      • 관상식물 삽목발근에 있어서 NAA, IBA 및 Ethychlozate의 발근촉진효과와 그 생리학적연구

        The present studies were undertaken to elucidate the influence of auxins, auxin-like substance-ethychlozate ("Figaron"),and pH and sort of rooting media on rooted propagation of certainornamental woody plant cuttings, and to see possible changes in internal compositions characterizing after root-promoting treatment as the cutting stage proceeded. The experimental check-up srevealed and summarized as seen in the following;I. Effect of three different auxin treatments on rooting cuttings: 1) Promotive influence of auxin varied according to different concentration levels, hours of dipping treatment of the auxins, and kind of plants. The greatest effect was obtained for Forsythia ksreana with NAA and IBA, for Ligustrurn obtusifolium var. variegatum with NAA and ethychlozate, for Hydrangea macrophylla, Magnolia kobus, and Magnolia liliflora with NAA, lBA and ethychlozate also. The most effective level of the promotive agents was found 200mg/l for NAA, 1000mg/l for IBA, and 200mg/l for ethychlozate. For Weigela florida and Gardenia jasminoides, range of the most effective level was shown relatively wide spread. 2) NAA was more effective at its optimal level of the rooting agent than ethychiozate for Weigela florida, Viburnum awabuki, Forsythia koreana, Acer palmatum 'Nomura', Bouga invillea glabra, Elaeagnus umbellata, Prunus tomentosa, Ligustrum obtusifolium, Pyracantha coccinea, Cestrum noctu rnum, Hydrangea macrophylla, Codiaeum variegatum, Rhododen dron lateritium, and Ilex crenata var. macrophylla, and yet ethychlozate was found either as equally as effective or more so than NAA for Zebrina pendula, Hibiscus syriacus, Fatshedera lizei, Schefflera arboricola, Campsis grandiflo ra, Ixora chinensis, Euonymus japonica, and Magnolia liliflora. On the contrary, no the auxin effect was noted with Lagerstroemia indica, Trachelospermum asiaticum, and Syringa vulgaris. This probably indicates that these species are genetically different for the auxin response.II. Effect of different pH and sorts of cutting media on rooting cuttings: 1) Bougainvillea showed best in rooting for the number and dry weight at pH 6.5, more with ethychlozate than NAA, while Ligustrum did at pH 5.0 more with NAA than ethychlozate. pH 4.0 medium resulted in the best rooting for Rhododendron with NAA, more than ethychlozate. 2) Use of cutting medium with peat: perlite: vermiculite = 1:1:1 showed to give the greatest rooting percent and dry weight, apart from considering the number of roots. This apparently meant the fact that cutting medium has more to do with root growth than root differentiation. Rhododendron yet showed results with cutting media that use of peat: perlite = 2:1 mixed is more effective on rooting than using peat alone.III. Effect of auxinic treatments on rooting cuttings and change in some cutting compositions: 1) Under the climatic conditions of July having temperature $26.3\pm$$2.4^{\circ}C$for cutting bed, new roots of Magnolia started to show up generally 20 days after the cutting was made, whereas Cestrum did much earlier than that, namely 14 days after. 2) Although total carbohydrate content of Magnolia cuttings showed no marked change without auxin treatment, it did so with the treatment, especially 30 days after the start of cutting. Cestrum cuttings demonstrated a gradual in crease in total carbohydrate content as rooting took place, and the content became reduced more with auxin than with out, just about when rooting proceeded to 14 days after the start of cutting. 3) Magnolia generally showed an increase in total nitrogen content as rooting proceeded more, and Cestrum showed a decrease in total nitrogen of cuttings. The auxin treatment exhibited no pertinent relation with change in plant nitro gen when rooting is promoted with auxin treatment. 4) An abrupt drop of total sugar and reducing sugar was noticed as Magnolia rooting started, and this reduction was parti cularly outstanding with auxin treatment.         RFID(무선인식, Radio Frequency Identification) 기술은 기존 SCM 적용상의 문제들을 극복하고 기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 새로운 가치 창출의 도구로 기대가 모아지고 있으나 실질적으로 기업현장에서는 RFID 기술의 도입과 확산이 기대보다 미약하게 진행되고 있다. 이는 기업의 측면에서 RFID 시스템 도입에 따른 투자비용과 기대성과에 대한 이해가 부족하여 투자대비회수에 대한 명확한 경제성 분석 등이 진행되지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 발표된 RFID 시스템 적용 성공사례 분석을 기초로 RFID 시스템 도입시 발생하는 투자비용과 효과들을 체계적으로 정리하여, 제조업 기반의 RFID 시스템 도입 측면에서 쉽게 활용될 수 있는 RFID 시스템 ROI (투자수익률, Return on Investment) 분석 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 이를 토대로 하여 RFID 기술을 현업에 적용하고자 하는 기업들에게 효과적으로 활용될 수 있도록 가이드라인을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. RFID technology is developing as a new tool for creating new values and simultaneously overcoming the limits of the existing technologies in supply chain management. However, actual RFID deployments in industry are being realized a lot slower than expected. The most reason is that the limited level of cost-benefit analysis which follows in RFID system deployments because the lack of decision makers` understanding on investment and expectation performance. The aim of this paper is to introduce the developed framework for ROI analysis of RFID systems with convenient use, based on the comprehensive list of cost and benefit items regarding introduction of RFID systems especially for supply chain management, and hence to provide the practical guidelines of ROI analysis of RFID systems focusing on manufacturing industry.

