        Helicobacter pylori 감염과 관련된 철결핍성 빈혈 환아 증례보고

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to report a case of iron deficiency anemia in a child with repetitive bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract caused by Helicobacter pylori infection, and summarize review of a western literature. Methods A 13-year-old patient, who were suffering from iron deficiency anemia from repetitive bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract, was administered by Ikwiseungyang-tang gamibang (益胃升陽湯加味方) and Samchulgeonbitang (蔘出健脾湯). After several tests, we realized that an iron deficiency anemia was related to Helicobacter pylori. Results By herb medication, the patient's symptoms were alleviated. Conclusions Helicobacter pylori infection is one of the reasons of refractory iron-deficiency anemia which is unresponsiveness to oral iron therapy. We report the findings of herb medication along with summarization of a western literature.

        수면-각성이행에 초점을 둔 소아 야뇨증 치험 2례

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the case of nocturnal enuresis in two children treated by using hypothesis that awareness during sleep may improves symptoms. Methods Enuresis children usually are not even aware of nocturnal urea due to excessive sleep. During the sleep cycle, enuresis children do not tend to have sleep-wake transition period compared to normal children. Ephedrine, the main ingredient of Ephedra sinica (麻黃), has a wakening effect. Two pediatric patients, who were suffering from nocturnal enuresis, were administered by Tosatang-gamibang (菟絲湯加味方) added Ephedra sinica (麻黃) or Boatang-gamibang (補兒湯加味方) added Ephedra sinica (麻黃) while correcting unhealthy voiding habit. Results As a result of the treatment, two pediatric patients were recovered without relapse. Conclusions In this report, we have proven that Tosatang-gamibang (菟絲湯加味方) added Ephedra sinica (麻黃) or Boatang-gamibang (補兒湯加味方) added Ephedra sinica (麻黃) and correcting voiding habit can considerably be effective in recovering nocturnal enuresis.

        비강내 침술을 병행한 후각장애 치험 2례

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the case of an olfactory disorder in two patients combined by intranasal acupuncture treatment. Methods The authors mainly performed infrared irradiation while acupuncturing nasal and bilateral Yeonghyang-hyeol (迎香穴, LI20) in two patients with olfactory disorder. In addition, nasal lasers were irradiated for 5 minutes, these help to communicate meridians and control chi-shue (氣-血). Depending on the sub-symptoms of each patient, we were acupuncturing Indang-hyeol (印堂穴) or herbal medicine treatment which is Hyunggaeyungyo-tang (荊芥蓮翹湯), Bangpungtongsungsan (防風通聖散), Gamiygin-tang (加味二陳湯) was also performed. Results The patient's nasal symptoms were alleviated by intranasal acupuncture treatment. Conclusions There are no clinical studies in regards to acupuncture treatment in olfactory disorder so far. However, this study demonstrated positive health outcomes on olfactory disorder from intranasal acupuncture treatment.

        한국의 산불 발생과 기상인자와의 관계 분석에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 26년간(1990~2015) 우리나라 산불 발생 통계를 활용하여 행정구역별 산불발생 특성과 산불 발생에 영향을 미치는 기상인자를 분석하였다. 행정구역별 산불발생확률 예측을 위해 Logistic regression을 실시하였으며 도출된 산불발생률(p값)과 실제 산불 발생일의 일치율을 비교하였다. 산불의 발생은 경상남도, 전라북도, 강원도에서 많았으며, 봄철 산불조심기간(특히 4월)에 높았다. 원인별로는 입산자 실화가 높은 비율을 차지했으며 시간대별로는 13:00~15:00, 요일별로는 주말에 산불 발생률이 높았다. 산불 발생에 영향을 주는 기상인자는 일 평균 상대습도(%), 최고기온(℃), 평균풍속(m/sec) 순으로 유의성이 높게 나타나 일 평균 상대습도(%)가 산불 발생에 가장 영향을 미치는 기상인자로 분석되었다. 또한 분석을 통해 도출된 행정구역별 산불발생률 대비 실제 산불 발생 건수의 일치율이 낮았는데 이는 본 연구에서 행정구역 단위의 기상인자 평균값을 사용했기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. This study analyzed on effect of weather factors to forest fire occurrence in administrative districts using to forest fire occurrence data during 26 year (1990 to 2015) of Korea. The logistic regression analysis be used to prediction of daily forest fire occurrence in each administrative district. The forest fire occurrence of Korea was concentrated in spring forest fire danger season and the rate of forest fire was occurred high in Gyeongsangsam-do, Jeollabuk-do, Gangwon-do. The daily mean relative humidity (%), daily mean maximum temperature (℃) and daily mean wind speed (m/sec) were significant to forest fire occurrence. Comparing forest fire incidence (P value) with the actual forest fire occurrence (2015), prediction rate was analyzed. The actual forest fire occurrence day and predicted forest fire occurrence day (p value) was different in some administrative district because weather factors used for analysis were weather factors of weather stations on administrative district so that it was not able to reflect the exact weather conditions of the actual forest fire occurrence locations.

