        지적 장애청소년의 흥미유발과 몰입을 위한 시청각적 자극 강화 박물관 유물감상 모바일 애플리케이션 디자인 -국립 민속박물관 소장 악기 감상 콘텐츠 제안을 중심으로-

        In the achievement standards of the subject of art in the 2015 basic curriculum for special education, providing the opportunity to appreciate arts and culture out of school is emphasized. However, it’s often difficult for adolescents with intellectual disabilities to take an active part in hands-on cultural activities on account of their limited physical and mental development, failure of flow, failure of arousing interest, and the poor artistic expertise of special education teachers. In this study, a mobile application for the appreciation of museum relics that included audiovisual stimuli to stir up the interest and flow of adolescents with intellectual disabilities was suggested, and this application especially dealt with musical instruments possessed by the National Folk Museum of Korea. The mobile application suggested in this study was comprehensive of a universal design concept that involved interaction design and inclusive design as a sort of GUI. As for the research method, the state of arts and culture education in 2019 was investigated to set the right direction for the development of the application by analyzing related literatures and cases and by interviewing those who engaged in special education. The UI design of the application with reinforced audiovisual stimuli, on which this study focused on, was developed by creating affordance-based application UX work-flow and through wire frame and service simulation. In conclusion, this study is expected to have a more accurate understanding of the artistic and cultural experiences of teenagers with intellectual disabilities, to provide the opportunity for them to appreciate national cultural heritage, and ultimately to make a contribution to the improvement of the quality of life of adolescents. 2015 특수교육 기본 교육과정에서는 학교 밖 문화예술 감상기회의 제공을 성취기준을 통해 강조하고있다. 하지만 지적 장애청소년의 경우 정신발달의 제한성으로 인한 몰입과 흥미 유발의 실패 등으로 문화체험 활동에 적극적으로 참여하기 어렵다. 따라서 본연구에서는 지적 장애청소년을 대상으로 흥미유발과몰입을 위한 시청각적 자극 강화 박물관 유물감상 모바일 애플리케이션을 국립 민속박물관 소장악기를 중심으로 제안하였다. 제안된 모바일 애플리케이션은 인터렉션 디자인과 인클루시브(Inclusive) 디자인을 GUI (Graphic User Interface) 컨셉으로 하여 유니버셜 디자인적 개념을 포함하고 있다. 연구방법으로는 지적장애청소년의 문화예술교육현황을 2019년을 기준으로사례 및 특수교육 관계자 인터뷰를 통해 파악하여 디자인의 개발 방향성을 설정하였다. 주요 개발 내용인시청각자극 강화 애플리케이션 UI디자인은 어포던스에 따른 UX 워크 플로우 구성과 와이어 프레임, 서비스 시뮬레이션을 통해 구체화되었다. 결과적으로 본연구는 지적 장애청소년들의 문화예술에 대한 이해를높이고, 나아가 우리 문화유산에 대한 감상기회를 제공함으로써 지적 장애청소년들의 삶의 질을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        시각장애아의 미술 감상교육관련 국내 선행연구 동향 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze trends in domestic Preceding studies related to art appreciation education for children with visual impairments based on the results of keyword searches in March, 2020, from the web site of RISS run by Korea Education and Research Information Service. Eight key words were used: ‘Visual Impairments in Korean,’ ‘Arts Education in Korean,’ ‘Art Education in Korean,’ ‘Appreciation in Korean,’ ‘Visual Impairments,’ ‘Blind Students’, ‘Art(s)’, and ‘Appreciation’. The key words were added one by one during the searches. As a result, it’s confirmed that there were many earlier studies related to visual impairments, but that studies which connected ‘Visual Impairments’ with ‘Arts Education’ and ‘Art Education’ were very scarce. When six papers that were retrieved from the RISS site by adding the key words ‘Art Education and Appreciation’ to the keyword ‘Visual Impairments’ and that were most associated with art appreciation education for children with visual impairments were analyzed in detail, the need for the development of textbooks, teaching aids and programs in consideration of the specificity of students with visual impairments was ascertained in all the papers. One thing to note was that it’s difficult to find appreciation education activities related to design, though design is considered important in modern society. In the future, an empirical field study will be implemented by developing textbooks and teaching aids, which make it possible to overcome the limitations of our country’s art appreciation education for children with visual impairments that were analyzed in this study, in order to back up the rights of those in need of special education to educational excellence and equity. 본 연구의 목적은 2020년 3월 기준, 한국교육학술정보원에서 운영하는 RISS 웹 사이트를 통한 키워드 검색 결과를 바탕으로 시각장애아의 미술 감상교육관련국내 선행연구 동향을 분석 한 것이다. 한국어의 ‘시각장애’, ‘예술교육’, ‘미술교육’, ‘감상’, 영어의 ‘Visual Impairment’, ‘Blind Students’, ‘Art(s)’, ‘Appreciation’ 총 8가지 키워드를 사용하여 기본 키워드에 키워드를하나씩 추가하면서 검색결과를 산출하였다. 그 결과 시각장애관련 선행연구는 다수 있었으나 ‘시각장애’와 ‘예술교육’, ‘미술교육’과 상호 연계된 연구는 매우 부족한것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 RISS 사이트에서 ‘시각장애’ + ‘미술교육 + 감상’ 키워드 조합하여 검색되어진시각장애아의 미술 감상교육과 가장 연관 있는 6건의선행 논문들을 구체적으로 분석 한 결과, 공통적으로시각장애아 학생들의 특수성을 고려한 수업 교재, 교구, 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 디자인이 현대사회에서 중요시 되고 있으나 그와 관련된감상교육활동은 찾기 어려웠다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 본 연구에서 분석된 우리나라 시각장애아의 미술 감상교육의 한계점을 극복할 교재, 교구, 내용 개발을 통한 현장적용의 실증연구를 통해 특수교육 대상자의 교육적 수월성과 평등성의 권리를 지원하고자 한다.

