        커피전문점의 물리적 환경에 따른 고객의 브랜드 이미지 인지의 차이 - 커피전문점을 이용하는 대학생 이용객을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 부산 지역 대학생들이 지각하는 커피전문점의 물리적 환경이 브랜드 이미지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하기 위해 가설설정을 중심으로 실증분석을 실시하였으며 커피전문점을 이용하는 부산의 대학생들을 대상으로 표본을 추출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 연구가설에 대한 실증분석의 결과와 그 의미는 다음과 같은데첫째, 커피전문점의 물리적 환경 군집(외부시설요인, 종업원 요인, 인쇄물 관련, 내부시설요인)과 고객의 감성적 이미지(커피전문점에 대하여 편안하고 친숙하고 믿을수 있으며 좋은 인상을 받음)는 종업원 관련군집이 가장 높은 점수로 나타났다. 둘째, 커피전문점의 물리적 환경 군집(외부시설요인, 종업원 요인, 인쇄물 관련, 내부시설요인)과 고객의 사회적 이미지(전문성과 경쟁력 및 역사적 전통, 좋은 평판보유)에는 내부 시설군집이 가장 높은 점수로 나타났다. 본 연구가 갖는 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 20대 초반 대학생을 연구 대상으로 하였기 때문에 다양한 연령대 및 직업군에 대한 조사가 필요할것이라 생각된다. 또한 실증조사의 범위를 부산으로 한정하였기 때문에 전국 지역으로일반화하기에는 다소 한계가 있을 것이므로 향후 연구에서는 조사 지역 범위를 확대할 필요가 있다. 그리고 커피전문점 유형에 따라 고객들이 선호하는 물리적 환경 특성이 어떻게 달라지는지 등에 대한 연구도 이루어져야 하겠다. This study conducted an empirical analysis centered around a hypothesis formulation in order to investigate the effect of the physical environment of coffee shops on the perceived brand image by customers with extracted samples targeting university students in Busan using the coffee shops. The reliability and validity of the collected data were verified using SPSS Win 20 and the frequency analysis was conducted in order to understand the properties of the data. The results of the empirical analysis and their meanings regarding the research hypothesis presented in this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, the customer-related cluster is found to score highest among physical environment clusters in the coffee shop (the factors were external facilities, employee, printed matter, and internal facilities) and the emotional image of the customers (good impression of relaxedness, familiarity, and reliability). Secondly, the internal facility cluster scores were the highest in the physical environment clusters of the coffee shop and the social image of the customers. The limitations of this study and the direction of future research may be presented as follows. It is considered necessary to conduct more detailed investigations into various age groups and occupational categories as this study targets university students, in their late teens and early twenties. In addition, the scope of empirical research confined by the area of Busan is to be broadened in order to create generalizations of the rest of the country. Additionally, future research on physical environmental characteristics preferred by customers, in accordance with coffee shop type, shall be made in the future.

        Characterization of Two Ricin Isoforms by Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate-Capillary Gel Electrophoresis and Capillary Isoelectric Focusing

        Sodium dodecyl sulfate-capillary gel electrophoresis (SDS-CGE) and capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF)were employed to characterize and compare ricin E purified from the small grain seeds of Ricinus communis with ricin D isoform. During the purification of ricin E using ion-exchange and size-exclusion chromatography,SDS-CGE was found to be useful for monitoring the efficiencies of purification steps. SDS-CGE showed that the molecular size of ricin E was not significantly different from that of ricin D, which was confirmed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. CIEF was useful for discriminating ricin E from ricin D based on their isoelectric points (pI). The pI values of ricin E and D were 8.6-8.8 and 7.0-7.4, respectively. This study demonstrates the usefulness of SDS-CGE and CIEF for the characterization of ricin toxins.

