        The purpose of this study is to keep pace with the qualitative change of beauty salons and recent trend to give the growth for earnings creation by inquiring into how consumers are satisfied with any additional services through a survey of consumer satisfaction related to additional services in beauty salons. A survey was conducted on 300 customers using additional services more than two times in beauty salons locating in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do and incheon districts, to inquire into the satisfaction and repurchase intention through the difference in consumer satisfaction and the types of provided additional services by demographic characteristics in providing beauty services. In result, a sample survey was conducted through 295 questionnaires sincerely responded. The result of this study were a follows. First, it showed that additional service frequency had a significant effect on additional service satisfaction. Second, it showed that additional service satisfaction had a significant effect on additional service use intention in beauty salons. Also, frequency of dependent variables (nail service, makeup service, skin care service, scalp care service) had a significant effect on additional service use intention in beauty salons.

        The purpose of this study is to figure out the condition of beauty service education, and to examine differences and effects for employees` job satisfaction, service quality and customer satisfaction by CS(Customer Satisfaction) education program`s exists. Employees` job satisfaction, service quality and customer satisfaction were high in the beauty shop have CS education than have not it. Therefor, CS education is needed to improve employees` job satisfaction, service quality and customer satisfaction.

        미용실 CS교육이 직무만족도, 서비스품질, 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to figure out the condition of beauty service education, and come up with the design of beauty service-customized CS(Customer Satisfaction) education program that combines the characteristics of beauty service with CS education for employees` job satisfaction, service quality components and customer satisfaction. To examine what kind of relationship these factors have with job satisfaction, service quality and customer satisfaction, and how job satisfaction and service quality affect customer satisfaction, 6 hypotheses were established. These hypotheses were started from an idea that CS education, job satisfaction and service quality will affect customer satisfaction for the organic relationship with each other like trifecta. This study was tried to come up with the appropriateness and improvement of current CS education program in beauty shop by exploring the relationship between them. The results are summarized as follows. First, for the improvement of job satisfaction and service quality, leadership education and organizational activation education were turned out to be the most important. Second, the improvement of general job satisfaction had the biggest effect on the improvement of customer satisfaction as well as 4 sub-factors of service quality. Third, the high relationship with service quality was the largest improvement of customer satisfaction. Consequently, to improve customer satisfaction and employees` job satisfaction, it has not to attach weight to only character education and hospitality service education any more, but carry out leadership education and organizational activation education to all employees without fail.

        율동적 동작이 치매노인의 신체적 기능 및 정서상태에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 율동적 동작프로그램이 치매노인의 신체적 기능 및 정서상태에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위함이다. 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 사전사후설계인 유사실험연구이며, 연구대상자는 일개의 전문요양시설에 있는 치매로 진단받은 노인을 CDR로 측정하여 경증치매노인 20명이었다. 경증치매노인 20명을 실험군과 대조군에 무작위로 10명씩 배정하였다. 연구도구는 유연성을 측정하는 체전굴검사, 균형도구, 하지근력을 측정하는 의자검사, 한국형 노인우울척도(GDS)이며, 실험군과 대조군에게 중재전, 중재 8주후, 중재 16주후에 연구도구를 측정하였다. 율동적 동작 프로그램은 음악을 이용하여 능동적 근관절운동이 포함되어 있는 율동과 스트레칭으로 구성되어 있으며 오후시간에 1회 50분간 일주일에 3회씩 16주간으로 15분의 스트레칭 체조 15분의 민요음악에 맞추어 능동적 근관절운동을 포함한 율동적 동작, 15분의 게임, 5분간의 정리운동순으로 훈련된 연구보조자에 의해 수행되었다. 율동적 동작프로그램이 치매노인의 신체적 기능과 정서상태에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 Mamn Whitney U 검정한 결과, 하지근력, 유연성, 균형성에서 중재 8주과 16주 후에 실험군과 대조군간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있게 나타났다. 율동적 동작프로그램을 수행한 실험군에서 사전 중재 8주, 중재 16주간의 차이를 비교하고자 Wilcon Signed Rank 검정한 결과, 하지근력, 유연성, 균형성, 우울에서 사전과 중재 8주, 사전과 중재 16주간 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 있게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 요양시설에 있는 치매노인에게 음악을 이용한 율동적 동작을 중재하여 하지근력을 유지하게 하여 낙상의 위험성을 예방하고 신체적 기능 유지에 도움을 주면서, 정서적인 측면에서 안정감을 부여하여 궁극적으로 치매노인의 삶의 질을 유지할 수 있으리라 본다. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of movement/exercise on physical and emotional functioning in elders with cognitive impairments. A quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design was conducted. Twenty ambulatory residents with mildly cognitive impairments were chosen in a long-term care facility. Ten residents were randomly selected to receive the intervention. The protocol was developed by the investigator. Two nurses were trained using the protocol. Using the protocol, movement/exercise program included greetings each other, stretching using range of motion movement from head to toe, dance movement using traditional music, reminiscence, and games. For the intervention with ten residents, exercise program was provided by two trained nurses during one hour three times a week for the 16-week period. For data analysis, mann whitney u test was used to analyze homogeneity test to determine the difference of variables between control and experimental group at the baseline. There was no statistically significant difference of variables between two groups at the baseline. Mann whitney u test was used to determine the effects of exercise intervention on variables between two groups at the 8-week and 16-week intervention. At the 8-week testing, there was statistically significant difference of balance, and muscle strength of legs between two groups. At the 16-week testing, there was statistically significant difference of physical functioning such as balance, muscle, strength of legs, and muscle flexibility. However, there was no statistically significant difference of depression between two groups at the 8-week and 16 week test. In conclusion, the findings have implications for maintaining or improving muscle strength of legs, balance, muscle flexibility and emotional functioning of elders with mildly cognitive impairments in the long-term care facility, when they were continuously provided with movement/exercise using auditory and physical stimuli.

To grasp the concept and traits of figurative walls, the study deploys theocratical research and typological methods which categorise figurative walls according to their traits, and verify the periodical differences of figurative walls.<br/> The study deals with four periodical stages - ① pre-renaissance period, ② renaissance and baroque period, ③ modern period, and ④ post-modern period - in the inquiry on the periodical expressive traits.
