        고객 만족도 향상을 위한 제품의 핵심 설계요소 도출 프로세스에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study focused on procedure and methodology for finding the critical design factors in the early stage of product development process. Methods: Firstly, three key criteria, function, affection and usability were defined as the determining factors on customer satisfaction. Secondly, evaluation matrix in terms of each key criteria was proposed for extraction of the critical design factors. Lastly, method of integrating the importance among three key criteria was suggested using structured equation model. Results: As a results of integrating the importance, design factors such as touch sensitiveness and touch method were rated as low in terms of affection. However, these factors were obtained for high ratings with respect to functionality and usability. Thus, touch-related design factors were more facilitated for enhancing customer satisfaction. Conclusion: It is expected that the process suggested in this research could be a considerably useful to maximize customer satisfaction in the early stage of product development process.

        VR 체육 수업이 초등학생의 운동노력, 지각된 건강상태, 지각된 즐거움, 자기효능감, 운동지속의도에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 초등학교에서 VR 체육 수업이 학생들의 운동노력, 지각된 건강상태, 지각된 즐거움, 자기효능감 및 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 5학년 212명을 대상으로 2019년 4월 1일부터 6월 7일까지 비동등성 대조군 전후설계 모형을 적용한 준실험 연구를 설계하여, 총 10회기(20차시)에 걸친 VR 체육 수업을 실험집단에 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, VR 체육 수업을 경험한 학습자 집단과 전통적인 체육 수업을 받은 학습자 집단 간에 운동노력, 지각된 즐거움, 자기효능감, 운동지속의도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 성별에 따른 실험집단과 비교집단 간 차이를 검정한 결과 남학생은 지각된 즐거움, 여학생은 지각된 즐거움과 운동지속의도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 지각된 즐거움과 자기효능감은 운동지속의도에 유의한 영향을 미친 반면, 운동노력과 지각된 건강상태는 운동지속의도에 유의한 영향력이 없었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 초등학교에서 VR 체육 수업의 활용에 관한 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of VR physical education program on students exercise efforts, self-perceived health status, perceived pleasure, exercise self-efficacy, and exercise sustainability in physical education of elementary school. To this end, a quasi-experimental study using nonequivalent control group pre-test design model was designed for fifth-grade elementary school students, and a total of 10 VR physical education programs were conducted in the experimental group. The results of the study showed that, firstly, there were a statistically significant differences between the two groups in exercise efforts, perceived pleasure, exercise self-efficacy, and exercise sustainability between learners who experienced VR physical education program and those who received traditional physical education class. There was no statistically significant difference in self-perceived health status. Second, as a result of testing the difference between the experimental group and the comparative group according to gender, there was a significant difference in perceived pleasure for male students and perceived pleasure and exercise sustainability for female students. Third, perceived pleasure and exercise self-efficacy had a significant effect on exercise sustainability, and exercise efforts and self-perceived health status had no significant influence on exercise sustainability. Based on the results of this study, the implications for the application of VR physical education program in elementary school are presented in the conclusions and suggestions.

