The purpose of this study is to enhance productivity and economic value with precise object information generation and reinforcement quantity take-off by developing the Automation Reinforcement Placement System of Foundation (ARPF). This study was conducted by selecting the most basic form, independent footing, and no force was applied on the foundation other than axial force. For the development of ARPF, variables that should be input into the typical programs directly by users were minimized through developing the reinforcement placement algorithm by using visual C# based on the reinforced concrete structure design standard. The process of reinforcement detail placement formation was performed in the Tekla Structure (TS) that has outstanding accessibility and usability of API. Objects made by applying ARPF enable information confirmation and modification, as typical ones. Through this process using ARPF, rapid and precise reinforcement quantity take-off and footing bar placement are possible. If modeling is performed on the Tekla Structures by using ARPF, a detailed 3D reinforcement placing drawing, not 2D, can be created. It is expected that this method may take a smaller amount of time and effort than the typical drawing generation method that users had to generate objects or input information themselves.

In the shipbuilding, outfitting processes are mainly performed on ships moored by quays of the shipyard. Quays in shipyards have different lengths, depths, and facilities so that the allowable quays for each ship are limited. In addition, the working efficiency of the quay process depends on the kinds of the quays where the outfitting processes are performed. As a result, it is inevitable for ships to move around the quays to avoid delay in schedule while maximizing the working efficiency. The movements of ships should be minimized because it is a waste of cost and time. In most shipyards, the quay allocation is manually determined by planners using their own implicit rules. However, the optimal plan can’t be obtained by those heuristics which only considers limited problem space. In this study, the scheduling algorithm for the quay allocation problem is developed using a reinforcement learning approach. Based on the Markov decision process model using discrete-event simulation, the scheduling agent is trained by DRQN (Deep Recurrent Q-network) algorithm and tested with 10 scenarios. The proposed algorithm outperforms the reference value set by heuristic in terms of three KPIs-unallocated duration, the number of ship movements, and ship-quay priority ratio.

We report 1 case about Mangeummunmu-tang gagambang that was used for a Taeeumin patient with diabetes mellitus. We treated a Taeeumin patient who was diagnosed with diabetes at another hospital two months ago. We considered his Sasang constitution as Taeeumin and prescribed Mangeummunmu-tang gagambang. The improvement of his diabetes was evaluated by improvement of his symptoms, results of blood sugar test, bone muscle mass, body fat, body fat rate of inbody test and the results of Blood test & urine test. The evaluation index of the patient's disease has all improved since treatment after Mangeummunmu-tang gagambang medication.
소건 대멸치 저장 중 지질의 변화에 미치는 저장온도 및 포장방법의 영향

The influence of different storage temperature and packaging methods on plain dried anchovy were investigated. When plain dried large anchovy (DLA) was stored at -20℃, 5℃ and 25℃, the lipid oxidation was rapidly progressed with the increased temperature. When DLA was stored at 25℃ and 5℃, peroxide value (POV) reached to maximum on 4 days and 20 days, respectively, while POV increased progressively during storage at -25℃. The degree of lipid oxidation was progressed the fastest in DLA packed in polyethylene film, followed by packing with oxygen absorber and packing in vacuum. The fatty acid composition of total lipid in DLA revealed 52.3% in polyenes, 29.2% in saturates and 18.5% in monoenes, and the major fatty acids were 22 : 6, 20 : 5, 16 : 0, 16 : 1 and 18 : 1. Saturates were increased with the rise of storage temperature and prolonging the storage period, while polyenes were decreased. The changes of fatty acid composition was retarded at lower temperature. And the changes of fatty and composition were the lowest in DLA by vacuum packing, followed by packing with oxygen absorber and packed in polyethylene film. The contents of highly unsaturated fatty acid of polyenes were decreased remarkably in proportion to the progress of lipid oxidation, while saturates were increased.