        지적 장애학습자를 위한 증강현실(AR) 기술 활용 화폐교육 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 -2015 기본 교육과정 고등학교 ‘수학’ 교과를 중심으로-

        독립적인 활동을 위한 사회화 과정에서는 금전적 가치를 이해하고 활용하는 것을 필요로 한다. 하지만 지적 장애를 가진 학습자의 경우 이론적인 수리 개념을 실생활에 활용하는데 어려움을 느끼기 때문에 타인에게 도움을 받아야하는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지적 장애 학습자의 실질적이고 효과적인 화폐교육을 위하며 2015 기본 교육과정 고등학교 수학 교육과정의 화폐단원을 중심으로 증강현실(Augmented Reality) 기술을 활용한 모바일 애플리케이션을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 지적장애 학습자의 특성에 관한 이론적 배경과 특수교육 수학 교육교재 및 증강현실(AR) 관련 교육 콘텐츠 선행사례 분석을 통해 개발 애플리케이션의 방향성을 설정하였다. 선행사례 연구를 통해 확인 할 수 있었던 것은 지적 장애 학습자의 학습적 목표는 실제 삶에 도움을 줄 수 있는 주체적인 인간 양성에 그 목적을 두었다는 것이다. 또한 이를 이루기 위해 반드시 넘어야 할 학습 장애 요소로서 학습의 지속성을 찾아낼 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 화폐단원 학습내용에 증강현실(AR) 기술을 결합하여 사칙연산 학습을 게이미피케이션(Gamification)과 같은 시각적 활동과 흥미요소가 강화된 에플리케이션 디자인 전략을 사용하였다. 또한 지적 장애를 가진 학습자의 학습⋅인지적 특성에 맞추어 소통형, 체험형 디자인 워크 플로우(Work-flow)를 제시하고 그에 따른 색상, 이미지, 사용자 기반 아키텍쳐 등을 구성하였다. 증강현실(AR) 기술은 인지적 혹은 신체적 장애로 인해 교실이 아닌 실제 현장에서 학습하기 어려운지적 장애 학습자에게 공간적 제약을 벗어날 수 있도록 도움을 준다. 본 연구에서 개발된 AR기반 화폐교육 어플리케이션은 학습인지 과정에 있어 어려움을 겪는 지적장애 학습자에게 디지털 매체를 활용한 오감적 자극이 인지 강화로 이어져 더욱 효과적인 교육활동을 수행하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. It"s needed to understand and utilize monetary value in the socialization process that is to ensure independency. But learners with intellectual disabilities need help from others because they have difficulty in applying theoretical mathematical principles and concepts to real life. In this study, a mobile application was presented to provide more practical and effective money education for learners with intellectual disabilities by applying AR(augmented reality) technology to the money unit of the mathematics curriculum of the 2015 basic high school curriculum. Theories on the characteristics of learners with intellectual disabilities, math textbooks for special education and earlier cases on AR-related educational content were analyzed to determine the direction for the development of the application. As a result of analyzing the earlier cases, it"s ascertained that the goal of education for learners with intellectual disabilities is to be of use to their real lives to foster independent people. And the continuity of learning was identified as the learning barrier that must be overcome. Therefore in this study, AR technology was applied to the educational content of the money unit to formulate an application design strategy that included visual activities such as gamification and strengthened the fun factor to teach the four fundamental arithmetic operations. In addition, a communicative and hands-on design workflow was presented in consideration of the learning and cognitive characteristics of learners with intellectual disabilities, and appropriate colors, images and user-based architecture were determined based on