        편백나무 잎 추출물 및 편백나무 잎과 꼭두서니 추출물로 염색한 견직물의 표면색 및 기능성

        This study finds surface color and functions of natural dyeing from Chamaecyparis obtusa leaves which help cure skin problems such as atopic dermatitis. This study also seeks to find dyeing properties and functions of natural colorants derived from Chamaecyparis obtusa and Rubia tinctorum on silk. Dyeing properties and functions are compared between silks dyed with Chamaecyparis obtusa and silks composite-dyed with Chamaecyparis obtusa and Rubia tinctorum. The comparison examines the feasibility of developing healthy and high functional fabrics and wellness of fashion merchandises. Silk dyeing with Chamaecyparis obtuse leaves yields yellow and double coloring from Chamaecyparis obtusa; however, Rubia tinctorum yields yellow/red on silks. Silks dyed with Chamaecyparis obtusa and silks composite-dyed with Chamaecyparis obtusa and Rubia tinctorum show a high level on dry cleaning, ultraviolet protection and deodorization. Especially, the dyed silks from leaves of Chamaecyparis obtusa show a 99.7% antimicrobial effect against staphylococcus aureus ATCC 653B. Silks composite-dyed with Chamaecyparis obtusa and Rubia tinctorum are better known for medicinal herb for dermatitis, and natural colorant, Rubia tinctorum does not improve significantly functions compared with silks dyed with Chamaecyparis obtusa. However, the dyeing properties improve by composite dyeing. This implies that ways to maximize effects of tie-dyeing technique could be developed.

        실내에서 작은뿌리파리(Bradysia difformis, Sciaridae, Diptera)의 대량사육시스템

        작은뿌리파리는 넓은 기주 범위를 가지며 시설하우스에서 피해를 주는 주요 해충이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방제 방법을 연구하기 위해 재현성 있는 사육방법을 개발보급시켜야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 실내에서 작은뿌리파리에 대한 대량사육시스템을 구축하고 생태적 특성을 연구하였다. 작은뿌리파리의 온도별 발육을 조사한 결과, $20^{\circ}C$에서 부화율, 용화율, 우화율이 가장 높았으며, 성충을 제외한 발육기간이 20.8일로 가장 짧았다. 성충수명은 온도가 높아질수록 수명이 짧아졌으며, $20^{\circ}C$에서 평균 144개로 가장 많이 산란하였다. 작은뿌리파리 유충 사육배지 조성이 유충 발육에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 물한천배지와 감자디스크배지가 부화율 84.7, 84.4%로 높았으며, 유충기간은 감자디스크배지가 14.7일로 가장 짧았다. 용화율, 우화율은 감자디스크배지가 85.2, 82.6%로 가장 높았고 산란수도 125.6개로 가장 높았다. 우화케이지에서 생육배지를 선발한 결과, 우화율은 원예용 상토 50% + 톱밥 25% + 잘게 간 감자 25% 배지가 접종 14일차의 우화율이 88.4%로 가장 높았다. 우화케이지의 생육배지 적정 접종밀도는 유충 1,000개 접종 시 84.7%로 가장 높았고, 유충 3,000, 5,000, 7,000개 접종시 81.4, 58.8, 38.7%로 유충 접종량이 많을수록 우화율이 낮았다. 위 실험 결과에 따라 작은뿌리파리의 대량사육시스템의 사육단계별 자세한 사항을 정리하였다. The fungus gnat, Bradysia difformis, has been recognized as an important pest of greenhouse crops. There is a need for research on the control of the fungus gnat. However, it is difficult to obtain many generations of the fungus gnat for several kinds of research. Indoor propagation is a very useful method for obtaining enough individuals in cases where the need is for larvae in soil. This study was conducted to determine the optimum growing media and temperature conditions for rearing the fungus gnat in the laboratory. Under experimental temperature conditions, hatching, pupation, and eclosion rates were the highest at $20^{\circ}C$. The developmental period of the fungus gnat was shortened with higher temperatures. The greatest number of eggs was an average of 144 at $20^{\circ}C$. Using different types of larvae growth media, the highest hatching rates were 84.7 and 84.4% in water agar and potato disks, respectively. The larval period was the shortest, at 14.7 days, when grown on potato disks. The highest pupation and eclosion rates were 85.2 and 82.6% on potato disks, respectively. The highest number of eggs was an average of 125.6 on potato disks. Regarding the effects of different growth media on the eclosion rate of B. difformis, the highest eclosion rate was 88.4% on the soil mix, and was 50% on oatmeal, 25% on shredded potato. The results of four different inoculation levels of larvae on eclosion rate of B. difformis showed that the highest eclosion rate was 84.7% for 1,000 larvae. The eclosion rate was shortened with a higher number of larvae inoculated/cage. In the growth medium used, 3,000 eggs were better for the initial level of inoculation, showing a relatively high emergence rate and short developmental period. Mass rearing procedures were explained in detail.

