The Management of Robot-Cluster for the Functional Cooperation in Multi Robot Systems

Research on low-level robots has focused recently on improved cooperation and performance via multi-robot systems. The collective cooperation of low level robots, makes possible problem solving of complicated tasks on a rudimentary level. For smooth cooperation among multi robots, an efficient scheme for robot communication in various environments is required. This paper will show a plausible approach based on physical or functional reconfiguration(s) of objectives in multi robot systems, and proposes an efficient search algorthm for functional reconfiguration. In addition, this study illustrates how the robot itself can determine if a given operative scenario is actually possible via its search for necessary functions in neighbor robots. A description of the cluster manager to control the software and the hardware in multi robot systems is included in this study.

상담 수퍼비전에서 상담자의 자각이 상담과정에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to determine what is the awareness of the counselor through the supervision and how that awareness helps the counselor in the process of counseling. For this, eight intern counselors under clinical training at the counseling center have been selected to participate in this study, and they underwent in-depth interviews for data collection; the collected data was analyzed qualitatively according to Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis method. The following are the study results regarding the influence that the counselor's awareness during his/her counseling supervision has had in the counseling process. First, the positive experiences that helped the awareness of the participants were described as ‘getting recognition’, ‘getting different experiences of instruction’, ‘experiencing through feedbacks’ and ‘negative experience’. Second, during the counseling supervision the participants realized the importance of their awareness, the knowledge about their emotional issues and how this can influence their counseling process. Third, participants improved their counseling skills through awareness in counseling supervision. Some of the improved skills during counseling supervision were demonstrated in six aspect namely, ‘extension of counseling skills’, ‘counseling respecting the patient's pace’, ‘expressing their emotions’, ‘helping the patient's emotional awareness’, ‘getting empathetic and supportive’, ‘help in solving patient's problems’. Thus, it would be right to say that the awareness of the counselor in counseling supervision will positively influence the counselor's counseling process. It is hoped that the findings of this study will become the basis in developing a counseling supervision model in training professional counselors through the counseling training center. Study results in counseling supervision experience, knowledge and information through supervision, extension of consultation skills through the awareness in supervision were discussed. The study's limitations and suggestions for future research are suggested. 본 연구의 목적은 상담 수퍼비전에서의 경험을 통해 상담자가 자각하는 내용이 무엇인지, 그 자각한 내용이 상담자의 상담과정에 어떻게 도움이 되는지를 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 현재 상담센터에서 임상수련중인 인턴 상담사 8명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 심층적인 인터뷰로 자료를 수집하였고, Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구 절차에 따라 질적 분석을 하였다. 상담 수퍼비전에서의 상담자의 자각이 상담과정에 미친 영향에 대한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담 수퍼비전에서 참여자들의 자각에 도움이 되는 경험으로는 ‘인정받은 경험’, ‘다양하게 지도를 받은 경험’, ‘피드백을 통한 경험’, ‘부정적인 경험’ 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여자들은 상담 수퍼비전에서 상담자 자신에 대한 자각과 상담자의 감정문제에 대한 자각, 상담 과정에 대한 중요성을 자각하였다. 셋째, 참여자들은 상담 수퍼비전에서의 자각을 통해서 상담 능력이 확장되었다. 상담 수퍼비전에서의 자각을 통해 확장된 참여자들의 상담능력으로는 ‘상담자의 자기인식을 통한 내담자 이해’와 ‘내담자를 따라가는 상담’, ‘감정을 표현하게 됨’, ‘내담자의 정서적 자각에 도움’, ‘공감과 지지를 하게 됨’과 ‘내담자의 문제 해결에 도움’ 등 여섯 가지가 발견되었다. 이는 상담 수퍼비전에서 상담자의 자각이 상담자의 상담과정에 긍정적인 효과를 미친다고 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구가 상담 수련센터를 통해 수련을 받게 되는 상담자들에게 효과적인 상담 수퍼비전을 제공하기 위한 전문적인 상담자를 양성하는 상담 수퍼비전의 모형을 만드는 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다. 연구결과는 상담 수퍼비전에서의 경험, 수퍼비전을 통해서 자각한 내용, 수퍼비전에서의 자각을 통한 상담 능력의 확장에 관하여 논의하였고, 연구의 제한점과 후속연구에 대한 제안이 제시되었다.

