골프 선수가 지각한 지도자의 코칭방법 척도 개발 및 타당도 검증

본 연구는 골프 지도자의 코칭방법 척도를 개발하고 타당도를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이러한 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 개방형 설문을 통해 코칭방법 구성요인을 탐색하고 예비조사와 본조사를 통해 수집된 자료로 탐색적 요인 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 일원변량분석을 통하여 척도 개발 및 타당도 검증하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 골프 지도자의 코칭방법 척도의 구성요인은 긍정적 표현, 부정적 표현, 선수관리, 선수지지, 기술설명의 5요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 지도자의 코칭방법 척도의 요인구조는 5요인 24문항(긍정적 표현 7문항, 부정적 표현 3문항, 선수관리 4문항, 선수지지 5문항, 기술설명 5문항)으로 구조화되었으며, 적합도 지수(SRMR, CFI, TLI, RMSEA)는 모두 최적치 기준을 만족시켰다. 셋째, 골프 지도자의 코칭방법 척도는 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 유의한 차이를 보여 타당한 것으로 검증되었다. This study presented to develop coaching method for golf coaches scale and to verify its validity. To reach this goal, open-ended questionnaires is required to search components of coaching method. Scale development and validity were verified by exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and one-way ANOVA verification which are based on preliminary survey and this survey. Conducted analysis presents below. First of all, components of coach’s coaching method were positive expression, negative expression, athlete management, athlete support and technical description. Secondly, factors of golf coach’s coaching method consisted of 5 factors and 24 questions(7 questions of positive expression, 3 questions of negative expression, 4 questions of athlete management, 5 questions of athlete support and 5 questions of technical description), and all the goodness-of-fit(SRMR, CFI, TLI, RMSEA) met the optimum criteria. Finally, golf coach’s coaching method scale was verified validity because it presented a significant difference by demographic characteristics.

Osler-Weber-Rendu disease is a rare autosomal dominant disorder of fibrovascular tissues, characterized by a classic triad of mucocutaneous telangiectasias, recurrent hemorrhages, and a familial occurrence. Portosystemic encephalopathy in a patient with Osler-Weber-Rendu disease is rare, but we experienced a case presenting with recurrent portosystemic encephalopathy in Osler-Weber-Rendu disease. We report on a case of a 75-year-old female presenting with an altered mentality. Initial studies including brain imaging study did not reveal any specific cause for her mental status. She was diagnosed with the rare disease after a series of tests and received conservative treatment. Her neurological status recovered fully without complication after conservative treatment and she was discharged after 18 hospital days. This case demonstrated an extremely rare case of Osler-Weber-Rendu disease presenting as portosystemic encephalopathy treated successfully with conservative treatment. For patients who have shown hepatic encephalopathy without a definite cause, we recommend evaluation for the possibility of Osler-Weber-Rendu disease. Conservative treatment based on treatment of advanced liver cirrhosis could be an alternative solution.

