        알부틴과 유용성감초 추출물 혼합물에 의한 미백활성 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 arbutine과 유용성감초추출물 혼합물의 미백 효과를 조사하는 것이다. B16 melanoma 세포에서 알부틴 및 유용성 감초 추출물의 tyrosinase 활성과 멜라닌 생성 억제 효과를 시험관내에서 평가하여 미백 효과를 측정 하였다. B16 흑색 종 세포를 이용한 MTT 분석은 혼합물 (알부틴과 유용성감초추출물)이 세포독성이 없음을 확인하였다. 유용성 감초 추출물과 알부틴은 모두 mushroom tyrosinase 활성이 농도 의존적 효과를 보였다. 혼합물은 다양한 농도 (유용성감초추출물 : 알부틴 = 1 : 1, 1 : 1.5, 1 : 2, 1 : 2.5, 1 : 5)에서 B16 melanoma 세포에서 40-51 %의 tyrosinase 활성을 유의하게 억제하였다. 또한, 시험한 모든 혼합물은 B16 melanoma cell의 멜라닌 함량을 50 % 이상 감소시켰다. 이러한 결과는 알부틴과 유용성감초추출물 혼합사용 시 미백 활성에 효과적임을 시사하는 바이다. The aim of this study was to investigate whitening effect of combination between arbutine and oil soluble licorice extract. Inhibitory effects of arbutin and oil soluble licorice extract against tyrosinase activity and melanogenesis in B16 melanoma cells were assessed in vitro to determine whitening effect. MTT assay with B16 melanoma cells showed that mixture (arbutin and oil soluble) was not each concentration. Both oil soluble licorice extract and arbutin induced dose-dependent inhibition of mushroom tyrosinase activity. Various concentrations (oil soluble extract : arbutin = 1:1. 1:1.5, 1:2, 1:2.5, 1:5) of mixtures also significantly inhibited tyrosinase activity in B16 melanoma cells by 40-51%. In addition, the mixtures reduced the melanin contents of B16 melanoma cells by more than 50% at each concentration. These results suggest that mixtures of arbutin and oil soluble licorice extract are very effective whitening ingredients.

        화장품 소재로서 맹종죽과 발효 맹종죽의 피부미백 활성 연구

        This study was performed to search on effective whitening agent for skin. We analyzed the amount of isoorientin in Phyllostachys pubescens extracts (PPE) and Lactobacillus fermented Phyllostachys pubescens extracts (LF-PPE) by using HPLC. And we measured tyrosinase inhibition in vitro as well as in BL16BL10 melanoma cell. Also, we assessed the mRNA of tyrosinase, tyrosinase related protein (TRP)-1 and TRP-2 by using RT-PCR. The result showed that the amount of isoorientin in LF-PPE increased by 29.1% than before fermentation. And LF-PPE showed an more inhibitory effect against mushroom tyrosinase and tyrosinase activity in BL16 cell than PPE. Also, LF-PPE was able to inhibit significantly tyrosinase and TRP-1 expression in mRNA level at 100, 200 μg/mL. In conclusion, LF-PPE was more potent than PPE as the cosmetic agent for whitening activity for skin.