that. It"s difficult for learners with intellectual disabilities to learn out of the classroom on account of their cognitive or physical disabilities, and AR technology assists them in breaking away from such spatial constraints. Besides, exciting the senses by digital media that is followed by reinforced cognition is expected to increase the effectiveness of the educational activities of these learners who face difficulty in the process of learning cognition.

        문학과 미술 융합 교육을 위한 인터랙티브 체험형 애플리케이션 개발

        목적 본 연구는 문학과 미술 융합 교육을 위한 인터랙티브 체험형 애플리케이션 개발을 통해 융합 교육의 효과성을 극대화하고 학습자의 학업성취도를 높일 수 있는 긍정적인 방향성을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 두 영역의 공통분모로 ‘회화성’과 ‘초현실주의’를 도출하고, 구체적인 작품을 활용하여 교육 자료를 제작하였다. 이를 바탕으로 개발한 애플리케이션은 문학과 미술에 나타나는 회화적 요소를 직접 체험해볼 수 있는 활동을 제시함으로써 학습자의 이해도와 흥미를 충분히 끌어올릴 수 있다. 또한 형식상 유사성을 보이는 이상의 시와 마그리트의 회화를 함께 제시하여 문학과 미술 영역의 상호보완적 효과를 극대화하고, 다소 생소할 수 있는 ‘초현실주의’의 개념을 쉽게 익힐 수 있게 했다. 결과 시각적 표현과 더불어 AR 요소를 접목한 다양한 학습활동, 학습자들의 학습을 용이하게 하는 내레이션을 적용하여 애플리케이션이 개발되었다. 또한 전자 교과서 형태로 구성된 본 애플리케이션은 태블릿 PC의 보급이 활발한 현대 흐름에 맞게 화면 크기와 배치를 설정하여 학습자와 교수자 모두에게 활용이 가능하게 하였고, 스마트폰과의 호환성도 함께 고려하여 개발하였다. 결론 인터랙티브 체험형 애플리케이션은 학습자의 흥미를 고취시키고 적극적인 활동을 유도할 수 있는 방향으로 개발되었으며, 애플리케이션의 적절한 활용을 통해 융합적 교육 방법의 질적 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. Objectives This study develops an interactive experiential application for literature and art convergence education. The purpose is to present a positive direction to maximize the effectiveness of convergence education and increase learners academic achievement. Methods Conversation and Surrealism were derived as common denominators of the two areas, and educational materials were produced using specific works. The application developed based on this can sufficiently enhance learners understanding and interest by presenting activities to directly experience the pictorial elements that appear in literature and art. In addition, by presenting poems and Magritte s paintings showing formal similarity together, it is possible to maximize the complementary effect of literature and art, and to easily learn the concept of “surrealism.” Results The application was developed by applying various learning activities incorporating AR elements in addition to visual expression, and narration that facilitates learners learning. In addition, this application, which is in the form of an electronic textbook, has been developed by setting the screen size and layout in line with the modern trend of active tablet PC distribution, enabling both learners and instructors to utilize it, and compatibility with smartphones as well. Conclusions Interactive experiential applications have been developed in the direction of inspiring learners interest and inducing active activities. It is expected that the quality of convergent education methods can be improved through proper use of applications.