        위협지각, 낙관성 및 삶의 의미가 암 환자의 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 외상사건에 대한 위협지각, 낙관성, 그리고 삶의 의미가 암 환자의 외상 후 성장에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 것이었다. 참여자는 암 환자 169명으로 구성되었고, 외상 후 성장 척도, 낙관성 척도, 삶의 의미 척도, 그리고 위협지각과 관련된 변인으로 죽음불안과 암 진행 단계를 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석 및 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재의 죽음불안은 외상 후 성장에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 암 진행단계는 외상 후 성장에 유의한 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 암 진단 시의 죽음불안과 외상 후 성장 간에는 유의한 상관이 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 낙관성과 삶의 의미 모두 외상 후 성장에 유의한 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 낙관성이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향에서 삶의 의미가 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 극심한 삶의 위기를 겪는 암 환자들에게 신체적인 건강 회복만이 아닌 심리적 개입의 중요성을 시사한다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of perceived threats, optimism, and meaning in life on cancer patient"s posttraumatic growth. This study also aimed to examine the relationship between each variable, and to search for posttraumatic growth"s process. The participants were 169 cancer patients and they each completed a measure of the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory, the Life Orientation Test-Revised, the Meaning in Life Questionnaire, and death anxiety and the stage of cancer as perceived threat. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation modeling. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the current death anxiety was negatively associated with posttraumatic growth. The stage of cancer was positively associated with posttraumatic growth. Death anxiety at the time of cancer diagnosis, however, was not significantly associated with posttraumatic growth. Second, both optimism and meaning in life were significantly associated with posttraumatic growth. The meaning in life also mediated the relation between optimism and posttraumatic growth. These results suggest that psychological intervention is as important as physical intervention for cancer patients. Finally, the limitations of this study were discussed along with suggestions for further research.

        그래픽 조직자와 개요작성이 성인 영어 학습자의 쓰기 능력과 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향

        The study investigates the effects of graphic organizers and outlining on adult English learners' writing ability and affective domain. The subjects of the study were thirty nine adult learners, divided into three groups-a control group and two experimental groups. The experimental groups, i.e., graphic organizer and outlining group, worked on pre-writing activities, and the control group wrote a text without a pre-writing stage. The results of the study found that the graphic organizer group and the outlining group showed significant enhancement in the post-evaluation scores. The graphic organizer group had statistically significant changes in the domains of content and composition in the post-evaluation rather than the pre-evaluation, and the outlining group showed increased scores in the domains of content, composition, and technique. Further, there was significant change in the affective domain. In particular, statistically significant enhancement was observed in the confidence domain. The learners seemed to understand the way of generating rich ideas and organizing writing through the stage of pre-writing as planning, and they acquired the ability to write smoothly and gained confidence and interest about writing naturally.

        재활용 석고 부산물을 이용한 유무기 하이브리드 흡음재 개발 연구

        본 연구에서는 유기계 소재의 폴리우레탄 스펀지를 무기계 바인더 용액에 함침시킴으로써 유무기 하이브리드 구조의 흡음재를 개발하였다. 무기계 바인더 용액은 α형 반수석고에 60%의 물과 경화 지연제, 유동화제, 아크릴 수지 등의 혼화 재료를 첨가하여 슬러리 용액으로 제조하였으며, 무기계 바인더 용액에 함침시킨 유기계 스펀지를 함침, 가압탈수, 건조시킴으로서 특성평가용 시료를 제작하였다. 개발 시료의 흡음률을 임피던스 관내법을 이용하여 시험 평가한 결과, NRC 흡음계수 값은 0.41로 기존에 시판되고 있는 흡음재들과 비교하여 2배 이상으로 우수한 흡음성능을 나타냈으며, 불연성능 시험평가 결과 준불연재료(2급) 기준을 만족함을 확인하였다. 또한 건축 내장재로서의 기초 시험평가 및 EL248. 규격에 따른 유해성분 시험평가를 통해 본 연구에서 개발한 유무기 하이브리드 소재가 흡음재뿐만 아니라 단열 및 보온재로서의 역할이 가능하며, 유해성 기준을 만족하는 친환경 건축소재로 활용 가능함을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop the hybrid sound-absorbing materials that is made from organic polyurethane sponge impregnated with inorganic binder solutions. The inorganic slurry which is made from α-hemihydrate gypsum mixed with 60% water, and various additives including plasticizer are used as binder. The test specimens are prepared and tested for sound absorption performance by the impedance tube methods. From the test results, noise reduction coefficient(NRC) of development materials specimen bound by the inorganic binder slurry is 0.41. They are 2 times or more higher than commercial products specimens bound by organic materials only which have NRC values in the range of 0.14 to 0.28. The polyurethane sponge specimens impregnated with inorganic gypsum slurry binder have a good balance between performance and cost, and have proper properties in density, thermal conductivity, non-combustible, and absence of harmful substances as sound-absorbing internal boards for noise barrier wall. It is apparent that the good sound absorption materials can be produced according to the optimum mix design that is recommended from this study.

        석면 함유 천장재의 안정화제 희석에 따른 침투깊이 연구

        Objectives: This study is designed to analyze the penetration performance into ceiling materials containing asbestos of scattering prevention agents and investigate the change in penetration depth and viscosity according to the dilution rate of anti-scattering agents diluted with distilled water. Methods: Five different types of scattering prevention agents were spread on plate-type asbestos ceiling materials. The penetration depth of each coated ceiling material was measured by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis, based on X-ray fluorescence (XRF) results of the non-coated ceiling materials. Test equipment installed the ceiling materials and 60 minutes were collected at a flow rate of 10 ℓ/min at a filter of 25 mm. Results: An EDS analysis of the cross-section of ceiling materials constructed with a scattering prevention agent revealed that potassium is detected in the process of penetrating hardener solidification and this element could be an indicator for infiltration. When anti-scattering agents with different viscosities were constructed and the penetration depth was analyzed by potassium detection assessment using EDS, the depth results with viscosities of 5.0, 2.5, and 1.9 cP were 98.5, 103, and 147 μm, respectively. Penetration performance improved with decrease in viscosity. Conclusions: For asbestos ceiling materials, it is concluded that a higher dilution rate of the scattering prevention agent leads to lower viscosity, and hence a deeper penetration depth from 156 ㎛to 3 mm. The asbestos anti-scattering properties according to the penetration depth will be confirmed through further study.
