유아교사의 사회지지가 교사 효능감과 행복감에 미치는 영향 - 경상남도 울산시를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the social support of early childhood teachers on teacher efficacy and euphoria. The subjects of study were 260 teachers of kindergarten being located in Y Metropolitan. Each questionnaire was distributed to a number of 260 early childhood teachers to study the subject. Data analysis was analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 statistics program. The values were calculated Cronbach ⍺ to calculate the reliability of each of the tools, technologies statistics were calculated to determine the general characteristics of early childhood teachers. Empirical analysis is verified at the significance level of 5%. Firstly, social support for early childhood teachers appeared to be correlated closely with the Teacher Efficacy and happiness. Secondly, the demographic characteristics education appeared as the most influential factors in the euphoria of early childhood teachers. As a result, religion in demographic characteristics (T = 6.399 p <.01), career (t = 5.484, p <.01), and material support(t = 1.975 , p <.05), the sub-variable of social support, showed a significant influence on the general efficacy. The research on the psychological impact on the stability and happiness of the child's custody early childhood teachers are required in the future. 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 사회적지지가 교사 효능감 및 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 Y광역시 소재 유치원에 재직 중인 유아교사 260명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 각각의 질문지는 연구대상인 유아교사에게 260부를 배부하고 회수되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 각 도구의 신뢰도를 산출하기 위해 Cronbach ⍺값을 산출하였고, 유아교사의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 기술 통계치를 산출하였다. 실증분석은 유의수준 5%에서 검증하였다. 첫째, 유아교사의 사회적 지지는 교사효능감과 행복감과 밀접한 정적상관관계를 가지는 것 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구사회학적 특성인 학력이 유아교사의 행복감에 가장 큰 영향력 있는 변인으로 나타났다. 일반 효능감에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과, 인구사회학적 특성인 종교(T=6.399 p<.01), 경력(t=5.484, p<.01)과 사회적 지지의 하위변수인 물질적 지지(t=1.975, p<.05)가 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 유아교사의 행복감이 유아의 심리적 안정감과 양육에 미치는 영향력에 대한 연구가 요구된다.
시간-주파수 반사파 계측 방법을 이용한 전송선로의 결함 위치 추정

In this paper, a new high resolution reflectometry scheme, time-frequency domain reflectometry(TFDR), is proposed to detect and estimate a fault in a transmission line. Traditional reflectometry methodologies have been achieved either in the time domain or in the frequency domain only. However, the TFDR can jump over the performance limits of the traditional reflectometry methodologies because the acquired signal is analyzed in time and frequency domain simultaneously. In the TFDR, the new reference signal and the novel TFDR algorithm are proposed for analyzing the acquired signal in the time-frequency domain. Because the reference signal of Gaussian envelop chirp signal is localized in the time and frequency domain simultaneously, it is suitable to the analysis in the time-frequency domain. In the proposed TFDR algorithm, the time-frequency distribution function and the normalized time-frequency cross correlation function are used to detect and estimate a fault in a transmission line. That algorithm is verified for real-world coaxial cables which are typical transmission line with different types of faults by the TFDR system composed of real instruments. The performance of the TFDR methodology is compared with that of the commercial time domain reflectometry(TDR) experiments, so that concludes the TFDR methodology can detect and estimate the fault with smaller error than TDR methodology.

In this paper, we deal with the experimental verification of 1D virtual force field algorithm based reflexive local path planning on uneven and dusty environment. The existing obstacle detection method on uneven and dusty environment and 1D virtual force field based reflexive local path planning algorithm simply are introduced. Although the 1D virtual force field algorithm is verified by various simulations, additional efforts are needed to verify this algorithm in the real-world. The introduced methods are combined with each other, installed to real mobile platforms and verified by various real experiments.

For the autonomous navigation of an unmanned ground vehicle in the rough terrain and combat, the dust environment should necessarily be overcome. Therefore, we propose a robust obstacle detection methodology using laser range sensor and radar. Laser range sensor has a good angle and distance accuracy, however, it has a weakness in the dust environment. On the other hand, radar has not better the angle and distance accuracy than laser range sensor, it has a robustness in the dust environment. Using these characteristics of laser range sensor and radar, we use laser range sensor as a main sensor for normal times and radar as a assist sensor for the dust environment. For fusion of laser range sensor and radar information, the angle and distance data of the laser range sensor and radar are separately transformed to the angle and distance data of virtual range sensor which is located in the center of the vehicle. Through distance comparison of laser range sensor and radar in the same angle, the distance data of a fused virtual range sensor are changed to the distance data of the laser range sensor, if the distance of laser range sensor and radar are similar. In the other case, the distance data of the fused virtual range sensor are changed to the distance data of the radar. The suggested methodology is verified by real experiment.
