1. Objectives Facial features are the important personal characteristics. As a study of all the standardization research about the morphology of face and head, this study was carried out to find the differences according to sex, age. 2. Methods We have collected 1140 cases of patients of the Sasang constitutional Department of Kyung-Hee Medical Center and Kangnam Kyung-Hee Oriental Hospital. we took pictures their frontal view, lateral view of face and measured height, breaths and projected length of face with Face Features Measurement Program(FFMP) and analyzed shape differences of face according to sex, age. 3. Results We got the morphologic characteristics of face according to sex, age. And we will upgrade the Sasangin Classification System by this Morphologic study of Head and Face. 4. Conclusions 1) The morphologic characteristics of face according to sex (1) A man's head is longer and wider than a woman's in most measurement. (2) A woman's eye is bigger in height than man's. (3) A woman's face is looked full-filled than man's. (4) A man's polion is higher than pupil but a woman's polion is lower than pupil. 2) The morphologic characteristics of face according to age (1) Young age's forehead is longer and higher than old age's. (2) Young age's eyebrow is wider than old age's (3) Young age's eye is bigger in height than old age's (4) Old age's nose is longer, wider and lower than young age's (5) Old age's ear is longer than young age's (6) Old age's bigonial breath is wider than young age's (7) Old age's low face is extinguished than you age's

기업의 업무 환경 변화에 따른 정보 시스템 간의 협업 개발은 기존 업무 서비스의 중복 및 유지보수 비용의 증가라는 문제가 발생한다. 이에 따라 웹 서비스는 동일한 비즈니스 도메인 내 서비스의 중복을 방지하고 이미 활용 중인 서비스를 위한 분산 컴퓨팅의 표준으로 제안되었으나, 웹 서비스가 필요로 하는 데이터가 규격화되어 있지 않기 때문에 사용자는 다양한 비즈니스 목적에 부합하는 서비스를 찾기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 서비스 운용을 위한 온톨로지를 기반으로 한 협업 시스템을 구축한다. 온톨로지는 협업 처리를 위한 분산 시스템 환경 하에서 상호 의존적으로 존재하는 서비스를 찾아 융합 서비스를 지원할 수 있다. 협업 시스템의 역할은 온톨로지를 기반으로 서비스의 개발, 등록 및 호출하는데 사용 한다. 로컬 시스템은 서비스 프로파일을 통해 협업 지원을 요청한다. 협업 시스템은 해당 서비스 프로파일을 참조하여 개발을 지원하고, 온톨로지를 통해 실 데이터 간의 의미적 연관관계를 표현하며, 서비스에 포함된 인스턴스들에 대한 관계를 추론한다. 이를 바탕으로 여행 예약 서비스를 위한 협업 시스템에 적용한다. 그 결과로 협업 시스템에서 발생하는 데이터 충돌 문제를 해결하여 서비스를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있으며, 시스템 간의 매핑이 감소됨을 검증한다. The development of collaboration among information systems in accordance with changes in enterprises' business environment brings about the problems of duplication of the existing business services and increase in costs of maintenance. Accordingly, Web service has been suggested as the standard of distributed computing to prevent the duplication of services within the same business domain and to attain the services that are already being utilized. But since the data needed for Web services are not standardized, it is difficult for the users to find services that meet diverse business purposes. In this paper, we construct an ontology-based collaboration system for service interoperability. The ontology can support fusion service by finding services which are existed interdependently under the distributed environment for collaboration processing. The role of the collaborative system includes development, registration and call of services based on ontology. A local systems request collaboration support through the service profile. Collaborative system supports the development of service using the service profiles, represents the semantic association between real data through system ontology, and infers relationship between instances contained in the services. Based on this, we applied the travel booking services for collaboration system. As a result, service can be managed effectively preventing collision in collaborative system, and we verify that the mapping between system is reduced.

1. Objectives The Face is an important standard for the classification of Sasang Contitutions. Now We are developing 3D Automatic Face Recognition Apparatus to analyse the facial characteristics. This apparatus show us 3D image of man's face and measure facial figure. We should examine accuracy of position recognition in 3D Automatic Face Recognition Apparatus(3D-AFRA). 2. Methods We took a photograph of Face status with Land Mark by using 3D-AFRA. And We scanned Face status by using laser scanner(vivid 700). We analysed error average of distance between Facial Definition Points. We compare the average between using 3D-AFRA and using laser scanner. So We examined the accuracy of position recognition in 3D-AFRA at indirectly. 3. Results and Conclusions The error average of distance between Right Pupil and The Other Facial Definition Points is 0.5140mm and the error average of distance between Left Pupil and The Other Facial Definition Points is 0.5949mm in frontal image of face. The error average of distance between Left Pupil and The Other Facial Definition Points is 0.5308mm and the error average of distance between Left Tragion and The Other Facial Definition Points is 0.6529mm in laterall image of face. In conclusion, We assessed that accuracy of position recognition in 3D-AFRA is considerably good.

1. Objectives This case is to report that a Soyangin patient with nausea and vomiting treated by Soyangin's Constitutional medications 2. Methods This patient was treated by several Constitutional medications and acupuncture treatment according to the result of Sasang Constitutional diagnosis with western management. We used Visual analogue scale(VAS) for the assessment of nausea and vomiting. 3. Results and Conclusions This patient's chief complants were nausea and vomiting. So he was treated by Soyangin's Constitutional medications(especially Hyeongbangpaedok-san, Dojeokganggi-tang and Hyeongbangsabaek-san) and showed a positive response about his symptom. But then we consider that studies about that case like this are more needed.