지방공기업 경영평가제도 발전방안

이 연구에서는 지방공기업의 경영평가제도의 현황에 대하여 살펴보고, 지방공기업의 효율적 관리방안에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한, 지방공기업 발전방안의 일환으로 지방공기업 직원의 인력채용방안에 대하여 살펴보았으며, 기타지방공기업 발전방안 등에 대하여 살펴보았다. 연구 결과로 지방공기업 경영평가의 전담기관의 필요성을 주장하며, 가장 효율적인 관리방안에 대한 대안을 기초로 한 관리 모형을 제시하였으며 지방공기업의 감독기관을 통해 지방공기업의 발전을 모색하고자 하였다.

Human gut commensal bacterium Ruminococcus species FMB-CY1 completely degrades the granules of resistant starch

Resistant starch (RS) in the diet reaches the largeintestine and is fermented by the gut microbiota, providingbeneficial effects on human health. The human gut bacteriumFMB-CY1 was isolated and identified as a newspecies closest to Ruminococcus bromii. Ruminococcus sp. FMB-CY1 completely degraded RS including commercialRS types 2, 3, and 4, and generated glucose and maltose;however, it did not assimilate glucose. Genome analysisrevealed 15 amylolytic enzymes (Amy) present in FMBCY1. The evolutionary trees revealed that the Amys werewell divided each other. All Amys (4, 9, 10, 12, and 16)containing cohesin and/or dockerin and scaffolding proteinsknown to be involved in constituting the amylosome,were identified. A new species of Ruminococcus, strainFMB-CY1, was considered to have the ability to formamylosomes for the degradation of RS. This new RSdegradingRuminococcus species provides insights into themechanism(s) underlying RS degradation in the human gut.

In this study, in order to investigate the development of science textbooks in Korea to nurture future creative talent, 9 types of science textbooks tested according to the 2015 revised curriculum were compared and analyzed, focusing on the contents presented in the 'Different Systems' section of the 1st semester of the 6th grade. For this purpose, 2007, 2009, 2015 revised science textbooks and a total of 9 types of certified science textbooks were selected. As a result of comparative analysis of 9 types of certified science textbooks, all 9 types of certified science textbooks presented different contents in opening thought. The change in volume according to temperature and pressure was similar to the national textbook. Readings reflected interest in advanced science, such as hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The manufacturing of thermometers has been presented without any improvement in the existing problems. Comparative analysis of these 9 types of science textbooks will help develop science textbooks needed to nurture creative talents in the future. 본 연구에서는 미래 창의 인재 양성을 위해 우리나라 과학 교과서의 개발 상황을 조사하고자, 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 9종 검정 과학교과서를 6학년 1학기 ‘여러 가지 기체’ 단원에서 제시된 내용을 중심으로 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2007 개정, 2009 개정, 2015 개정 국정교과서 그리고 총 9종의 검정 과학교과서를 대상으로 선정하였다. 9종 검정 과학교과서의 비교 분석 결과 생각열기는 9종 검정 과학교과서가 모두 다른 내용을 제시하고 있었다. 온도와 압력에 따른 부피 변화는 국정교과서와 비슷했다. 읽을거리는 수소 연료 전지 자동차 등 첨단과학에 대한 관심이 반영되고 있었다. 그러나 온도계 제작은 기존에 문제점들이 개선되지 않은 채 제시되었다. 이러한 9종 검정 과학교과서의 비교분석은 미래 창의 인재 양성에 필요한 과학교과서의 개발에 기여할 것이다.
