Background: Regarding non-medical services of hospitals, most of them have concerned and have made an efforts to managed it. But there were only a few studies on how it influenced on customers' loyalty, comparing to medical services. Purpose: Then, this study was conducted to identify the influence of satisfaction with non-medical services on customers' loyalty towards hospitals. Methods: The study subjects were 229 inpatients of a university hospital. The data were collected by a structured questionnaire from them. Results: As the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, adjusting with general characteristics and satisfaction with medical service, the explanatory power of satisfaction with non-medical services on overall customers' loyalty was 2.2%, which was statistically significant in borderline. But the value was very lower than that of satisfaction with medical services, Conclusions: In order to keep up with high level of customers' loyalty towards hospitals, it might be necessary to manage quality of medical service area primarily, but the importance of non-medical service areas should not be neglected because they might have a little but 'significant' influencing power.
자동차 구조용 열연강판의 고주기 피로 특성에 미치는 전변형 효과

The drive towards weight reduction in the automotive industry has led to the use of high strength steel sheets for structural applications. Pressing and stamping are important processes in automotive production and result in additional straining on the vehicle body and chassis sheet material. It is therefore important to have knowledge of the effect of pre-straining on the reliability and mechanical behavior of sheets such as tensile and fatigue strength. This work sought to evaluate the mechanical properties of hot-rolled steel sheets prepared with different levels of pre-straining, which can cause a change in the final thickness of the sheets. Hot-rolled steel sheets, SAPH440 and SPHC with a nominal initial thickness value of 2.4 mm were used to obtain pre-strained sheets with pre-straining levels of 5~20%. Final thickness with pre-strain was measured to verify the correlation between thickness reduction ratio and mechanical properties. Macro and microscopic analysis results showed there was a uniform relationship between the reduction ratio and pre-strain despite the increasing sheet straining levels. The mechanical test results showed that by increasing the pre-straining level up to uniform elongation, the tensile and fatigue strength also increased, because of the work hardening effects with deformation. When pre-straining exceeded the uniform elongation, the mechanical properties decreased drastically when the thickness was modified by the initial value before pre-straining. Based upon the relation between mechanical behaviors and pre-straining, one can precisely predict design reliability and material durability by measuring the thickness change of the sheet.
Alloy 600의 결정립계 산화에 대한 표면 변형의 영향

Immersion tests of Alloy 600 were conducted in simulated primary water environments of a pressurizedwater reactor at 325 °C for 10, 100, and 1000 h to obtain insight into effects of surface deformation oninternal and intergranular (IG) oxidation behavior through precise characterization using various microscopicequipment. Oxidized samples after immersion tests were covered with polyhedral and filamentous oxides. It was found that oxides were abundant in mechanically ground (MG) samples the most. The number densityof surface oxides increased with time irrespective of the method of surface finish. IG oxidation occurredin mechanically polished (MP) and chemically polished (CP) samples with thin internal oxidation layers. However, IG oxidation was suppressed with relatively thick internal oxidation layers in MG samples comparedto MP and CP samples, suggesting that MG treatment could increase resistance to primary water stresscorrosion cracking (PWSCC) from the standpoint of IG oxidation. As a result, appropriate surface treatmentfor Alloy 600 could prevent oxygen diffusion into grain boundaries, inhibit IG oxidation, and finally induceits high PWSCC resistance.

최근 몇 년 동안 지속적으로 개인정보유출, 기술유출 사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 조사에 따르면 이러한 유출 사고의 주체로 가장 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 것이 조직 내부에 있는 ‘내부자’로, 내부자에 의한 기술유출은 조직에 막대한 피해를 주기 때문에 점점 더 중요한 문제로 여겨지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 내부자위협을 방지하기 위해 기계학습을 이용하여 직원들의 일반적인 정상행위를 학습하고, 이에 벗어나는 비정상 행위를 탐지하기 방법에 대한 연구를 하고자한다. Neural Network 모델 중 시계열 데이터의 학습에 적합한 Recurrent Neural Network로 구성한 Autoencoder를 구현하여 비정상 행위를 탐지하는 방법에 대한 실험을 진행하였고, 이 방법에 대한 유효성을 검증하였다. In recent years, personal information leakage and technology leakage accidents are frequently occurring. According to the survey, the most important part of this spill is the "insider" within the organization, and the leakage of technology by insiders is considered to be an increasingly important issue because it causes huge damage to the organization. In this paper, we try to learn the normal behavior of employees using machine learning to prevent insider threats, and to investigate how to detect abnormal behavior. Experiments on the detection of abnormal behavior by implementing an Autoencoder composed of Recurrent Neural Network suitable for learning time series data among the neural network models were conducted and the validity of this method was verified.

추상적인 매개공간을 예제모션들로 표본추출(sampling)하고, 그것들을 보간하여 주어진 입력 매개변수(parameters)와 대응되는 블렌딩 가중치(blend weights)를 계산하는 블렌딩 기반의 매개화된 합성기법은 뛰어난 제어력과 효율성 때문에 널리 쓰이고 있다. 그러나 보다 세부적인 모션 제어를 위해 매개공간의 차원을 증가시킬수록, 표본추출을 위해 필요한 예제모션의 수가 기하급수적으로 늘어나게 된다. 본 논문은 상체모션과 하체모션의 분리된 생성 및 제어를 위해 두 개의 매개공간(parameter spaces)을 사용하는 방법론을 제안한다. 즉, 매 애니메이션 프레임마다 각 매개공간으로부터 두 개의 바탕프레임(source frames)이 추출되면, 하나로부터의 상체를 다른 하나의 하체에 접합(splicing)하여 실시간으로 목적모션을 생성한다. 이를 통해 사용자가 입력한 상체제약과 하체제약을 모두 만족하는 모션을 생성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 매개공간의 차원 복잡도에서 기인하는 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문을 통해, 우리는 두 개의 매개화된 모션공간으로부터 시간적 상호관계가 고려된 모션을 생성하기 위한 새로운 시간왜곡(time-warping)기법을 제안한다. 또한 상체의 공간적 특성을 기반으로 예제모션들을 매개화할 경우, 접합되는 하체에 따라 변경되는 예제모션들의 매개변수를 빠르게 근사하기 위한 기법을 소개한다. The techniques, which locate example motions in abstract parameter space and interpolate them to generate new motion with given parameters, are widely used in real-time animation system for its controllability and efficiency. However, as the dimension of parameter space increases for more complex control, the number of example motions for parameterization increases exponentially. This paper proposes a method that uses two different parameter spaces to obtain decoupled control over upper-body and lower-body motion. At each frame time, each parameterized motion space produces a source frame, which satisfies the constraints involving the corresponding body part. Then, the target frame is synthesized by splicing the upper body of one source frame onto the lower body of the other. To generate corresponding source frames to each other, we present a novel scheme for time-warping. This decoupled parameterization alleviates the problems caused by dimensional complexity of the parameter space and provides users with layered control over the character. However, when the examples are parameterized based on their upper body's spatial properties, the parameters of the examples are varied individually with every change of its lower body. To handle this, we provide an approximation technique to change the positions of the examples rapidly in the parameter space.
