Analysis of Energy Efficiency in PCB Manufacturing Process

Recently, development of renewable energy and improvement of energy efficiency become important issues due to high oil price and global warming. The improvement of energy efficiency restrains the growth rate of energy demand to result in delaying or reducing the expansion of energy supply facilities. As most of energy consumption occurs in industries, it is natural that various methods are sought for energy savings through an efficient management of energy resources consumed in shop floors of industries. In this paper the Energy Resource Management (ERM) system is proposed efficiently to manage and analyze energy consumption and CO2 emission in industries. Data of energy consumption are measured in real time by means of electric power meters and stored in the ERM system by using Machine-to-Machine (M2M) devices. Energy efficiency of a manufacturing process is analyzed based on the data. In this paper the system is implemented in the inner scrubbing process and drilling process for manufacturing PCB and the reflow soldering process for surface mounting of chips or devices on PCB. The results obtained from the implementation are analyzed and reviewed to check usefulness and reliability of the ERM system. The ERM system proposed in this paper mainly for monitoring and analysis of energy consumption can be utilized as the guidelines to manage and improve the energy efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Angiosarcomas are rare, but aggressive malignancies. Reports of brain metastasis are uncommon. In this report, we describe the clinical features of a 62 year-old man who presented with hemoptysis and right-sided weakness. Chest computed tomography showed multiple ill-defined part solid nodules in both lungs and brain magnetic resonance imaging showed multiple hemorrhagic bran masses. The patient underwent whole body proton emission tomography to identify biopsy site and showed multiple bone lesions. A right acetabulum biopsy in confirmed the diagnosis of angiosarcoma.
CaO-P₂O5-Fe₂O₃系 유리半導體의 電氣的 性質에 關한 硏究

The d-c electrical resistivity, dielectric constant, and dielectric loss of the CaO-P₂??-Fe₂O₃glass semiconductors have been investigated. The glass series contain different iron concentration in system of molar composition 30 CaO-(70-χ)P₂??-χ Fe₂O₃with χ from 10 to 25%. The d-c electrical resistivity measurements of these glasses as a function of temperature from 25 to 200℃ showed that the resistivity decrease with increasing Fe₂O₃contents and temperature. It was found that the d-c conduction activation energy was equal to activation energy of the dielectric relaxation process in frequency range 20 to 20k Hz in high temperature regions. The experimental results support that the electrical conduction in these glasses is the electron hopping in the different valence states.

A hillside high-rise apartment building complex is an important part of the scene of a city, but at the same time degrades its area and municipal scenes. Under the recognition that such complex should make allowances for characteristics of environmental visual perception by people, thus, this study evaluated a construction view of the complex on hillside through an empirical approach based on visual mechanism and thereon determined those characteristics. Then the study tried to propose improvement points according to such characteristics in relation to made a view by skyrocketing apartment buildings on a slope land.