        새로운 Black Color의 합성; 화장품에서 블랙 색소로서 Meso-pore Silca에 캡슐레이션된 Carbon-black Silica

        카본 블랙은 매우 낮은 밀도로 화장품에는 사용되지 않고 있지만 독성이 없고 안정한 물리적 특성과 검은색의 특성으로 이용 가치가 있다고 사료되는 바이다. 본 연구에서는 TEOS, a) PEO/ lecithin, b) PEO/polyethylene glycol, c) lecithin/polyethylene을 ethanol/water 수용액상에서 계면활성제를 탄화시켜 sol-gei반응에 의해 meso-porous silica샘플을 얻었고 N2 조건하 50℃에서 열처리된 organic-inorganic hybrid silica를 합성하였다. Pore안에 카본 블랙을 함유하는 meso-porous silica는 친수성, 소수성 용매에서 모두 좋은 분산성을 보여준다. 이 샘플은 BET에 의해 specific surface area (750 ㎡/g)과 pore size (4~6 nm)이고, XRD측정으로 pore structure (cylindrical type)를, 샘플의 SEM촬영으로 morphology(0.1~0.5 ㎛ 입자 크기를 갖는 spherical powder)를 갖는다는 것을 알아냈다. 이렇게 합성한 카본-실리카 블랙 컬러를 마스카라에 적용하면 일반적으로 마스카라에 사용되던 블랙 컬러 사용시 보다 좀더 검은색을 보여주는 것은 물론이고 우수한 분산성도 갖는다. 무엇보다 이 파우더의 밀도 조절이 가능하여 마스카라 뿐 만 아니라 모든 화장품에의 사용이 가능하다. Carbon black have not been used as pigment material in cosmetic because of very low density and dispersity, but carbon black have applicable character as black pigment because of non-toxic, stable physico-chemical property, and black colority. In this study, mesoporous silica samples were synthesized by sol-gel reaction using surfactants-template method; TEOS (tetraethoxysilane) - a) PEO/lecithin, b) PEO/polyethylene glycol, c) lecithin/polyethylene glycol in ethanol/water solution. Synthesized organic-inorganic hybrid - silica were heat-treated in N2 condition at 500℃. Mesoporous silica with black carbon in pore have the effective density and show the good dispersity in both hydrophilic and hydrophobic solvent. Properties of the samples were measured; specific surface area (750 ㎡/g) and pore size (4~6 nm) using BET, pore structure (cylindrical type) using XRD, morphology (spherical powder with 0.1~0.5 ㎛ partical size) of the samples using SEM. Carbon-silica black color applied to mascara, it shows a dark black colority and good dispersity as compared with the general black color titania pigment. Moreover, it is possible to control the density of black color pigment because it is possible to control pore volume and particle size of mesoporous silica properly. It show the good volume effects in mascara. That is why possible to apply all kinds of cosmetic products.

        본 연구의 목적은 내림경사대를 이용한 스쿼트 운동과 무릎관절 각도의 변화가 하지에 어떠한 영향이 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 내림경사대 스쿼트운동과 평지의 스쿼트 운동에서 무릎관절각도가 증가함에 따라 넙다리곧은근, 넙다리두갈래근, 가쪽장딴지근, 앞정강근의 근활성도가 모두 증가 하였다.내림경사대 스쿼트 운동이 평지스쿼트 운동보다 무릎관절각도가 45°, 60°, 90°일 때 넙다리곧은근의 근활성도가 높았으며 앞정강근의 근활성도는 낮았다. 또한 무릎관절각도가 90° 일 때 가쪽장딴지근의 근활성도가 낮았다.

        능실의 항산화, 항염증 및 방부 효과 연구

        The purpose of this study was to assess the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and preservative effects of Water Chestnut from 70% ethanol extracts. The toxicity of extracts from Water Chestnut investigated using the RAW 264.7 cell showed higher than 90% of cell survival rate. The total content of polyphenol ethanol extract was 353.1 ± 5.6 ㎎/g, while the total content of flavonoid was 26.2 ± 1.4 ㎎/g. With a concentration level of 1 ∼ 1000 (㎍/ ㎖) ethanol extract of Water Chestnut the range of removal of 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) radicals was 17.0 ± 2.8% ∼ 88.6 ± 0.6% respectively and the range of removal of 2,2′-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radicals was also 2.3 ± 0.8 % ∼ 93.9 ± 0.2 % respectively. There were decreases in reactive oxygen species(ROS) generations ethanol extracts of Water Chestnut 1, 10, 100 (㎍/㎖) and significance decrease at 100 ㎍/㎖ (p<.01). As a result of measuring the Nitric Oxide(NO) generation amount of Water Chestnut extract 1, 10, 100 (㎍/㎖) concentration exhibited significant (p<.001, p<.01) decreases. For the anti-bacterial features using a paper disk and the preservative features using petri film, no significance was found and therefore water chestnut extracts had not anti-bacterial or preservative features. 본 연구는 70 % 에탄올 추출물에서 추출한 Water Chestnut의 항산화, 항 염증 및 방부 효과를 평가하고자 하였다. RAW 264.7 세포를 사용하여 조사한 마름열매 추출물의 독성은 세포 생존율의 90 % 이상을 나타내었으며 폴리페놀 추출물의 총 함량은 353.1 ± 5.6 ㎎ / g이었고 플라보노이드총 함량은 26.2 ± 1.4 ㎎ / g이었다. 항산화 활성을 확인하기 위한 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) 라디컬 감소는 마름 열매 추출물 농도 1 ~ 1000 (㎍ / ㎖)범위에서 각각 17.0 ± 2.8 % ~ 88.6 ± 0.6 %의 감소효과를 보였고 2,2′-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid(ABTS) 라디칼의 제거 범위는 각각 2.3 ± 0.8 % ~ 93.9 ± 0.2 %였다. 활성 산소종 (ROS)에서의 효과는 1, 10, 100 (㎍ / ㎖), 100 ㎍ / ㎖ 농도에서 p <.01의 유의 한 감소를 보였다. 1, 10, 100 (㎍ / ㎖) 농도의 Nitric Oxide (NO) 생성량을 측정 한 결과, 유의 한 (p <.001, p <.01)의 감소가 나타났다. 미생물 에의 방부효과를 확인하기 위한 페이퍼 디스크를 사용하는 항 박테리아 기능과 페트리 필름을 사용하는 방부제 특성에 대해서는 유의한 효과가 나타나지 않았다.

