        To live in good health is man's earnest wish. The degree of exposure to danger is deepened with the improvement of people's standard of living. Under the current situation where there increases the national demand for safety and health improvement, the sense of responsibility for safety security should be emphasized and be practised in industrial fields, homes, schools, and offices in order to strengthen the national infrastructure for the prevention of disaster and to prevent the safety accident effectively. The frequent disasters of falling in construction fields is primarily due to the lack of safety consciousness and knowledge of both proprietors and laborers, which resulted in the qualitative lowering of work and safety accidents. To prevent disasters, safety security is required through the consolidation of standards for safety equipment and structure installment. The highest frequency of disaster is found at the processing rate of 61~100%. Therefore this study has tried to make safe and comfortable working environment, and to construct better workplace which secures the safety and health of workers by tracing the causes of accident, taking the preventive measure, analyzing the cause of disaster with the statistical date of construction related to disaster, and suggesting the improvement methods, in order to reduce the loss of lives and properties.

      • HMS모형에 의한 탐진강유역 유출해석

        This study is to simulate rainfall-runoff relationship of the Tamjin River located in Jeollanamdo. For this, HMS Model was applied. Through an simulation of optimal amount of flood, personal and property damage can be reduced and basic data useful in construction of a forecasting and alarming system of flood will be provided. Parameters extracted from each watershed were applied to HMS, and then were optimized by the observed recorded data and rainfall data. In this study, the NelderMead Method (N & M) was used to optimize the parameters. As a result of optimization of 2000 parameters, the range of CN values was 80.42∼87.56, lag time was 3.92∼8.50hr, Cp was 0.76∼0.97 and initial base flow was 0.25∼2.08. For the rainfall data used in this study, three events of 2000 year with more than 90mm rainfall were selected. HEC-HMS Model was successful in simulation of rainfall-runoff relationship. For the results of simulation of rainfall-runoff relationship, the amount of peak discharge is almost same with the observed amount and the difference between peak discharges is -6.59∼5.53cm.

      • GIS를 이용한 수문매개변수에 관한 연구

        The main objective of this study is to extract the hydro-Parameter of the Tamjin River basin. A GIS is capable of extracting various hydrological factors from DEM(digital elevation model). One of important tasks for hydrological analysis is the division of watershed. In this study, watershed itself and other geometric factors of watershed are extracted from DEM by using GIS technique. The data of topographical map with scale of 1:25,000 and 1:250,000 in the Tamjin River basin is used for this study and it is converted to DEM date. Various forms of representation of spatial data are handled in main modules and a GRID module of ArcView. A GRID module is used on a stream in order to define watershed boundary. Based on the spatial analysis using those GIS technique, it would be possible to obtain the reasonable results of watershed characteristics. The stream network itself of watershed and the other characteristics of stream network are generated, which can be defined by the relationship of flowdirection and cell size of Tamjin River basin as follws ; - the relationship of total stream length(km) between the count of flowaccumulation Y=14633.45^(*)X^(-0.552345) where, Y is total stream, length and X is the count of flowaccumulation - the relationship of total stream length between the cell size(m) Y=23567.73^(*)X_(c)^(-1.112332) where, Y is total stream, length and is the cell size From the above equation, it can be concluded that the optimal count of flowaccumulation is 432 and cell size is 48m for spital analysis by using GIS technique in Tamijin River basin. Also, the results show not only that GIS can aid watershed management, research and surveillance, but also that the geometric characteristics as parameters of watershed can be quantified more accurately and easily than conventional graphic methods.

