        스마트 TV 리모컨 인터랙션 유형별 사용성 비교 연구

        Objective: This study aims to conduct usability test for Smart TV based on interaction type of remote control for enhancing user experience. Background: As an increasing of purchasing of Smart TV, it is considered as a representative platform and device in a home entertainment. The provision of remote control with efficient access and interactive method is important to obtain product competitiveness. Method: A total of twenty people participated in the main experiment. Each subject performed five user scenario including general and smart task functions. General and motion remote control were selected as an experimental variable. The eye movements for the subjects were collected through eye tracking system. In addition, the participants rated subjective workload and satisfaction in terms of usability for Smart TV. Results: The ratio of gaze duration for the motion remote control was relatively low compared to that for the general remote control. The motion remote control induced lower user"s workload and greater subjective satisfaction while performing the smart functions. Conclusion: The motion remote control applied to the pointing interaction is more appropriate for complex and serial tasks in Smart TV. Application: The results of this study will contribute to design the usability guideline in regards to Smart TV interaction.

        VR 체육 수업이 초등학생의 운동노력, 지각된 건강상태, 지각된 즐거움, 자기효능감, 운동지속의도에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 초등학교에서 VR 체육 수업이 학생들의 운동노력, 지각된 건강상태, 지각된 즐거움, 자기효능감 및 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 5학년 212명을 대상으로 2019년 4월 1일부터 6월 7일까지 비동등성 대조군 전후설계 모형을 적용한 준실험 연구를 설계하여, 총 10회기(20차시)에 걸친 VR 체육 수업을 실험집단에 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, VR 체육 수업을 경험한 학습자 집단과 전통적인 체육 수업을 받은 학습자 집단 간에 운동노력, 지각된 즐거움, 자기효능감, 운동지속의도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 성별에 따른 실험집단과 비교집단 간 차이를 검정한 결과 남학생은 지각된 즐거움, 여학생은 지각된 즐거움과 운동지속의도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 지각된 즐거움과 자기효능감은 운동지속의도에 유의한 영향을 미친 반면, 운동노력과 지각된 건강상태는 운동지속의도에 유의한 영향력이 없었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 초등학교에서 VR 체육 수업의 활용에 관한 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of VR physical education program on students exercise efforts, self-perceived health status, perceived pleasure, exercise self-efficacy, and exercise sustainability in physical education of elementary school. To this end, a quasi-experimental study using nonequivalent control group pre-test design model was designed for fifth-grade elementary school students, and a total of 10 VR physical education programs were conducted in the experimental group. The results of the study showed that, firstly, there were a statistically significant differences between the two groups in exercise efforts, perceived pleasure, exercise self-efficacy, and exercise sustainability between learners who experienced VR physical education program and those who received traditional physical education class. There was no statistically significant difference in self-perceived health status. Second, as a result of testing the difference between the experimental group and the comparative group according to gender, there was a significant difference in perceived pleasure for male students and perceived pleasure and exercise sustainability for female students. Third, perceived pleasure and exercise self-efficacy had a significant effect on exercise sustainability, and exercise efforts and self-perceived health status had no significant influence on exercise sustainability. Based on the results of this study, the implications for the application of VR physical education program in elementary school are presented in the conclusions and suggestions.

