해상풍력발전기는 주위를 항행하는 선박 및 바지선등과 같은 선박에 의한 충돌피해가 발생할 수 있기 때문에 이에 대한 안정성을 고려해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 선박충돌에 대해 안정성을 고려하기 위해 해상풍력발전기의 선박충돌해석을 수행하고 충돌하중의 불확실성을 고려하기 위해 충돌취약도를 분석하였다. 충돌해석은 해저지반-기초구조물의 상호작용 및 유체를 p-y곡선과 부가질량법으로 고려하였다. 충돌취약도는 선박의 중량과 충돌각, 선박흘수를 변동성으로 고려하여 항복응력에 대한 손상수준을 추정하였으며 취약도를 분석한 결과, 850ton 바지선과 30,000DWT 화물선의 충돌속도에 취약함을 확인하였다. Offshore wind turbines has to be proved against accidental events such as ship collision. In this study, ship collision fragility analysis of offshore wind turbine is done. Dynamic collision analysis is accomplished by considering soil foundation interaction and fluid structure interaction. Uncertainties due to ship weight and speed, angle are also considered. By analyzing dynamic response of offshore wind turbine, fragility curves are obtained for different damage levels. They can be used for restricting boat speed around the wind turbine and allowable size of the boat for inspection and for other purposes. Results of the fragility, it was confirmed fragility of collision speed of bulk ship of 30,000DWT and 850ton barge ship.

선박에 의한 해상교량의 충돌취약도 해석을 수행하였다. 확률변수를 충돌속도와 충돌각으로 하였으며 18,000DWT와 30,000DWT 설계선박에 대해 충돌해석을 수행하였다. 음함수 형태의 변위를 한계상태함수에 적용하기 위해 응답면 기법을 사용하여 충돌응답면을 구성하고 충돌속도를 2 m/s~7m/s까지 총 6개 CASE에 대해 신뢰성 해석을 수행하였다. 신뢰성 해석으로 계산한 파괴확률을 이용하여 충돌취약도 곡선을 표현하고 충돌속도에 대한 중간값과 대수표준편차를 계산하여 해상교량의 위험도를 나타내었다. Collision fragility analysis of offshore bridge by ship was performed. Collision velocity and angle were chosen as random variables then collision of 18,000DWT and 30,000DWT ships with bridge was analyzed. Displacement response surface of bridge by ship collision was estimated by varying ship velocity from 2 m/s to 7 m/s. Using the result of reliability analysis, fragility curves of collision was established and risk of offshore bridge to collision velocity as median and log-standard deviation was presented.

잔교식 안벽구조물의 확률론적 지진위험도 해석을 수행하였다. 부지응답해석을 통해 증폭된 지표 지진이 구조물에 가해질 때 강관파일의 조합응력비와 최대수평변위가 한계상태를 초과하는 확률을 지진취약도 곡선으로 표현하였다. 해당 지역의 지진발생확률은 항만설계기준의 지진재해도를 이용하여 최대지반가속도의 초과확률을 구할 수 있었다. 구조물의 최종적인 지진위험도는 지진취약도와 지진재해도를 이용하여 산정하였으며 수치해석 예제를 통해 그 결과를 제시하였다. Probabilistic seismic risk analysis was performed. Exceeding probabilities of combined stress and maximum horizontal displacement of steel piled pier due to surface ground motion which was transferred from base rock motion was expressed as seismic fragility curves. Occurrence probability of peak ground motion was calculated by using the seismic hazard map on design code for harbor and fishery structures of Korea. Finally seismic risk of pier structure was found by combining the fragility and the hazard and those were presented through numerical analysis.

Although most patients with cervical fractures have damaged the lower cervical spine, there remain a significant whose injury involve the atlanto-axial level. Since the diagnosis of fracture of the odontoid process was initially missed frequently, it is worth emphasizing the importance of adequate radiological studies for this potentially lethal lesion in head injury patient. The treatment for fractures of the odontoid process has consisted of reduction followed by immobilization using skeletal traction, a plaster cast or halo device, or internal fixation by surgical intervention. The advantages of early surgical treatment to minimize external immobilization or prolonged bed confinement are generally accepted but the surgical techniques have varied widely. The authors have managed a case of traumatic atlanto-axial dislocation in a child combined with severe brain injury by internal fixation using wire only after reduction of the dislocation was accomplished by skeletal traction. The available literature regarding this injury is reviewed.
