and time. In addition, as the result of comparing the level of relative risks of the metabolic syndrome according to maximal oxygen uptake, the level of relative risks of the metabolic syndrome was excellent in the group with higher maximal oxygen uptake, and especially there was a significant difference between groups in terms of waist circumference, glucose, triglycerides, and HDL-cholesterol. Therefore, the regular taekwondo training had a positive impact on improvement body composition and maximal oxygen uptake in adolescents with metabolic syndrome as well as reduction in relative risks of the metabolic syndrome. In particular, the excellent maximal oxygen uptake was closely related to the relative risks of the metabolic syndrome. Accordingly, adolescents with the metabolic syndrome should exercise like taekwondo to improve their cardiopulmonary fitness, and it will be helpful to prevent and improve the metabolic syndrome.
복합운동프로그램이 Sarcopenia 여성노인을 위한 건강체력과 항노화호르몬 및 근감소증예방에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the health-related physical fitness, anti-aging hormen and prevention of sarcopenia after 12 weeks combined exercise. Subjects were consisted of twenty(con: 10, exe: 10) elderly women. The exercise program was composed of aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, fall prevention exercise and yoga. The program was conducted 60min, 3times a week for 12 weeks. We found that there is shown to be a significant difference between weight, percent of body fat, fat free mass, 2-minute step, chair stand, chair sit-and-reach, 8-ft up and go, limb muscle, GH, IGF-1, DHEAs of each group. Therefore, the study, conducted on elderly women with sarcopenia, found that a 12 weeks combined exercise was thought to be an effective exercise program because health-related physical fitness, anti-aging hormone, LBM and limb muscle were increased.
