        This study analyzes students' cheating behaviors on examinations and homework. The participants of this study were 224 Korean elementary and junior high school students. Their previous experiences and motives of cheating of the children were analyzed by using questionnaire. The questionnaire was made by modifying the questionnaire of Antion & Michael (1983), McLaughlin & Ross (1989), and Franklyn-Strokes & Newstead (1995). ANOVA and X^(2) were used to see the statistical differences of cheating behaviors between sexes and grades of the children. The results of this study are as follow: 1. They showed cheating behaviors from the 3rd grade, and the cheating increased as their grades increased 2. The most frequent cheating behavior was glancing at other students' answers when they took examinations. No sex and grade differences were found 3. As their grades increased children showed more psychological reasons in their motives for cheating

        체외수정시술시 유전자 재조합 난포자극호르몬제의 효용성

        Objectives: Recently, recombinant FSH (rFSH) has been manufactured using a Chinese hamster ovary cell line transfected with the gene encoding human FSH. Both rFSH and urinary gonadotropin (uFSH) could be used for controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH). However, uFSH implies a number of disadvantages, such as batch-to-batch inconsistency, no absolute source control, dependence on large amounts of urine, low specific activity, and low purity. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of rFSH in human IVF-ET program. Materials and Methods: A total of 508 infertile women was enrolled in this study. They are classified into rFSH group (n=177) or uFSH group (n=331), and all of them were matched by age and cause of infertility in same period. The $Puregon^{(R)}$ (Organon, Holland) was used as rFSH, and the Metrodin-$HP^{(R)}$ (Serono, Switzeland) and $Humegon^{(R)}$ (Organon, Holland) was used as uFSH. We subdivided the patients into three age groups. The outcomes of IVF-ET program were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). Results: There was no significant differences in the level of estradiol on hCG injection day, the numbers of retrieved oocytes, matured oocytes, fertilized oocytes, transferred embryos, frozen embryos between the two groups. The total dose (IU) of gonadotropin for COH was significantly lower in the rFSH group compared to uFSH group ($1339{\pm}5491.1$ vs $2527.8{\pm}1075.2$ IU, p<0.001). Clinical pregnancy rate per embryo transfer in the rFSH group showed increasing tendency, compared to the uFSH group, but there was no statistical significance (35.2% vs 29.3%). Our results demonstrated that the relative efficiency of rFSH compared with uFSH is higher in older patients. Conclusions: The ovarian stimulatory effect and clinical outcome of recombinant FSH was similar to that of the urinary gonadotropin. The IVF-ET cycles with significantly lower dose of gonadotropin in rFSH group showed comparable results. Therefore, we suggest that recombinant FSH is more potent and effective than urinary gonadotropin.

