        강재 요소를 적용한 조립식 흙막이 벽체에 관한 연구

        H-pile과 목재 토류판을 사용하는 흙막이 공법은 오랜 기간 굴착공사에서 사용되어 온 공법이지만 H-pile 사이의 간격이 일정치 않아 규격화된 목재를 절단하거나 덧대기 공정이 추가되는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 시방규정상 3회 재사용을 위한 목재 회수시 안전사고의 위험이 따르게 되며 이러한 이유로 목재를 회수치 않고 지중에 매몰하여 여러 차례 방송매체의 지적을 받은 바 있다. 이 연구에서는 이상의 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 기존의 목재 토류판을 대신하여 강재 요소를 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 강재 흙막이 구조체는 자유 확폭과 개별 흙막이 구조체를 연결하는 커넥터를 통해 시공 편의성 및 재활용을 위한 회수가 가능한 것이 특징이다. 또한, 해체 시 커넥터를 통한 구조체간의 연결성으로 지중인력투입없이 해체가 가능하다. 이러한 흙막이 구조체의 강도특성을 분석하기 위해 UTM장비를 사용하여 휨 강성시험, 반복 사용의 능력을 확인하기위한 피로 강도시험, 그리고, 흙막이 구조체의 회수 시 연결부 구조체의 성능을 확인하기위한 인장 강도시험을 수행하였다. 또한, 장점으로 부각된 내용이 현장에서 실제 가능한지 여부를 확인하기 위한 현장시험과 다양한 지반조건에 따른 수치해석을 통해 현장 적용성을 평가하였다. 연구결과, 구조적 특성뿐만 아니라 설치 및 해체시의 시공 편의성이 매우 탁월한 것으로 나타났으며 향후 구조체의 재사용과 함께 시공 경제성 증진에도 크게 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 다단굴착시 굴착배면에 흙막이 구조체가 밀착되어 설치가 가능한 점은 기존 공법에서 지적되어 온 배면지반의 뒷채움 불량이 발생할 여지가 없어 시공 및 시공 후 시설물의 안전성 증진에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. It has been known that the conventional retaining wall system with timber lagging and H pile has several problems such as the irregular gap between H-piles, cutting or adding to standard timber, back fill over first step excavation, and especially break-down accident at the disjoint of wall system. In the practical excavation, these problems may lead to worker's accident and the inefficiency of construction economy. To solve the above problems, a new method using prefabricated retaining wall was proposed and verified. The characteristics of the new method is to replace timber wall as free-sliding steel-lagging and connector. To check its verification and application, laboratory tests such as bending strength, tensile strength, and fatigue strength were carried out. Also, a pilot test in the field and numerical simulations under various ground conditions were performed. From the researches, it is found that the prefabricated retaining wall plate can be superior to the conventional timber lagging plate in the strength. It is also found that the proposed methods can be effective in the reuse of retaining wall plate and safe in the disjoint of wall system. Finally, it is desired that the proposed method will be effective in the reduction of the imported timbers and helpful in the safety of retaining wall construction.

        틱 장애에서 습관뒤집기 훈련의 임상효과

        Objectives : Tic disorder is known to be a chronic neuro-behavioral disease, cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) strategies, like habit reversal training (HRT), are introducing recently. We report the effectiveness of HRT in Tourette disorder, which are very common in clinical settings. Methods : The DSM-IV clinical diagnosis applied by child psychiatrist. YGTSS, Kovac's children's depression inventory, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Abbreviated Conners' Rating Scales, Dupaul ADHD Rating Scales are used. Ultimately, totally 10 children were evaluated. Subject group are consist of 6 boys and 4 girls, and the mean age was $10.90{\pm}1.73$ years old. This study is treatment-refractory 10 patients (from 9-14 years old) though 1 years drug treatment and psychiatric consultation were taken. We administered 5 times of HRT for 4 weeks. Results and Conclusion : There were improvement of scores in Yale Global Tic Severity Scale, Clinical Global Improvement. Our observations indicate that HRT might be effective in the treatment of Tourette disorder.