미국 연방대법원은 2013년 6월 26일 동성혼(same-sex marriage) 법제화 운동의 전환점이 될 두 사건에 관한 판결을 선고했다. 연방법상 결혼을 이성(異性)간 결합으로 한정한 혼인보호법 (Defense of Marriage Act, ‘DOMA’로 지칭되기도 한다) 제3조에 관한 United States v. Windsor 570 U.S. ___ (2013) 사건과 미국 캘리포니아 주에서 동성혼을 금지한 주 헌법(State Constitution) 개정안인 주민발의안 제8호(Proposition 8)에 관한 Hollingsworth v. Perry 570 U.S. ___ (2013) 사건이 그것이다. 연방대법원은 이날 DOMA 사건에서는 혼인보호법 제3조가 미국연방헌법을 위반하였다고 판결하였으며, Hollingsworth v. Perry 사건은 상고인 적격이 없다고 보아 상고를 각하하여, 주민발의안 제8호가 미국연방헌법을 위반하였다고 본 제1심 판결{Perry v. Schwarzenegger 704 F. Supp. 2d 921, 1003(N.D. Cal. 2010)}을 실질적으로 확정지었다. 본고는 혼인보호법을 위헌으로 선언한 미국연방대법원 판결 및 주민발의안 제8호를 위헌으로 선언한 캘리포니아주 북부연방지방법원 제1심 판결을 소개하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 혼인보호법을 위헌으로 선언한 미국연방대법원 판결은 미국연방헌법의 평등보호조항과 적법절차조항이 동성혼의 맥락에 어떠한 방법으로 적용될 수 있는지에 관한 실마리를 던져준다. 다수의견은 평등의 원칙을 적용하면서도 기존의 단계적 심사이론을 채택하지 않았고, 실체적 적법절차의 원칙을 적용하는 듯하면서도 기존의 법리를 적용하지 않았는바, 바로 이러한 점에서 다수의견이 ‘동성애’와 ‘동성혼’과 같은 문제가 기존 법리가 충돌하는 지점에서 어떤 고민을 했는지를 엿볼 수 있다. 위 판결은 동성혼에 대한 실체적 판단 외에도 미국연방헌법 제3조가 요구하는 재판권의 요건과 당사자적격 요건에 관한 심도 있는 논의도 보여준다. 위 두 쟁점에 관한 다수의견과 소수 의견을 모두 소개하여 미국연방대법원 내의 고민이 드러날 수 있도록 하였다. 혼인보호법에 관한 미국연방대법원 판결이 위와 같은 고민을 드러내고 있다면, 주민발의안 제8호에 관한 제1심 판결은 동성혼을 금지하는 법률의 위헌성을 보다 선명하게 보여준다. 2013년 6월 이후 위 제1심 판결문은 미국 32개 주에서 제기된 유사한 동성혼 법제화 사건에서 인용되면서 유사한 결론을 이끌어내는 근거로 작용하여, 혼인보호법에 관한 연방대법원의 판결문보다 널리 읽히고 있다. 우리나라도 김조광수, 김승환의 혼인 신고로 법률적으로 동성혼을 어떻게 받아들일 것인지에 관한 논의가 본격적으로 시작되고 있다. 본고는 동성혼에 관한 미국의 두 판결을 소개함으로써 우리나라의 논의에 실마리를 제공하고자 한다. On July 26th, 2013, the Supreme Court of United States ruled on two cases which would become landmark cases in the same-sex marriage movement. The two cases each dealt the constitutionality of Article 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act(abbreviated as ``DOMA``), which defined marriage as union between one man and one woman as husband and wife when applying federal law and regulations; and Proposition 8 which amended the Californian state constitution barring same-sex couples from marrying in the state of California. The Supreme Court ruled in United States v. Windsor 570 U.S. __ (2013) that Article 3 of Defense of Marriage Act was unconstitutional. In Hollingsworth v. Perry 570 U.S. __ (2013), the Supreme Court ruled that the appellant had no standing to appeal, which in effect gave full force to the district court ruling{Perry v. Schwarzenegger 704 F. Supp. 2d 921, 1003(N.D. Cal. 2010)} that Proposition 8 violates the equal protection clause and the due process clause embodied in the 14th Amendment. This essay aims to introduce United States v. Windsor 570 U.S. __ (2013) and Perry v. Schwarzenegger 704 F. Supp. 2d 921, 1003(N.D. Cal. 2010). In United States v. Windsor, the Supreme Court shows how principles of equality and due process can be applied in the context of same-sex marriage. The majority opinion opines that DOMA violates the principle of equality and yet refrains from applying the traditional tiers of scrutiny doctrine which is typical in equal protection cases. The majority also frequently mentions the due process clause but is being criticized for being unconventional in its application. Such unconventionality in the majority opinion shows the challenge the majority faced when it tried to apply traditional legal doctrines to cases concerning sexual orientation or same-sex marriage as those matters were hardly expected to be dealt with when conventional legal doctrines were devised and developed. Apart from the constitutionality of DOMA, the justices discussed extensively on the jurisdiction and standing requirement of Article III of the United Sates Constitution. The essay introduces both the majority and minority opinions in order to signify the points where the justices disagreed upon. While United States v. Windsor 570 U.S. __ (2013) shows the challenge one might face when applying conventional legal doctrines to same-sex marriage cases, Perry v. Schwarzenegger 704 F. Supp. 2d 921, 1003(N.D. Cal. 2010) explains in a more clear manner why Proposition 8 is in violation with the equal protection and due process clause. Owing to such clear and frank logic, Perry v. Schwarzenegger is being quoted in numerous cases concerning same-sex marriage to draw similar conclusions. As director Kim Jo Gwang Su and his spouse Kim Seung Hwan filed their marriage registration form, Korea is now beginning to get into terms with same-sex marriage. By introducing the above two cases, the essay aims to give some guidance on how law, specifically the constitution should deal with same-sex marriage.

Poisson model and Gamma-Poisson model are popularly used to analyze statistical behavior from defective data. The methods are based on binary criteria, that is, good or failure. However, manufacturing industries prefer polytomous criteria for classifying manufactured products due to flexibility of marketing. In this paper, I introduce two multivariate Gamma-Poisson(MGP) models and estimation methods of the parameters in the models, which are able to handle polytomous data. The models and estimators are verified on defective pixels of LCD manufacturing. Experimental results show that both the independent MGP model and the multinomial MGP model have excellent performance in terms of mean absolute deviation and the choice of method depends on the purpose of use.