        남녀 초기 청소년의 부모-자녀 간 갈등이 문제행동에 미치는 영향과 갈등해결능력의 조절효과

        This study examined the influences of parent-child conflict and conflict resolution on behavior problems experienced in early adolescence by both boys and girls, and investigated whether conflict resolution had any moderating effects upon the relation between parent-child conflict and these behavior problems. The participants of this study were 397 first and second graders (193 boys and 204 girls) from three middle schools located in Seoul and Gyoung-gi province. To measure the research variables, the Korean-Youth Self Report by Oh et al. (2010), the short version of Conflict Behavior Questionnaire (Homes, 2012), and the Thomas Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument (Cha & Cheon, 2011) were used. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, t-test, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results indicated that both for boys and girls, the level of parent-child conflict increased the levels of both externalizing and internalizing behavior problems whereas conflict resolution had no significant effect on behavior problems. In addition, in the case of boys only, conflict resolution moderated the effect of father-child conflict on internalizing behavior problems.

        In modern society human needs which to try new experience are growing up by breaking from the unified daily life. The artists and designers who think this kind of realization of mordern people ideal needs is possible only through overcome the reality are getting interested in surrealism. So surrealism has an effect on various categories in design, also modern indoor design is reflecting to make a new space. By using the unfamiliar theme which pursue to new one, this study is showing the unfamiliar centimental stimulus with irrational and contradictory features by using various ways. Therefore in this study, we are going to talk about the "depaysrment" which is one of the surrealism ways. So through the Rene magritte"s artworks who is representative artist of surrealism, we are going to analyze depaysement"s quality and expression quality of depaysement which is appeared in indoor space.

        Torilis japonica (Houtt.) DC. (Sasangja), Angelica tenuissima Nakai (Gobon), Cimicifuga heracleifolia Kom. (Seungma), Aconitum pseudolaeve Nakai (Jinbeom) 추출물의 미백 및 주름개선 효과에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research was to examine the impact the ehanol extracts of Torilis japonica (Houtt.) DC. (Sasangja), Angelica tenuissima Nakai (Gobon), Cimicifuga heracleifolia Kom. (Seungma), Aconitum pseudolaeve Nakai (Jinbeom) on skin enhancement with assessing anti-oxidative, whitening, and wrinkle enhancement effects. The result of testing l, 1- diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activities showed that, at 50g/mL concentration, Sasangja extract showed 7.31±0.63%; Gobon extract, 2.40±0.52%; Seungma extract, 14.27±0.73%; Jinbeom extract, 0.96±0.32%, respectively compared to positive control VitaminC (92.99±0.63% at 50g/mL). Inhibitory efficacy of tyrosinase showed that at 50g/mL, Sasangja extract showed 10.25±0.89%; Gobon extract, 4.99±0.42%; Seungma extract, 0.92±0.82%; Jinbeom extract 2.68±0.37% compared to standardized positive control group of kojic acid (39.06±0% at 50g/mL). Porcine Pancreatic Elastase(PPE) inhibitory efficacy, at 50g/mL, Sasangja extract showed 4.47±0.89%; Gobon extract 3.83±0.44%; Seungma extract 11.11±0.44%; Jinbeom extract 1.53±0.44% compared to standardized positive control group of ursolic acid (11.88±2.21% at 50g/mL). In conclusion, anti-oxidative activity among Sasangja, Gobon, Seungma and Jinbeom ethanol extracts was highest with Seungma extract; whitening inhibitory efficacy was highest in Sasangja extracts and Porcine Pancreatic Elastase(PPE) inhibitory efficacy was highest in Seungma extracts. Thus Sasangja and Seungma ethanol extracts may be an available materials for functional cosmetics.

