        후계(後谿), 위중(委中), 후계배위중(後谿配委中) 침자(鍼刺)가 백서(白鼠)의 신경병리성(神經病理性) 동통억제(疼痛抑制) 및 c-Fos 단백(蛋白) 발현(發顯)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objective: We have studied to know effects of acupuncture at SI3, BL40, SI3 BL40 on mechnical allodynia, cold allodynia and c-fos protein expression in a model of neuropathic pain of rat. Methods: A model of neuropathic pain was made by injuring tibial nerve and sural nerve while common peroneal nerve was maintained. after 2 weeks, we performed behavioral tests for 7 days to try out mechnical allodynia using von frey filament and cold allodynia using acetone, which are calculated by counting withdrawal response on foot. Rat brains removed and sliced on 8th days. Serial sections were immunohistochemically reacted with polyclonal c-fos antibody. The numbers of c-Fos protein immunoreactive neurons in the central gray were examined using scion image program. Results: Mechanical allodynia in the SI3, BL40, SI3 BL40 groups were diminished compared with the control group. Cold allodynia in the SI3, BL40, SI3 BL40 groups were diminished compared with the control group. c-Fos protein expression on the central gray in the SI3 group were lower than that of the control group. Conclusions: We have noticed that acupuncture at SI3, BL40, SI3 BL40 diminished mechanical allodynia and cold allodynia in a model of neuropathic pain compared with the control group. c- Fos protein expression in the central gray of that group was also decreased compared with the control group. pain control using acupunture was accumulated as time goes by. This study can be used as a basic resource on a study and a treatment of pain.

        건측(健測) 취혈(取穴) 다종(多種) 침자법(鍼刺法)이 백서(白鼠)의 신경병리성(神經病理性) 동통(疼痛)에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : To find effects of acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, low level He-Ne laser therapy(LLLT) at $TE_5$, $GB_{41}$ in the neuropathic pain. We made experiment on rats ligated L5 spinal nerve like general herniation of nucleus pulposus(HNP). Methods : A model of neuropathic pain was made by isolating Left 5th lumbar spinal nerve of rats. Three days after the neuropathic surgery, acupuncture and LLLT, electro-acupuncture was injected at $TE_5$, $GB_{41}$ one time a day for a week. Each group was divided two. one is opposite side performed the surgery which is right, another is left side performed the surgery. After that, the author examined the withdrawal response of neuropathic rats' legs by van Frey filament and acetone stimulation. And also the author examined c-Fos, Nociceptin and KOR-3 in the midbrain central gray of neuropathic rats. Results : As we have observed the effect of mechanical allodynia, LT-R group were diminished on 6th day compared with control group, EA-L group, EA-R group and LT-L group were diminished on 7th day compared with control group. As we have observed the effect of cold allodynia, EA-R group were diminished on 6th day, 7th day compared with control group. As we have observed the effect of activity of c-Fos in the central gray part, EA-R group and LT-R group were diminished compared with control group. As we have observed the effect of activity of Nociceptin in the central gray part, EA-R group were a little increased compared with control group but it is not reliability. As we have observed the effect of activity of KOR-3 in the central gray part, EA-R group were significantly increased compared with control group. Conclusions : We have noticed that effect of acupuncture at opposite side of sickness and powerful stimulation could be more effective, because of EA-R group have more controllable effect all test we have done on the other hand EA-L group have only effect on mechanical allodynia. This study can be used in clinical therapy for neuropathic pain. But it is not reliability that Nociceptin have effectively to control pain. Therefore We have to follow up about that.

        군집분석을 통한 보육교사의 컴퓨터 활용유형 분석

        본 연구는 K지역 및 D도시의 보육교사들을 대상으로 목적별 컴퓨터 활용 정도와 수준별 과업에 대한 자신감 변인을 투입하여 K-평균 군집분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 세 개의 군집이 도출되었고 세 개의 군집은 고활용/고자신감 집단(군집1), 고활용/저자신감 집단(군집2), 저활용/저자신감 집단 (군집3)으로 구분되었다. 세 군집의 유형별로 보육교사의 연령, 경력, 시설유형, 정보화 환경 및 컴 퓨터 사용시간 등이 다르게 나타나는지를 살펴본 결과, 경력을 제외한 학력, 연령, 컴퓨터 사용시간, 블로그 운영 여부 등의 항목에서 군집별로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 컴퓨 터에 대한 보육교사들의 태도를 증진시킬 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 강구해보는데 기초자료를 제공 하며 컴퓨터를 보육현장에서 활용할 수 있는 다각적인 교사 교육 계획을 수립하는데 기여할 수 있 을 것으로 기대된다. The present study conducted a K-mean cluster analysis of child educators in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk province with the following factors : the degree of computer usage depending on the aims and self-confidence on the level-differentiated tasks. As a result, three groups emerged : the high-usage/high-confidence group(group 1), high-usage/ low-confidence group(group 2) and low-usage/low-confidence group(group 3). After investigating the differences in age, work experience, facility types, computer usage hours and the level of informationalization of the groups, differences in age, education level, computer usage hours, and blog usage, excluding work experience, emerged between the groups. Child educators who had especially graduated from junior college or higher, below 30 years of age, using computers more than 2~3 times a week, and who ran their blogs, were found to have high degrees of computer usage and high measures of self-confidence. The present study is expected to aid in form a successful measure to enhance the affinity of child educators with regards to computer usage, and to help in the formation of multilateral teacher education programs allowing for the usage of computers in educational settings.

