A uncooled infrared ray sensor used in an infrared thermal imaging detector has many advantages. But because the uncooled infrared ray sensor is made by MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical system) process variation of offset is large. In this paper, to solve process variation of offset a ROIC for uncooled infrared ray sensor that has process variation of offset compensation technique using differential delta sampling and reference signal compensation circuit was proposed. As a result of simulation that uses the proposed ROIC, it was possible to acquire compensated output characteristics without process variation of offsets.
높은 열저항 계수를 가지는 비냉각형 적외선 열영상 이미지 센서용 MDTF(Metal-dielectric Thin Film)에 관한 연구

In this paper, fabricated by MEMS uncooled micro-bolometer detector for the study in the infrared sensitivity enhancement. Absorption layer SiOx-Metal series MDTF (metal-dielectric thin film) by high absorption rate and has a high thermal coefficient of resistance, low noise characteristics were implemented. Then MDTF were made in a vacuum deposition method. And MDTF for the analysis of the physical properties of silicon wafers were fabricated, TCR (temperature coefficient of resistance) value was made in order to measure the glass wafer and FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy) values were made in order to measure the germanium window. The analyzed results of MDTF -3 [%/K] has more characteristics of the TCR. And 8~12 um wavelength region close to 70% in the absorption characteristic.
JFET 영역의 이중이온 주입법을 이용한 Power MOSFET의 온저항 특성에 관한 연구

Device model parameters are very important for accurate estimation of electrical performances in devices, integrated circuits and their systems. There are a large number of methods for extraction of model parameters in power MOSFETs. For high efficiency, design is important considerations of a power MOSFET with high-voltage applications in consumer electronics. Meanwhile, it was proposed that the efficiency of a MOSFET can be enhanced by conducting JFET region double implant to reduce the On-resistance of the transistor. This paper reports the effects of JFET region double implant on the electrical properties and the decreasing On-resistance of the MOSFET. Experimental results show that the 1st JFET region implant diffuse can enhance the On-resistance by decreasing the ion concentration due to the surface and reduce the On-resistance by implanting the 2nd Phosphorus to the surface JFET region.
테이핑이 맨몸 하프 스쿼트 세트에 따라 %MVIC에 미치는 영향

Purpose This study is intended to examine an effect that taping has on %MVIC according to bodyweight half squat set exercise. Methods Participants in this study are composed of 10 male college students. Rectus femoris and erector spinae was measured by using surface electromyography. SPSS(version 20) was used through normalization process for electromyography data collected before ? after taping. And a paired t-test was used for comparison between before and after taping treatment, and one-way repeated measures ANOVA was used for comparison between sets. Statistical significance level was fixed at .05. Results Statistically significant difference was not shown in comparing MVIC befor e·after the treatment of taping applied on the rectus femoris and erector spinae. A statistically significant decrease was shown in muscle strength after taping in comparing %MVIC before·after the treatment of taping applied on the rectus femoris and erector spinae. A statistically significant increase was shown in %MVIC value in comparison between sets before the treatment of taping applied on rectus femoris No statistical difference was shown in %MVIC value according to each set before the treatment of taping applied on erector spinae. No statistical difference was shown in %MVIC value according to each set after the treatment of taping applied on erector spinae. Conclusion In comparison between before and after the treatment of taping applied on rectus femoris in bodyweight half squat, the taping was efficacious, and the efficacy of taping was shown in comparison between bodyweight half squat sets as well. The efficacy of taping was shown in comparison between before and after the treatment of taping applied on erector spinae. However, the efficacy of taping was not shown in comparison between sets. Accordingly, a change in the muscle strength of erector spinae requires experimental design where it is loaded with weight or the number of sets is increased.
