독서운동으로서 ‘한 책, 한 도시’ 연구 - ‘원북원부산’ 운동을 중심으로 -

This paper studied ‘One Book, One Busan’ movement to study case studies after understanding ‘One Book, One City’ movement, which is evaluated as a representative reading movement in Korea. In 1998, Seattle, USA, the “If All of Seattle Read the Same Book” movement began. The Seattle Public Library selected a book of fiction and encouraged all citizens to read it together. The people who read the book talked about the book in a public place, the discussion about the book, and the use of the book in the classroom. By sharing a book, citizens naturally became community conscious. Starting with Chicago's ‘One Book, One Chicago’, the reading movement spread throughout the United States and moved to Canada, Australia, and South Korea. In Korea, following the pilot case of Seosan in 2003, the Suncheon City and Busan Metropolitan Office of Education independently spread the ‘One Book, One City’ movement in 2004, centering on public libraries. This study understanding the ‘One Book, One City’ reading movement and based on this, I studied 15 years ‘One Book, One Busan’ movement. After summarizing the present situation, I proposed improvement points. This study is a research study on four books which summarized the ‘One Book, One Busan’ movement, reviewing the previous research, as well as an empirical study I participated and observed in the ‘One Book, One City’ movement. The nature of the case study included interviews with practitioners, steering committee members, and book selection committee members of the ‘One Book, One Busan’ movement. I hope that this case study will contribute to the implementation of the ‘One Book, One City’ Movement in Korea by complementing previous research on the theme ‘One Book, One City. 이 연구는 국내 대표적인 독서운동으로 평가받는 ‘한 책, 한 도시’ 운동을 이해하고, 구체적인 실천 사례를 분석하고자 ‘원북원부산(One Book, One Busan)’ 운동을 고찰하였다. 1998년 미국 시애틀에서 ‘시애틀 시민이 책 한 권을 같이 읽는다면’이라는 생각의 운동이 시작되었다. 시애틀 공공도서관은 소설책 한 권을 선정하고 모든 시민이 함께 읽도록 권장했다. 책을 읽은 사람들은 같은 책을 읽었다는 동질감에 공공장소에서 책에 대해 자연스럽게 이야기를 나누었고, 그 책으로 토론회를 열고 학교 수업에 활용하면서 시민들은 독서에 관심을 두기 시작했다. 한 권의 책을 공유하며 시민들은 자연스럽게 공동체 의식을 가지게 된 것이다. 시카고 시의 ‘한 책, 한 시카고(One Book, One Chicago)’를 시작으로 이 운동은 미국 전역으로 확산되었고, 캐나다, 호주, 한국 등으로 옮겨갔다. 국내에서는 2003년 서산의 시범 사례에 이어, 2004년 순천시와 부산시교육청이 독자적으로 ‘한 책, 한 도시’ 운동을 추진하면서 공공도서관을 중심으로 퍼져나갔다. 이 연구는 독서운동으로서 ‘한 책, 한 도시’를 이해하고, 이를 바탕으로 하여 15년째를 맞은 부산의 ‘한 책, 한 도시’ 운동인 ‘원북원부산’ 운동을 개관하여, 그 현황을 정리한 후, 개선점을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 연구자가 ‘한 책, 한 도시’ 운동에 참여하고 관찰한 경험 연구이면서, 선행 연구와 ‘원북원부산’ 운동을 정리한 네 권의 자료집을 대상으로 한 문헌 연구이다. 사례 연구의 특성상, 원북원부산 운동의 실무자, 운영위원, 선정위원 대상의 인터뷰를 반영하였다. 이러한 사례 연구가 ‘한 책, 한 도시’ 운동과 관련한 선행 연구를 보완하여 국내 ‘한 책, 한 도시’ 운동을 더욱 내실 있게 운영하는 데 보탬이 되었으면 한다.

