        1980~1990년대 동아시아 여성 스타덤 - 강수연, 공리, 장만옥의 국제영화제 수상작을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 동아시아 여성 스타가 세계영화영화계에서 확립한 이미지를 탐구함으로써 이들이 특정 시기 내셔널 시네마의 브랜드로 의미화된 양상을 살펴본다. 1980년대와 1990년대 동아시아 국가들이 경제적, 문화적으로 크게 약진하던 시기에 아시아 각국의 영화산업은 글로벌 여성스타를 내세워 세계시장을 공략하고자 했다. 본고는 동아시아 영화의 여성스타가 주요 국제영화제를 가지고 있는 서구 유럽을 중심으로 어떤 이미지로 수용되었는지를 살펴보기 위해 글로벌 시대로 돌입해가던 1980년대와 1990년대를 중심으로 강수연, 공리, 장만옥의 스타 이미지를 분석한다. 세 여성스타들이 자신의 영화에서 구축한 이미지는 상징기호로서의 자연 및 암울한 시대의 문화적 분위기와 밀접한 관련이 있다. 세 여성스타들은 각자에게 최고 영예를 안겨준 임권택, 장이모우, 관금붕 감독이 본격적으로 세계예술영화계에 작가로서 이름을 알린 대표작에 등장했다. 이들 스타덤은 동아시아 세 국가가 세계예술영화계에 내셔널 시네마 이미지를 대변하는 얼굴로 작용했으며, 서구의 시선뿐 아니라 스스로 오리엔탈리즘을 전시함으로써 세계무대에 효과적으로 진입하고자 했던 내셔널 시네마의 진출 전략의 일부가 되었다. This study explores the stardom established by East Asian female stars in the global film industry, which has been symbolized as a brand of National Cinema at a certain time. When East Asian countries made great strides economically and culturally, the film industries of Asian countries wanted to target the global film market with global female stars. It analyzes the stardom of Kang Soo-yeon, Gong Li, and Maggie Cheung in the 1980s and 1990s, when they were entering the global era to see how female stars of East Asian films were accepted around Western Europe, which has major international film festivals. The three female stars appeared in representative films that made their names known in the global art film industry in earnest by directors Im Kwon-taek, Zhang Yimou and Stanley Kwan who received the highest honor. These female stars served as a representative faces for each National Cinema in the global art film industry, and became part of the National Cinema"s strategy to effectively enter the world stage by displaying self-Orientalism as well as Western perspectives.

      • 홀로된 여성노인의 자아존중감, 삶의 만족, 자기효능감이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factors affecting ego integrity. Methods: Participants were 154 female elderly who lives alone and over 65 years old from community senior citizen center in city B. Data were collected from December, 2012 to January, 2013 using the scales of measurements of ego integrity, life satisfaction, self-esteem, and self efficacy. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson’s correlation, and Multiple Stepwise Regression were used with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program to analyze the data. Results: There was significant difference according to general characteristics academic ability, perceived health status, perceived economic status, monthly pocket money, family relationship, thought of pocket money, elderly problem, and owner of residence, There was strong positive correlation between self-esteem and ego integrity(r=.725, <i>p</i><.001), and between life satisfaction index and ego integrity(r=.704, <i>p</i><.001). self efficacy and ego integrity(r-=.673, <i>p</i><.001). Self-esteem was the highest explanation owner(52.3%) and it combined with life satisfaction, self efficacy, and family relationship totally explained 67.9% of ego integrity. Conclusion: Self-esteem was the most affecting factor to ego integrity, It is assumed that intervention program to improve self-esteem, self efficacy and life satisfaction in female elderly living alone to increase ego integrity is needed.

