        한-미 FTA원산지검증에서의 입증책임과 대응방안에 대한 연구

        This study aims, with recently growing interest, to analyze the origin verification system provided in Korea-US FTA and its related laws and regulations, record-keeping requirements and origin verification cases conducted by the U.S. The aim of this study also includes considering policy implications and countermeasures for the customs authority as well as Korean companies exporting to the U.S. According to the analysis, one of the most essential things in trade utilizing FTA preferential treatments is keeping records, which are related to prove origin. It is also found that all the parties related to trade should prepare for the verification thoroughly in advance, since origin verification is to confirm the adequacy of an application of preferential treatments based on each records maintained and provided by an exporter, an importer and/or a producer respectively. Furthermore, it is indispensable for customs authority to modify the origin verification system and procedures in order that trade parties not only of Korea but also of FTA contracting countries can minimize risks and costs for FTA-applied trades, and that those authorities can make a full advantage of their limited administration resources.

        확률통계기법을 이용한 해안지역 대수층의 염수침입 평가

        해안지역의 염수침입은 지하수내 다양한 지화학 성분들에 의해서 탐지될 수 있다. 그러나 불충분한 지하수 자료는 염수침입의 인지를 어렵게 한다. 확률밀도함수는 제한된 수질자료를 이용하여 더 넓은 범위의 확률적 예측이 가능하며 특성화된 확률밀도 분포 도출을 통하여 해안지역의 염수침입을 효과적으로 판단할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산시의 해안지역 지하수, 해안유출수, 하천수의 화학성분에 대해서 확률통계기법을 적용함으로써 염수침입을 평가하였다. 이 연구에 의해서, 해수 중에 농도가 높은 항목인 Na+, Mg²+, K+, SO₄²-, Cl- 은 염수의 영향유무 판별의 유용한 지시자인 것으로 판명된다. 한편, 지하수, 해안유출수 및 하천수에서 유사한 확률분포형태를 보이는 항목인 Si⁴+, Fe2+, NO₃-., PO₄³-은 염수영향에 대한 지시자로서 적당하지 않은 것으로 판단된다. Saltwater intrusion in coastal regions can be detected by using numerous geochemical constituents in groundwater. However, insufficient numbers of groundwater data can often make us difficult to interpret saltwater intrusion. Probability statistics technique enables statistical prediction using a limited numbers of water quality data for a wider range and can make to effectively evaluate saltwater intrusion through a characterized distribution of probability. This study evaluated saltwater intrusion by applying probability statistics to the chemical constituents in groundwater, coastal discharge, and stream water in the coastal areas of Busan City. By the result of the study, it is proven that Na+, Mg²+, K+, SO₄²-, and Cl-, abundantly contained in seawater, are valuable indicators for evaluating saltwater intrusion. On the other hand, it is judged that Si⁴+, NO₃-, Fe2+, and , PO₄³-, showing sim-ilar probability distribution in groundwater, coastal discharge, and stream water, are not appropriate indicators for the detection of saltwater intrusion.

      • 일부 PC방내 니코틴 농도와 호흡성분진(RSP) 입경별 상관성

        The PC game rooms in Korea have a problem in the aspect of indoor air quality because there are many occupants for 24 hours where the smoking is allowed. This study was carried out to evaluate indoor air quality (IAQ) including the size distribution of respirable suspended particulates (RSP) and airborne nicotine concentration in selected PC game rooms. The subjects are 6 PC game rooms in Seoul and Sung-Nam Cities. In this study, airborne RSP and nicotine concentrations were measured during a period from February to March, 2003. Significant correlation has been found between the concentrations of RSP and nicotine in PC game room. Also the negative correlation was found between room area and number of operating fan. The correlation coefficients between RSP size distribution and nicotine concentration were 0.868, 0.866, 0.870 in the stages 2 (cut-point 14.80㎛), 5 (cut-point 3.50㎛), and 8 (cut-point 0.52㎛) from Marple"s 8-stage cascade impactor, respectively. In conclusion, RSP concentration in PC game room has a tendency to increase by smoking. Therefore, it is suggested that the effective air control system and education program be applied for PC game room.

        In the information age, computer has taken roots as indispensable education material. Thanks to the development of the Web and Internet, a lot of web- coursewares for computer have developed and used in the learning areas. As most web-coursewares, however, neglect the mode and the form needed as education materials, they don't attract the learner's attention. In spite of the computer's wide effect, it is ironic that only very few students use computers as a tutor. so, this study is to develop web-based courseware for English learning and improve the motivational attributes, with a systematic approach called the ARCS model of Keller.

        조선업의 작업환경측정결과를 이용한 노출평가의 문제점과 해결방향 : 유사노출군을 중심으로

        Statistical approaches for analysis of data from the limited number of samples in ship building industry(SBI) collected by an industrial hygienist for checking compliance to an occupational standard were considered. Sampling for com-pliance usually has been guided by judgment selection, rather than true randomness, resulting in the creation of compliance samples which approximate a censored sample from the upper tail of the exposure distribution. Similar exposure groups(SEGs) including welding and painting process were established to assess representative values in each groups after reviewing the whole production line in SBI. For the convenient statistical approaches, the code has assigned to each SEGs. The descriptive statistics and probability plotting were used to yield the representative values in each SEGs. In the first step, SEGs of 558 were established from 5 ship building companies, The 38 SEGs showed the uncertainty are divided into each 5 companies and assessed the repre-sentative values again. The 44 SEGs in each companies was not showed the normal and lognormal distribution was analyzed each data. And also, recommendation was suggested to resolve the uncertainty in each groups.
