        전통주거건축 공간구성에 따른 안방창호 구성에 관한 연구 - 전라남도 지역 중상류 주택을 중심으로 -

        Korean traditional house has inherented construction characteristics that contain human requirements with the adaptation to nature's order. As for traditional buildings, there are a lot of facilities like palaces, Buddhist temples, Confucianism architectures, government facilities, etc. Among them, housing construction is not only closely connected to our lives, but also plays an important role to connect our lives from the past to present. The master room in a traditional korean house is responsible for playing a center role of the residential life which implies the traditional values responsible for multi-functions and it is also the sphere of the living space. Therefore, this thesis considers the residential environmental adjustment method and the behaviors centered around the main buildings of Jeonnam Province. And also investigates the main reason for windows and doors formation. From this, we would like to further evaluate the master room life, and the inner space constructions following the spacial and organizational analysis of windows and doors. We would like to analyze the space organization methods, environmental adjustment methods and the usages of traditional buildings. Using the modern interpretation as basis, we would like to use the foundation materials to reflect single family housing plans.

        고로슬래그 기반 순환유동층 플라이애시 및 미분탄 플라이애시 혼입에 따른 시멘트 모르타르의 특성

        본 연구에서는 산업부산물 중 순환유동층 연소방식과 미분탄 연소과정에서 발생되는 플라이애시와 고로슬래그 미분말을 치환한 시멘트 모르타르의 특성을 파악하였다. 연구 결과, 순환유동층 플라이애시 및 미분탄 플라이애시 혼합 사용 시 강도발현 뿐만 아니라 내구성 측면에서도 유리하게 나타난다. 순환유동층 플라이애시는 초기 반응성 향상에 기여하며, 미분탄 플라이애시는 포졸란 반응으로 장기 강도 발현에 관여하게 된다. 따라서 순환유동층 플라이애시와 미분탄 플라이애시의 혼합사용은 고로슬래그 미분말을 치환한 시멘트 모르타르의 상호 보완적인 요소로 작용함을 알 수 있다. In this study, the characteristics of the cement mortar replaced with fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag generated during circulating fluidized bed combustion method and pulverized coal combustion process were investigated. As a result of the study, when mixed with circulating fluidized bed combustor fly ash and pulverized coal combustion fly ash, it is advantageous not only in terms of strength development but also in terms of durability. The circulating fluidized bed combustor fly ash contributes to the improvement of initial reactivity, and the pulverized coal combustion fly ash is involved in long-term strength development through pozzolanic reaction. Therefore, it can be seen that the mixed use of circulating fluidized bed combustor fly ash and pulverized coal combustion fly ash acts as a complementary factor for cement mortar substituted with ground granulated blast furnace slag.

        밀 유전 배경에서 호밀 B 염색체가 감수분열 염색체 접합에 미치는 영향

        The effect of rye B chromosome (rye B) on chromosome association was investigated in meiosis of wheat addition line. The wheat addition line was with one Leymus mollis chromosome and one L. racemosus chromosome which are under homoeologous relationship. Chromosome behavior of the two Leymus chromosomes in wheat genetic background was revealed by genomic in situ hybridization. In the first metaphase, most of the two Leymus chromosomes showed univalent in the wheat addition line without rye B (98.1 ± 0.5%). On the other hand, the wheat addition line with rye B showed higher frequency of bivalent (10.3 ± 0.2%) than wheat addition line without rye B (1.9 ± 0.5%). The wheat addition line without rye B showed abnormal bivalents with abnormal structure while the wheat addition line with rye B showed normal bivalent in low frequency. By rye B, some bivalent was composed of wheat and L. racemosus, and some trivalent was composed of wheat bivalents with L. mollis chromosome. Also, some wheat bivalents showed hyper-crossover, so those wheat bivalents showed abnormal structure compared to other wheat bivalents with normal structure such as ring, rod, and pan.

        빵용 밀 품종의 등숙기 질소 시비 시기와 양이 글루텐 분획 및 빵 부피에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of nitrogen fertilization amount and timing of application on protein content, dough properties, change in protein fraction, and bread loaf volume for Korean wheat cultivars, Baekkang, Joongmo2008, and Saekeumkang, for bread with a superior gluten composition during the grain filling stage. Protein content increased with an increase in the amount of N and timing of application. The SDS segmentation volume (SDSS) increased with an increase in N, but there was no effect of the timing of N application on SDSS. An increase in N amount and timing of application caused a difference in dough properties, such as water absorption, mixing time, and tolerance, among the cultivars. Soluble and insoluble polymeric and monomeric protein contents increased with an increase in N amount and timing of application the three Korean wheat cultivars. The effects of N amount and application timing on bread loaf volume (BLV) varied among the cultivars. The BLV of Saekeumkang increased regardless of the N amount and timing of application, but that of Baekkang and Joongmo2008 cultivars was reduced. However, there was a positive correlation between protein content with the addition of N fertilization and BLV. In addition, SDSS, mixing time, and protein fractions were positively correlated with BLV. Since the response of fertilizer conditions was different for each wheat cultivar, it is necessary to build a suitable fertilizing system for each of them. Additionally, since the environment is changing, such as abnormal climate during the maturing period, research is needed to establish appropriate fertilizer conditions for varieties of bread wheat.