전주국제영화제 방문객의 선택속성과 재방문 의도에 관한 연구

About seventy Film festivals are held in Korea. Bu-San International Film Festival and Bu-Cheon International Fantastic Film Festival are good examples. With development of International FIlm Festivals, so many research associate Film festival with festival arttributes. But Film festivals" basic is watching movies. There aren"t enough studies that study on satisfaction of visitors at Film festivals. So the purpose of this study is to measure festival service quality and satisfaction of participants in Jeonju International Film Festival and how these factors influence on satisfaction of festival. The main results were that (1) Film select properties based on visitor characteristics will show the difference. (2) Event service quality will have a positive impact on the visitors of the festival satisfaction. (3) Participated in the film properties will have a positive impact on the visitors of the festival satisfaction. (4) Film satisfaction will have a positive impact on return visits for the visitor. (5) Film satisfaction will have a positive impact on the visitor"s recommendation.

골프지도자의 코칭지식이 선수의 지도자 신뢰와 운동의욕에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between golf coach’s coaching knowledge on trust of coach and exercise volition of athletes. Golf athletes population who are registered to Korea Junior Golf Association and Korea Collegiate Golf Federation in 2018 and 231 samples were collected by a convenience sampling method. Among them, 217 samples were analysed, 14 samples were excluded as they were regarded as unreliable. According to the purpose of the research, those were analyzed by frequency, exploratory factor, confirmatory factor, reliability, correlation, structural equating model and bootstrapping analysis through IBM SPSS Statistics 22 and IBM SPSS Amos 22. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. Firstly, coach’s coaching knowledge perceived by athletes’ affects on trust of coach. Secondly, coach’s coaching knowledge perceived by athletes did not have an effect on exercise volition. Thirdly, athletes’ trust of coach had an influence on exercise volition. Lastly, the relationship between coach’s coaching knowledge perceived by athletes and exercise volition had a mediating effect of trust of coach.

골프 드라이버 스윙 시 백스윙 크기에 따른 Crunch factor 비교분석

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data of golf instruction to prevent back pain by comparing and analyzing a normal swing and a control swing which is shorter backswing during driver swing. In this study, we measured the size of swing, the speed of body rotation, the angle of side-bend, and the value of crunch factor of ten members of Professional Golfers" Association in their 20s by using six infrared cameras at the sampling rate of 100Hz per second. First, the analysis on the difference in angles between forward swings and control swings revealed that forward swings were made bigger than control swings; it showed a statistically significant difference (p<.01). Second the analysis on the difference in lateral bending angles between forward swings and control swings revealed that forward swings had bigger side body angles than control swings at the points of impact (E3) and follow-through (E4) (p<.05). Third, the analysis on the difference in crunch factors between forward swings and control swings revealed that forward swings had bigger crunch factors compared to control swings at the points of impact (E3) and follow-through (E4) (p<.05, p<.01). In conclusion, the above results indicate that control swing makes the backswing angle small, resulting in small lateral bending angle and crunch factor. For professional golfers and instructors in the field to prevent low back pain during golf games, it is encouraged to practice control swing to make small backswings.

선박 폐열회수용 핀-튜브 열교환기의 열전달 및 마찰 인자에 관한 수치해석적 연구

Numerical analyses were performed to calculate the heat transfer and friction factor of a finned-tube heat exchanger used for exhaust gas boiler in ships. The heat exchanger has two main design constraints. The first constraint is velocity lower limit to prevent soot of exhaust gas from being deposited. And the second constraint is permissible pressure loss in order to forbid increase of back-pressure which may lead to a high thermal loading of engine components. Based on those reasons, tubes of the boiler have to be arranged in-line so as to decrease amounts of soot deposition. And the tube-diameter of the boiler has to be larger than that of prevalent finned-tube heat exchanger. In this study, the heat transfer and flow friction factor of the presented finned-tube heat exchanger were correlated using computational fluid dynamics since the existing heat transfer and friction correlations are not valid for such a large tube-diameter with in-line arrangement. Number of tube rows was firstly considered because the exhaust gas boiler has formulaic specification as mentioned earlier. The correlation formulas which were obtained from the computational analyses can be used for further studies such as performance prediction or geometrical optimization.

골프 드라이버 스윙 시 컨트롤스윙과 일반스윙의 운동학적 비교분석

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence size of swing by the kinematic comparative analysis of control and regular swings during driver swing. The results of this study were expected to provide preliminary information for effective swing coaching methods to increase the distance. this study obtained the kinematic data by using a sampling rate of 100 Hz per second with Trackman and six infrared cameras from ten male professional golfers. The measurements of kinematic variables during both regular and control swings were analyzed by Paired t-Test (α=.05). As a result, there were statistically significant differences in size of swing, club head speed, wrist angles, release point of wrist caulking, angle of rotation of pelvis, and angle of X-factor stretch. the results from this study indicated that wrist coking and negative direction for pelvic rotation at top of back swing influence the swing size during driver swing; therefore, rotation angle of pelvic and value of X-factor stretch are increased in the normal swing during downswing. In addition, the normal swing provided advantage of increasing club head speed in terms of the release point of wrist caulking make delay.
