우리나라의 보육정책은 흐름이나 맥을 가늠하기가 쉽지 않고, 국가적으로 관심의 주류에 있으면서도 빠르게 변화하기 때문에, 때로는 어제와 오늘의 정책 흐름이 바뀌어 있음이 발견 되기도 한다. 현재 주요 정책은 국민의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 ‘복지’와 저출산?고령화 시대의 도래에 따른 다음 세대의 안전하고 건강한 육성을 위한 ‘보육’이라고 해도 과언이 아니다. ‘낳기만 하세요. 국가가 키워드립니다.’의 슬로건과 함께 자녀양육은 사회와 국가의 책임으 로 전환되었고, 보육 예산의 투입이 증가하고 중장기 보육정책과 추진 전략이 거론되었으며, 세부 전략으로 기관 보육의 확충과 내실 있는 운영을 위한 국가적 지원이 중요해졌다.

프로세믹스(Proxemics)적 관점에서의 SNS 경계 변화와 사용자 경험 연구

SNS(Social Networking Site)는 우리 사회에서 가장 중요한 키워드가 되었다. 하지만 그 성장의 이면에는 개인정보 유출, 사생활 침해, 기존 서비스에 대한피로감 등으로 인하여 점차 성장세가 둔화하고 있다. 또한, Vlog, 유튜버, 인스타 라이브 등 SNS를 개인적활동의 기반으로 이용하면서 일종의 공적 영역의 사유화 현상이 발생하기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한이면을 바탕으로 SNS가 형성한 공적인 공간 속에서사람들이 점차 개인화 서비스를 추구하면서 등장할새로운 패러다임의 변화를 문화 인류학자 에드워드홀(E.Hall)의 프로세믹스 이론의 관점에서 연구하고, 문헌연구와 사례분석을 통해 새로운 방향을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 1차로 SNS의 유형 및 서비스를사례분석을 하였다, 2차로 문헌연구를 통해 에드워드홀의 프로세믹스 이론을 연구하였고, 그의 관점을 바탕으로 SNS의 공간의 모호해진 경계를 고찰하였다. 마지막으로 심층 인터뷰를 통해 실질적으로 사용자가SNS 공간의 성격을 어떻게 인지하고, 사용하고 있으며, 사용자 간의 관계 형성 및 상호작용은 어떻게 이루어지는지를 상호작용의 4가지 항목에 따라 진행하였다. 그 결과, 페이스북의 경우 공적(public)인 공간으로 인식하지만, 그 안에서 개인(personal)적인 관계를 형성하고, 사용성은 공적(public)인 활동을 하는 그것을 알 수 있었으며, 제공하는 서비스 또한, 사용자에게 개인(personal)적인 성격의 서비스를 주로 제공하였다. 유튜브의 경우 사용자별로 느끼는 공간의 성격은 각기 다르지만, 관계 형성이나 사용성은 주로 공적(public)인 활동을 하는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 유튜브의 서비스는 사용자에게 관계로서 분류되는 정보가아닌, 컨텐츠 자체로서의 개인화된 피드를 제공하였다. 인스타그램의 경우 개인적(personal)인 공간으로인식하면서, 관계 형성이나 사용성 또한 개인적(personal)인 활동을 하는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 인스타그램은 개인(personal)적 성격의 서비스들을 사용자와의 거리를 유지하며 알맞게 제공하였다. 이는 더 이상 SNS의 공간의 경계성은 공적, 개인적, 이분법적으로 나눌 수 없으며, 개인적인 정보 또한 결국 관계 맺기의 생성과 유지를 위해 노출하는 것이며, 이는 늘공적인 주제와 연결된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 지금의SNS는 사적인 관계와 공적인 관계가 뒤섞인, 개인적이며 공적이고, 공적이며 개인적인 공간 어딘가에 위치되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 거리에 따른 SNS에서의 상호작용에 있어, 사용자 경험을 위한 참고자료로 도움이 되기를 바란다. SNS(Social Networking Site)has become the most important keyword in our society. but behind of the growth is slowing down due to privacy, personal information leakage, and fatigue from existing servi service. Also, SNS such as Youtube, Vlog, Instagram Live is used as the basis for personal activities, there is a kind of privatization of public space. Based on this side, the main topic is about changing of new paradiam that people will gradually pursue personalization service in the public space formed by SNS study from the perspective of Proxemics theory written by Edward Hall, who is a cultural anthropologist and propose a new direction through literature research and case studies. To do this, first I researched the types and service of SNS, secondly studied Proxemics theory through literature research, and analyzed ambi- guous boundaries of space in SNS based on proxemics theory. The last, through in-depth interview, according to four ways of interaction, studied how actual users recognized and used characteristics of SNS’s space, and how made form of relationship and interaction between users. The results indicated that users recognized Facebook was public space, but they were formed a personal relationship, and usability was a public character. Also facebook provided users with personalized service. In case of Youtube, Each users recognized a different characteristics of Youtube’s space, also relationships and usability were public character. Youtube’s service provided users with a personalized feed as content itself, not the information categorized as relationships. In Instagram, users recognized a personal space, also relationships and usability were personal character. Instagram provided personalized services maintained the reasonable distance from the user. This means that the boundary of SNS’s space can no longer be divided into dichotomy like public and personal. Ultimately, Personal information was also exposed to the creation and maintenance of relationships, which was always related with public thing. The current SNS is a mixture of personal and public relationships, it situates somewhere in the personally public or publicly personal space. I expect this study will become a good resource for user experience in the interaction with SNS by distance.

Antimicrobials in human medicine are classified by The World Health Organization (WHO) into three groups: critically important antimicrobials (CIA), highly important antimicrobials (HIA), and important antimicrobials (IA). CIA are antibiotic classes that satisfy two main criteria: that they are the sole or the only available limited therapeutic option to effectively treat severe bacterial infections in humans (Criterion 1), and infections where bacteria are transmitted to humans from non-human sources or have the potential to acquire resistance genes from non-human sources (Criterion 2). WHO emphasizes the need for cautious and responsible use of the CIA to mitigate risk and safeguard human health. Specific antimicrobials within the CIA with a high priority for management are reclassified as "highest priority critically important antimicrobials (HP-CIA)" and include the 3<sup>rd</sup> generation of cephalosporins and the next generation of macrolides, quinolones, glycopeptides, and polymyxins. The CIA list is the scientific basis for risk assessment and risk management policies that warrant using antimicrobials to reduce antimicrobial resistance in several countries. In addition, the CIA list ensures food safety in the food industry, including for the popular food chain companies McDonald's and KFC. The continuous update of the CIA list reflects the advancement in research and emerging future challenges. Thus, active and deliberate evaluation of antimicrobial resistance and the construction of a list that reflects the specific circumstances of a country are essential to safeguarding food security.

어린이집 보육교사의 효능감, 전문성에 대한 인식이 보육과정 수행에 미치는 영향

Objective: This study examined the effect of early childhood teachers`` perceptions of teacher efficacy and professionalism, which are personal traits, when administering the National Childcare Curriculum. Methods: Using snowball sampling, data were collected from 266 childcare center teachers in the nation and were analyzed using one-way analyses of variance and multiple regression using SPSS 14.0. Results and Conclusion: The findings are as the following: First, teacher efficacy was not significantly different among teachers by age, teaching experience, education, and childcare center type. Second, teacher efficacy was significantly related to the perception of their professionalism. Lastly, teachers`` perceptions of teacher efficacy and professionalism explained significantly the variance in teachers`` performance when administering the National Childcare Curriculum.
