        청년기와 장년기 지적장애인의 의사소통 삶의 질 비교: 사회적 의사소통 능력을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and compare the differences of quality of communication life of young adults and late middle age people with intellectual disabilities and to determine a correlation between each subcategory of quality of communication life scale. In addition, this study intends to investigate the effects of social communicative competence on quality of communication life of people with intellectual disabilities. As a result, it was identified that the general level of quality of communication life is higher for young adults with intellectual disabilities. Subcategories of quality of communication life of both young adults and late middle age people with intellectual disabilities were in the order of high confidence and autonomy in communication, participation in everyday life, interaction with others, and role and self, and it was identified that all 4 areas of a correlation between quality of communication life have a positive relationship. It was identified that conversation skill is a variable with the highest statistical significance level for the effects of social communicative competence on quality of communication life. Based on the research findings, this study intended to provide practical implications for the direction of a follow-up study and for improvement of quality of life related to communication of people with intellectual disabilities.

        경도 지적장애 성인의 유행어 사용인식 및 사용특성 연구

        This study examined the fad words recognition and usage characteristics of ordinary adults with a social and cultural point of view. Adults with mild intellectual disability (N=30) and age matched adults with no specific disability (N=30) were participated in the survey. The results of the study are as follows. First, the differences were found in the fad words recognition between adults with mild intellectual disability and ordinary adults such as the reason for using fad words, advantage of using fad words, the way of learning, thoughts on the phenomenon of using fad words. Second, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the usage characteristics of fad words. The fad words familiarity response, understanding ability of fad words and the score of expression ability of adults with mild intellectual disability were found to be significantly lower. Third, there were no significant correlations between the fad words familiarity response and the understanding ability in the sub-variables of the characteristic of using fad words, as a result of analyzing the correlation between fad words familiarity response and fad words understanding ability and expression ability of each group. This is due to the fact that adults with mild intellectual disability are becoming familiar with the fad words, as they understand the vocabulary that appears superficially, rather than attempting to grasp implicit words or implied meanings of the fad words, regardless of the level of fad words familiarity. This showed that adults with mild intellectual disability were more likely to have different fad words recognition and insufficient usage characteristics, and suggests that proper language education for understanding fad words is necessary for smooth peer communication.

      • 사회적 의사소통 중재가 발달장애 성인의 의사소통 삶의 질에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: 발달장애인들은 인지능력 결함과 더불어 의사소통능력의 부족으로 심리사회적, 교육적, 정서적 문제가 발생할 가능성이 더욱 높아진다. 뿐만 아니라 지속되는 실패 경험은 발달장애인들의 스트레스를 유발하고 사회적 고립, 거부, 위축, 낮은 자존감, 공격행동 등과 같은 점차 더 심한 문제로 나타날 수 있다. 이에 따라 발달장애인들이 대인관계 상황에서 더 이상 소외되거나 고립되지 않고 사회 구성원으로 더불어 살아가기 위해 필수적인 사회적 의사소통능력을 갖출 수 있도록 도와야 함에 따라 본 연구에서는 DSM-5에서 제시하는 사회적(실용적) 의사소통장애의 진단기준을 근거로 하여 사회적 의사소통 중재 프로그램을 구성하였다. Methods: 본 연구는 K시에 위치한 D대학교 평생교육원에 재학 중인 발달장애 성인 19명을 대상으로 하였다. 독립변인인 사회적 의사소통 중재가 종속변인인 발달장애 성인의 의사소통 삶의 질에 미치는 효과를 살펴보기 위하여 사전·사후 설계를 사용하였다. 본 중재는 총 15회기로 구성되어 2017년 3월 7일부터 6월 21일까지 주 1회씩 90분간 진행하였다. Results: 사회적 의사소통 중재에 참여한 발달장애 성인 집단은 의사소통에 대한 자신감 및 자율성, 역할 및 자아, 일상생활 참여, 타인과의 상호작용 모두에서 점수가 향상된 것으로 나타났다. Conclusions: 본 연구에서 개발한 사회적 의사소통 중재가 발달장애 성인의 의사소통 삶의 질 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주었음을 확인하였다. 본 중재 과정 속에서 대상자들은 서로 간에 협동, 공감, 배려 등 다양한 정서적 교류를 경험해보고, 사회생활에 원만하게 적응하는 방법과 사회적 의사소통능력을 배웠다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 발달장애 성인이 의사소통을 하는 데 있어 위축되거나 수동적인 상태로 머무르는 것이 아닌 능동적인 의사소통 주체가 될 수 있도록 돕고, 긍정적인 감정과 자존감을 형성할 수 있도록 사회적 의사소통능력 향상과 관련한 여러 형태의 프로그램 개발과 접근이 중요시되어야 할 것이다.

