NADPH oxidase p22phox C242T 유전자 다형성이 8주간의 유산소성 훈련에 따른 운동수행능력 및 산화적 손상에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 성인 남성과 여성을 대상으로 NADPH oxidase p22phox C242T 유전자 다형성이 8주간의 유산소성 훈련에 따른 운동수행력 증진 및 1회성 운동시 산화적 손상에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위한 실험대상자 선정을 위해 남자대학생 118명, 여자대학생 112명을 대상으로 NADPH oxidase C242T 유전자형을 분석한 후 남성 CC genotype, 남성 T allele, 여성 CC genotype, 여성 T allele 그룹에각각 12명씩 총 48명을 배정하였다. 사전, 사후 운동검사는 트레드밀을 이용하여 85%V O2max all-out 운동을 수행하였으며, 채혈은 총 5번(안정시, 운동 종료시, 회복 30분, 회복 4시간, 24시간) 실시되었다. 채혈된 혈액을 통해 혈장 lactate와 SOD, 임파구 DNA 손상에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 유산소성 훈련은 8주간(3일/주), 70%HRR의 강도로 트레드밀 런닝을 실시하였으며, 연구 결과에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 8주간의 유산소성 훈련 후 85%V O2max all-out 운동수행시간은 네 그룹 모두 유의하게 증가되었다. 85%V O2max all-out 운동수행에 따른 혈장 lactate 농도는 트레이닝 후 동일 시점에서 감소되었으며, 유전자다형성 간 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 트레이닝 후 동일시점에서 혈장 SOD가 감소하였으며, 이와 함께 임파구세포 DNA 손상 역시도 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, T allele보다 CC genotype이 트레이닝에 대한 효과가 더 큰것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of NADPH oxidase p22phox C242T polymorphism on endurance exercise performance and oxidative damage in response to acute and chronic exercise. Medically healthy 118 men and 112 women were analyzed with the genotype of p22phox C242T and then 48 men and women were finally selected and divided into two different polymorphism groups(CC genotype: 24, T allele:24). Before and after exercise tests were measured at 85%V O2max until all-out and blood samples were taken 5 t imes( rest, end of exercise, after 30 min, 4 h and 24 h of recovery) to measure the concentration of plasma lactate, SOD(antioxidant enzyme) and lymphocyte DNA damage. 8 weeks of exercise training were performed 3 times a week at 70%HRR on the treadmill. The results of the research are as follows. it was shown that the eight-weeks aerobic training related to NADPH oxidase p22phox C242T genotype executed in this study not only increased maximal oxygen uptake and exercise performed time but also decreased the plasma lactate level. In addition, both CC genotype and T allele groups showed decreases in plasma SOD after the training and reductions in lymphocyte DNA damage as well. Furthermore, CC genotype than T allele showed a greater effect from the training.

Three cases of subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis diagnosed by fine needle aspiration (FNA) of enlarged lymph nodes are reported. The FNA smears contained randomly activated lymphoid cells, necrotic debris and histiocytes. The same patterns were found in subsequently examined excised lymph nodes from these cases. The differential diagnosis of this entity is discussed and the value of preparing FNA cell blocks and accompanying AFB stain with culture is emphasized. FNA may be able to provide a diagnosis in case of this benign disease, therefore avoiding a more traumatic excisional biopsy.
아연 코팅과 열처리에 따른 알루미늄 열교환기 소재의 부식

The effects of zinc coating and heat treatment on the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys including A1100 and the modified A3003, used as heat exchanger tube were investigated in this study. The grain size of the heat-treated specimen is larger than that of the specimen without heat treatment, but the grain size did not significantly affect the corrosion behavior. The concentration of zinc was noted at 11.3 ~ 31.4 at.% for the as-received Zn-coated samples and reduced to 1.2 ~ 2.4 at.% after the heat treatment, as measured by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) on the surface. The concentration of oxygen is 22 ~ 46 at.% for the zinc coated specimens while noted at 7.4 ~ 12.8 at.% for the specimens after the removal of the coating. The corrosion behavior depended largely on the concentrations of zinc, aluminum, and oxygen on the specimen surface, but not on the Mo content. The corrosion potential was high and the corrosion rate was low for a specimen with a low zinc content, a high aluminum content, and a high oxygen content.

In accordance with 2015 Paris agreement, each individual country around the world should voluntarily propose not only its (individual) reduction target, but also actively develop and present expansion targets of its scope and concrete reduction goals exceeding the previous ones. Accordingly, it is necessary to prepare a macroscopic, long-range strategy for reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, which can cover a single building, town, city and eventually even a province. The purpose of this research is to gather and compile government-acquired data from various sources and (in accordance with contents and specificity), combine building data by stages by using multi-variable matrix and then analyze the significance of combined data for each stage. The first order data presents the probability and the cost effectiveness of energy saving on the scale of a city or a province, based only upon general information, size and power consumption of buildings. The second order data can identify a pattern of energy consumption for a building of a specific purpose and which tends to consume a larger amount of energy during one particular season (than others). Finally, the third order data can derive influential factors (base load, humidity) from the energy consumption pattern of a building, and thus propose an informed and practical energy-saving method to be applied in real time.

This paper presents design process of linear induction motor in dynamic tester for catenary-current collection. To minimize length of rail for dynamic tester for catenary-current collection, accelerating performance of the linear induction motor is very important. So the design process of linear induction motor considered in this paper is different with general design process of linear induction motor, because dynamic tester has three type driving region, as accelerating region, constant speed region, and braking region. Considering accelerating performance of motor, distance and time from starting point to constant speed region were concerned for load condition of motor. Designed linear induction motor was analyzed by 2-dimensional finite element method. Using mechanical dynamics simulation with analysis result of 2-dimensional finite element method, accelerating performance of designed motor was proved.

A linear induction motor have advantages for reducing mechanical frictions and noises because it has thrust force by induced torque instead of friction force between rail and wheels. An it has additional advantage for reducing volume of bogie frame for light rail transit. The small volume causes the cost of construction down. Recently, researches of linear induction motor for thrust force of the light rail transit have been actively studied. For the rail transit, vehicle is running as follow accelerating and constant speed, finally decelerating speed passing local stops between stations. The light rail transit have only these three patterns of operating. Thus, design of that has different design specifications from others. In this paper, the linear induction motor for the light rail transit was designed considering the goal speed, accelerating time, and accelerating distance for approaching the goal speed. The designed motor was proved that it could meet the requirement of accelerating performance by2-dimensional finite element method and mechanical dynamics equation.
