        남성노인과 여성노인의 골관절염 관련 건강행태 비교

        본 연구의 목적은 여성노인과 남성노인의 골관절염 관련 건강행태를 비교분석하여 그 차이를 파악함으로서 골관절염 관리를 위한 효과적인 중재방안을 모색하는 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 건강행태로 골관절염 관리를 위한 방안으로 제시된 운동, 비만관리, 영양, 약물관리를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 제5기 국민건강영양조사 원시자료중 65세 이상 1,654명의 자료를 사용하여 분석하였으며, 모수를 추정하기 위해 SPSS version 20.0의 복합표본설계 분석모듈을 이용하였다. 본 연구결과 골관절염의 위험요인에 있어 성별 차이가 있으므로 특히 남성노인을 대상으로 골관절염 교육을 계획함에 있어서 금주 및 체중관리에 대한 교육이 포함되어야 하며, 여성노인은 우울을 경감시키기 위한 활동을 계획하고 근력 운동 방법에 대해 교육하고 실천을 강조하는 교육계획을 수립해야 할 것으로 판단된다. 특히 노인의 골관절염 관리에 있어 비만은 운동과 식이요법을 통하여 관리해야 하므로 남성노인에게는 식이요법에 대한 교육이 체계적으로 시행되어야 하며, 남성노인과 여성노인 모두에게 골관절염 관리를 위한 공공기관을 비롯한 노인관련 기관에서의 교육이 활성화되어 교육기회가 확대되어야 함을 제언하는 바이다. The purpose of this study was to identify health behaviors of elderly with osteoarthritis across gender groups. Total of 1,654 age 65 over from the fifth Korean National health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) were selected. The data analysis was performed using the complex sampling function of SPSS version 20. Logistic regression analysis shows the difference of risk factors of osteoarthritis between men and women elderly people. Prevalence of osteoarthritis in men elderly was associated with drinking, education for osteoarthritis, and treatment of osteoarthritis whereas the factors in woman elderly were depression and muscle strengthen exercise. Most of the subjects had not the opportunity of education of the management of the osteoarthritis. These findings from the study are expected to promote the screening strategy for the aged at risk of osteoarthritis in the Korean community and enhance the effect of the nursing intervention for the elderly with osteoarthritis.

      • 뇌졸중 환자의 기능적 독립 상태(FIM) 및 가정간호 요구도 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze functional independence and need for home nursing care in stroke patients. Method: This was a descriptive study. The subjects comprised 117 stroke patients who were supposed to discharge in less than a week. The instruments used for this study were the functional independence measure(FIM) and the need assessment for home nursing care of stroke patients. The data were analyzed using frequency, mean, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: Pearson correlation analysis revealed that there were negative correlations between subcategories of the FIM and the need for home nursing care in stroke patients. Especially, in case of the subjects who recorded lower scores at self-care they showed higher needs for home nursing care in the domain of physical problem and rehabilitation. Conclusion: For the operation of the home nursing care, the protocol for home nursing care is needed to the stroke patients living at home. The FIM instrument is recommended as a useful scale in order to assess the disability for the stroke patients and the need for home nursing care because this one has correlation with the scale of need for home nursing care.

        음악요법이 치매노인의 인지, 문제행동, 수면에 미치는 효과

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the music therapy on cognition, problematic behavior, and sleep disturbance in elderly with dementia. Method : The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects comprised of 39 elders (Experimental group : 19, Control group : 20) who living in D city. The instruments used for this study were the MMSE, problematic behavior assessment tool, and sleep assessment instrument. The data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 program. Results : The repeated measure ANOVA revealed that the music therapy had the effect on the problematic behavior and sleep. There were statistically significant differences in problematic behavior between the pretest and posttest in the experimental group. Conclusion : The study suggests that the music therapy can be applied for the aged with dementia to improve the problematic behaviors.

