構造改革에의 農政提言 : 生産性革命의 軌道設定을 위하여
崔鍾軾 한국농업정책학회 1973 농업경영정책연구 Vol.1 No.1
Mr. Mansholt, the Vice Chairman of European Economic Community, stated that it is hard to bring about an equilibrium in income between farming and manufacturing sectors with price policy. The disequilibrium existing between the two scrtors may be altered by an improvement of agricultural structure. Every nation in the world has made numerous agricultural laws aiming at improving farm income and to bring about an equlibrium in income between the sectors. However, without improving farm productivity, agriculture can not reach the income level of other sectors. This is why EEC indicated that farm structure must be taken into consideration in any farm policy in the future. It is also found, in the anual report of Japanese Economy, 1969, that the ideas, customs, social institutions developed throughout history of a nation could be improved, and current economy requires new ideas and organization or structure for its development as well as challenging affluence. It practically proposes an agricultural structure improvement through cooperative efforts for the increasing farm scale and farm machanization. How about in Korea? Of course Korea needs a structural improvement of it. At the same time it is difficult to expect our farming scale will become as large as western farms within two or three decades. Because present farming scale in Korea is too small. Therefore, it is expected that Korean farming can be improved its scale and effeciency of production through cooperative farming and management.

This research is to appreciate the necessity of introduction of necessity of ENERGY HARVESTING into the Army through technological trend and established cases and to suggest on application of the ENERGY HARVESTING. Being a country of getting 96 % of her energy resource from imports, Republic or Korea is required to achieve energy security securing the future energy and early security of eco-friendly, also, steadily increasing combatants demand for power-source and batteries to support all sorts of portable communication devices of the Army, furthermore, measures are needed to decrease combat soldiers carrying load. Local energy resource institute, government offices, and corporation are putting their efforts to secure the fist-step technology ENERGY HARVESTING and are achieving some tangible outcomes such as getting some related patents. Adding to that, introduction of ENERGY HARVESTING to the Army is necessary for realization of the successful to the future Army soldiers. individual combat system and for the activation of clean energy program supporting the current national policies Accordingly, this article is designedto share information with Logistics person in the Army on ENERGY HARVESTING, technological trend, necessity of the introduction of ENERGY HARVESTING into the Army, adaptation of ENERGY HARVESTING to the Army individual combat system, and other force support system and to awaken the necessity and the importance of R / D of ENERGY HARVESTING technology and introductio of ENERGY HARVESTING into the Army.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the factorsrelated to delayed answer in interhospital transfer inorder to reduce the time required to determine interhospitaltransfer and to provide optimal care for emergency patients. Methods: This was a retrospective observational study. Data on request for interhospital transfer of emergencypatients were collected from July, 2013 to October, 2013 inan urban emergency department with approximately40,000 annual visits. Time required for determination, receptionist’s department and position, decision maker’sdepartment and position, patient’s general characteristics, and requesting hospital’s characteristics were collected. The SPSS package with Student’s t-test, Chi-square, onewayANOVA, and multivariate logistic regression analysiswas used for analysis of the data. Results: When the decision maker’s department wasemergency medicine, the time required to determine interhospitaltransfer was shortest (p<0.001), and position ofemergency medicine member was non-significant(p=0.109). When the decision maker’s department wasnon-emergency medicine, specialist had a shorter timerequired to determine interhospital transfer than resident(p<0.001), but influence of the position of receptionist wasnon-significant. Conclusion: Decision maker for interhospital transferrequest should be an emergency medicine member. If onecannot make a decision, one should consult a specialist, not a resident. Hospitals should implement an organizedsystem to shorten the time for interhospital transfer.

In this paper I made an attempt to examine the development process of the automobile by dividing into four parts ; the primitive period automobile, the steam engine period, the primary internal Combustion engine period, and the modern period. On the other hand, as for running resistance, I tried to describe the measurement of the resistances which the automobile was supposed to receive while running by classifying all of the resistances into four kinds ; the ordinary revoling resistance, the accelerating resistance, the sloping resistance, the air resistance.
