The aim of this paper is to verify the effectiveness of the District Unit Plan for the exclusive residential zone in Jukjon, Dongbaek, and Pangyo area which is the land development area of the national capital region. The results showed that the Plan was not effective for the architectural developments due to lack of management of the directions of the Plan and lack of pre-conditions for the implementation and the physical environment oriented regulatory approach. We describe the following further details of the results in terms of city density and street view management. Especially according to density, the physical size issue can be mainly found in floor area ratio and the number of floors. Our analysis shows that main reason for both excessive floor area ratio and the excessive number of floors is the violation of the number of households through household split. And street view issues include shape of roof, building construction line, shared public land, parking, and the most common District Unit Plan violation is parking.

There are more than 30 new drugs developed by Korean companies, but empirical research on the new drug development process is insufficient. This study aimed to compare the development time for new drugs developed by Korean companies with previous studies on foreign companies. This study defined and analyzed each milestone of the drug development process through a public data source for new drugs approved from 1999 to 2019. The development time before initial human testing was 2.8 years and the time for each clinical development phase were 1.4 year, 2.4 year and 3.1 year, respectively. The result was similar with the previous studies in other countries. In addition, as in the case of previous research, the development time has increased in recent years.

본 논문에서는 자동차 변속기 오일레벨을 측정하기 위한 초음파 오일레벨 측정기를 설계하고 실험을 통하여 유용성을 보였다. 측정기에 필요한 모든 디지털 회로를 FPGA 프로젝트 IDE상에서 하나의 FPGA를 이용하여 설계하여 측정기의 단순화와 고성능화를 이루었고, 측정기 개발 시간을 줄일 수 있었다. 또한, 전원회로와 저전압 초음파 에코신호 처리를 위한 아날로그 회로를 설계하고 시뮬레이션을 행하였다. 실험을 통하여, 설계된 측정기가 약 1㎜ 이내의 정확도를 가짐을 확인하였다. In this paper a ultrasonic oil level meter for measuring oil levels of vehicle transmissions is designed and its effectiveness is shown by experiments. On a FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) project IDE(Integrated Development Environment), all digital circuits for the meter is designed using a FPGA, which enables simplicity and high performance of the meter as well as short developing time. Also, power supplying circuit and analog circuits to process low voltage ultrasonic echo signal are designed and simulated. Under experiments, the designed level meter is verified to provide accuracy to within 1㎜.
도로의 미끄럼저항을 고려한 고속도로 사고 심각도 요인 분석

본 연구에서는 2011년부터 2013년까지 수집된 고속도로 교통사고 데이터를 기반으로 사고유형별 사고심각도에 영향을 미치는 위험요인을 분석하였으며, 순서형 로지스틱 모형을 활용하여 미끄럼저항 지수인 Skid Number(SN)과 결합하였을 때 사고 심각도를 높이는 영향요인을 도출하였다. 사고 유형별 고속도로 심각도 영향요인 분석 결과, 비(Rain), 젖음(Wet), SN 보통(SN Normal), 램프(On Ramp), 졸음운전(drowsy)으로 기상 및 도로 미끄럼과 인적요인에 해당하는 변수들이 도출되었으나 통계적 유의성은 다소 낮게 나타났다. 이는 데이터의 구제척인 양적 지표가 부족하여 분석에 어려움이 존재하여 나타난 결과로 보여지며, SN의 특성을 반영하여 교통사고 심각도를 분석한 것에 의의가 있다고 판단된다. 향후 SN 상태를 고려한 고속도로 교통사고 심각도 예측 모델을 제시함으로써 도로 미끄럼 등급별 적정한 안전관리방안을 적용하여 보다 체계적인 계획 수립이 가능하고 안전성과 도로 유지관리의 효율성 제고가 가능할 것으로 생각된다. In this study, risk factors affecting the severity of accidents by accident type were derived based on highway traffic accident data collected from 2011 to 2013. Furthermore, this study uses an ordinal logistic model to identify the influencing factors that increase the severity of accidents when combined with skid number (SN). In the analysis of factors that influence the severity of highway accidents according to the set analysis model scenario, it was found that variables corresponding to weather, slippery road conditions, and human factors were rain, wetness, SN normal, on-ramp, and drowsiness. By presenting a model for predicting the severity of highway traffic accidents by considering SN conditions, it is believed that a more systematic plan can be established by applying appropriate safety management measures for each road slide level and the efficiency of safety and road maintenance.
