We are going to propose equations for stable static and endurance strength design of driveshafts. It is very important to decide the contact normal stress of internal components of CV joints. We can estimate the strength, torque capacity, endurance life of CV joints from contact normal stress by presented equation in this paper. Besides it can be shown the equation for shaft design.

1990년이래 치험한 5례의 수부 전이암은, 남자 1명, 여자 4명이었고, 원발성 종양은 폐암 2례, 유방암, 위암 및 직장암이 각 1례씩이 었으며, 근위지골 발생이 4례, 원위지골 발생이 1례 였고, 단발 수지 발생 4례, 다발 수지 발생이 1례 였다. 수부 전이암이 X-선상 진단되기 전 약 3~6개월전부터 동통과 부종 및 X-선상 수부 골조송증의 소견이 있어 이들이 수부 전이암의 초기 증상으로 판단되였다. 이들은 열 전단술 3례, 견관절 이단 및 보존적 치료를 각 1례씩 시행 하였으며, 진단이후 생존 기간은 평균 5개월 이었다. Skeletal metastasis are common in terminal malignant tumor patients over 30% of incidence, but hand acrometastasis are very rare under 0.1% in terminal cancer patients. We have reported 5 cases of hand acrometastasis herewith the review of literatures. In the preterminal malignant tumor patients, sudden painful swelling on fingers and osteoporosis on X-rays are thought to be the earliest sign of hand metastasis.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of perioperative nutrition and transfusion affecting postoperative complications in gastric surgery. Methods: From January through December in 2013, 181 patients who underwent curative gastrectomy for gastric adenocarcinoma at Korea University Guro Hospital were included. We collected general information, nutritional parameters (serum hemoglobin, albumin, total lymphocyte counts, and body mass index), operative method, perioperative transfusion and postoperative complications. The patients were divided into two groups by Clavien-Dindo classification: group I, no complication and Grade I complication; group II, above Grade II complication. Results: The mean age of patients was 62.06 years, and 119 (65.7%) patients were men. The number of patients who suffered complications was 81 (44.8%), group I was 38 (21.0%) and group II was 33 (18.2%). According to the results of univariate analysis, sex, age, comorbidities, the American Society Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification and operative method had no significant effect on postoperative complications. Also in nutritional factors, serum hemoglobin, albumin, total lymphocyte counts, body mass index had no significant correlation with postoperative complications. The only independent factor correlated with postoperative complications was perioperative transfusion (odds ratio [OR], 2.424, 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.064–5.525; P=0.035) and operation time (OR, 1.007; 95% CI, 1.001–1.013; P=0.027) according to univariate analysis as well as multivariate analysis. Conclusion: This study suggests that perioperative transfusion may play a significant role in the development of postoperative complications.

Ebstein 기형은 복잡 심기형중 하나로 치료 또한 비정상적인 삼첨판막의 교정 또는 판막치환 등으로 방법이 다양하다. 이질환의 병리소견은 삼첨판의 중격엽과 후엽이 하방전위되어서 심방화된 심실을 형성하는 것으로 수술적 목표는 삼첨판의 기능이상을 교정하고 심방화된 우심실을 주름성형하는 것이다. 본원에서는 매우 심한 삼첨판막 폐쇄 부전증이 동반된 Carpentier type A의 Ebstein기형으로 진단된 12개월된 여아에 대해 심방화된 우심실을 수직방향으로 주름성형하고 판막을 새로이 형성된 판륜에 재부착시키는 이른바 변형적 Carpentier방법으로 성공적으로 수술하였다. 수술후 환아는 심장의 크기가 매우 줄어들었고 심초음파상 미미한 정도의 삼첨판 폐쇄부전증만 남아 술후 14일째 퇴원하였다. Ebstein's anomaly is a complex malformation that can be treated by various surgical techniques, either repair or replacement of the abnormal tricuspid valve, with variable results. The essence of the malformation is the downward displacement of the septal and posterior leaflets into the ventricle, resulting in the formation of an atrialized portion of the right ventricle. The aim of surgical repair is to correct the tricuspid valve dysfunction and to plicate the atrialized portion of the right ventricle A 12-months old female was admitted with the diagnosis of Carpentier type A of Ebstein's anomaly with severe tricuspid regurgitation. She successfully underwent operation with vertical plication of right ventricle and reimplantation of tricuspid leaflets. Postoperatively cardiac size was significantly reduced and tricuspid regurgitation was trivial in echocardiography. She was diacharged the 14th postoperative day.
실시간 다물체 차량 동역학 모델을 이용한 ESC Hardware-in-the-loop 시뮬레이션

Intelligent vehicle consists of several control systems such as ESC (Electric Stability Control), CDC (Continuous Damping Control), etc. To develop such control subsystems, extensive vehicle tests are necessary to evaluate control subsystems. To reduce the number of vehicle tests, which are mostly time consuming and costy, HILS (Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation) is necessary. In the HIL-simulaor, the software vehicle dynamics model must be solved in real-time, and it must also reproduce real vehicle motions. In order to carry out real-time simulation, real-time multibody vehicle dynamics model has been developed using subsystem synthesis method. In this paper, the real-time multibody vehicle dynamics model has applied into the HIL-simulator constructed in KATECH (Korea Automotive Technology Institute). Performance evaluations of intelligent chassis controller such as ESC have been carried out. Fish-hook test simulations have been carried out to see the performance of the intelligent chassis controller.