        남북경협 법제도화 방안으로서의 남북한 경제협력강화약정(CEPA) 검토

        Corresponding to the denuclearization process carried out through certain stages for a considerable period of time, the resumption of bilateral trade between the two Koreas will surely become a useful negotiating tool for resolving the North Korean nuclear issue at some point in the future. Inter-Korean trade is an area that must be expanded for the future of the Korean Peninsula. However, with the reinforcing of World Trade Organization (WTO) norms, it is difficult to view interKorean trade as an internal problem and there are issues in international trade law that need to be addressed legally and institutionally for smooth inter-Korean trade. To ensure that inter-Korean trade can be protected as one economic bloc within the WTO system, the first task to be pursued is the conclusion of the inter-Korean Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA). In the short term, the inter-Korean CEPA can prevent inter-Korean trade from violating the obligation of non-discriminatory treatment under the WTO agreement. In the long term, it can be an important driver for North Korea to reorganize its economic system by establishing an institutional framework that promotes inter-Korean exchanges. Economic cooperation between the two Koreas is a transaction unique to a divided country, and has both the characteristics of intra-ethnic transactions under domestic law and international transactions (Articles 12 and 26 of the Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation Act). If interKorean economic cooperation is resumed and the scale of the exchanges expand, other WTO member countries may raise objections on the grounds of violating the most-favored-nation treatment clause and the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (SCMA) regulation. As a way to resolve these problems, we consider (1) a plan to revise the WTO accession protocol, (2) a plan to obtain exemption from WTO obligations, (3) a plan to conclude a preferential trading agreement citing the enabling provisions of developing countries, (4) a plan to conclude an FTA between the two Koreas, and (5) a plan to conclude a CEPA between the two Koreas. In the current international trade law regime, as a way of institutionalizing inter-Korean economic cooperation, the interKorean CEPA agreement in (5) is the most appropriate alternative. This is because CEPA can reflect the special relationship between the two Koreas which is one country, two systems to the inter-Korean economic cooperation system, and because it is a provisional agreement, it can be exempted from fulfilling WTO obligations for a considerable period of time. Wit h t he sig n i n g of t he CEPA , (1) t he t wo Korea s c a n obt a i n international approval for the tariff-free transaction bet ween the two sides, (2) can justify inter-Korean economic cooperation in the multilateral trading system of the WTO in terms of international trade law, and (3) through the reorganization of industries in the two Koreas and expansion of inter-Korean trade, it can create economic benefits for both sides. In addition, (4) if the CEPA acts as a catalyst to change the North Korean economy, the two Koreas can secure support from the international community for political and economic integration led by the two Koreas based on the principle of self-determination. Since the procedure for signing the inter-Korean CEPA and the scope of domestic legal effect will follow the provisions of the Inter-Korean Relations Development Act, the possibility of a conflict between the inter-Korean CEPA and domestic law seems remote. In addition, since the promotion of the inter-Korean CEPA itself is a work to prepare rules for trade and investment which is a prerequisite before the start of specific trade activities, it does not correspond to the types of actions specified by the UN Secu rit y Cou ncil resolutions on Nor th Korea sanctions and the domestic laws related to US sanctions on North Korea.         장애아동 특성에 따른 재활치료 서비스 현황 및 욕구조사에 관한 연구 -바우처 사업 수혜자를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 우리나라 실정에 맞는 바우처 사업 지원 방안을 모색하기 위해 장애아동 특성에 따른 재활치료 서비스 현황 및 욕구조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 조사 대상자는 경기지역의 장애인 복지관, 사설 상담센터에서 장애아동 특성에 따른 재활치료 서비스 프로그램을 이용하고 있는 아동의 가족 115명을 대상으로 연구하였다. 본 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 장애아동 특성에 따른 재활치료 서비스 기관에서 제공하는 프로그램 중 이용 욕구가 높은 프로그램에 대한 연령대별 비교 결과 모든 연령 대에서 가장 원하는 프로그램은 놀이치료로 나타났다. 또 장애아동 특성에 따른 재활치료 서비스 수혜 가족의 지원서비스에 대한 욕구는 교육지원서비스, 가족기능강화 지원서비스, 의료지원 서비스가 순위와 관계없이 모두 매우 필요하다는 것으로 욕구가 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로 장애아동 특성에 따른 재활치료 서비스 수혜자들이 서비스를 이용하면서 체감하는 복지시책 개선점에 관해서는 치료비 보조금 증가가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 치료기관 보장, 치료시설 확충 순으로 나타났다. This study did handicapped children rehabilitation service states and desire for business support scheme of Vouchers work apposite to the case of my country. A total of 115 used handicapped children rehabilitation program in Gyeonggi-do`srehabilitation centers and private counseling center participated in the study. The summarized results of this study are as follows. Comparison by age of the most desired handicapped children rehabilitation service programs for all ages was the play therapy. Rehabilitation services benefit children with disabilities need of family support services was the highest egardless of educational support services, family support service enhancements, and medical support services. Finally, Beneficiaries used Rehabilitation services for children with disabilities think that the first thing that must be supported treatment is to increase subsidies. The second is ensuring the health agency, then the order of the expansion of treatment facilities were examined