        초등학생의 학업성취동기, 학습몰입, 학습만족, 학업적 자기효능감 간의 관계

        본 연구는 초등학생의 ‘학업성취동기’, ‘학습몰입’, ‘학습만족’, ‘학업적 자기효능감’ 간 관계를 구조모형으로 살펴보고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 경기도에 소재한 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생 895명의 응답 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 초등학생의 학업성취동기는 학업적 자기효능감에 가장 크게 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학업성취동기는 학습몰입과 학습만족에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업성취동기는 학습몰입 또는 학습만족을 매개하는 단순매개효과 및 학습몰입과 학습만족을 매개로 하는 이중매개효과 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째. 학습몰입은 학습만족과 학업적 자기효능감에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치고, 학습만족을 매개하여 학업적 자기효능감에 간접적인 정적 영향도 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 학습만족은 학업적 자기효능감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 초등학생들의 학업적 자기효능감에 영향을 주는 요인들의 관계를 검증하였다는 데 의의가 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 초등학생의 학업적 자기효능감을 높이기 시사점을 제언하였다. This study aimed to examine the relationship between “academic achievement motivation”, “learning immersion”, “learning satisfaction”, and “academic self-efficacy” perceived by elementary school students as a structural model. To this end, 895 fifth-grade and sixth-grade elementary school students in Gyeonggi-do Province responded. First, research results showed that the motivation of elementary school students to achieve academic performance has the greatest static effect on their academic self-efficacy. Second, academic achievement motivation has been shown to have a direct static effect on learning immersion and learning satisfaction. Third, both the simple parameter effect that mediates learning immersion or learning satisfaction and the dual parameter effect that mediates learning immersion and learning satisfaction have a significant impact. Fourth, learning immersion has a direct static effect on learning satisfaction and academic self-efficacy, and indirect static effect on academic self-efficacy by mediating learning satisfaction. Fifth, learning satisfaction has been shown to have a static effect on academic self-efficacy. This study is meaningful in verifying the relationship between factors that influence elementary school students academic self-efficacy, and based on this, suggested the implications for increasing elementary school students academic self-efficacy.

        고객 만족도 향상을 위한 제품의 핵심 설계요소 도출 프로세스에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study focused on procedure and methodology for finding the critical design factors in the early stage of product development process. Methods: Firstly, three key criteria, function, affection and usability were defined as the determining factors on customer satisfaction. Secondly, evaluation matrix in terms of each key criteria was proposed for extraction of the critical design factors. Lastly, method of integrating the importance among three key criteria was suggested using structured equation model. Results: As a results of integrating the importance, design factors such as touch sensitiveness and touch method were rated as low in terms of affection. However, these factors were obtained for high ratings with respect to functionality and usability. Thus, touch-related design factors were more facilitated for enhancing customer satisfaction. Conclusion: It is expected that the process suggested in this research could be a considerably useful to maximize customer satisfaction in the early stage of product development process.

        디자인씽킹의 공공디자인 적용: 부산 온천공원의 시민 활용도 증진을 중심으로

        Objective: The aim of this study is to resolve community problems and improve the public design of Busan Oncheon Park through design thinking process. Background: Among the public deigns, urban rivers are becoming more important as spaces for citizens to rest. Urban green areas, including rivers, directly affect the health of citizens and enhance the quality of public space. Oncheon park, which is easily accessible as densely populated areas, and which can develop the surrounding business area, was selected as a target for improvement. This study will explore measures to improve the safety, the comfort of the park, river utilization, and the quality of public space. Method: The research process was conducted through the five stages of the design thinking process: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Evaluate. The first evaluation was based on the assessment of four UX experts and sixteen citizens who have visited the park. The second evaluation was performed on the survey for sixty users who usually use the park. Results: “Safety Fence” to prevent children from falling into the river, “Underground LED Light” to prevent collision between bicycles and pedestrians, “LED license plate and safety bell” installed on streetlights to identify their location, and “Bench combined with bike rack” to prevent parked bicycles interrupting the passage of other bicycles were proposed. Conclusion: Changes in the surrounding space can change our lives. The refined Oncheon park will prevent accidents and allow for quick countermeasures against accidents. The image of the park and the subsequent revitalization of the cafe street can be expected. In addition, it is expected that the quality of life and health of neighboring citizens will be improved. Application: The suggestions from this study can be applied to other parks based on users’ opinions in terms of participatory ergonomics.

