        초음파 금속 용착기를 이용한 Cu 박판의 용착성 실험

        Ultrasonic metal welder is consisted of power supply, transducer, booster, and horn. Precise designing is required since each parts’ shape, length and mass can affect driving frequency and vibration mode. This paper analyzed Cu sheet deposition characteristics using ultrasonic metal welder and tension tester. A horn suitable for 40,000Hz was attached to the ultrasonic metal welder in order to weld Cu plates. The Cu sheet welding was done with different amplitude, pressure, and welding time, and its maximum tension was measured with tension tester. Maximum tension of 153.87N was obtained when the pressure was 2.0bar, amplitude was 80%, and welding time was 0.30s. Therefore, excessive welding condition negatively influences maximum tension measurement result.

        쇄골 간부 골절 수술 후 발생한 감염성 불유합 -증례 보고-

        쇄골 골절의 합병증 중 골결손이 있는 감염성 불유합은 드물다. 쇄골 골절 후 발생한 감염성 불유합에 대한 치료와 그 관련보고가 충분치 않다. 저자들은 쇄골 간부 골절 수술 후 발생한 감염성 불유합 증례 1예를 경험하였고, 자가골 이식술 및 이중 금속판 고정을 이용하여 성공적인 골유합을 얻었기에 이를 보고하고자 한다. The infected nonunion of clavicle with bone defect is an uncommon complication following clavicle shaft fracture. There were a few reports regarding treatment of the infected nonunion after clavicle fracture. We report on a case of infected clavicle nonunion successfully treated with autologous bone graft and dual plate fixation.

        초음파 금속 용착용 반파장 혼의 설계

        Ultrasonic metal welding is one of the welding methods which welds metal by applying high frequency vibrational energy into specific area at constant pressure, avaliable in room temperature and low temperature. Ultrasonic metal welder is consisted of power supply, transducer, booster, and horn. Precise designing is required since each parts’ shape, length and mass can affect driving frequency and vibration mode. This paper focused to horn design, its length L was set to 62㎜ by calculating vibration equation. By performing modal analysis with various shape variable b times integer, when length of b is 30㎜ the output was 39,599㎐ at 10th mode. Also by performing harmonic response analysis, the frequency response result was 39,533㎐, which was similar to modal analysis result. In order to observe the designed horn’s performance, about 4,000 voltage data was obtained from a light sensor and was analyzed by FFT analysis using Origin Tool. The result RMS amplitude was approximately 8.5㎛ at 40,000㎐, and maximum amplitude was 12.3㎛. Therefore, it was verified that the ultrasonic metal welding horn was optimally designed.

        제천 의림지의 역사적 의미

        Uirimji is an irrigation system which speculated to construct in three Han period(AD 1-3 century), but it has been under-estimated because of inadequate scientific research. On the other hand it is designated national scenic place, a kind of monument according to cultural properties protection law. Irrigation system is one of the agricultural site. So Uirimji would rather to be historic site. There are many kinds of agricultural sites, for example, irrigation canal, reservoir, cultivation field, etc. Most of them remains buried ruins losing its function, so we can find it out by archaeological method. But they have not yet excavated, consequently we don’t have much information about them. It needs to be implemented to excavate and analysis them. In this article I try to trace the meaning of agricultural sites and discover past features, present conditions and furthermore future values of them. Uirimji is a most valueable heritage culturally and economically, so we have to sustain its value especially for the future grneration.