        자궁경부암 조직에서의 Telomerase 활성도와 hTERT mRNA 발현 HPV E6 검출의 상관관계에 관한 연구

        N/A Objective: Telomerase is a ribonucleoprotein enzyme which stabilizes chromosomal structure, thereby inducing cellular immortality. We investigated telomerase activity and human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) mRNA expression in relation to high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA presence in cervical carcinomas. Met hods: From December 1995 to December 1999, at the department of obstetrics and Gynecology of Kyung-Hee University Hospital,32 cervical carcinomas and 5 corresponding nontumor cervical tissues were obtained and the samples were immediately frozen and stored at -70℃. Telomerase activity was measured by using telomerase PCR ELISA, a modified version of the TRAP. Analysis of the expression of hTERT mRNA was performed by quantitative RT-PCR and the analysis of the HPV E6 gene was performed by DNA-PCR. Result: All of the carcinomas examined exhibited strongly positive for telomerase activity (OD>0.24), whereas telomerase activity was week or not found in the 5 corresponding nontumor cervical tissues. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis demonstrated significantly increased hTERT mRNA expression levels (>0.024) in most carcinomas comparing to control groups. There was no obvious relationship between telomerase activity levels and the clinical parameters examined including age, clinical stage, pathology, differentiation, tumour size, LN involvement and invasion depth except lymphovascular space invasion (p=0.03). In the correlation between the levels of hTERT mRNA expression and telomerase activity, correlation index which was 0.916,shows high correlation (p=0.01). According to the analysis of HPV E6 gene,29 of 32 (90.6%)carcinomas showed HPV E6 positivity. Conclusion: There is a strong association between telomerase activity and hTERT mRNA expression, and up-regulation of hTERT probably plays a role in the progression of cervical carcinomas. Telomerase is at least partially activated by viral oncogenes of high-risk types. There is no obvious relationship between telomerase activity levels and the clinical parameters except LSVI (p=0.03). These findings provides that telomerase may play an important role in the early stage of carcinogenesis.

        The interaction of weak normal shock wave with turbulent boundary layer in a supersonic nozzle was investigated experimentally by wall static pressure measurements and by schlieren optical observations. The lime-mean flow in the interaction region was classified into four patterns according to the ratio of the pressure P?? at the first kink point in the pressure distribution of the interaction region to the pressure P₁ just upstream of the shock. It is shown for any flow pattern that the wall static pressure rise near the shock foot can be described by the "free interaction" which is defined by Chapman et al. The ratio of the triple point height h?? of the bifurcated shock to the undisturbed boundary layer thickness<br/> δ₁ upstream 이 the interaction increases with the upstream Mach number M₁, and for a fixed M₁, the normalized triple point height h??/δ₁ decreases with increasing δ₁/h₁ where h is the duct half-height.<br/> <br/> <br/>

        스마트폰의 이용자가 최근 급증하고 있다. 그에 반응하듯 많은 기업들은 기존의 서비스 외에도 스마트폰을 이용해 사용할 수 있는 서비스들을 시작하고 있고, 기존의 모바일로 불가능했던 작업들을 장소와 시간에 구애받지 않고 가능케 되었다. 이처럼 스마트폰의 이용인구가 급격히 증가하고 관련 컨텐츠들이 봇물 쏟아지듯 넘쳐나면서 개인정보 유출이나 악성코드로 인한 보안 사고도 급격히 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰에 악영향을 미치는 악성코드에 대해 간단히 살펴보고, 악성코드가 쉽게 보안체계를 무너뜨릴 수 있게 만드는 스마트폰의 보안 위협요소 대하여 알아본다. 또 현재 사용되고 있는 대응 방안은 무엇이 있는지, 그리고 향후에 이러한 악성코드들과 위협요소를 줄이는 방법, 또는 대응 전략에 대하여 연구하였다. 이러한 연구는 스마트폰 보안 사고를 줄이거나 사전에 예방하고, 더 나은 스마트폰 사용 환경을 제공할 것이다.

        일측성 자궁경부 폐쇄와 신장 무형성을 동반한 중복자궁 1례

        Double uterus with unilateral hematometra and ipsilateral renal agenesis is a rare Mullerian duct malformation. This complex of anomalies is seen in adolescents and young women with progressive dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, menstrual irregularities and a pelvic mass. Appropriate preoperative diagnosis and treatment will prevent unnecessary procedure and offer relief of symptoms. We report one case of bicornuated uterus with unilateral cervical atresia and homolateral renal agenesis with a brief review of concerned literatures.

        Performance Analysis of Urethane Packing in the Hydraulic Breaker by a Finite Element Method

        Performances of urethane packing in the hydraulic breaker were analyzed using a finite element method. Because of high temperature and high pressure in the hydraulic breaker, it is better to use urethane rather than rubber as a packing material. We obtained the physical properties of urethane at elevated temperature by the tensile test. We analyzed buffer seal and U-packing maintaining the pressure and preventing oil leakage. Deformation, stress distribution, contact length, contact pressure of packing at each pressure step were obtained using finite element analysis. As the temperature increases, stress and contact force tend to decrease at low pressure. As the gap between piston and cylinder increases, contact length and contact forces decrease. Consequently, it is possible to design the packing section using these analyses, and construct a system to predict the possibility of oil leakage in the hydraulic breaker.