        대학교수의 교수역량에 대한 중요도 인식 ­ A대학 교수자를 중심으로

        교수역량은 교수로서 갖추어야 할 일반적 교수역량과 함께 각 대학의 교육비전과 인재상, 특성 및 상황에 따라 특별히 강조되어야 할 역량도 포함되기 때문에 대학별로 강조되는 교수역량에 차이가 발생한다. 따라서 더욱 정확한 교수역량 진단으로 해당 대학의 조직역량 특성을 반영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 보건계열 중심의 A대학의 중요도와 실행도를 분석하고, 이를 IPA에 적용하여 교수역량의 우선순위 및 대학교수들이 인식하는 교수역량을 살펴보는데 있다. A대학의 120명 교수를 대상으로 2019년 7월 1일부터 7월 12일까지 설문지를 배부하였다. 자료 분석에 사용한 유효한 설문지는 총 85부로 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 대응표본 t-검정를 실시하였으며 IPA분석을 하였다. 연구결과 A대학 교수역량 전체에 대한 중요도와 실행도에서 가장 큰 차이를 나타낸 핵심역량 전체 영역은 교과지식이였으며, 핵심역량 영역별에서는 연구, 독서활동과 강의 후 성찰, 강의계획안 작성, 외부(학교, 교수)상호협력, 협동학습 기회 제공으로 나타났다. 인구학적 실행에 따른 중요도-실행도 차이가 가장 크게 나타난 영역은 성별에 따른 차이분석에서 남자는 자원관리, 여자는 교과지식이였고, 직급에 따른 차이분석에서 정교수는 환경조성, 부교수이하는 진단성찰이였다. IPA분석 결과 최우선으로 개선해야 할 항목은 다양한 과제 제공으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 A대학과 비슷한 교육목표와 조직을 가지고 있는 대학에 근무하는 교수자의 교수역량 강화를 위한 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. Because teaching competences include general teaching skills to be equipped as professors and those to be emphasized according to each university s educational vision, talent, and characteristics, there is a difference in teaching ability that is emphasized by each university. Therefore, a more accurate diagnosis of teaching competency needs to reflect the characteristics of the organizational competency of the university. This study is based on analyzing the importance and practice of universities A centered on the health system and applying it to IPA to identify the priorities of teaching competencies. The questionnaire was distributed to 120 professors at the University of A from July 2, 2019 to July 13, 2019. A total of 85 valid questionnaires were used for data analysis, and a corresponding sample t-test was conducted using SPS 25.0 and an IPA analysis was performed. The study found that the entire area of core competences, which showed the greatest difference in importance and practice, was textbook knowledge, and that each area of core competency was research, reading activities and post-teaching reflections, providing opportunities for cooperative learning, outside (school, teaching) mutual cooperation, and providing opportunities for cooperative learning. The areas where the difference in importance-execution according to demographic practice was the resource management of men and the knowledge of women s textbooks in the analysis of differences by gender, and the sophistication professor in the analysis of differences by rank was the environmental composition and the diagnostic reflection of co-chairs. The IPA analysis showed that the top priority items for improvement were to provide various tasks. This research result is meaningful in that it provides basic data on the development of programs to strengthen the teaching ability of professors working at universities with similar educational goals and organizations.

        제품 고급감 요인 도출을 위한 비교연구: 활성화 확산 이론과 요인분석을 중심으로

        Objective: Luxuriousness means that it is an affection related to or feeling premium and prestige. This study aims to derive the product"s luxuriousness factor based on spreading activation theory. Background: Recently, the luxuriousness factor has been emphasized in the product development. Laptops are high-involvement products and highly sensitive to prices. As a result, the products with both functionality and luxuriousness are leading to the laptop market. Method: Affection vocabulary in product, visual, and interior design were primary collected through literature review. Next, affection vocabulary was grouped and reduced according to the degree of association with product luxuriousness and synonym or antonym criteria. Then, the final evaluation vocabulary was selected to assess the luxuriousness of the laptop. A total of 15 participants performed the affection evaluation on mobile device. Results: Affection vocabulary belonging to a group of short-response times related to the luxuriousness of laptop included neat, functional, classy, light and slim. Convenient, superior, and delicate were chosen to be related to luxuriousness but the response time was relatively high. Meanwhile, friendly, beautiful, familiar, curved, new, harmonious, and fancy were found to be ambiguous or less relevant to judge in terms of laptop luxuriousness. Conclusion: The affection vocabulary of neat, functional, classy, light and slim was determined to be luxurious based on spreading activation theory. These were defined as function-related factors, slim-related factors, and classy design-related factors. In addition, it can be confirmed that there is not much difference on the luxuriousness factors through the factor analysis. Application: This study will contribute to determining the applicability of deriving luxuriousness factors analyzing the response time to choose compared to factor analysis, which requires a large number of participants and is based on subjective evaluations.
