        하늘타리의 이화학적 조성

        하늘타리는 한약재로 많이 사용되지만 이들의 일반성분에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 한약재로 사용되는 각 부위 중의 일반성분을 조사한 결과 괄루실의 경우 탄수화물 70%, 조단백질이 13%, 조지방 5%, 조섬유소 6%, 조회분 6%의 함량을 나타냈다. 또한 괄루인은 탄수화물 62.59%, 조단백질이 12.75%, 조지방 14.80%, 조섬유소 6.5%, 조회분 3.36%의 함량을 나타냈고 괄루근은 탄수화물 89.40%, 조단백질이 4.10%, 조지방 0.50%, 조섬유소 3.5%, 조회분 2.50%의 함량을 나타내었다. 괄루실과 괄루인은 15종류의 아미노산을 함유하고 있으며, 그중 괄루실에는 폐닐알라닌과 글리신이 많은 함량을 나타내었다. 괄루인에는 루신이 없는 대신 라이신이 검출되었으며, 괄루근에서는 14종의 아미노산이 검출되었다. Although each part of Trichosanthes kirilowii is frequently used as medicinal herbs, study on the chemical composition is not sufficient. It was found that sarcocarp consists of 70% of carbohydrate, 13% of crude protein, 5% of crude fat, 6% of crude fiber and 6% of crude ash; seed consists of 62.59% of carbohydrate, 12.75% of crude protein, 14.80% of crude fat, 6.50% of crude fiber and 3.36% of crude ash; and root consists of 89.40% of carbohydrate, 4.10% of crude protein, 0.50% of crude fat, 3.50% of crude fiber and 2.50% of crude ash. Sarcocarp and seed contain fifteen kinds of amino acids such as Asp, Ser, Glu, Gly, His, Arg, Thr, Ala, Pro, Try, Cys, Met, Val, Leu, and Phe. Sarcocarp contain large quantities of phenylalanine and glycine and seed does not contain leucine but lysine. The mineral contents in Trichoxanthes kirilowii are 0.55% Ca, 0.91% Mg, 10.29% Na, and 0.17% K.

        매트릭스 컨버터의 저전압 영역에 대한 출력 전압 제어 성능 향상

        The matrix converter(MxC)is an ac-to-ac conversion device that can generate variable magnitude variable frequency output voltage. Nine bi-directional switches of MxC allow PWM control of output voltages and input currents. PWM switching needs “switch commutations” from one switch to another. During the switch commutations, however, unwanted voltage error occurs like a dead time effect in Voltage Source Inverter(VSI). When PWM pulse width is narrower than the time required for the commutation, voltage error rapidly increases. This voltage distortion is critical in the low speed operation as system becomes sensitive to even a small voltage error. In this paper, a new PWM strategy is proposed for improving voltage control performance in the low voltage region. Based on the input and output voltage information, PWM pulse-widths are controlled to avoid incomplete commutations. The feasibility of the proposed method is proved by simulation and experimental results

      • 극지운항 선박의 빙하중 계산법에 관한 비교 연구

        It is well known that arctic and sub-arctic region is huge reserves of hydrocarbons. Especially several oil and natural gas exploitation projects such as Shtokman field in the Barents Sea and the Yamal in the Kara Sea are expected to be realized soon. For efficient transportation of hydrocarbons, highly ice capable year-round shipping system is needed and which produce much challenges for hull design. Recently IACS UR Polar Class for ice going vessel was issued and continuous rule development of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping is carried out. But these regulations adopted the general ice load determination approach based on the empirical results. It is required to carry out the direct calculation methodology with regard to ice-hull interaction for unique and innovative design of large commercial vessels which could navigate the arctic areas. This paper presents the comparison of direct ice load calculation methodology using the analytical approach.

        무역금융제도가 수출기업에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        정부는 1960년대 이후 기업의 수출진흥을 위한 정책의 일환으로 저금리 기조의 무역금융지원제도를 활용하였고 높은 성과를 거두었다. 글로벌 금융위기 이후 악화된 중소기업들의 경영난 해소를 위해 금융기관들의 중소기업에 대한 적극적인 무역금융지원이 요구되었다. 국제경제 환경변화에 대응하여 수출증대를 통한 지속적인 성장동력 창출을 위해서는 무역금융지원이 더욱 활성화 되어야 된다는 주장이 힘을 받고 있다. 이와 같은 상황을 고려하여, 본 연구에서는 무역의존도가 높은 우리나라의 입장에서 수출에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인의 하나로 무역금융과 수출간의 관계에 대한 실증 연구를 진행하였다. 수출업체를 대상으로 무역금융지원제도의 활용이 수출증대에 미치는 영향분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 해외시장지향성과 무역지원제도의 인지도는 무역지원제도 활용에 영향을 미치며, 무역지원제도 활용도는 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. Korean government has utilized international trade finance support systems with a relatively low interest rate to increase export of domestic firms and has achieved high performances since 1960s. It has been argued that a higher level of foreign trade finance support should be employed to help small and medium corporations get out of trouble and to find out new national economic growth engines through export increase since, in particular, the global crisis in financial market. It is necessary to empirically investigate the effects of international trade finance supports on export of Korean corporations. This dissertation analyzes to what extent the foreign finance supports have impacts on export increase in Korea. The research result shows that overseas market orientation and degree of recognition of the foreign trade finance supports have significant effects on the level of utilization of the trade finance supports and then the higher level of utilization brings about increasing level of export by Korean enterprises.

      • 대형 크랭크축 리프팅 핀의 경량화를 위한 강도평가 연구

        Large-sized pins are usually used to lift and handle large low speed diesel engine crankshaft. There has then been a need to reduce and optimize the weight of the traditionally used pins. Making an hole by cutting the inside of the pin out was investigated in view of static and fracture strength. To compensate the stress increase caused by the introduction of the inner hole, the groove in the circumferential direction pre-existing on the pin is to be removed. Finite element analysis was carried out for both the original model and weight reduced model. Stress intensity factors for semi-elliptical defects assumed on the pin for the original model and weight reduced model was calculated using the ASME method and compared with the fracture toughness test result of the pin material. The diameter of the cutting hole for the revised model was determined based on the analysis results.

        고속 H/L 펄스 동작을 위한 3상 인터리브 DC-DC 컨버터의 제어방식

        Therefore, in order to realize high-speed H/L pulse operation, a DC-DC converter that realizes high-speed response speed is required. Methods for controlling these DC-DC converters include PI control, hysteresis control, and model prediction control, but output dead beat control is used to realize fast and precise voltage transitions. At this time, control considering three-phase interleaving of the step-down DC-DC converter, higher switching frequency, and delay time is possible. At this time, a batch control that operates by phase shifting the duty cycle of the reference phase in a three-phase interleaved circuit and an individual control that controls the duty cycle of each phase were proposed. In addition, high-speed H/L pulse operation was realized using capacitor current feedback capable of high-speed detection. In the experiment, the switching frequency was 800 [kHz], the pulse frequency was 10[kHz], and H/L pulse operation of 280[V] / 70[V] was realized, and the voltage transition time from L to H achieved 6.7[μs].