도파민 코팅을 이용한 3차원 그래핀 나노 구조체의 전기화학적/기계적 특성 향상 연구

Inherited the excellent electrical and mechanical properties based on the low dimensional structure of graphene, three-dimensional graphene nanostructures have gathered great attention as electrochemical energy storage electrodes owing to their high porosity and large specific surface area. Also, having the catecholamine structure, dopamine has been regarded as a multifunctional material to possess high affinity to various organic/inorganic materials and to modify a hydrophobic surface to a hydrophilic one. In this work, through coating dopamine on the three-dimensional graphene nanostructure, we tried to increase the specific capacitance by enhancing the wettability with electrolyte and to improve the mechanical compressive property by strengthening the nano-architecture. As a result, the dopamine-coated nanostructure exhibited significant improvement on the specific capacitance (51.5% increase) and compressive stress (59.6% increase). 그래핀의 저차원 구조에서 기인하는 우수한 전기적/기계적 특성을 지닌 3차원 그래핀 나노 구조체는 높은 다공성과 비표면적을 가지고 있기 때문에 전기화학 에너지 저장 전극 물질로 각광을 받고 있다. 또한 도파민은 카테콜아민 구조를 갖고 있어 다양한 유무기 재료와의 결합력이 뛰어나고, 소수성 재료를 친수성으로 개질시킬 수 있는 다기능 소재이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도파민을 3차원 그래핀 나노 구조체에 코팅하여, 전해질과의 젖음성을 증대시켜 전기화학 전극의 비축전용량을 개선하고, 3차원 나노 네트워크 간 결합력을 올려 기계적 압축 특성을 증가시키고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 도파민이 코팅된 3차원 그래핀 나노 구조체는 전기화학 비축전용량이 51.5%, 압축 응력은 59.6%로 증가하는 높은 개선 효과를 나타내었다.

There are no products, systems to manage health and detect security for infant, the old and the weak in Korea. Recently, the concerns of parents are increasing more about all of children(baby, infant, etc) because rate of birth is decreasing gradually. Also, the average span of human life is on an increasing trend according to well-being and evolution of medical treatment. Therefore, this treatise analyzed problems in managing and following-up infant, the old and the weak at present. By using TRIZ to solve problems, we devised new conceptional ideas, detail designs to manage health, detect security, cope with correspondences for them and developed the prototype and tested it. Excellent performances are proved through various field test.

Sexuality, cause of the instigation, could criticize Yun"s action at point that presuppose inequality relation of power.<BR>Also, opening of desire was begun from inferiority complex about left that American soldier and Yun that is stationary troops are ideology which hate, and was expose that embrace prostitute who the conquest method entertains American soldier to relative of sexual appetite, or Yun Im that is leftist leader"s lover, and double consciousness of contempt and envy about Yun Im drives him by self-disruption specially, cleared that was importance cause that kill Lee Cheol impulsively.  <BR>From this viewpoint, estimation until now that analyze ?Flag Holder without Flag? as "Resistance against improper violence" and generalizes by humanity or activism, anticommunism etc.. should studies again. According to result that writer describe, studies "Flag" and "Excellent flag that is not seen" through reconfiguration of text from novel first part, "Flag" could know truth that is tiped from novel middle to "Communism ideology" although meant "Ideology" which do not remove to left·right one side at first and be. Through this, ideology which human makes ?Flag Holder without Flag? controls human preferably, and I of wound could estimate age to novel that is missing chaos and wandering of outspread young man and humans from "Space of liberation", the space that could not but make sexuality by thorough inferiority complex escape method so by discord and conflict thereby. <BR>Also, Seonwoo Hui"s ?Flag Holder without Flag? after as step-stone that write regular long novel act, and literary history overcomes postwvel"s limit, and opened possibility to be connected as Choi In-Hoon"s novel "Kwangjang". There is meaning at the point.

미메시스의 재해석을 통한 독서 이론과 환상문학의 가치와 자질 연구

이 연구는 비평과 독서의 영역에서 모두 주목할 만한 국내 환상문학 텍스트를발굴하여 해석학과 독서 현상학의 관점에서 연구하기 위한 선행 작업이다. 이를위해 서구 예술 미학의 원류인 미메시스의 의미를 재해석하여, 독서 이론을 정리하고, 이를 바탕으로 하여 독서의 관점에서 환상문학의 가치와 자질을 살펴보았다. 문학에서 환상은 인간의 상상력을 바탕으로 현실을 확장하는 데 기여하며, 독자는 확장된 현실을 다시 확장하며 미메시스의 여정은 독서의 영역으로 이어진다. 흄이 환상을 통해 미메시스를 재해석했다면, 리쾨르는 미메시스를 독서 이론으로 확장한다. 독서 이론은 저자로부터 시작하여 텍스트로, 텍스트에서 다시독자로 이주하는 과정에서 형성되었다. 그래서 독서는 단순히 정보와 지식을 얻으려는 행위가 아니라, 적극적이고도 능동적으로 세상을 대면하여 자기와 세계를이해하는 행위가 되었다. 환상문학은 리쾨르의 자기이해의 독서를 구현하는 텍스트로 활발한 연구 대상이 되어야 할 것이다. 독서의 관점에서 좋은 환상문학은진부하지 않고, 독자의 삶과 처한 현실을 다르게 바라보는 법을 알려주며, 해석의 가능성을 폭넓게 열어주는 이야기, 공감과 감동으로 자기와 세계를 이해하고, 좋은 삶에 관해 생각하게 하는 이야기, 그러한 성찰을 바탕으로 하여, 실존적 처지에서 행동 선택에 도움을 주는 이야기여야 한다. 앞으로 국내 주목할 만한 환상문학 텍스트들을 대상으로, 독자의 관점에서 해석학과 현상학으로 접근하는 연구가 활발하게 이루어졌으면 한다.

