      • 580 MW급 복합발전소 탈질설비에서 가스터빈 출력에 따른 암모니아 소모량 변화

        In this study, ammonia consumption by gas turbine output was adjusted to find out the amount of ammonia consumption that complies with the enhanced Air Quality Preservation Act and internal regulation emission standards in SCR type DeNOx System for a 580 MW Sejong Combined Cycle Power Plant. For measurements, the gas turbine output was varied to 50, 99, 149, 198 MW and ammonia consumption was adjusted with the combustion gas and ammonia supply conditions fixed at each stage. When the emission limit were change from 10 ppm to 8 ppm, ammonia consumption was increased from 78, 93, 105, 133 kg/h to 89, 113, 132, 176 kg/h. The increase rate of ammonia consumption was 14, 22, 26, 32% per output category compared to the 10 ppm emission limit, which was shown to increase as output increased. 본 연구에서는 580 MW급 세종복합발전소의 선택적 촉매환원방식 탈질설비 1호기를 대상으로 강화된 대기환경보전법 및 환경평가협의 질소산화물 허용배출기준을 준수하는 암모니아 소모량을 찾고자 가스터빈 출력별 암모니아 투입량을 조절하며 측정하였다. 측정을 위해 가스터빈 출력은 50, 99, 149 그리고 198 MW로 변동시키고 각 출력단계별 연소가스 및 암모니아 공급조건을 고정한 상태에서 탈질설비 내 암모니아 소모량을 조절하였다. 질소산화물 배출기준을 10 ppm에서 8 ppm으로 변경하였을 때 출력대별 암모니아 소모량은 각각 78, 93, 105 그리고 133 kg/h에서 89, 113, 132 그리고 176 kg/h로 증가 되었다. 암모니아 소모량 증가율은 질소산화물 배출기준 10 ppm 대비 출력대 별 각각 14, 22, 26 그리고 32%로 출력이 증가할 수 록 증가율도 늘어남을 알 수 있었다.

        장기간의 밸리 댄스가 비만 여성들의 혈중 지질 및 동맥 혈류속도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 밸리댄스 참여가 비만 여성들의 혈중 지질 수준 및 동맥 혈류속도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구를 수행하기 위해서 실험군 10명, 통제군 10명 등 두 집단으로 분류하였다, 실험군은 본 연구의 실험설계에 따라 12주간의 밸리댄스 프로그램에 참여 하였다. 각 기간별 안정시 혈중 지질 검사와 초음파 동맥혈류 측정기(TCD)를 이용한 최대 및 평균 혈류 속도를 각 시기별 1회 측정하였으며, 측정 시기별 각 변인의 변화와 변인간의 상호관계를 분석한 결과 혈중 지질 변화는 실험군의 경우 12주 전반에 걸쳐 TC -14.8%, TG -12.3%, TC/HDL-C -28.1%로 유의하게 감소하였고, HDL-C는 18.3%로 높은 증가율을 나타냈다. 동맥 혈류속도 변화는 실험군의 경우 PBV -17.5%, MBV -20.4%의 유의하게 높은 감소율로 나타났으며, 비교군은 각 기간별 약간의 증감 현상만 있었을 뿐 유의한 변화는 없었다. 각 집단과 처치기간간의 상호작용 효과는 TC, PBV 및 MBV에서 유의한 차가 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 살펴볼 때 밸리댄스 참여에 따른 혈중 지질수준의 변화와 동맥 혈류 속도의 개선은 각 변인 상호간의 밀접한 관련성을 예측할 수 있으며, 대상자들이 잠재적 위험요인이 있는 비만 여성들 이라는 점에서 심장을 중심으로 한 혈관계의 기능적 개선이 이루어진 것으로 제시된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of velly dance on blood lipids and artery blood flow velocity in obese women Twenty women were studied: experimental group (10), comparetive group (10), Age range is 30~40. The subjects tested blood lipid and ultra-sound transcranial doppler (TCD) during in velly dance. Peak velocity (PBV) and Mean blood velocity (MBV) were measured at treatment duration. The conclusion of the study was as follows: Change of lipid level during velly dance in each group, experimental group were significant reduced of TC -14.8%, TG -12.3%, TC/HDL-C -28.1% and were increase HDL-C -28.1% during velly dance, Blood velocity of experimental group were significant reduced of PBV -17.5%, MBV 20.4% during velly dance. But comparetive group were not significant different during each duration. Reactive effects for repeated ANOVA were significant different between each group and prescriptive duration in TC, PBV, MBV. In summary, Improvement of artery blood velocity with blood lipids variation during velly dance predicted an interaction of each variation. Cadiovascular system in obesity women considered likely promote to functional improvement with variation on bloow flow velocity.