        다문화 가정 영유아의 의사소통능력 관련 변인들 간의 구조적관계

        This study investigated the structural relationship among individual, family, teacher, child care center variable related to children's communication competence in multicultural families. Participants were 214 children in multicultural families and their parents and teachers. Data were analyzed by Pearson Correlation and structural equation modeling(SEM). Results indicated that children's communication competence in multicultural families has significant relationship with individual, teacher, child care center variables. Also, the results confirmed the pathway from teacher variable and child care center variable to children's communication competence in multicultural families. Conclusions were that a teacher education program which improve understanding children's multicultrual backgrounds can be effective for enhancing children' communication competence in multicultural families.

        문학과 통합한 미술활동이 저소득층 아동의 창의성과 미술표상능력에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 문학과 통합한 미술 활동이 저소득층 아동의 창의성과 미술표상능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 D시에 거주하는 저소득층 아동 58명으로, 실험집단과 비교집단에 각각 29명씩 무선배치하였다. 실험집단 아동들은 문학과 통합한 미술활동을 수행하였고 비교집단 아동들은 전통적 표현중심 미술활동을 수행하였다. 아동의 창의성을 측정하기 위하여 Torrance(2002)가 개발한 창의성 검사(Torrance Test of Creative Thinking; TTCT) 도형 A형과 도형 B형을 사용하였으며, 미술표상능력을 측정하기 위하여 지성애(2001)의 미술표상능력척도를 사용하였다. 측정결과는 다변인공변량분석(MANCOVA)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 실험집단의 창의성 점수가 유의미하게 높았으며 특히, 창의성 하위영역인 유창성, 독창성, 정교성 , 제목의 추상성에 대해 실험집단의 점수가 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 미술표상능력에서 실험집단의 점수가 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다양한 형태, 주제관련 표상정도, 그림의 완성, 표상과 언어의 연계성 등의 하위영역에서 실험집단이 유의미하게 높은 점수를 보였다. 이를 통해 문학과 통합한 미술 활동은 저소득층 아동의 창의성과 미술표상능력 증진에 효과적임을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of integrated literature and art lesson on creativity and art representation skills of the children from low-income families. The subjects of this study were 58 children in low-income families(29 children of experimental group and 29 children of control group randomly assigned), who lived in D city. The integrated literature and art lessons were performed for the experimental group. The control group performed the art activities focused on expression. To evaluate the creativity of children, TTCT(Torrance Test of Creative Thinking)-Picture Form A and B developed by Torrance(2002) were used. To measure children`s art representation skills, Drawing Representation Ability Evaluation Scale(Chi, Sung Ae, 2001) was used. The data was analyzed by MANCOVA. The results of this study as follows; First, the experimental group showed significantly higher scores than the control group in sub-factors of creativity such as fluency, originality, elaboration and abstractness of titles. Second, the experimental group showed significantly higher scores than the control group in art representation skills, especially sub-factors such as various shapes, representation related to theme, completion of drawing, and linking between representation and language. In conclusion, the integrated literature and art lesson showed positive effects on creativity and art representation skills of the children from low-income families.

        어림하기 활동이 유아의 수 연산과 측정 능력에 미치는 효과

        This study examined the effects of estimation activities on children's operation and measurement abilities. Subjects were 60 five-year-old children. This experiment used the untreated control group design with pretest and posttest. Instruments used to collect data were the Number and Operation and Measurement tests part of the Test of Mathematics Ability for Young Children (TMAYC) developed by Hong, Lee and Chung (2006). ANCOVA was employed for statistical analysis. Results of the posttest showed that children in the experimental group scored significantly higher on children's operation and measurement abilities than the control group. Results imply that an estimation program can be an effective teaching model for improving children's operation and measurement abilities.