超音波의 垂値探傷法에 의한 傾斜를 갖는 圓形 平面缺陷의 크기 評價에 관한 硏究

In the straight beam inspection of ultrasonic wave, the method for evaluating flaw size by AVG diagram is useful as a method for the quantitative evaluation of results of ultrasonic flaw detection. This study was carried out the measure the size of circular flat flaw with the inclination by straight beam inspection and could be decreased the error of application due to the inclination of flaw by AVG diagram in consideration of correction coefficient. From the result of the experiment, the error by means of the application of experimental values to AVG diagram was increased as the inclination angle grows. Also, it was increased the error of application as the detecting frequency and diameter of flaw grows in the same inclination angle. In case of diameter of flaw 6㎜, AVG diagram could be applied to the inclination angle 3˚ for 5 MHz, 7˚ for 2.25 MHz, 15˚ for 1 MHz in the range of 20% error and the theory was concided with the experiment to 5˚ for 5 MHz, 10˚ for 2.25 MHz, 15˚ for 1 MHz in the range of 10% error by correction eq. (45) due to the inclination angle. Therefore, it is considered that the results obtained from this study will be somewhat helpful informations for the size evaluation of circular flat flaw with the inclination.

독서복지 실현을 위한 독서운동의 역할

Although the term ‘reading welfare’ appears frequently in the field of cultural policy, the academic concept of this term was not clear. Therefore, in this study, the concept of reading welfare was first arranged in the category of cultural welfare, and in order to examine the role of the reading movement for realizing reading welfare, the domestic reading movement was overviewed, and the ‘Liberal Arts Competitions’ that had a great influence on domestic reading culture in the past And we looked at ‘One Book, One City’, which is currently actively running in Korea, and the community-based NEA Big Read funded by the US federal government. The reading movement for the welfare of reading can achieve its original purpose without being distorted if it is based on the public nature and adheres to the principles of spontaneity, diversity, and equality. In this study, referring to the past reading movement, the current reading movement, and the American reading movement, a local community reading movement called ‘One Book Together’ (tentative name) was proposed. This researcher expects If the government raises a fund for the welfare of reading, and based on this fund, local non-profit organizations and groups voluntarily conduct a ‘One Book Together’ reading movement centered on civil society, reading that helps to realize the welfare of reading I hope it will be an exercise. ‘독서복지’라는 용어가 문화정책 분야에 자주 등장하지만, 정작 학술적 개념은 분명하지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우선 문화복지의 범주에서 독서복지의 개념을 정리하였다. 독서복지 실현을 위한 독서운동의 역할을 검토하고자 국내 독서운동을 개관하고, 과거 국내 독서문화에 큰 영향을 끼친 ‘자유교양대회’와 현재 국내에서 활발하게 운영되는 ‘한 책, 한 도시’, 미국 연방정부의 기금으로 운영되는 지역 공동체 기반 독서운동 NEA Big Read를 살펴보았다. 독서복지 실현을 위한 독서운동은 공공성을 바탕으로 하여 자발성, 다양성, 평등성의 원리를 지켜가야 왜곡되지 않고 본래 목적에 다가갈 수 있음을 확인하였고, 과거와 현재의 국내 독서운동과 미국 독서운동의 사례를 참고하여, ‘더불어 한 책’(가칭) 독서운동을 제안하였다. 독서복지를 위해 정부의 문화복지 예산과 기업, 시민의 기부로 기금을 조성하고, 이 재원을 바탕으로 시민사회를 중심으로 지역의 비영리 조직과 단체들이 자발적으로 ‘더불어 한 책’ 운동을 펼친다면, 독서복지 실현에 일익을 담당하는 독서운동이 되지 않을까 기대한다.