        느릅나무껍질과 꼭두서니 복합추출물을 이용한 천연염색 한복형 휴식복 디자인

        The purpose of this study was to develop high-quality naturally dyed leisurewear with images of traditional Korean clothing that keeps a psychologically comfortable and physically pleasant environment at home and in vacation spots. The root bark of elm trees, the atopic skin, is also known to be effective for the relief of rhinitis and atopic diseases as well as stress and insomnia. However, there is insufficient color in the bark for the dyeing of fashion products, so to compensate for the lack of color, for dyeing purposes it was combined with a composite extract called Rubia akaneNakai resulting in a relatively bright red color. Except for the light fastness, all the fastnesses were rated 4 to 5, showing excellent results. Through complex dyeing using elm bark and pods extract the author produced four high-quality vests, one-piece, a gown, and jeogori-pantsuits of silk materials with Korean images that are suitable wear for relaxing comfortably at home and during breaks and which provide a comfortable and physically pleasant experience. The vest was made with the formal style of Bae-ja and Dang-eu, the dress is made of Cheok-lik, and the gown is made of Won-sam. It will be meaningful at a time when the importance of rest is increasing due to the healing clothes worn by busy modern people.

        스티븐 홀의 뮤지엄 건축에 나타나는 공간체험의 현상적 표현 방법 및 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to approach to the phenomenological point of view to explore a design method for providing a variety of spatial experience of the viewer according to the functional changes of the modern museum architecture. For that, this study intends to analysis and consider the Steven Holl‘s Museum applied to the phenomenological perception for architectural design. The method of this study is summarized as follows: 1) Consider the spatial role and function of the Museum Architecture in the phenomenological approach 2) Study on the phenomenological architectural concepts and expressional method of Steven Holl 3) Finally, propose the utilization for the experiential space that is required to implement the contemporary museum architecture. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Steven Holl"s phenomenological architectural concept is the basis of the perception and awareness and has connotations of temporality and it is figured out by the approach to the environment, sense and motion. 2) Steven Holl implement the architecture as a place of experience by connecting between the place and the environment through the development of a variety of scenes and situations and planning the phenomenon of multisensory space. 3) The spatial experience appeared in Steven Holl"s museum architecture is implemented through the diversity of the scene, the persistence of the situation, the autonomy of light and color, transparency of the haptic and the potential of the material and geometry.

        길상문자도의 색상과 문양 특성을 응용한 텍스타일패턴 및 패션문화상품 디자인

        Gilsang Munjado is a kind of drawing realizing auspicious aspirations or dreams which are potential in human-being. The characters with good auspicious signs are Su, Bok, Gang, Ryeong, Jeong, Bu, Gui, and Heui in Chinese letters. They have rich implications such as Longevity, Good Fortune, Good Nature, Fidelity, Wealth and High Status. These characters are written or embroidered in scrolls or folding screens to wish for a fortunate and glorious life, and not only have the purpose of decoration but also have incantational functions. Therefore, this study aims to rebuild a modern image of Korean pictorial patterns. To do this, firstly, the study uses the Korean pictorial ideograph as a cultural archetype, and it analyzes the characteristics of its forms through a theoretical consideration with a literature and empirical artifact analyses. Secondly, it develops a culture based textile which forms a contemporary Korean design as well as the tradition of traditional culture, based on this result. Thirdly, the ultimate aims is to use them to develop fashion cultural products. That is, after the study develops motifs and patterns based on Su-Bok ja which is found most often out of Gilsang Munjado, it produces textile through desktop publishing, and it uses them to make fashion cultural products as household items.

        수업 사례로 본 공공미술교육의 방법과 가치 탐색: 뉴장르 공공미술 프로젝트 수업을 중심으로

        뉴장르 공공미술이 국내외에서 활발히 전개되고 있는 것과는 다르게 학교에서의 공공미술교육은 활성화되어 있지 못하다. 학교공공미술교육이 부진한 원인으로 교사의 전문성 부족과 적절한 공공미술 교수·학습 방법의 부재를 꼽을 수 있는데, 교사의 전문성 향상을 위해서는 교사를 위한 공공미술 재교육이 시행되어야 하고 공공미술 교수·학습 방법 마련을 위해서는 학교에서 공공미술 수업 실행 연구가 지속해서 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 배경과 필요성에 따라 본 연구에서는 공공미술교육의 중점 요소를 제시하고 공공미술교육의 방법과 가치를 탐색하고자 한다. 문헌 연구와 공공미술 프로젝트 수업 사례를 통해 학교공공미술교육의 중점 요소로 토의, 협업, 공동체, 주제, 프로젝트 학습을 추출하였고 학생 참여 중심의 공공미술 프로젝트 수업모형을 고안할 수 있었다. 또한 학생이 작성한 수업 일지와 교사 면담으로 공공미술 프로젝트 수업이 미술 교과에 대한 흥미와 참여도를 높일 뿐만 아니라 사고력과 공동체 의식 함양에도 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알게 되었다. 본 연구를 통해 공공미술교육의 필요성과 가치가 재조명되고 학교 현장에서 공공미술 수업이 활성화될 수 있기를 기대한다. New genre public art is actively developed, but public art education in schools is not active. The reason for the sluggishness of public art education in schools is the lack of expertise in public art education by teachers and the lack of public art teaching and learning methods. In order to prepare public art teaching and learning methods, research on public art classes must be continuously conducted in schools. This study aims to present the key elements of public art education and explore the methods and values of public art education through examples of public art classes. By analyzing the cases of public art project classes, discussion, collaboration, community, subject, and PBL were extracted as the key elements of school public art education, and a public art project teaching model centered on student participation was devised. Through class diaries written by students and interviews with teachers, it was found that public art project classes not only increase interest in art, but also have a positive effect on thinking ability and relationships. Through this study, it is hoped that the value of public art education will be re-illuminated and public art education will be revitalized.