        교사-부모 프로젝트 학습공동체 프로그램의 효과

        본 연구는 교사-부모 프로젝트 학습공동체 프로그램의 참여 유무에 따른 어머니의 프로젝트 지원능력의 변화와 유아의 프로젝트 수행능력의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 학습공동체에 참여한 어머니 20명과 참여하지 않은 어머니 20명이며, 또한 학습공동체에 참여한 어머니의 유아 20명과 참여하지 않은 어머니의 유아 20명으로 구성되었다. 연구방법은 실험집단과 비교집단을 대상으로 각 집단 내에서 사전검사, 중간검사, 사후검사 점수의 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 시기별 점수 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위하여 집단 간 구별이 있는 이원반복측정 분산분석(Repeated Measures ANOVA)으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 어머니의 프로젝트 지원능력은 실험집단과 비교 집단 내에서 검사시기에 따라 사전, 중간, 사후 검사 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 비교집단의 경우 증가 점수가 1점 이하로 미미한 수준이며, 실험집단의 증가 점수가 월등하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 유아의 프로젝트 수행능력은 실험집단과 비교 집단 내에서 검사시기에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 비교집단의 경우 증가 점수가 1점 이하로 미미한 수준이며, 실험집단의 증가 점수가 월등하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교사-부모 프로젝트 학습공동체 프로그램은 어머니의 프로젝트 지원능력과 유아의 프로젝트 수행능력에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study was to investigate the effects of The Teacher-Parent Project Learning Community Program(TPPLC) which serves as a basis for parents and children to adapt to project approach, and to examine its effects on parents` and children`s abilities of understanding and implementing of project approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 40 parents and 40 children with 20 experimental group and 20 control group for each. The experimental group parents were involved in the TPPLC Program. Moreover, the 20 children whose parents were involved in the TPPLC program were included in the experimental group. The evaluation of the experiment was carried out in the order of the pre-test, the mid-test, and the post test. The data were analyzed with repeated measure ANOVA. The results were summarized as follows: There were existed significant differences in mothers`project approach support ability between the experimental group and control group. Additionally, the program had great effect on children`s ability to conduct project approach. In conclusion, the TPPLC program could be useful to implement the project approach more efficiently in early childhood setting in terms of improving parents` ability of supporting project approach and children`s ability of conducting project approach. In addition, the TPPLC program could be a foundational model for reorganizing more desirable programs of project learning community.

        유치원에서의 프로젝트 접근법 활용이 아동들의 초등학교 학업성취 및 적응력에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 유치원(Preschool)에서의 프로젝트 활동 중심의 수업방식이 아동들의 학업 능력 및 학교적응력에 미치는 장기적 효과에 대해 조사하였다. 초기보상교육 프로그램에 출석한 만4세 아동들 중 프로젝트 수업을 실시하는 교실에서 수업한 아동들 53명을 실형집단으로 하고 전통적인 단원중심 수업을 받은 아동들 중 37명을 통제 집단으로 구성하여 이들이 만 5세때 유치원 에 입학한 후 그리고 만 6세에 초등학교 1학년이 되었을 때 그들의 학업성취와 전반적인 학교 적응력(사회성, 학습 태도 등)을 비교하였다 학습 능력(언어능력, 읽기, 수학기능)과 적응력은 성적표와 관찰을 근거로 초등학교 담임교사들에 의해 완성된 평가표를 기준으로 산출하였다 연구결과는 유치원(Preschool)에서의 프로젝트 접근법의 활용은 아동들의 kindergarten과 초등학교 1학년 학업성취와 학교 적응력 전반에 걸쳐 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study examines long term effects of project approach on young children's school achievement and overall adjustment. The experimental group consisted of 53 children who had experienced project approach and the control group children had experienced traditional teaching method. Their scores from kindergarten and first grade academic record and observation were compared to examine whether significant differences existed between the children with project approach experience and those who had not. Significant differences between control and treatment groups were existed in kindergarten and first grade school achievement and adjustment. From the findings, we can conclude that the project experience during preschool years can have a great effect on children's later school achievement and adjustment.

        밥상머리 교육을 통한 인성교육의 방향 고찰

        최근 인성교육이 강조됨에 따라 교육기관에서도 다양한 방법을 통해 인성교육을 실시하고 있다. 인성교육의 기초는 가정교육이라는 점에서 먼저, 우리나라 전통적으로 중시되던 가정교육과 밥상머리교육에 대해 살펴보고 이를 통해 오늘날 인성교육의 방향을 탐색하고자 한다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 전통적인 가정교육의 상징인 밥상머리교육의 의미와 효과를 살펴봄으로써 인성교육을 위한 바람직한 방안으로서 밥상머리교육을 재조명하고자 하는 것이다. 문헌분석 연구방법을 통해 우리나라 전통 가정교육의 사상과 원리를 살펴보고 밥상머리교육의 의미, 유래 및 특성, 효과, 밥상머리교육을 통한 인성교육방향을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 본 연구결과는 인성교육의 효과적 방안으로서 밥상머리교육에 대한 시사점을 제공할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate Korean traditional table manners education focusing on meaning, origin, principle, and effects of table manners education. Analysing the characteristics and advantages of table manners education could help providing effective strategies for character education in educational institution and family. The results showed that table manners education can have positive effects on children``s intellectual, emotional, personality and physical development. The study provided suggestions for application in childhood education.