        통합예술치료를 활용한 그룹 언어중재 프로그램이 경도 신경인지장애 노인의 의사소통과 인지능력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: As the age, people experience a decline in cognition abilities followed by difficulties with communication and social relations and decreased interaction; thus, they often show improper or inappropriate behaviors. This study aimed to investigate the effects of group language interventions utilizing integrative art therapy on improving communication abilities and cognition abilities in elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder whose levels of cognitive decline were between normal aging and dementia. Methods: Twelve elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder participated in the study in the experimental group and 12 normal elderly people in the control group. The Holden communication rating scale and the Korean version of the Montreal cognitive assessment was carried out to look into changes in communication and cognition abilities. Results: As a result of providing group language interventions utilizing integrative art therapy to elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder, communication abilities and cognition abilities showed improved results in post-evaluation when compared with pre-evaluation results. Thus, group language interventions utilizing integrative art therapy appeared to have a positive effect on communication abilities and cognition abilities of elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder. Conclusions: Group language interventions utilizing integrative art therapy appeared to have positive effects on elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder. On the basis of this result, the program can be utilized in future clinical settings for the rehabilitation and prevention of dementia in elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder. Also it can provide basic data to carry out specific and various programs involving rehabilitation of communication and cognition abilities of elderly people in fields of study related with mild neurocognitive disorders.

      • 예술-언어 통합 치료가 경도 신경인지장애 노인의 의사소통에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study targeted to investigate the effects of art and language integrated therapy on improving communication abilities by performing the program with elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder whose levels of decline of cognition abilities are between normal aging and dementia. Methods: Looked into the effects of art and language integrated therapy on experiment group(12 elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder) who took part in it and control group(12 elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder) who did not took part in it. Holden Communication Scale was carried out to look into changes in communication abilities. Results: As a result of providing elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder with art and language integrated therapy, communication abilities showed improved results in after evaluation rather than before evaluation. Thus, art and language integrated therapy appeared to have positive effects on communication abilities of elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder. Conclusions: Art and language integrated therapy appeared to have positive effects on elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder. On the basis of the result, the program can be utilized for rehabilitation and prevention of dementia for elderly people with mild neurocognitive disorder later in clinical scene. Also it can provide basic data to carry out specific and various programs involving rehabilitation of communication abilities of elderly people in fields of study related with mild neurocognitive disorder.

        액화천연가스 고압 연료공급시스템의 운전특성에 관한 연구

        As the regulations of the International Maritime Organization have been strengthened to restrain harmful emissions from vessels, the maritime industry is making efforts to use a clean fuel, namely, natural gas as the main fuel for ships. The use of natural gas can reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides and carbon dioxide simultaneously, as compared to the heavy fuel oil used in conventional vessels. However, separate fuel supply facilities must be installed in order to safely supply fuel to engines. The main engines that use natural gas as the primary fuel for ships are generally classified into two types according to the method of injecting gaseous natural gas into the combustion chamber. One engine type uses the Diesel cycle, in which high-pressure natural gas (not less than 300 bar) is directly injected into the combustion chamber at the end of the compression stroke. The other uses the Otto cycle in which low-pressure gas is injected into the combustion chamber during the compression stroke and the piston is raised and premixed with scavenging air. The thermodynamic efficiency of Diesel cycle engines is higher than that of Otto cycle engines, but the high pressure of the natural gas supplied to the combustion chamber could cause a significant number of technical problems during equipment operation. Therefore, this study investigated the optimized operating characteristics of a fuel supply system that could supply high pressure natural gas to a marine Diesel cycle engine operated using natural gas as the main fuel. Experiments corresponding to the engine load for safe supply of natural gas to the engine were conducted, and based on the results, suggestions to improve the design were proposed.

        초등학교 1-3학년 국어 교과서 어휘 분석

        Purpose: The goal of this study is to analyze the vocabulary in Korea's first to third grade elementary school textbooks according to the 2009 national curriculum. Through this study, the SLP can provide the appropriate words to children with language disorders or language difficulty and induce efficient communication skills. Methods: This study analyzedvocabulary according to the frequency of use and then sorted this into nine word classes. Each of nine word classes waasthen classified from first to thirtieth according to frequency. Results: The number of different words was 3,785 and the order of frequency was noun, verb, adverb, adjective, exclamation, postposition, numeral, pronoun, and determiner. Theaverage frequency was calculated using the number of different words divided by the number of total words. The order of average frequency was postposition, pronoun, verb, determiner, adjective, noun, adverb, exclamation, and numeral. The highest frequency area for nouns was hunan relationship vocabulary. The highest frequency areas for pronouns was first-person pronoun vocabulary and numerals, specifically cardinal numbers. The highest frequency areas of the determiner vocabulary was numeral determiners and quality determiners, while for adverbs it was quality adverbs. The highest frequency areas for exclamation vocabulary was responsive and conscious exclamation vocabulary, postpositions, and adverbial case markers. Finally, the highest frequency areas for verbs and adjectives was transitive verbs and quality adjective. Conclusions: Through this study, it is hoped that basic data necessary for communication skills for children language disorders with intellectual levels of first to third grade elementary school will be provided.

        디젤엔진에서 에멀젼 연료와 천연가스 이중연료의 배기가스 배출 특성

        As CO₂ reduction in diesel engines has become a very important research topic, many studies on fuel diversification are being conducted. In this study, the effect of emulsion fuel and natural gas dual fuel on exhaust gas emission was evaluated. In a 2,000 cc 4-cylinder diesel engine, the exhaust gas emission characteristics according to the injection pressure of diesel fuel and engine output were analyzed for each fuel. Emissions of NOx, CO and THC were higher in natural gas dual fuel compared to diesel and emulsion fuel. Natural gas dual fuel reduced CO₂ emission by up to 40% but emulsion fuel increased CO₂ emission by about 5% compared to diesel fuel. It was confirmed that this was affected by the ratio of dual fuel.