        고고학에서 보는 중원문화

        Chungcheongbuk-do is located in the centre of Korean peninsular and it borders Gyeongsangbuk-do to the south, Gyonggi-do and Chungcheongnam-do to the west; Gangwon-do to the north. Geographically, it is located in the middle region between Charyeongsanmaek to the northwest and Sobaeksanmaek to the southeast. Historically Chungcheongbuk-do belonged to Mahan's territory that consisted of a tribal federation with 54 clans. In ancient period Baekje occupied middle parts of Cheongju and Boeun; Silla occupied southern parts of Okcheon, Yeongdong and Boeun: Goguryo occupied northeastern parts of Jechon, Danyang, Chungju, Goesan and Jincheon.. After the 4th century Baekje occupied almost all area. In Goryo period called Joongwon-do Province when the King Seongjong separated the country into ten provinces. Most of the territory was merged into Yanggwang-do in the lst year of King Myeongjong, when Chungju Mok and Cheongju Mok were established. Chungcheongbuk-do is central place of joongwon culture. But we cannot understand exactly its typical features until now. Because joongwon culture is insuffienciently studied and not fully conceptualized. Joongwon region was frontiers and boundarjes in ancient period. So its cultural contents had regional pattern and multi-layered. We were looking forward to appear it's characteristic features through archaeological materials. But it is not sufficient to answer the question. Discussion on the joongwon culture has been developed mainly in regional scope. From now on we will have to focuse on its meaning and value.

        선사유적의 정비 · 복원(Ⅱ)

        선사시대는 오늘날과는 매우 다른 자연환경이었고, 특히 구석기시대는 생태환경이 주기적으로 급격히 변했던 시기이다. 따라서 구석기시대를 이해하는데 생태환경에 대한 이해가 필수 요소이다. 이 글에서는 구석기유적을 정비 • 복원하는 방법의 하나로 역사생태공원을 조성하는 방안에 대하여 제시하였다. 역사 생태공원은 역사공원과 생태공원을 접목하는 새로운 형태의 것으로 유적의 역사적 가치와 생태적 가치를 함께 고려하여 조성함으로서 유적 보존과 함께 교육적 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단이 된다. 연구 대상 유적은 단양 수양개유적을 선택하였고 생태환경 복원을 위한 자료들은 제천, 단양 일대 구석기시대 유적에서 나온 생태자료들을 함께 활용하였다. 유적의 정비 복원은 보존을 전제로 하므로 생태복원 과정에 현존 식생을 보존하면서 현장에 고생태환경 자료를 근거로 하여 일부 식생을 복원하는 방식을 제시하였고, 동물상은 현재 살지 않는 동물들이 많으므로 모형으로 제작 전시 연출하거나 부족한 부분은 실내 전시에서 유물 전시와 영상 복원 등의 방법을 시용하도록 하였다. 구석기유적의 정비•복원은 현장 재현과 실내 전시를 병행하여 재현 효과를 높이고 교육적 활용이 가능하도록 해야 할 것이다. This study is focused upon making Paleolithic site into historic theme park through ecological restoration. Paleolithic era is much different ecological condition compared with these days. And there left not much historic remains than ecological sources in most Paleolithic sites, restoring Paleolithic site into ecological park is thought to be more reasonable for the purpose of conserving sites and remains. The first step of restoring Paleolithic site is reconstructing environmental background in which they earned a living with their own life style at that time. There are three ways of ecological restoration for prehistoric sites, which are the reclamation, the rehabilitation, and the restoration. The reclamation requires physical modification, and the rehabilitation does biological modification, but only the restoration requires improved management. Among them, the most desirable way applicable upon the Paleolithic site restitution is the reclamation. Suyanggae man, occupied namhangang river bed mainly upper paleolithic period, lived in wet prairies condition with roaming deer, roedeer, wild rabbit. They equipped with arrowhead made of tanged point and microblade tools. The first step of restoring Paleolithic site is reconstructing environmental background in which they earned a living with their own life style at that time. and most of all the purpose of making paleolithic site into historic theme park is understanding their way of life.

        초음파 금속 용착을 위한 공구혼의 최적설계

        Ultrasonic metal welding can be used to weld different metals together safely and precisely, without solder, flux and special preparation. Ultrasonic metal welding machine consists of a power supply, a transducer, a booster and a horn. This paper designed the horn needed for Ultrasonic metal welding. The horn has to be designed and manufactured accurately, because measurements such as the shape, length, mass and etc. have effects on the resonant frequency and the vibration mode. The designed horn has the feature of 40,000㎐ of nature frequency, and maximizes vibration range in the Tip by resonance in the frequency of ultrasonic wave machine. In this paper, we calculated and analyzed the natural frequency to find the optimal design of the horn that had the amplitude about 12㎛ by the modal analysis and harmonic analysis using ANSYS. And we analyzed FFT analysis of the manufactured horn.