        요추부 질환에 적용하는 추나 치료에 대한 국내 연구 동향

        Objectives : The present study examines the domestic trend of Chuna treatments on lumbar spinal disorder in Korea. Methods : We investigated the studies on Chuna treatments for lumbar spinal disorder via searching 10 Korean web databases. As a result, 63 research papers were found to be analyzed according to their published year, the titles of journals, the types of study, the techniques of Chuna, the instruments for assessment, the Chuna technique and the number of the treatment trials by the cases of lumbar spinal disorder and ethical approvals. Results : The number of the research papers published tends to increase every year. The studies on Chuna treatments were mainly published in The Journal of Korea CHUNA Manual Medicine for Spine & Nerves. The most frequently adopted technique of Chuna in the examined studies was Cox flexion & distraction technique. Visual analogue scale(VAS), oswestry disability questionnaire(ODI) were used as primary means of assessments. The ethical problems of the examined studies needed to be improved. Conclusion : Reviewing the domestic trend of studies on Chuna treatments for lumbar spinal disorder and examining the strong and weak points of those treatments are essential for the future studies. It is anticipated that this review benefits the future in-depth study on the treatments for Chuna in Korean medicine.

        동결견에 대한 뜸치료 효과의 체계적 문헌고찰

        Objectives The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of moxibustion theraphy for frozen shoulder through systematic review and meta-analysis. Methods The effect of moxibustion for frozen shoulder was constructed as a key question to search randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in 16 databases without type of publication restriction. Results A total of 790 studies were searched and 22 RCTs were finally selected through primary and secondary selection/exclusion process. In most of the evaluation indexes used in each study, moxibustion treatment for shoulder pain was statistically significant compared with other treatments. A meta-analysis of effective rate in 10 studies comparing moxibustion with acupuncture and acupuncture showed a statistically significant effect of moxibustion treatment. And there was a significant effect on the improvement of the shoulder mobility, but the effect size of shoulder pain was no significant effect for shoulder pain reduction. In addition in the result of meta-analysis of 4 studies' effective rate comparing moxibustion with electronic acupuncture, the effect of moxibustion was significantly higher than that of electronic acupuncture in frozen shoulder. Conclusions Moxibustion therapy was effective in symptoms in patients with frozen shoulder. However because of the high risk of bias in the quality of the included studies, the applicability of this study seems to be limited. It is thought that future randomized controlled trials will need to be designed and performed by reviewing ways to minimize bias. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2019;29(3):35-49)