        체중부하 서킷운동이 비만 아동의 렙틴 및 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 12주간의 체중부하 서킷운동이 렙틴 및 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위하여 비만 남자아동으로 구성된 실험군 10명, 통제군 10명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 동질 집단으로 구성된 비만 아동들은 Inbody 3.0 체지방 분석기를 이용하여 체지방 측정을 하였으며, 체중부하 서킷운동 전·후 렙틴 및 코티졸, ACTH 호르몬을 측정 및 분석하였다. 이원반복분산분석결과 체중부하 서킷운동 전 · 후 렙틴의 결과에서 실험군은 통제군에 비해 53.1%의 유의하게(p<.001) 높은 감소비율을 나타냈다. 스트레스호르몬의 경우 코티졸 농도는 실험군이 통제군에 비해 운동 전 · 후 유의하게(p<.001) 높은 감소비율을 살펴볼때 비만 남자아동의 체중부하 서킷운동은 체지방율의 변화와 연계된 렙틴 호르몬의 감소를 통해 장기간의 체중부하 서킷운동에 적응된 스트레스 호르몬의 변화를 관찰 할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 체중부하 서킷운동 프로그램은 체지방의 변화에 따른 렙틴 수준의 감소 및 스트레스 호르몬의 분비 감소를 통해 비만 아동들에게 효과적인 영향을 미친 것으로 간주된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of 12 weeks of weight-bearing circuit exercise on leptin and stress hormones. To conduct this study, 10 subjects in the experimental group and 10 subjects in the control group consisting of obese boys were selected. Obese children composed of a homogeneous group were measured for body fat using the Inbody 3.0 body fat analyzer, and leptin, cortisol, and ACTH hormones were measured and analyzed before and after weight-bearing circuit exercise. As a result of the two-way iterative analysis of variance, the experimental group showed a significantly(p<.001) higher reduction ratio of leptin before and after weight-bearing circuit exercise compared to the control group by 53.1%. In the case of stress hormone, cortisol concentration was significantly(p<.001) higher before and after exercise in the experimental group than in the control group. Weight-bearing circuit exercise in obese boys reduced the leptin hormone associated with the change in body fat percentage. It was possible to observe changes in stress hormones adapted to long-term weight-bearing circuit exercise. Therefore, it is considered that the weight-bearing circuit exercise program of this study had an effective effect on obese children by reducing the leptin level and the secretion of the stress hormone according to the change in body fat.

      • 전북 형 마을교육과정의 활성화 방향 탐색

        This study analyzed research cases of village education community types through various cases of village-school linkage curriculum at the Jeonbuk-type village school and teacher-level that fit the lives of local communities and students, and concluded as follows. First, in the case of Jeonbuk-type village curriculum, which was based on the village education community, a clear direction and alternative to Jeollabuk-do elementary innovation policy were suggested by creating a curriculum linked to the philosophy and practice of innovation as a future vision of Jeonbuk education. Second, it is true that Jeonbuk education in the past had a certain gap between developers and implementers in the same way as other cities and provinces in the school curriculum. In other words, in general, it was a common form that curriculum development was led by researchers and implementation was left to field teachers. If a village-school-linked curriculum suitable for the Jeonbuk-type village curriculum has been developed and implemented for elementary schools in the early region, the stage of establishing and expanding directions by activating it should proceed. Many point out that one of the problems pointed out in the implementation of the national-level curriculum is that the gap between theory and the field is severe. To improve this, it is important for elementary field teachers and professors from the College of Teachers to participate as executive researchers to solve field problems and find alternatives, and to promote participatory and cooperative joint research that interconnects the field and theory. From this point of view, this study raises that villages and schools based on the region are in a continuous interrelationship, and found that village curriculums created by regions and schools have performed various alternative functions to complement public education.

