교통사고 환자 77례에 대한 임상적 고찰

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to find out tendency of traffic accident patients treated in korean medicine hospital. Methods : We investigated 77 patients who were treated in Semyung University Korean Medicine Hospital from 1 st, January, 2007 to the 30st September, 2009. Results and Conclusions : 1. In distribution of gender and age, the rate of male was 36.4%, that of female was 63.6% and majority of patients were twenties, thirties and forties. 2. In the traffic accident patterns, the most was car crash from behind(49.4%) and after traffic accident, 42 patients(54.6%) visited our hospital in less than 5 days. 3. 22 patients(28.6%) choose the oriental medical treatment for primary care. And 35 patients(45.4%) visited our hospital due to preference of oriental medicine. 4. In partial pain, most was the neck(76.6%), followed by low back(61.0%). 5. In radiation test(excluded sprain and straightening), the most was HIVD of L-SPINE(14.0%). 6. In the periods of admission, less than 7 days was the 1st(36.4%), 14 days was the 2nd(27.3%). 7. The treatment was effective to 67 patients out of 77 patients who had been hospitalized.

부동산경매에서 유치권 제도 개선에 관한 연구 - 절차법을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 부동산 경매에서 유치권 제도의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 절차법적측면을 중심으로 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 부동산경매에서 유치권의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 집행법원은 부동산의 점유관계에 있어서 일정한 기준을 정할 필요성이 있고, 유치권의 성립여부를 판단하여 첫 매각기일에 공시하는 것이 타당하다. 또한 부동산 경매절차에서 유치권 권리신고를 의무화하는 제도적 개선이 요구되며, 유치권에 대한 현황조사를 강화하고, 매각물건명세서에 유치권에 관한 사항을 포함하여 보다 공신력을 부여해야 할 필요성이 있다. 더불어 허위 및 과장 유치권자에 대해서는 법적 처벌을 보다 강화하여 부동산경매절차에 있어서 유치권의 법적 안정성을 도모 할 필요가 있다. This study was intended to identify the problem of the lien in relation to the real estate auction and present its improvements in terms of procedural laws. To resolve the problem of the lien in the real estate auction, it is valid that the Vollstreckungsgericht needs to set the certain standard in relation to the possession of real estate and notify it at the first date of sale by judging whether the lien can be established. And the institutional improvement is required to obligate one to report the lien in the procedures of the real estate auction and reinforce the survey of the present condition of the lien. And it is necessary to impose the more public confidence on the statement of sale by including the matter of the lien in it. In addition, it is necessary to reinforce legal punishment to the false and fictitious lienholder and establish the legal stability of the lien in the process of the real estate auction.

항만 근로자의 해상 추락사고에 대응하는 해상 구조 로봇

해상 추락사고에 대응하는 해상 구조 로봇 프로젝트는 항만 근로자의 추락사고 감지와 피해자 구조에 초점을 둔다. 센서와 자율주행 기술을 접목하여 정확하고 효율적인 구조 작업을 가능케 하고, 자체 개발한 워터센서를 활용하여 신속한 구조를 지원한다. YOLO를 이용한 피해자 위치 파악, 블루투스 기반 관리자 어플리케이션, 해상 추락 감지 및 센서를 탑재한 구명 조끼, 자동 구조 작업 등의 기능을 통합하여 항만 근로자의 안전을 보장하며, 해수욕장 등 다양한 환경에서도 확장 가능한 창의적인 기술을 제시한다.

유치권 제도 개선을 통한 부동산경매 활성화에 관한 연구

다발성 신경병증 및 근병증으로 추정되는 환자의 치료 2례에 대한 증례보고

Objective : Poly neuropathy is disease that reveals musle relaxation or sensory disorder, and Myopathy is disease that reveals musle weakness, wasting, pain. These diseases occur in the lower or upper limbs. This is the clinical report about Poly neuropathy or Myopathy estimated patients. Method : Patients were treated by acupuncture, herb medicine, bee venom herbal-acupuncture, moxibustion. We evaluated the improvement of symptoms with ROM(Range of Motion) and MCR(Medical Research Council) standard. Result : Symptoms that patients have at admission improved and disappered gradually with oriental medicine therapy. Observing the change of ROM and MCR standard, they indicated us improvement of disease. Conclusion : We achived a desirable result from treatment of peripheral neuropathy or myopathy estimated patients. However, further studies are required to prove the effect of oriental medicine treatment.