        회화나무 꽃, 열매, 가지 추출물의 피부개선 효과에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 Sophora japonica L. (S. japonica)학명의 콩과 식물 낙엽교목인 회화나무의 꽃, 열매, 가지 에탄올 추출물의 총 폴리페놀 함량 및 l,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) 라디칼 소거능 측정, 티로시나제 활성 저해력 측정 및 porcine pancreatic elastase (PPE) 저해력 측정을 통하여 기능성 화장품 소재로서의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. 그 결과 총 폴리페놀 함량은 평균 각각 261.37 mg/g, 187.49 mg/g, 81.26 mg/g이며, DPPH 라디칼 소거능을 조사한 결과 50 ∼ 1,000 mg/L 농도에서 회화나무 꽃 추출물은 17.68 ± 1.59 ∼ 51.40 ± 1.04%, 열매 추출물은 27.48 ± 0.22 ∼ 50.89 ± 0.13%, 가지 추출물은 30.79± 0.55 ∼ 45.17 ± 0.83% 범위의 소거 활성을 나타내었다. 또한 같은 농도에서 티로시나제 저해능과 PPE 저해능을 실험한 결과 회화나무 꽃 추출물은 0.27 ± 0.12 ∼ 11.38 ± 0.57%, 3.70 ± 1.23 ∼ 7.28 ±1.01% 열매 추출물은 0.27 ± 0.02 ∼ 0.82 ± 0.27%, 3.06 ± 2.13 ∼ 13.03 ± 2.99%, 가지 추출물은 0.09 ± 0.16 ∼ 0.55 ± 0.27%, 6.00 ± 0.96 ∼ 9.71 ± 0.44% 범위로 티로시나제 저해능은 꽃 추출물이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 회화나무의 피부개선에 미치는 효능, 효과를 살펴본 결과 꽃, 열매, 가지 추출물이 각 부위별로 효과가 상이하게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. The capacities of inhibiting tyrosinase of ethanol extracts from S. japonica. flowers, fruits and branches were 0.27 ± 0.12 ∼ 11.38 ± 0.57, 0.27± 0.02 ∼ 0.82 ± 0.27 and 0.09 ± 0.16 ∼ 0.55 ± 0.27%, respectively. The capacities of preventing porcine pancreatic elastase (PPE) were 3.70 ± 1.23 ∼ 7.28 ± 1.01, 3.06 ± 2.13 ∼ 13.03 ± 2.99 and 6.00 ± 0.96 ∼ 9.71 ± 0.44%, respectively, in the case of 50 ∼ 1,000 mg/L of concentrations. It is concluded that the effects of S. japonica. flowers, fruits and branches on skin improvement are varied significantly.

        유용성감초추출물을 함유하는 나노에멀젼의 특성에 관한 연구

        Over the course the past few years, many people have been attracted by functional cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and food, resulting in much study in the academic and industrial fields to enhance the stability of active ingredients under the effects of light, heat and oxygen, etc. Oil-soluble licorice extract is a functional whitening material the color stability of which depends on environmental factors such as temperature, oxygen and light. The basic purpose of cosmetics containing active ingredients is to develop formulation technologies that stabilize active compounds in the skin and to deliver effective materials selectively to the skin. In this study, the stability and skin penetration of oil-soluble licorice extract are improved by nano-emulsion. To evaluate the effect of nano-emulsion, physical properties such as droplet size and size distribution were examined. Oil-soluble licorice extract nano-emulsion was obtained using a microfluidizing process at 800bar resulting in a micelle size in the nano-emulsion solution in the 10-100nm range. According to chromameter data, the color stability of the nano-emulsion was enhanced 2 ~ 5 times compared with a general cream. The effect of skin penetration was improved, as well.
