추출방법에 따른 명월초(Gynura Procumbens)의 광노화 완화 효과

적 요명월초(Gynura procumbens)를 활용한 천연물 기반 화장품및 의약품 소재 개발을 위해 추출 방법에 따른 항산화 효과 및유효성분을 비교하고 자외선(UVB)조사에 따른 DNA손상억제및 항염증 효과를 검증하였다. 주정 농도별 명월초 추출물의 화합물, 총플라보노이드 화합물, 그리고 chlorogenic acid 및caffeic acid 함량을 비교한 결과 주정 100% 추출 용매에서 유효성분의 함량이 가장 높게 조사되었다. 각 추추물의 DPPH와ABTS 라디칼 소거활성에 의한 항산화 활성을 비교한 결과 추출용매인 주정의 농도 의존적으로 항산화 활성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 UVB로 조사된 Hs68 세포모델에서 명월초 추출물별 광노화 완화 효과를 확인하기 위해 DNA 손상억제 효과와항염증 효과 확인였다. 100%주정 추출물은 UVB에 의한 p-p53 과 γ-H2AX의 발현과 iNOS와 COX-2의 발현을 억제함으로써산화적 DNA 손상 및 항염증 활성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 UVB에 의해 과도하게 생성된 ROS의 영향으로 세포내 산화적 DNA 손상과 염증성 발현이 유발되며, 이러한 세포내 산화적손상은 명월초 추출물의 항산화 물질에 의해 ROS를 감소시켜산화적 손상이 억제되었을 것으로 사료된다. 또한 피부기능성소재 개발을 위한 명월초의 효율적인 추출은 주정 또는 alcohol 성 용매를 활용하는 것이 적절하다고 판단된다 Abstract - In this study, we investigated the antioxidant effects and active ingredients of Gynura Procumbens extracts obtained through various extraction methods for the development of natural-based cosmetics and pharmaceutical materials. The contents of compounds, total flavonoids, chlorogenic acid, and caffeic acid were compared at different concentrations, revealing the highest content of active ingredients in the 100% ethanol extract. Antioxidant activity assessed by DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging assays showed a concentration-dependent increase in antioxidant activity with the ethanol concentration. Additionally, we validated the DNA damage inhibition and anti-inflammatory effects of Gynura Procumbens extracts through UVB irradiation on Hs68 cell models. The 100% ethanol extract demonstrated significant inhibition of the expression of p-p53, γ-H2AX, iNOS, and COX-2 induced by UVB, indicating its potential in alleviating photodamage effects. Consequently, the efficient extraction of Gynura Procumbens for skin functional material development was confirmed, suggesting the suitability of ethanol or alcohol-based solvents.
소아중환자의 정맥영양 시작시기에 따른 임상적 효과 평가

Background : Optimal nutritional support for hospitalized pediatric patients is important because malnutrition is a risk factor impacting on clinical outcomes and inflammation. Parenteral Nutrition (PN) is necessary to pediatric patients supplied insufficiency or impossible gastric feeding, but it has risk of complication. The purpose of this study is to correlate the timing of PN of hospitalized patients with their nutritional status and clinical outcomes. Methods : Retrospective analysis was carried out on the electronic Medical Record for patients admitted to a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) and received PN support from September 2016 to April 2018. PN was initiated within 24~72 hours after PICU admission in early PN group, whereas PN was not provided until 72 hours after PICU admission in late PN group. The primary endpoint was assessment of nutrition status while the secondary endpoints were variations of biochemical indices for evaluating nutrition status, clinical effectiveness and risks associated with PN support. Results : 22 patients (46.8%) received early PN while 25 patients (53.2%) received late PN. There was no significant difference in the basic characteristics between the two groups. Although changes of body weight (p=0.276), BMI (p=0.358) and % IBW (p=0.358) were not statistically significant in both groups, increase in serum total protein and albumin level were statistically higher in the early PN group (p=0.009, p=0.043). The duration of PICU stay was 7 days in the early PN group as compared to 13 days in the late PN group (p=0.026). Early PN group was associated with a shorter duration of mechanical ventilatory support as compared to late PN group (p=0.002). The duration of hospital stay was shorter in late PN group, although was not statistically significant (p=0.628). Conclusions : Providing PN support within 24~72 hours after PICU admission was associated with better clinical outcomes as compared with withholding PN for 72 hours. Future research is necessary to establish the guideline of optimal timing for the initiation of PN in PICU.

This study aims at evaluating the external attributable factors the airline passengers are exposed to and which of these factors are most important and decisive in fulfilling the passengers needs. In order to analyze the selection reasons and characteristics of the international flight passengers, the Analytic Hierarchy Process was employed in consideration of the Aviation Transport Industry with four main selection criteria`s, followed by the second stage, ten selection criteria`s and finally by the sixteen subordinate selection criteria`s. This study may deduce that the international flight passengers consider the aviation safety as being the vital factor when deciding on an airline hence the International Aviation Industries need to be motivated in the promotion and further development of aviation safety. The Airline Companies need to consider these factors in formulating a passenger oriented competitive advantage over other airlines.

소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트의 위험관리는 프로젝트의 성패를 좌우하는 매우 중요한 영역이다. 그러나 위험관리의 주체가 관리자의 역할을 가진 사람들에 의해 진행되고, 방법론이나 지침에서 제시하고 있는 위험관리 또한 여러 활동들과 산출물이 실제 위험관리정보를 필요로 하는 개발자들에게는 적절하게 연결이 되지 않고 있어서 개발자들이 필요한 정보를 파악하기에 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 개발자들을 위한 위험관리방법으로, 요구사항추적테이블이라는 양식과 위험관리리스트간의 연결방안을 제안한다. 요구사항추적테이블은 소프트웨어 개발 생명주기 전체 과정에서 활용하고 있으며 개발자들이 사용하기 쉬운 양식이므로 요구사항추적테이블과 위험관리리스트를 연결하는 것으로 개발자들로 하여금 위험에 대한 정보를 파악하기 용이하게 하여 설계와 구현 시 관련 위험에 대해 예측이 가능하며 대처방안을 사전에 고려할 수 있다.