        Native and Aluminum Chelate Fluorescence of 2-(Substituted anilino) nicotinic Acids

        2-Anilinonicotinic acid를 기본 화합물로한 관련 유도체의 형광특성에 미치는 치환기의 영향을 검토하였다. 각 치환기의 Hammett substituent constant와 형광파장은 직선적인 정량적 관계를 나타내었으며 각 유도체의 알루미늄 착화합물에서도 동일한 경향성을 보였다. 측정용매의 영향은 유도체 및 알루미늄 착화합물에서 공히 용매의 polarity에 대해 정성적인 관련성을 나타내었다. Substituent effects on the fluorescence of 2-(substituted anilino) nicotinic acids and their aluminum chelate compounds were examined, and satisfactory linear relationships between Hammett substituent constant, ${\sigma}$, and the lowest excited singlet energy levels were obtained. Effects of solvent on the native and aluminum chelate compounds were also investigated.

        PEGYLATION

        Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is a water soluble, biocompatible, non-toxic polymer and PEGylation is a well established technique for the modification of therapeutic proteins and peptides. PEG-protein drugs have been extensively studies in relation to therapies for various diseases: cancer, inflammation and others. The covalent attachment of PEG to proteins and peptides prolonged plasma half-life, reduced antigenicity and immunogenicity, increased thermal and mechanical stability, and prevented degradation by enzymes. Several chemical groups for general and site specific conjugation have been exploited to activate PEG for amino group, carboxyl group, and cysteine groups. PEGylation of many proteins and peptides have been studied to enhance their properties for the potential uses. Also, the different positional isomers in several PEG-proteins have shown the difference in vivo stability and biological indicating that the site of PEG molecule attachment is one of the important factor to develop PEG-proteins as poteial therapeutic agents.

        Extrusion-Spheronization Processing (ESP) was applied to preparate sustained release spherical particles as a form of matrix spherical particle (MSP). dl-methylephedrine HCI (ME) was the drug chosen and several dissolution retardants and binders were selected to estimate a relatively good formulation on this purpose. The effect of physicochemical nature, concentration, and solvents of these dissolution retardants and binders on regularity in shape of MSP and in vitro release rate was investigated. The effect of Particle size of matrix particles was also evaluated. It is, therefore, concluded that this ESP would be a relatively good preparation method of sustained release MSP of ME which has the sustained action of about 5 and 8 hours by formulating of ethylcellulose and ethylcellulose-paraffin as a dissolution retardant, respectively, and then ethylcellulose solution of 80% EtOH is recommended as a binder.

        Poly(ε - carbobenzoxy L - lysine)/Poly(ethylene oxide)/Poly(ε - carbobenzoxy L - lysine)블록 공중합체 미립자에서 Cytarabine의 방출특성

        Poly(ε-carbobenzoxy L-lysine)/poly(ethylene oxide)/poly(ε-carbobenzoxy L-lysine) (LEL) block copolymers containing poly(ε-carbobenzoxy L-lysine) (PCLL) as the A component and poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) as the B component were investigated as drug delivery matrix. PCLL homopolymer and LEL block copolymer microspheres containing anticancer drug, cytarabine, were prepared by a solvent evaporation process and the release patterns of cytarabine from the microspheres were investigated in vitro. The size of PCLL homopolymer and LEL block copolymer microspheres was ranged from 0.2 ㎛ to 1 ㎛ in diameter and the shape of the microspheres was almost round. The release pattern of cytarabine from the block copolymers microspheres was dependent on the mole % of PEO of the block copolymers.

      • Toluene-Cyclohexane 混合物의 液膜에 依한 分離

        In the separation of toluene-ctclohexane mixture by using emulsion-type liquid membrane, the effects of the following factors on separation factor were studied: the ratio of volume of surfactant solution to volume of hydrocarbon mixture, surfactant concentration, stirring speed in emulsification, and stirring speed in mixing emulsion with solvent. Up to the point when the ratio of volume of surfactant solution to volume of hydrocarbon mixture reached 1, the separation factor increased but it decreased when the ratio exceeded 1. When the surfactant concentration was 0.5 weight percent and the contact time 10 minutes, the separation factor reached its maximum value. As the stirring speed in emulsification increased, the separation factor increased giving the greatest value at the contact time of 10 minutes. When the stirring speed in mixing emulsion with solvent was 200 rpm and the contact time 10 minutes, the separation factor reached its maxmum.