        초등교사의 기초학력부진아 지도실태분석을 통한 학력 신장 지원방안

        본 연구의 목적은 초등교사의 기초학력부진아 지도실태분석을 통한 학력 신장 지원방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2020년 10월부터 11월까지 경기도 소재 초등교사 272명의 설문 내용을 분석하였다. 본 주제 설정의 근본 취지는 코로나19의 확산에 따른 기초학력부진에 대한 우려로 기초학력부진 대응책을 교육부, 교육청, 교육지원청에서 중요 수행과제로 설정하였기 때문이다. 원격수업 사전 준비 부족은 학생들의 자기주도적 학습능력에 따른 학습격차로 이어졌고, 해결방안 강구가 교육혁신의 가장 큰 문제로 부각되었다. 이에 따른 분석결과는 기초학력부진아 지도의 목적 및 운영계획, 추진 방법의 이해 정도가 가장 높게 나타났고, 기초학력부진아 지도, 지원과 관련하여 도움을 받을 수 있는 지역사회 기관을 활용한다는 인식이 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 여교사, 20년 이상 경력 교사, 기초학력부진아 지도 관련 연수경험이 있는 교사의 기초학력부진아 지도실태에 대한 인식 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기초학력부진아 학력 신장 지원방안에서는 수업 중 팀티칭을 위한 협력교사 확대가 가장 높게 나타났고, 모니터링 및 컨설팅 지원이 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 경력에 따라 교사의 인식 수준은 차이를 보였다. 따라서 본 연구자는 교사 연수 확대, 지역사회와의 협력강화를 통한 학력부진에 관한 효과적 대응방안, 정책⋅재정 지원 등이 절실히 필요함을 인식하였다. 또한, 기초학력부진아의 지도실태 및 학력 신장을 교육혁신의 방향에서 접근시켜 특색있는 교육프로그램 개발 및 운영이 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study analyzed the responses of 272 teachers from 16 elementary schools in Gyeonggi-do in order to find ways to support slow learners through the analysis of the survey. According to the analysis, female teachers are more aware of the slow learners education than male teachers, general teachers rather than senior teachers, and teachers with more than 20 years of experience in teaching slow learners had a high level of awareness of the actual status for slow learners education. In addition, to support the improvement of education for slow learners is also found to be more recognizable than for female teachers, general teachers, and teachers with experience in teaching slow learners rather than male teachers, senior teachers and teachers without experience in teaching slow learners. The level of perception of teachers differed according to their careers. Therefore, in order to enhance the understanding of slow learners and to provide effective education, an integrated welfare support system shall be established to expand teacher training and strengthen community cooperation. Moreover, it is necessary to expand the deployment of cooperative teachers and to gather opinions from field teachers. Based on the research results, it will be necessary to strengthen connections with families and develop and operate distinctive educational programs that reflect school and regional characteristics in order to increase the educational background.

        초등학생의 학업성취동기, 학습몰입, 학습만족, 학업적 자기효능감 간의 관계

        본 연구는 초등학생의 ‘학업성취동기’, ‘학습몰입’, ‘학습만족’, ‘학업적 자기효능감’ 간 관계를 구조모형으로 살펴보고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 경기도에 소재한 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생 895명의 응답 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 초등학생의 학업성취동기는 학업적 자기효능감에 가장 크게 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학업성취동기는 학습몰입과 학습만족에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업성취동기는 학습몰입 또는 학습만족을 매개하는 단순매개효과 및 학습몰입과 학습만족을 매개로 하는 이중매개효과 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째. 학습몰입은 학습만족과 학업적 자기효능감에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치고, 학습만족을 매개하여 학업적 자기효능감에 간접적인 정적 영향도 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 학습만족은 학업적 자기효능감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 초등학생들의 학업적 자기효능감에 영향을 주는 요인들의 관계를 검증하였다는 데 의의가 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 초등학생의 학업적 자기효능감을 높이기 시사점을 제언하였다. This study aimed to examine the relationship between “academic achievement motivation”, “learning immersion”, “learning satisfaction”, and “academic self-efficacy” perceived by elementary school students as a structural model. To this end, 895 fifth-grade and sixth-grade elementary school students in Gyeonggi-do Province responded. First, research results showed that the motivation of elementary school students to achieve academic performance has the greatest static effect on their academic self-efficacy. Second, academic achievement motivation has been shown to have a direct static effect on learning immersion and learning satisfaction. Third, both the simple parameter effect that mediates learning immersion or learning satisfaction and the dual parameter effect that mediates learning immersion and learning satisfaction have a significant impact. Fourth, learning immersion has a direct static effect on learning satisfaction and academic self-efficacy, and indirect static effect on academic self-efficacy by mediating learning satisfaction. Fifth, learning satisfaction has been shown to have a static effect on academic self-efficacy. This study is meaningful in verifying the relationship between factors that influence elementary school students academic self-efficacy, and based on this, suggested the implications for increasing elementary school students academic self-efficacy.

