        몰입성 하마종의 피씨바닐 경화요법 치료 효과

        A plunging ranula is a pseudocyst caused by mucus secreted from the sublingual glands, and it is mainly observed on the mouth floor. Nowadays, sclerotherapy using picibanil has been performed instead of invasive surgical treatment, and studies are reporting safe and effective outcomes. In our study, more than 92% of the 25 patients had marked response after picibanil sclerotherapy, and no serious complications were observed. Picibanil sclerotheraphy can be considered as the primary treatment of plunging ranula for patients who refuse surgery under general anaesthesia.

        여자 핸드볼 선수들의 미끄러운 실내바닥에서 J-STEP 운동화 착용후 움직임에 대한 효과 검증

        이 연구는 인위적으로 미끄러운 환경을 조성한 실내 핸드볼장에서 여자 대학 핸드볼 선수들을 대상으로 J-step 밑창 또는 일반 핸드볼화 착용후 사이드 스텝(2.4m 가운데서)을 20초간 실시할 때 EMG를 이용한 하지 근력의 발현정도, 20m를 5회 왕복달리기(200m)를 실시하였을 때 산소섭취량, 심박수, 그리고 소요시간을 규명하였다. 하지 근력의 발현은 J-step 밑창을 장착한 핸드볼 슈즈에서 대체적으로 근력의 발현이 더 높게 발현되는 양상을 보였으며, 특히 대둔근에 있어서는 일반 핸드볼에 비해 유의하게 높게 근력이 발현되었다. 또한 20m×5회 왕복달리기를 실시에 따른 산소 섭취량을 분석한 결과 두처치간유의한 차이는 보이지 않았으나 심박수는 일반 핸드볼 화에 비해 J-step 밑창을 착용 하였을 때 유의하게 증가하였다. 더불어 왕복달리기 소요시간은 일반 핸드볼화에 비해 J-step 밑창을 착용한 핸드볼화를 착용하였을 때 유의한 수준에서 감소한것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of J-step footwear on power output of lower extremities and aerobic capacity on indoor wet floor. Eight female handball athletes (age: 20.0 ± 1.31yrs, height: 171.38 ± 2.70 cm, weight: 63.0 ± 3.07 kg, career: 10.37 ± 3.24, n = 8) were participated and underwent a dynamic electromyography (EMG) to collect the data [power output of right lower extremities (side step by standing middle of 2.4m, 20sec), heart rate, VO2 (K4b2) , 200m running (20m×5time, sec). On experiment day, all subjects alternatively took normal handball footwear or J-step handball footwear, To make wet floor, water was equally scrubbed on the indoor floor using mop (side step: 2.4 m × 1.5 m with 500 ml; go & back: 6 m × 1.5 m with 1000 ml; 200 m running: 20 m × 6 m with 1400 ml). During side step, power output of lower extremities was higher in J-step handball footwear compared to normal handball footwear (NHF), but this is not reached statistically different. In addition, running time in J-step handball footwear was much shorter than that of normal handball footwear (J-step handball footwear, 68.753.54 sec vs.NHF,91.26±3.54sec). Finally, HR was sjgnificantly higher in J-step foot wear compared to NHF in 200m running(p<.05).

        남녀 유도선수의 운동중단요인 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to explore male and female Judo athletes’ difference in their reasons for quitting their athletic career based on gender. Subjects of the study were 5 male and 4 female university student athletes who quit their Judo career and data were collected with qualitative study method. The result of analysis and interpretation on the data are as follows; First, male athletes’ reasons for quitting their athletic career were injury, unpredictable future with athletic career, difficulty in group life and goals other than athletic career. Second, female athletes’ reasons for quitting their athletic career were injury, awareness on their limitation in enhancing performance, loss of clear goals and maladaptation to the leaders’ training atmosphere. Third, as the result of comparison on gender difference in reasons for quitting their athletic career, common reason was injury and, as for uncommon reasons, male athletes’ reasons were unpredictable future with athletic career, difficulty in group life and goals other than athletic career while female athletes’ reasons were awareness on their limitation in enhancing performance, loss of clear goals and maladaptation to the leaders’ training atmosphere.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of pollen supplementation on blood components during submaximal exercise in 6 healthy-male judo players. All subjects were repeately participated in this study twice. The first trial was performed by 6 health ymale judo players' taking pollen and the second trial was performed by same 6 healthymale judo players' taking placebo and performed with 70% of maximal exertion using treadmill for 10 minutes. The blood samples were collected from antecubital vein by 5ml before and after submaximal exercise. The samples were analyzed for the level of glucose, LDH, CPK, lactate, K?? , Ca??, Na??, and Cl??. The results of the study were as follows : 1. The Experimental group which took pollen showed significantly lower change rate of level of glucose than that of the control group which took placebo. 2. The Experimental group which took pollen showed significantly lower activities of LDH and CPK than those in the control group which took placebo. 3. Blood lactate was significantly decreased in pollen group than placebo group 4. There were statistically significant difference between sodium (Na?? )means of the control group (placeb) and experimental groups (pollen). 5. There were statistically significant difference between sodium (K??) means of the control group (placeb) and experimental groups (pollen). 6. There were statistically significant difference between sodium (Ca??) means of the control group (placeb) and experimental groups (pollen). 7. There were statistically significant difference between sodium (Cl?? ) means of the control group (placeb) and experimental groups (pollen).