        단순 연소법으로 합성한 LiNi<sub>0.5</sub>Mn<sub>0.3</sub>Co<sub>0.2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> 양극 활물질의 구조 분석 및 전기화학적 특성 연구

        $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$의 리튬이온 이차전지 양극 물질로의 특성을 연구하기 위해서 단순 연소합성법을 이용하여 합성했다. 합성된 물질의 구조적 특징을 분석하기 위하여 X-선 회절분석(XRD)과 주사전자현미경 (FE-SEM)을 측정하였다. X-선 회절분석을 통하여 합성된 $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$시료가 육방정계 층상구조가 형성된 것을 확인하였다. FE-SEM을 통해 측정한 결과 $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$ 입자는 일정한 형태를 가지지 않았으며 크기는 대략 100~300 nm의 크기임을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 전기화학적 특성을 측정하기 위하여 충 방전 용량 측정과 CV(Cyclic Voltammetry)를 측정하였다. 2.8 V에서 4.3 V까지 충 방전 용량을 측정한 결과 ~162 mAh/g의 초기 방전 용량을 가졌다. $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$ active material was prepared by simple-combustion method and investigated as the cathode material for li-ion battery. The structural characterization was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), respectively. The XRD patterns of $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$ sample was indicated a phase of layered hexagonal structure. The size of particles has not uniform diameters ranging from 100 to 300 nm. The electrochemical performance of the $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$ was measured by Cyclic Voltammetry and galvanostatics. The $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$ shows the discharge capacity of ~162 mAh/g in the range of 2.8 to 4.3 V at the first cycle.

        공동주택에서 마스터룸(Master room) 평면 유형별 수요자 의식 조사 연구

        The residential environment is a place which reflects the gradual evolution of human consciousness because it is a cultural space the term, 'houses' is not relevant in this context as it literally means 'contains'. The long history of human living habits cannot be 'contained' within a space, but can be 'expressed' by a space and by the way the space is used. Furthermore, due to the way it is typically constructed, the basic characteristics of the house usually cannot be rapidly changed to accommodate new habits. However, recent changes that have taken place to the characteristics of the traditional master room suggest that traditional societal values associated with patriarchy have diminished. The current trend where priority is given to children's education also affects such a change. Existing researches related to the master room is confined to the behavioral use of the space and the composition of the physical space, while research on the master room its plane type has not been carried out. Therefore, in this study, apartment model houses are selected, and are classified according to the types of master room. An analysis is then carried out of the master room based on the occupants' requirements in terms of consciousness. Any planning modifications where required are then suggested. This research comprises the followings stages. First, an examination is carried out of existing research on the master room in order to understand its background and spatial components. A definitiones of related terms is also provided. Second, an analysis is carried out of the model houses exhibited at Suwan District, examining the typical standard that has been selected for the master room. Third, an analysis is conducted of the topics and questions to be selected for a questionnaire. Fourth, an analysis is carried out of the consciousness, satisfaction and requirements of the residents, as respondents in the questionnaire, related to the master room. and Research is then conducted of the architectural methods for planning the master room. Finally, future countermeasures for planning the master room are described based on the above analysis and research findings.

        국내 밀 집단의 출수일수, 분얼수 및 수량 관련 표지인자 평가

        Molecular markers of doubled-haploid (DH) and long spike Korean wheat cultivar populations were evaluated to improve the yield potential of Korean wheat breeding programs by improving the tiller numbers. In Korean wheat cultivars, the tiller number was affected more by vernalization (Vrn) and photoperiod (Ppd) than by tiller inhibition gene (tin) and fertile tiller inhibition gene (ftin). Also, it was negatively correlated with the yield. In DH lines, the tiller number was significantly affected by neither the tiller inhibition genes nor Vrn and Ppd. Additionally, it was not significantly correlated with the yield. However, the adaptability of both SSR markers, Xgpw2206 and Xgwm247, was higher in the DH lines than in the other populations. In the long spike population, the tiller number differed according to the Ppd-D1 allele, affecting the yield. In this study, genes and molecular markers related to the tiller number, as described in previous studies, might be difficult to use to evaluate the tiller number and yield of the Korean wheat population. Hence, continuous study is necessary to develop molecular markers suitable for improving the tiller number and yield of Korean wheat cultivars.

        주말 체육교실 참가 중학생의 주관적 행복감과 인지적 자유감이 일탈행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 주말 체육교실 참가 중학생의 주관적 행복감과 인지적 자유감이 일탈행동에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하고 요인간의 인과관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 비확률표집방법 (non-probability sampling) 중 하나인 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling)을 사용하여 2013년 현재 부산광역시 소재 중학교에서 주말 체육교실에 참가하는 학생 400명을 유효 표본으로 선정하고, 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집, 분석하였다. 자료 분석방법으로는 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석이 이루어졌다. 그 결과, 첫째, 주관적 행복감의 하위요인인 정적정서가 인지적 자유감의 하위요인인 조절력과 욕구 및 몰입도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 주관적 행복감의 하위요인인 부적정서만이 일탈행동의 하위요인인 비사회적 행동과 반사회적 행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 인지적 자유감의 하위요인인 조절력, 욕구 및 몰입도는 일탈행동의 하위요인인 비사회적일탈, 반사회적일탈에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. This study aimed to investigate how subjective happiness and perceived freedom influenced deviant behavior of middle school students participating in weekend sports classes, and to analyze the causal relationship between these factors. In order to achieve this goal, convenience sampling, a type of non-probability sampling, was implemented. Four hundred middle school students in Busan participating in weekend sports classes were selected as the valid sample. Data was collected through a questionnaire and compiled based on an exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, positive emotion, a sub factor of subjective happiness, had a positive influence on power of accommodation, desire, and engagement, which are sub factors of perceived freedom. Second, negative emotion, a sub factor of subjective happiness had a negative influence on unsocial behavior and antisocial behavior, which are sub factors of deviant behavior. Third, the sub factors of perceived freedom (power of accommodation, desire, and engagement) did not significantly influence the sub factors of deviant behavior (unsocial behavior and antisocial behavior).