      • 풍수와 장풍득수 의미 고찰

        This study examined the meaning of feng shui, Jangpung(藏風), and Deuksu(得水) in the feng shui classics Cheongokyeong(靑烏經) and Geumnanggyeong(錦囊經). In the meantime, since each scholar had different interpretations, previous studies were compared and analyzed, and the meaning was considered in consideration of natural laws. In feng shui, “The wind is the movement of energy, and the water moves according to the action of energy, and the water moves along the water, so the water does not keep the energy, but supplies it to the place where it is created. Ki is invisible, but water is visible and invisible, and both are created and interacted by it. Feng shui is to use the action phenomenon of energy, which is collected and dispersed by wind and water.” Jangpung said, “The consultation is to prevent the Saenggi before erupting from the ground to the ground from becoming wind and dispersing, and in a broad sense, even to prevent the energy from being scattered by Sasinsa.” Deuksu said, “It is to obtain the energy that holds water, and to gain good virtue by taking the internal energy flowing into the ground and the external air moving with the water on the ground.” In Geumnanggyeong, feng shui is called “Deuksu Wisang(得水爲上), Jangpungchazi(藏風次之),” which means, “The next thing is to gain energy through Deuksu and not disperse the energy obtained,” so the existing interpretation of stopping the flowing energy with water is not suitable for the principle of nature. “Modern society is more used in Yangtaek than in Yintaek,” and the principle of “getting energy by gaining energy and protecting energy by wind” is more important.

        스마트 TV 리모컨 인터랙션 유형별 사용성 비교 연구

        Objective: This study aims to conduct usability test for Smart TV based on interaction type of remote control for enhancing user experience. Background: As an increasing of purchasing of Smart TV, it is considered as a representative platform and device in a home entertainment. The provision of remote control with efficient access and interactive method is important to obtain product competitiveness. Method: A total of twenty people participated in the main experiment. Each subject performed five user scenario including general and smart task functions. General and motion remote control were selected as an experimental variable. The eye movements for the subjects were collected through eye tracking system. In addition, the participants rated subjective workload and satisfaction in terms of usability for Smart TV. Results: The ratio of gaze duration for the motion remote control was relatively low compared to that for the general remote control. The motion remote control induced lower user"s workload and greater subjective satisfaction while performing the smart functions. Conclusion: The motion remote control applied to the pointing interaction is more appropriate for complex and serial tasks in Smart TV. Application: The results of this study will contribute to design the usability guideline in regards to Smart TV interaction.

        조직의 교육훈련이 교육훈련전이와 종사원의 역할행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 조직에서의 교육훈련이 교육훈련전이와 종사원의 역할행동에 미치는 영향과 교육훈 련전이의 매개 효과를 실증적으로 분석하고자 했다. 가설검증을 위하여 모든 종사원이 매년 교육 의무이수제를 도입·운영하고 있는 N공단의 본부와 전국 33개 단위 조직을 대상으로 수집한 539 명의 설문 데이터를 SPSS로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 훈련내용의 직무관련성과 교육훈련 참여자는 교육훈련전이에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤 으나, 훈련자의 능력은 유의한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 교육훈련이 종사원의 역할행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 직무행동, 조직시민행동은 긍정적인 영향이 나타났고 반생산적행동에는 훈련자의 능력만이 유의한 수준을 보여 주었다. 교육훈련전이의 매개 효과도 직무행동과 조직시 민행동과의 관계에서 유의한 영향이 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과의 인적자원관리상의 함의와 시사 점, 본 연구의 문제점과 향후 과제들도 함께 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of training in organization on transfer of training and role behavior of the employees as well as mediating effect of transfer of training. In order to verify the hypothesis, the result of survey conducted on 539 people in the headquarters of N organization and 33 units nationwide where compulsory education system is introduced and operated annually to all employees are analyzed using SPSS. The result of analysis showed the job relation of training and trainees affected the transfer of training positively. However, no significant effect on the ability of the trainer was proven. Also, as a result of analyzing the effect of training on role behavior of the employees, positive effect was shown in job behavior and organizational citizenship behavior and only the ability of trainer showed a significant level in counterproductive work behaviors. The mediating effect of transfer of training also has a significant effect in job behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. Implications of this study in terms of human resource management as well as problems and directions for future studies are suggested in this paper.