      • 한국인의 체질별 스트레스 인지정도에 따른 건강상태에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to find out the causal relationship between perceptual level of stress and health state according to Korean constitutions and to analyze that effect on the Korean constitution's health state. Subjects of this study were 87 out patient department of constitution at Kyung-Hee Oriental Medicine Hospital. Data were collected by using interview with Questionaire during 6 months from Feb. 2 to June 31, 1991. The Measurement tools used by this researcher were Go's The Questionaire of Identify about constitution, Lee's stress scale and Go's modified Cornell Medical Index which were approved it's reliability and validity. All of the questionaires of were used after pre- test. For the purposes of the study, the collected data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation. And then this research's issue was tested by SAS program's ANCOVA. The findings of this study was summarized as follow. 1. There was significantly differences in stress perceptual level in Korean constitution. (F=9.68, P=.000). The So Em In (小陰人) were higher than the other constitution on stress perceptional level. 2. In health state, there was significantly difference among Korean constitution. (F=6.654, P=.002). Also the So Em In (小陰人) was lower than the other constitution at health state. Therefore, it was considerate that So Em In (小陰人) was higher perceptual level of stress than the other constitution and the resulting poor health state. 3. Stressful perception was effected on the health state, as a result inverted correlation was constructed between stress perception and health state. (r=-.6034, P=.0001) 4. After exclusion of stress perceptual level, each of the Korean Constitution's health state was not difference (F=1.01, P=.37). It was mean that differences of the Korean Constitution's perceptual level of stress effected on the health state. Bacause So Em In (小陰人) had higher perceptual level of stress than other constitution (F=9.687, P=.000), in proportion to that one's health state was poor. From the results of this study, it could be concluded that the higher stress perceptual level according to Korean constitution, the poorer health state. Further study in this area needs to be consideration that in order to coping with stress, researcher grope for quality nursing intervention with more accurative assessment about Korean constitution.

        현장실습과 온라인실습 유형별 간호 대학생의 실습 만족도 및 학업성취도 비교

        Purpose: This study aimed to compare the level of satisfaction and academic achievement of nursing students' clinical practice achievement between field and online practice. Methods: In this descriptive research, we recruited junior and senior nursing students who experienced both field and online practice from nursing college in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, Korea. Data were collected using the online survey and analyzed via a t-test, ANOVA, and paired t-test using SPSS V 25.0. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the satisfaction of practice between field and online practice types. However, academic achievement was higher in the field group than in the online group. Out of five points, the scores of field practice and online practice were 3.66 points and 3.39 points, respectively, which indicated that academic performance was higher in field practice than online practice (t=6.21, p<.001). Conclusion: Field practice has been shown to achieve higher academic performance than online practice. Hence, research is needed in order to develop suitable field practice models for the New Normal era in preparation for situations that practice is limited, such as COVID-19 and future outbreaks.