        청소년의 체육 수업 인식과 미래 스포츠 참여 의지의 관계에서 체육 수업 몰입의 매개 효과 분석

        이 연구는 청소년의 체육 수업 인식과 미래 스포츠 참여 의지의 관계 및 체육수업몰입의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2020년 3월 전주시의 중학교에 재학 중인 학생 216명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하고, 2020년 5월 광주광역시와 전주시의 중·고등학교에 재학 중인 학생 467명을 대상으로 본 조사를 실시하였다. 이 자료를 활용하여 빈도 분석, 기술 통계 분석, 신뢰도, 타당도 분석, 확인적 요인 분석 및 경로 분석, 그리고 매개 효과 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 절차를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육 수업 인식은 체육수업몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 체육수업몰입은 미래 스포츠 참여 의지에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 체육 수업 인식은 미래 스포츠 참여 의지에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지는 않지만, 체육수업몰입을 통해 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 체육 수업 인식과 미래 스포츠 참여 의지의 관계에서 체육수업몰입은 완전 매개 효과를 지니는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 평생체육 활동을 위한 체육 수업과 집중적인 참여 즉 수업몰입의 가치를 강조하고 후속 연구의 이론적 자료 제시에 대한 타당성을 논하였다. Learner-centered This research sought to verify the relationship between South Korean adolescents’ physical education class awareness, their commitment to physical Education Class, and their willingness to participate in future sports. To achieve this purpose, a preliminary survey was conducted on 216 Adolescents in Jeonju in March 2020 and a primary survey was conducted on 467 Adolescents in Gwangju and Jeonju in May 2020. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, confirmatory factor and path analysis, and mediating effect analysis were performed using this data. The following results were obtained: first, physical education class awareness had a positive effect on commitment to physical education class; second, commitment to physical education class had a positive effect on willingness to participate in future sports; third, physical education class awareness did not directly affect the willingness to participate in future sports, but did indirectly affect it through commitment to physical Education Class. In other words, commitment to physical education class has a mediating effect in the relationship between physical education class awareness and willingness to participate in future sports. On the basis of these findings, I emphasize the value of physical education classes and commitment to class for lifelong physical education and discuss the validity of my theoretical data for follow-up studies.

      • 순환운동 교육프로그램이 비만 아동들의 체지방율, 성장호르몬, IGF-I 및 창조성의 생동력 향상에 미치는 영향

        This study is to analysis the effect of circulating training program on body fat%, growth hormone and IGF-I in obese children during 12 weeks in obese children. The subjects was composed of experimental group (n=12) and the control group (n=12). The subjects were measured to body fat%, growth hormone and IGF-I. As a result, body fat% of experimental group represents having significantly (p<.01, p<.001) a high reduction ratio. GH and IGF-I of experimental group showed significantly (p<.001) higher according to the reduction of body fat. Therefore the circuling exercise program presented in this study is considered a positive impact in variation of GH, IGF-I and resolved obesity in children. Forward, through combined exercise program, it was expected the various studies may affect obesity eliminated and the physical development in targeted as obese children