        성육신의 관점에서 본 선교적 교회의 상황화

        하나님께서 직접 인간의 육신을 입고 이 세상에 오셔서 메시아적 사명을 감당하신 성육신 사건은 신자들을 위한 구원론의 근거가 되면서 동시에 교회와 그리스도인들이 어떤 삶을 살아야 할지를 가르치는 사역론의 근거가 되기도 한다. 그것은 모든 왜곡된 삶의 태도와 사역을 비판하고 진정한 삶과 사역의 원리를 제시한다. 본 논문은 선교적 교회의 실천원리로서 성육신의 신학적 의미를 탐구한 뒤에 상황화의 관점에서 성육신적 사역의 구체적인 실천원리들을 제시하고자 한다. 성육신은 기독교 역사에서 일반적으로 구원론의 근거로 인식되었 다. 그러나 예수 그리스도의 성육신 사건을 신학적으로 제대로 이해하 기 위해서는 무엇보다도 선교적 관점에서 읽어야 한다. 예수의 성육신 은 인간의 삶의 현실 안으로 뚫고 들어오시는 하나님의 현존을 뜻한다. 다시 말해서 성육신은 근본적으로 문화적 경계를 넘어 상대방의 삶의 세계로 들어가는 선교를 뜻한다. 따라서 그리스도의 성육신은 선교의 내용과 이유와 방법을 알려준다. 더 나아가 성육신은 선교의 방법론적 모델이 되기도 하지만 본질적으로, 선교하는 그리스도인 또는 교회의 존재론적 성품이 어떠해야 하는지를 가르쳐 주기도 한다. 성육신적 사역은 구체적으로 상황화의 과정을 통해서 구현된다. 필자는 본 논문에서 칼 바르트(Karl Barth)가 그의 『교회교의학』 (Church Dogmatics)에서 제시한 세 가지 통찰 곧 이해, 연대, 책임적 행동의 개념을 통해서 선교적 상황화의 원리들을 제시하였다. 첫째로, 성육신의 정신을 가지고 자신이 선택한 대상에게 복음을 들고 가려는 그리스도인들과 교회는 가장 먼저 그들을 이해해야 한다. 누군가 또는 어떤 사람들을 이해한다는 것은 일차적으로 그들이 처한 삶의 환경과 조건을 이해한다는 것을 뜻한다. 두 번째로, 성육신적 사역에 참여하는 그리스도인과 교회에게 필요한 것은 복음을 들어야 할 사람들과의 연대다. 이런 연대는 먼저 일정한 지역에서 살아가는 사람들과 함께 거주하며 죄가 되지 않는 범위 내에서 그들의 문화를 수용하는 용기에 의해 가능하다. 세 번째로, 성육신적 사역의 마지막 과정은 책임적 행동이다. 이 책임은 세상의 실존과 현실 앞에서 하나님이 원하시는 “세상의 미래”(what is to become of it)에 대한 책임, 다시 말해서 하나님의 진정한 통치가 실현될 수 있도록 세상을 “갱신”(renewal)해 야 할 책임을 말한다. Incarnation, the event that God became a human being in the world to carry out his messianic mission, is not only a foundation of soteriology but also a clue for Christian ministries from which believers understand how to live as God’s witnesses. It criticizes all kinds of distorted attitude and ministry to suggest some significant principles of authentic Christian life. In this paper, this writer studies basic theological meanings and then proposes three concrete ideas as practical principles of the missional church, from a perspective of contextualization. In order to grasp the incarnation event of Jesus Christ theologically, it should be read from the perspective of God’s mission. Jesus’ incarnation means the presence of God who has penetrate into the realities of human lives. In other words, it refers to entering into other people’s world by crossing over cultural barriers. Therefore, Christ’s incarnation tells what Christians communicate to people in other cultures, why they do so, and how they fulfill their duties. Furthermore, it teaches what characters Christians and churches should have in the world as a missionary agency of God. Incarnational ministry is realized through contextualization process. This paper presents three ideas−understanding, solidarity, and responsible actions−as practical principles of missional contextualization, that Karl Barth explains in his monumental book Church Dogmatics. Firstly, Christians and churches that go to selected people to communicate the Gospel with an incarnational spirit, should first of all understand them. To understand particular people basically means to know where they are, concerning the environment and conditions of their lives. Secondly, Christians and churches in the incarnational ministry need tight solidarity with people in target areas. This is possible by residing among them and showing courage to accept their culture. Lastly, Christians and churches must act responsibly to change the distorted and evil in target people’s society. This responsibility indicates “what is to become of it” that God wants in the world, in other words, “renewal” to realize God’s real sovereignty.

        월경 주기 이상을 보이는 10 대 및 20 대 초반 여성에서 혈중 Leptin 농도의 임상적 중요성

        N/A Objective : Leptin is known as an endocrinologic mediator which acts on the hypothalamic- pituitary-ovarian axis. This study was undertaken to evaluate whether the serum leptin level affects the menstrual cycles of adolescents and to analyze the clinical features of adolescents with abnormal serum leptin levels. Methods : Seventeen normal controls and 118 patients with menstrual abnormalities were included in this study. The ages of patients ranged from 15 to 25 years. Patients with menstrual abnormality were divided into five subgroups according to the etiologies: group I; premature ovarian failure(n=8), group II; primary amenorrhea without congenital structural abnormality(n=14), group Ⅲ; oligomenorrhea(n=12), group IV; secondary amenorrhea(n=53), group V; dysfunctional uterine bleeding(n=31). After collection of blood samples, the serum leptin levels were measured with a radioimmunoassay kit. The serum leptin level and the corrected leptin level(leptin/body mass index(BMI)) were compared and the clinical features of those with abnormal leptin concentration (>mean+standard deviation, <mean-standard deviation) were analyzed. Results : The serum leptin level was closely correlated with BMI in both the control and the patient group(r=0.730, 0.737 p<0.01). There were no significant differences in the serum leptin level, BMI and leptin/BMI among the control group and the patient group and the subgroups. The most common clinical manifestation in those with abnormal leptin level was secondary amenorrhea. In particular, most of the secondary amenorrhea patients had a history of sudden weight loss of more than 5㎏ within a 3 month period. Conclusion : From our results, seeing as there were wide variantion of individual serum leptin levels(mean±SD: 9.59±6.07), and as minor change of serum leptin level did not seem to affect the menstrual cycle, but sudden change or extreme value of serum leptin levels might cause menstrual abnormalities. Therefore serum leptin may play a permissive role rather than a regulatory role in the adolescent menstrual cycle.