전환장애 위증 환자 1례에 대한 증례보고

Objectives : This is a clinical report about the Conversion Disorder, Wei symptom patient. Methods : The patient was treated by acupuncture, herb medication, moxibustion, physical therapy and bio feedback. The improvement of the patient was judged by lower limb elevation test and gait condition test. Results : During the 1st duration, lower limb elevation angle of the patient had improved. And the patient's gait condition had improved. But he received stress so that same symptom appeared again. Then, after the second treatment, He could walk alone again. Conclusions : Oriental medicine treatment including Acupuncture, Herb medication was very effctive to improve the Conversion disorder patient's symptoms. It is necessary to have more observation and many cases of patients with Conversion disorder.

증례 : Methimazole 복용 후 발생한 간부전으로 간이식을 시행 받은 1예

최근 가이드라인을 보면 PTU의 간독성 부작용과 관련하여 갑상선기능항진 증 치료로 메티마졸을 사용하도록 권장하고 있다. 그러나 매우 드물지만 메티마졸에 의해서 간독성이 발생할 수 있고, 본 증례처럼 간이식이 필요할 정도로 심각한간부전을 일으킬 수도 있다. 저자들은 60세 남자 환자가 메티마졸을 복용한 후 간부전이 발생하여 간이식을 시행한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하였다. Antithyroid drugs inhibit the synthesis and excretion of thyroid hormone from the thyroid gland. Propylthiouracil (PTU) and methimazole are well known as antithyroid drugs. In 2011, the American Thyroid Association and American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists published management guidelines for hyperthyroidism and other causes of thyrotoxicosis, and recommended methimazole as the first-choice antithyroid drug for the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Lower hepatotoxicity is an advantage of methimazole. Fulminant hepatitis rarely occurs in methimazole users, and spontaneous recovery is expected even if it does occur. We describe a rare case of acute liver failure after methimazole intake in a 60-year-old man who underwent liver transplantation.

요각통 환자에 대한 Bee Venom과 Sweet Bee Venom의 효능 비교 연구

Objective The aim of this study is to investigate if Sweet Bee Venom therapy has the equal effect in comparison with Bee Venom Therapy on Low back pain with Radiation pain. Methods Clinical studies were done 24 patients who were treated low back pain with radiation pain to Dept. of Acupuncture & Moxibusition, of Oriental Medicine Se-Myung University from April 1, 2007 to September 30, 2007. Subjects were randomly divided into two groups ; Bee Venom treated group(Group A, n=10), Sweet Bee Venom treatred group(Group B, n=14). In Bee Venom treated group(Group A), we treated patients with dry needle acupuncture and Bee Venom therapy. In Sweet Bee Venom treatred group(Group B), we treated patients with dry needle acupuncture and Sweet Bee Venom therapy. All process of treatment were performed by double blinding method. To estimate the efficacy of controlling pain. we checked Visual Analog Scale(VAS). For evaluating functional change of patients, Straight Leg Raising Test(S.L.R.T) was measured. Results 1. In controlling pain, Sweet Bee Venom treatred group(Group B) had similar ability in comparison with Bee Venom treated group(Group A). 2. In promoting function, Sweet Bee Venom treatred group(Group B) had similar ability in comparison with Bee Venom treated group(Group A). Conclusions It may be equal effects as compared with using Bee Venom to treat low back pain with radiation pain using Sweet Bee Venom. We can try to treat other disease known to have effect with Bee Venom.

특발성 동안신경마비의 자하거 약침 치료 3례

Objective : Oculomotor nerve palsy is a disorder which causes eyeball movement trouble, diplopia, dizziness and eyelid ptosis. It is caused by aneurysm, mass, trauma, infection and so on. But sometimes we can't establish the cause. We observed 3 cases of idiopathic oculomotor nerve palsy patient treated with hominis placenta pharmacopuncture. Method & Result : We treated three idiopathic oculomotor nerve palsy patients with hominis placenta pharmacopuncture and electroacupuncture. As the result, symptoms of three patients were improved remarkably. Conclusion : In this cases, the hominis placenta pharmacopuncture is effective on idiopathic oculomotor nerve palsy. We need further study about idiopathic oculomotor nerve palsy and hominis placenta pharmacopuncture.