        Extensive Reading for Young EFL Learners in Korea: A Case Study

        목적 이 연구의 목적은 다독이 EFL 아동학습자들에게 효과적인 교수법이 될 수 있는지 알아보기 위한 것이며 또한 아동 학습자들의 다독에 대한 인식과 동기가 어떠한지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 본 연구는 5명의 EFL아동학습자들의 읽기 과정과 읽기 행위를 일 년 반 동안 관찰하였다. 데이터 수집은 아동들의 영어 읽기 기록지와 설문조사, 그림들, 그리고 인터뷰로 이루어져 있다. 결과 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 읽기 기록지는 아동들의 읽기 능력 발달과 그들이 읽은 책의 숫자가 비례함을 보여주었다. 둘째, 메타포 분석(the metaphor analysis)을 통해 아동학습자들이 다독을 영어와 세상을 배울 수 있는 유용한 학습도구로 인식하면서도 길거나 어려운 책을 읽을 때는 다독의 과정이 달팽이처럼 느리고 더디다고 인식하고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 대부분의 EFL아동 학습자들의 영어책 읽기에 대한 동기는 내적 동기보다는 외적 동기가 더 강하게 작용하고 있는 것으로 추정되었다. 결론 따라서 본 연구는 선생님들과 학부모님들이 아동 영어 학습자들이 더 많은 책을 읽을 수 있도록 안팎으로 협력해야 하며 또한 아동 영어학습자들이 영어책을 즐기면서 읽을 수 있는 경험을 할 때까지 외적인 보상도 도움이 될 수 있음을 제안한다. Objectives The purposes of this study were to find out whether extensive reading (ER) can be an effective teaching approach for teaching English to young learners and to investigate the young EFL learners’ perception and motivation for ER. Methods The present study observed 5 young male EFL learners’ reading progress and reading behaviors for one and a half years. Data was collected from the students’ surveys, reading records, pictures, and interviews. Results The findings were as follows. First, the reading record showed that the students’ reading progress correlated with the number of books they read. Second, the metaphor analysis revealed that the learners perceived ER to be an effective tool for developing English competence and gaining knowledge about the world. However, when reading difficult or lengthy books, ER process was perceived to be slow and lagging like a snail. Finally, most young English learners were driven to read not because of intrinsic motivation but because of extrinsic motivation. Conclusions It is suggested that teachers and parents should work together to motivate students to read more books. Also, external rewards could be helpful up to the point when the students come to experience the joy of reading.

        대학 전공 수업에서의 ‘플립러닝’ 적용 사례 연구:

        지금 교육계에서는 플립러닝(flipped learning)의 열풍이 불고 있다. 본 연구는 블랜디드 러닝의 한 형태로 최근 교육계에서 큰 이슈가 되고 있는 플립러닝을 대학 전공 선택 수업에 적용하여 학습 동기 유발 효과를 검증하고 대학 전공 교육 현장에서 의 플립러닝 활용 가능성을 타진해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전라북도 소재 대학의학생 24명을 대상으로 11주 동안 영어영문학과 전공과목인 영어교육론 시간에 플립러닝을 적용해보았다. 교육이 끝난 후, Keller(1987)의 ARCS모형과 여러 선행 연구 를 토대로 7가지 동기유발 요인들 (주의력, 관련성, 자신감, 만족감, 상호작용, 동영상의 이용편의성, 동영상의 질)에 관한 문항으로 구성된 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 이에 대한 결과를 바탕으로 회귀분석을 실시하여 학생들의 플립러닝 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 끼치는 요인이 무엇인지를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 플립러닝은 대학생들의 학습동기 유발에 매우 효과적임이 밝혀졌고, 강의 평가에 나타난 플립러닝 수업에 대한학생들의 만족도 또한 매우 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로, 수업 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 끼치는 요인은 학생-학생, 교수자-학생 간의 상호작용으로 나타났다. 요약하면, 플립러닝은 대학 교육 현장에서 전통적인 교사 중심의 강의식 수업에 대한 효과적인대안 중 한가지로서의 가능성을 충분히 보이며 학습자 중심의 교육 환경을 보다 활성화시키는데 기여할 것이라고 판단된다. The advance in science technology brought about a new form of learning called ‘blended learning’: a combination of on-line and off-line learning. A flipped learning is a form of blended learning which has become quite popular, nowadays, in the field of education. This study aims to examine the effect of flipped learning on students’ learning motivation and class satisfaction. Moreover, it aims to explore which motivational factor contributes the most to the students’ class satisfaction. To achieve this aim, a research was conducted for 11 weeks on 24 students who were enrolled in English Education Theory class at a university in Chonbuk province. A survey and a lecture evaluation were administered after the treatment period. The results showed that flipped learning successfully stimulated students’ motivation for learning and their atisfaction toward flipped learning class was remarkably high. Moreover, the regression analysis showed that the interactions between the teacher and the students as well as the interactions among students contributed the most to students’ satisfaction in flipped learning. In summary, flipped learning showed a great potential as one of the effective alternatives to lecture-based learning in university classrooms. In addition, flipped learning can be a useful means to promote student-centered learning environment.