최근 멀티미디어 기술과 네트워크의 발전으로 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 생성은 빠르게 늘어가고 있다. 그러나 이를 찾고 활용하는 기술은 부족하다. 이러한 문제를 보완하고 해결하기 위해 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 위한 표준안들이 많이 있으나 멀티미디어 데이터 형식과 상호운용성을 표현하기에는 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 상호 운용할 수 있도록 하는 온톨로지 기반의 콘텐츠 검색 시스템을 제시한다. 온톨로지는 MPEG-7의 MDS(Multimedia Description Scheme)와 같은 스키마 구조에 온톨로지 구축을 위한 규칙을 제시하여 구성한다. 이러한 온톨로지를 바탕으로 멀티미디어 데이터가 가지고 있는 연관성을 확장하여 의미론적 검색 시스템을 구축한다. With the development of multimedia and network technology, the production of multimedia contents is rapidly increasing. Meanwhile, the technology to search and use the contents is still insufficient. There are standards for multimedia contents to address the problem, but they cannot fully support diverse multimedia data types or ensure their interoperability. In this paper, an ontology-based content search system is proposed to ensure the interoperability of multimedia contents. The ontology is configured by presenting the rules for it using the schema structure of the multimedia description scheme (MDS) of MPEG-7. Based on this ontology, This paper extend multimedia relationship based on ontology, thus established the semantic retrieval system.

1. Objectives Sasang Contitutional Medicine, a part of the traditional Korean medical lore, treats illness through a constitutional typing system that categorizespeople into four constitutional types. A few of the important criteria for differentiating the constitutional types are external appearances, inner state of mind, and pathological patterns. We had been developing a 3D Automatic Face Recognition Apparatus (3D-AFRA) in order to evaluate the external appearances with more objectivity. This apparatus provides a 3D image and numerical data on facial configuration, and this study aims to evaluate the mechanical accuracy of the 3D-AFRA hardware. 2. Methods Several objects of different shapes (cube, cylinder, cone, pyramid) were each scanned 10 times using the 3D Automatic Face Recognition Apparatus (3D-AFRA). The results were then compared and analyzed with data retrieved through a laser scanner known for its high accuracy. The error rates were analyzed for each grid point of facial contour scanned with Rapidform2006 (Rapidform2006 is a 3D scanning software that collects grid point data for contours of various products and products and product parts through 3D scanners and other 3D measuring devices; the grid point data thusly acquired is then used to reconstruct highly precise polygon and curvature models). 3. Results and Conclusions The average error rate was 0.22mm for the cube, 0.22mm for the cylinder, 0.125mm for the cone, and 0.172mm for the pyramid. The visual data comparing error rates for measurement figures retrieved with Rapidform2006 is shown in $Fig.3{\sim}Fig.6$. Blue tendency indicates smaller error rates, while red indicates greater error rates The protruding corners of the cube display red, indicating greater error rates. The cylinder shows greater error rates on the edges. The pyramid displays greater error rates on the base surface and around the vertex. The cone also shows greater error around the protruding edge.

1. Objectives This case is to report that a Taeumin patient with nausea and vomiting treated by Taeumin's Contitutional medications. 2. Methods This patient was treated by several Constitutional medications and acupuncture treatment according to the result of Sasang Constitutional diagnosis with western management. We used Visual analogue scale(VAS) for the assessment of nausea and vomiting. 3. Results and Conclusions This patient's chief complaints were nausea and vomiting. So She was treated by Taeumin's Constitutional medications(especially Galgeunhaegui-tang, Cheongsimyeonja-tang) and showed a positive response about her symptom. Bur then we consider that studies about that case like this are mote needed.

Stress-induced cardiomyopathy is a disease characterized by acute transient left ventricular dysfunction following exposure to stressful situations. We encountered an 80-year-old woman with complete atrioventricular block and normal LV systolic function. After permanent pacemaker implantation, electrocardiogram showed inverted T-waves in precordial leads. Follow-up echocardiographic findings indicated dyskinesia of the apical wall. Final diagnosis was stress-induced cardiomyopathy associated with a physically stressful condition (i.e., pacemaker implantation). (Korean J Med 2012;82:609-613)

설인신경통은 삼킴에 의해 유발되는 극심한 작열통이 설인신경의 지배 영역인 인두, 편도, 후두 부위에 발작적으로 발생하는 드문 질환이다. 설인신경통으로 유발되는 서맥 또는 심장무수축으로 실신이 발생할 수 있고 치명적인 합병증을 초래할 수 있다. 저자들은 설인신경통에 의해 유발되는 심장무수축에 의한 실신으로 영구형 인공 심박동기 치료를 시행한 증례 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Glossopharyngeal neuralgia is a rare disease that is characterized by sharp pain in the posterior pharynx, tonsils, and larynx, triggered by swallowing. Glossopharyngeal neuralgia can trigger bradycardia or asystole, which can induce life-threatening cardiac syncope. A 55-year-old male was admitted with severe paroxysmal pain in his left jaw and ear, followed by asystole and syncope. We report a patient with cardiac syncope associated with glossopharyngeal neuralgia treated with a permanent pacemaker. (Korean J Med 2012;82:217-220)
