동적 계획법을 이용한 48 V 마일드 하이브리드 시스템의 최적 구조 탐색

In this paper, we explore the optimal 48 V mild hybrid system architecture using dynamic programming. The 48 V mild hybrid system generally adopts a parallel hybrid configuration with various architectures depending on the arrangement of the motors. Therefore, we select and explore various system architectures, considering single motor, dual motor, and electric supercharger configurations. Evaluation of mild hybrid systems primarily focuses on fuel economy. However, driving performance is also an important criterion because mild hybrid systems are applied to a variety of vehicles, ranging from mini vehicles to luxury vehicles. Additionally, the ability to support electrical loads must be considered, as electrical loads are increasing significantly due to advancements in convenience and safety functions. Therefore, in the evaluation of each system architecture, performance indices are introduced to assess not only fuel economy but also the electric load support ability and reserve driving power, presented as equivalent fuel consumption.
관광지 방문 전후 이미지, 만족, 행동의도의 영향관계 연구: 2018동계올림픽방문 외국인 관광객을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 2018년 동계올림픽 이후에 강릉시의 고유 관광자원과 올림픽 레거시를 활용한 관광 발전 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이 목적을 위해 2018년 2월 9일부터 2월 25일까지 16일 동안에 강릉시를 방문한 외국인 관광객을 모집단으로 하여 300명을 대상으로 비확율 편의표집법으로 자료를 수집하였으며 강릉시 일원에서 현장조사를 실시하여 수집된 설문지 251개(유효표본)를 분석하였다. 강릉시를 방문한 외국인 관광객을 대상으로 관광목적지 방문전과 방문후의 이미지, 관광만족도, 행동의도의 영향 관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구는 기술적 방법과 실증적 방법을 병용하여 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 강릉 방문 전후의 이미지는 차이가 있을 것이고 방문후의 관광지 이미지는 관광만족도 및 행동의도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 설정했다. 분석결과, 관광지(강릉시)에 대한 이미지는 방문 전과 방문 후에 차이가 있으며(가설1의 채택), 관광지 방문전과 후의 이미지는 만족도에 영향을 미치고(가설2 의 채택) , 방문 후의 인지적 이미지와 행동의도의 관계에서 만족도는 완전매개, 그리고 정서적 이미지와 행동의도 간에는 만족도가 부분매개 효과를 갖는다(가설3의 채택)고 규명되었다. 따라서 관광지가 다양한 채널을 통하여 관광지에 대한 진정성 있는 정보를 관광객들에게 제공하여 관광지에 대한 긍정적 이미지가 형성될 수 있도록 해야 하며 실제로 방문하였을 때 사전 이미지에 부응할 수 있는 적정 홍보 및 마케팅 활동이 요구된다.

This paper was studied on the purpose of identifying relations of images, satisfactions, and recommendations of tourist participants' in Mt. Taebaek Snow Festival. For the study, 5 working hypotheses were established, 500 samples were gathered by convenience sampling method for testing them. those hypotheses were tested by regression and ANOVA analysis of SPSS(ver. 10). As a result of testing hypotheses, all of them were adopted and identified that there are relationship between festival images and regional images of participants', moreover, and participants, satisfaction degree really is impacted by them, the willingness to revisit and recommend to participate in festival.Finally, suggestions that strategies of favorite image building and management are important for developing of Mt. Taebaek Snow Festival.

The Casino industry is one of the typical hospitality areas within concerning to human resource; it strongly depends on the quality of internal service to employees. Kangwon Land presents as exclusive casino for domestic clients in Korea, through the intensive competition, the enterprise has been had several issues within development of organizational culture, enhance high service quality of the employees, improving strategic internal marketing and job satisfaction. According to this research; First of all, comfortable working environment and sufficient number of sensible employees can delivery productive work as well as rational compensation could be rewards to employees perform. Secondly, systematic strategies demand to cooperative relationship between the employees and supervisors. Additionally, the concentrated support is moderately fundamental element to the internal marketing, which will influence to the employee’s job satisfaction. In addition, the strategic internal marketing has to consider and adapt even employee’s dissatisfaction as discontent within current issues, it will related to aims at satisfied employees from the condition of work. Lastly, internal policies should observe employees individual characteristics and requirement, it could be reduce ineffective perform from the monotonous. Therefore, educational support and training courses can create more professional field of attitude to the employees and it will link to more valuable result within the organization’s goal.

This study discusses how the residents of Mangsang dong `Yakcheon culture village` in Donghae city have perceived the culture tourism impact since the developed cultural village. The data for the study came from a self-administered questionnaire survey of resident of Mangsang dong where cultural tourism development was launched around the Yak cheon Nam Gu Man and his <Sijo>. Variable of this study is resident union is based on culture tourism destination development, preference about development for culture tourism destination, change is based on culture tourism destination development. It was measured that this variables have an effect on community attachment, and community attachment has an effect on community recommendation to visitor. The result of measuring was that resident perceived of positive to culture tourism development. And it was positive toward community attachment. Community attachment was positive toward community recommendation to visitor.