        This study was performed to analyze the recent trend of the studies about obesity in medicine and to provide background for futher studies. Methods: All of the article were selected in "The Korean Journal of Obesity". Search were conducted through "http://kosso.or.kr" with the search word "obesity". Collected articles were classified into clinical study, experimental study, literary study, case report. Results: One hundred eighty four studies were included and analyzed in terms of study design, subject, intervention, period, obesity index and so on. The numbers of clinical studies, literary studies, experimental studies, case reports were respectively 143 (77.7%), 26 (14.1%), 2 (1.1%) and 7 (3.8%). In clinical studies, observational studies were 112 (78.3%) and intervention studies were 31 (21.7%). And most of sample sizes were more than 100 and less than 499. Body mass index, waist circumstance, body fat percent were major criteria of clinical study. Most of the subjects on obesity were about relation with another disease or experimental results and diagnosis. According to classification by the kinds of intervention, diet, exercise, drug, behavior were respectively 22, 18, 8, and 8. More than fourty percent of intervention studies were studied for 12 weeks. Conclusions: To improve the quality of Korean Medicine study for obesity, we need to recruiting big sample size and activate randomized clinical trial.

        하지방사통을 동반한 요추 추간판 탈출증 환자에 대한 이상근 MSAT 치료군과 비치료군의 후향적 호전도 비교 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of MSAT (Mostion style acuputure treatment) on piriformis muscle regarding leg radiating pain with HIVD of L-SPINE. Methods Forty patients who received inpatient treatment from Febuarary 1 to March 31, 2014 in the Daejon-Jaseng oriental medicine hospital were divided into 2 groups by blocked randomization : Group A (n=20)=routine treatment on HIVD of L-SPINE with MSAT on piriformis muscle and Group B (n=20)=routine treatment on HIVD of L-SPINE (acupuncture, Shinbaro pharmacopuncture, herb medication, chuna treatment and physiotherapy). The MSAT (Mostion style acuputure treatment) on piriformis muscle was administered each day and both groups were received routine treatment each day. Evaluations were made before treatment, after 3 days and 7 days, and before discharge using the NRS (numeric rating scale) and ODI (oswestry disability index). The statistically significance was evaluated by SPSS 18.0 for windows. Results Compared to before treatment, the NRS (numeric rating scale) and ODI (oswestry disability index) of both A and B groups after 3, 7 days and before discharge of treatment significantly decreased (p<0.05). Regarding group comparison, the NRS (numeric rating scale) and ODI (oswestry disability index) of A group was significantly lower than the B group at 3, 7 days, before dischanre (p<0.05). Regarding improvement of the NRS (numeric rating scale) and ODI (oswestry disability index), A group was significantly lower than the B group at 3 day (NRS), 7day (ODI) (p=0.000) but there was no significant difference between the two groups at 7 days (NRS) and before discharge (p>0.05). Conclusions Compared to just routine treatment, the MSAT (Mostion style acuputure treatment) on piriformis muscle significantly improved the NRS (numeric rating scale) and ODI (oswestry disability index) after 3, 7 days, and before discharge. Because early intervention determines the grade of Leg radiating pain with HIVD of L-SPINE, the MSAT (Mostion style acuputure treatment) on piriformisat the early stage will be clinically helpful to patients.         한방 복합치료를 진행한 회전근개 파열 환자 치험 41예: 후향적 관찰 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the improvement of complex Korean Medicine treatment for patients with rotator cuff injuries and determine the clinical improvement by number of damaged lesion. Methods Forty-one patients who diagnosed with rotator cuff injury were included in the retrospective study. Patients were treated with acupuncture, electroacupuncture and pharmacopuncture. Clinical outcomes were assessed using Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Shoulder Pain and Disablity Index (SPADI) and EuroQol-5 Dimension Index (EQ-5D Index). Results Both NRS and SPADI scores were significantly reduced after treatment (p<0.01), but EQ-5D for assessing quality of life and clinical improvement by number of damaged lesion were no significant improvement (p>0.05). Conclusions These results show that patients with rotator cuff injuries could gain improvement from complex Korean Medicine. Further research is required to confirm the effectiveness of Korean Medicine treatment. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2018;28(4):81-87)