        순환운동이 비만 아동의 동맥 혈류속도 및 렙틴, 인슐린 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 12주간의 순환운동이 동맥의 혈류속도와 렙틴 및 인슐린호르몬에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이 목적이 다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위하여 실험군 11명, 통제군 10명으로 분류하였다. 비만여자아동들은 Inbody 3.0을 이용 하여 체지방률의 측정과 초음파도플러(Ultrasound Doppler)를 이용한 혈관계 변인의 측정 및 렙틴과 인슐린 호르 몬을 분석하였다. 혈관계 변인의 경우 실험군, 통제군의 쇄골하동맥 최대혈류속도는 통계적인 유의한 변화는 없었 다. 평균혈류속도는 실험군의 경우 –12.6%의 유의한 감소비율을 나타냈으나 통제군의 변화는 없었다. 렙틴은 실험 군의 경우 –56.4%의 유의하게 높게 감소하였으며, 통제군은 유의한 차가 없었다. 인슐린의 경우 실험군은 –79.0% 의 유의하게 높은 감소비율을 나타냈으나 통제군은 유의한 변화가 없었다. 요약하면, 비만여자아동의 평균혈류속도 및 체지방율의 감소와 연계된 렙틴과 인슐린의 감소를 통해 장기간의 순환운동에 적응된 혈류변인과 렙틴, 인슐린 의 민감성에 대한 변화를 관찰 할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시된 순환운동 프로그램은 비만의 해소와 혈관 계의 기능적 향상 및 렙틴과 인슐린의 변화에 효과적인 영향을 미친 것으로 판단되며, 추후 비만여자아동의 체지방 조절, 심혈관기능과 대사성 호르몬의 개선을 위한 효율적인 유산소성 운동프로그램으로 제시하고자한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blood flow velocity of the artery and its effect on leptin and insulin. In order to carry out this study, 11 experimental and 10 control groups were classified. Obese children measured body fat rates using Inbody 3.0, measured blood relationship variables using Ultrasound Doppler, and analyzed leptin and insulin hormones. For blood relationship variables, the maximal blood flow rate of the subclavian artery in the experimental group and in the control group was not statistically significant; the mean blood flow rate was a significant reduction rate of –12.6% for the experimental group, but no change in the control group. Leptin was significantly reduced by –56.4% for the experimental group, with the control group having no significant difference. In the case of insulin, the experimental group had a significantly higher reduction rate of –79.0%, and the control group had no significant difference. In summary, the decrease of leptin and insulin hormones linked to the decrease in the average blood flow rate and body fat rate of the obese child was able to observe changes in blood flow rate, leptin and insulin sensitivity adapted to long-term circulation movements. Therefore, the cyclical motion program presented in this study is judged to have had an effective effect on the functional improvement of blood relations and the change of leptin and insulin, and is presented as an efficient aerobic exercise program for the adjustment of body fat in obese children, cardiovascular function and metabolic hormones in the future.

        등속성 보강 트레이닝시 대퇴부 근력발현 및 최대 근려발휘각의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to analyze for changes of thigh strength revelation and peak touqre angle during isokinetic exercise in each angle velocity. Subjects were classify to low velocity exercise(8) and medium velocity exercise(7). They were measured and evaluated to the strength and peak torque angle in each angle velocity by isokinetic exercise during 4 weeks through kin-corn The finding of this study were as follows: 1. Extension strength in each angle velocity show high in the low velocity to L·V·G and medium velocity to M·V·G, but significant increment of strength showed at low velocity 30˚/sec and 90˚/sec(p<.05). Also, flexsion strength showed high in the low velocity to L·V·G and medium velocity to M·V·G, but significant increment of strength showed at low velocity 60˚/sec and medium velocity 150˚/sec, 180˚/sec(p<.05). 2. Peak torque angle at extension showed a significant different at medium velocity 150˚/sec and 180˚/sec between two group in each angle velocity(p<.05). Peak torque angle during exercise duration in each group showed a significant high increment at low velocity 60˚/sec and medium velocity 150˚/sec, 180˚/sec(p<.05). Peak torque angle at extension showed a significant different at all test velocity with the exception of 30 ° /sec, 180 ° /sec between two group in each angle velocity(p<.05, p<.001). Peak torque angle during exercise duration in each group showed a significant high increment at all test velocity with the exception of 60˚/sec(p<.05, p<.01). Within the scope of this study, for the greatest to strength increment during short duration and all range of thigh muscle contraction make judgment be effective to training execution of medium velocity than low velocity.

        전방십자인대 재건술 후 단기간의 등속 재활운동이 대퇴부 근 기능에 미치는 효과

        The study was to examine effects of short-term isokinetic rehabilitation for thigh muscle function after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. The injured patients(n=9) after treatment and securing initial muscular during 1-2weeks after surgery were examining the changes muscle strength and muscle cross-sectional area after continuous passive exercise(CPE) in isokinetic rehabilitation program of 5 weeks using the kin-com. As a result: Injury side by angular velocity was significantly increased muscle strength(p<.001) and thigh muscle cross-sectional area(p<.01) after CPE. Injury side for normal side appeared to high muscle recovery at 30°/sec(extensor 109.0%, flexor 46.3%), 60°/sec(extensor 120.1%, flexor 47.9%) and According to the high strength recovery, it was confirmed early muscle function improvement of thigh close to muscle cross-sectional area size for the normal side(4.89%). Therefore, CPE treatment with low-speeds in patients after reconstruction can be presented short-term rehabilitation program as the process by induction of normal isokinetic exercise, and early return and shortened rehabilitation period.