        공동체 의례로서의 탈놀이에 관한 연구

        As the times passed, mask play became recorded just in relation to aspects of performance, not functions of regional community. In other words, mask play has been transformed into a spectacular play culture that expresses public consciousness in form of drama. This prevents the culture of community from being recognized It is thought that the conciousness of community formed based on ritual behaviors has played a key role in the maintenance of mask play since it was first created and developed in our community life. In this sense, mask and mask play as main elements of community rituals have their own incantatory, ritual functions, for example, expelling fiends and greeting good fortune, praying a big catch and abundance in the new year, and communicating between humans and between man and nature and integrating all of them into community. Divine plays using mask and mask play in daily life hope, wish and further believe the safety, order and prosperity of community. Existing mask plays diverted from village guts include Dongrae • Suyoung Yaryu and Goseong • Tongyoung • Gasan Ogwangdae in Youngnam, Yangju Byeolsandae Play and Songpasandae Play in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province and Bongsan • Gangryeong • EunyuJ Mask Plays in Haeseo. In these plays, this researcher tried to find the consciousness of community in terms of rituality, purpose and labor quality, time and play quality, and style. These plays are very closely related with farming cycle. They are performed mainly at the 15th day in the first month of the lunar year, Danoin May and Chuseok in August all of which are very important national holidays when rituals for agricultural society are considered most effective. Such rituals are involved with prior praying, seeding, growing and harvesting. Yaryu and Ogwangdae are performed in the 15th day in the first month of the lunar year as rituals for prior praying. Sandae mask plays are rituals for seeding, growing and harvesting performed at Dano in May and Chuseok in August And mask plays in Haeseo are performed at Dano in May as rituals for seeding and growing. Those plays are usually proceeded from gilnori to apnori and to mask play and to dwitnori, like the flow of communication, seeking towards uniting regional people and strengthening group cohesion. Thus the purpose of mask play was to form the symbolic order of society through rituals circulating social energy in accordance with cyclic times and seasons Though farm villages were changed through urbanization and industrialization, things that make us recognize community and at the same time remind us the culture of community life are still remained. As a culture formed based on the style of community life, mask play is a sort of group consciousness that makes sure group values and strengthens group cohesion. It also complies with festivals in that it contributes to the order and unison of social community. Thus it is impossible to newly establish traditional culture and the order of social symbol until mask play is studied after the structure of community consciousness is understood.

        We have a lot of loss of lives with the economic damages due to the localized downpour on the seasonal characteristic of the Korea peninsular. In addition, as the cultivation area of crops for special use has been increased and the use of land including agricultural and industrial complex facilities has been advanced, a great deal of water consumption is expected continuously and then water for drinking, agriculture and industry should be reserved. So for the advanced use of water resource, Korea Water Resources Corporation plans to supply the water with neighboring regions by constructing Tamjin Dam at Janghung-Kun, Chonnam. This study measures discharge with current-meter and bar-buoys, the amount of water inflow into Bongsan region where is upper stream of Tamjin Dam, develops rating-curve which will be the basic material in planning the quantity of discharge from Jangsan region, the down stream of the Dam and then it is expected that it will contribute to the effective management and operation of water resources.

      • 木浦·長興地方의 降雨强度式 誘導

        In hydrology, rainfalls apply to mean every type of rains which were dropped from clouds and condensed into waters. While the rains made from during the condensing process are studied in meteorology, the raindrops on the ground are the subject of hydrology. For background knowledge, this study has collected research materials and data on rainfalls for 20years in Mok-Po and Chang-Hung. Then, by surveying the existing articles and analysing experimental records, this paper tried to predict the accurate amount of the rainfalls for the limited time. The methods used for foretelling rainfalls optimal probability are as follows; Normal Distribution Methods, Log Normal Distribution Method, Moment Method, Gumbel-Chow Method, Iwai Method are applied. The methods for significant statistic results are as follows; Talbot, Sherman, Japanese and Semi-log are used. The computer was used to figure out the invariable number for the methods while the most proper formula was selected through comparing χ ²-test number and standard reduction rate. The formulas for rainfall optimal probability are as follows; In Mok-Po, Normal Distribution Method is used for 3, 5, 10, 200 years and Gumbel-Chow is taken into account for 20, 30, 50, 100 years. In Chang-Hung, Gumbel-Chow was used for 3 years and thanks to the smallest error, Iwai was used for more than 5 years. After comparing standard error with χ ²-test number, Japanese was appropriate in Mok-Po for 3, 5 years and Sherman for over 10 years. In Chang- Hung, Japanese was most useful from 3 to 20 years and Sherman for over 30 years. In this study, the formulas suggested for optimal probability have 97.24% significancy for Mok-Po and 97.83% significancy for Chang-hung. Therefore, the offered formulas are meaningful to consider in constructing hydrological buildings in that they have higher optimal probability than the existing ones and they have similar predictive results with ones by meteorological observatory. The formulas offered in this study are expected to have significancy according to rainfall frequency, rainfall duration and rainfall intensity. Furthermore, they have useful value related with I.D.F correlation.

      • 니트로페놀의 광분해 반응에 관한 연구

        Photocatalytic treatment of wastewater containing nitrophenols has been studied. Several kinds of TiO₂ were used for photocatalysts and oxygen and hydrogen peroxide were used for oxidant in this reaction. We have examined the photocatalytic activity of various TiO₂ and simple kinetics. We also examined the effect of reaction conditions, such as reaction temperature, pH, initial concentration of solution, residence time and the effect of oxidant. Anatase-type TiO₂ shows higher activity than rutile-type except for P-25 catalyst. However there is no relationship between catalytic activity and surface area of catalyst The reaction kinetic shows pseudo first order reaction. The catalytic activity was affected by reaction conditions especially the kind of oxidant. It is thought that OH^- radical plays an important role in the photodegradation of nitrophenol.