        Most researches related to digital architectures have been more focused on formal and stylistic concerns than on practical constructions. Thus, this paper focuses to analyze between characteristics of digital tectonics of free-form structures and methodologies of architecture designed through integrative process. In this paper a new architectural process is suggested with a sectioning tools. Because of multiple characters of sectioning tools, it clearly demonstrate a relationship with its intergrativity about formal architectural process.

        Traditional tectonic knowledge representation of construction, which emphasizes structural joints and attention to detail in creativity, displays architectural form by means of poetry of construction. Now a days, computers are used in various stages of architectural process with regard to form, structure, supplies and planning, and also digital architecture is all different from the spatial form produced by traditional tectonics view. This study reflects the technique and mechanism of the process of digital design production, which through the use of computers, becomes digital tectonics with regard to seriality and versioning.

        태양추적식 자연채광 장치의 집광기 종류에 따른 성능 분석

        This paper presents the effect of solar collectors on the performance of solar tracking daylighting systems. A series of measurements were made for two different types of solar collectors mounted on double axis solar trackers: Parabolic dish concentrator and Fresnel Lens. Indoor light levels were measured at different locations of an office space (longitude: 126.33 E, latitude 33.45 N) as photo sensors were placed on a task plane 80 cm above the floor. To accurately monitor the applicability of the systems, measurements were performed under clear and overcast sky conditions with the roll-screen (on the south window) in the down position. Comparing the illuminance data, the system with Fresnel lens outperformed that of parabolic dish concentrator. On clear days, the former delivered the light levels of 400~600 lux on the task plane whereas the latter recorded 100~200 lux. Depending on the amount of cloud cover, on overcast days, illuminance readings fluctuated to some extent.

        Kano Model을 기반으로 한 Single PPM 품질혁신운동의 글로벌 지속가능 품질혁신(GSQI) 지수에 관한 연구

        100PPM 품질인증시스템은 1995년 공업진흥청의 주도하에 추진되어져, 우리나라 산업부분의 품질경쟁력 제고에 기여하였다. 2000년에는 국내의 중소기업을 대상으로 보다 더 완벽한 수준의 Single PPM 품질인증시스템으로 상향 조정토록 하였고, 출하불량률과 시장 불량률 수준을 10ppm 이하로 줄이는 것을 품질목표로 하고 있다. 현재까지 1,818개의 회사들이 Single PPM 품질인증시스템을 인증 받았으며, Single PPM 품질혁신운동은 21C의 사회ㆍ경제적인 무결점 목표를 달성하기 위한 품질혁신운동이다. 이 논문의 목적은 Single PPM 품질혁신운동이 현재 처해있는 문제점들을 개선하고자, Kano 모델에 기반을 둔 글로벌 지속가능 품질혁신(GSQI) 지수를 개발하고, 이를 통하여 Single PPM 품질혁신운동의 개선을 도모하고자 함이다. Since 100PPM Quality Certification System has been established by the Industrial Advancement Administration in 1995, 100PPM Quality Innovation movement has contributed much to the enhancement of quality competitiveness of Korea's parts industry. And in 2000, raised to a higher level, Single PPM Quality Certification System has been established by the Small and Medium Business Adminstration. The quality target is below the 10ppm(parts per million) in outgoing quality and delivered goods plus field claim. Recently 1,818 companies is received Single PPM Quality Certification from Government. Single PPM Quality Innovation movement is perfection movement which is suitable for 21C's social-economical criteria to pursuit of zero defect. The purpose of this study is to suggest the Kano Model based Global Sustainable Quality Innovation(GSQI) Index to improve current problems of Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement.

        대학의 교육 및 행정 서비스품질의 측정과 향상 방안에 관한 실증적 연구

        서비스품질에 관한 이론이 우리나라에 도입된 이후 병원, 호텔, 여행, 금융, 통신, 소매업 등 많은 업종에 걸쳐 연구되어 왔으나, 교육 분야에서는 이에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 최근 교육수요자의 요구와 기대에 부응할 수 있는 수요자중심 교육시스템이 교육서비스를 제공하는 대학들의 과제가 되었다. 그리고 시장경제의 원리에 입각하여 경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 대학의 교육서비스에도 서비스 품질 개념의 도입이 요구된다. 본 연구는 SERVQUAL에 기초하여 대학의 교육 및 행정 서비스품질의 구성요인을 파악하고, 지각된 서비스품질의 성과가 서비스만족과 가치에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하였고, 이러한 요인들 간의 서비스품질 향상에 주요한 요인을 찾아 이것을 토대로 효과적인 서비스품질 향상방안을 제시하였다. Since the theories of service quality were introduced in Korea, they have been applied to the various organizations, such as hospital, hotel travel agency bank, telecom company, and even retail market. Compared with these areas, however studies on the service qualify in educational institutions have been scarcely conducted. Also, higher educational service challenges user-oriented education system of the 21st century concept of Service quality from the theories of market economy. The purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions of educational and administrative service, and their influence upon the satisfaction and value on service quality, and formulate the service quality model based on the revised quality dimensions using SERVQUAL measuring method, to find out the most influential factors upon the service qualify among these factors. This study also suggests proper measures for improving service quality.
