        In the today’s world, the economy is opening up and being integrated through globalization and the products are standardized and modularized and the global market changes into homogeneity and the development of transportation and communication shortens the distance in time and space to the world market, which provides opportunities for the enterprises to develop further. Due to the vitalization of the capital market and the government’s deregulation, many enterprises are advancing abroad, and this trend is not limited to big corporations but has effects on small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies (Kim Jeong-po, 2005) Entrepreneurial directivity thinking and global network are essential requisites for global small and medium-sized enterprises to overcome the shortage of resources compared with big corporations and immature business administration capabilities. The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of global directivity of global small and medium-sized enterprises on the business management performance through global marketing capabilities and to examine whether there are moderating effects according to the nationality difference between Korea and the other countries. The participants in this research were the employees of 50 randomly selected global small and medium-sized enterprises located in both at home and abroad and a total of 360 questionnaires were distributed to them from December 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016 and 327 copies were collected, of which 4 defective copies were excluded and the remaining 323 effective questionnaires were used for statistical analysis data. The collected data underwent the coding process and were analyzed using IBM SPSS statistics version 22.0 for windows and AMOS 22.0. This research aims to establish the effects of global directivity of global small and medium-sized enterprises on the global marketing capabilities and the business management performance, and it has significance in its positive analysis to examine whether the nationality difference between Korea and overseas countries has moderating effects. The results of verifying the research hypotheses are summarized as follows. First, the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that global directivity of global small and medium-sized enterprises will have effects on global expansion of global marketing capabilities showed that entrepreneurial directivity and network directivity had statistically significant effects on global expansion. Second, the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that global directivity of global small and medium-sized enterprises will have effects on market directivity of global marketing capabilities showed that market directivity, entrepreneurial directivity, network directivity all had statistically significant effects on market directivity of global marketing capabilities. Third, the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that global marketing capabilities of global small and medium-sized enterprises which are the parameters will have effects on business management performance showed that the two variables - global expansion and global market directivity - were all significant. Fourth, the results of verifying the hypothesis about the analysis of the moderating effects of nationality difference between Korea and the other countries showed that, in the simple path significance comparison, the hypothesis that “there will be differences in the effects of the entrepreneurial directivity of global small and medium-sized enterprises on global expansion according to the nationality difference between Korea and the other countries,” and the hypothesis that “there will be differences in the effects of the entrepreneurial directivity of global small and medium-sized enterprises on global market directivity according to the nationality difference between Korea and the other countries,” were adopted in Korea and rejected in the other countries, s

        The purpose and the value of a public library is beyond just a knowledge information source, but a space where the citizens can utilize the information to express and create freely. It is necessary for public libraries to have an effective development policies and projects. Public libraries also should focus on fair and equal provision of information service and on alleviating the information gap. This research analysed the management policies of Busan metropolitan city, Busan metropolitan fundamental self-governed organization for effective management. Based on the Busan metropolitan city information source’s management policy, this research separate the policy into 4 parts: law, system and extension of infrastructure area, vitalization of the information service, and hiring experts. Based on the analysis of the public library’s management policies and projects, this research proposes a future plan and guideline for enhancing the efficiency of public library’s management policies.

      • 선박의장품 제조기업의 역량이 신뢰 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        Ship accessories are items related to shipbuilding and refer to all goods that are used in operating ships, such as the gears and machineries that are needed for ships. Therefore, a (specialized) manufacturer of such items act as a vendor for a shipbuilder, that is, a shipyard. This study examined the influence of the competency of the ship accessory manufacturers on the business performance as mediated by trust. The data for this study were gathered from the employees of ship accessory makers in Busan and Gyeongnam region, over the period from Feburary 1, 2019 till March 31, 2019. A total of 518 responses were collected and after excluding 96 incomplete or unreliable responses, a total of 422 reposnses were used as the statistical data. The data, after being coded were processed using IBM SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. Through the empirical analysis, this study examined various corporate competencies, namely price competencies, and technical competencies of ship equipment manufacturing companies. In addition, by classifying the trust of the shipbuilding company for the shipbuilding manufacturer into the corporate trust and the product trust, the relationship between the corporate capability of the shipbuilding manufacturer is directly verified, The relationship between fiancial and non-financial management performance is also directly verified.

      • 재생 에너지기업의 지식경영 성공요인이 경영활동 및 경영효과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this empirical study is to examine the impact of the success factors of knowledge management of a renewable energy company upon its management activities and management effect. The success factors of knowledge management are composed of the leadership. organizational/ corporate culture, IT, and evaluation/reward system. The data for this study were gathered among the people who live or work in Busan, Gyeongnam, Daegu, or Gyeongbuk region, over the period from september 18 to december 39, 2019. The survey was conducted as an electronic survey. Of 465 responses received, 418 responses were used as the sample data excluding 45 responses which were incomplete or regarded insincere. The gathered data were coded and analyzed using IBM SPSS and AMOS 25.0. The result obtained through the hypothesis were as follows; First, the organizational/corporate culture had an impact on knowledge acquision, the knowledge management system upon knowledge acqusition, and the evaluation and reward upon knowledge acquisition and knowledge application. However, the leadership of the top management and strategy did not have a significant impact on knowledge acqusition and application, while the organizational/ corporate culture had no significant effect on the application of knowledge as well. Second, the result of the analysis on the hypothesis that managment activities will have an impact on the management effect showed that knowledge acquision had an impact on personal and organizational work effectiveness, while knowledge application had an impact on personal work effectiveness but no effect on organizational work effectiveness.

      • 게임이용자의 경험적가치가 환기와 게임충성도 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        In this research, the effects of game users’ experiential value on arousal, game loyalty, and business performance were examined. The research data were collected from the game users who were playing games in randomly chosen 6 arcade game rooms (amusement arcades) and 6 Internet cafes in Busan for 60 days from February 1, 2016 to March 31, 2016. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed and 574 questionnaires were collected, and of the collected questionnaires, the defective 29 questionnaires were excluded and the final 545 effective questionnaires were used for statistical analysis data. The collected data went through the coding process and were analyzed using IBM SPSS statistics version 22.0 for windows and AMOS 22.0. The results derived through verification of research hypotheses are as follows. First, the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that game users’ experiential value will have effects on arousal showed that pleasure, escapism, aesthetics, telepresence had statistically significant effects on active arousal. Also, escapism, intellectual curiosity, telepresence were found to have statistically significant effects on tense arousal. Pleasure and aesthetics had no significant effects on tense arousal. Second, the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that game users’ arousal will have effects on game loyalty showed that active arousal had statistically significant effects on game loyalty but tense arousal had no statistically significant effects on game loyalty. These results can be said to confirm that it is eventually positive emotion that has effects on game loyalty. Third, the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that game users’ game loyalty will have effects on business performance showed that game loyalty had statistically significant effects on business performance. Fourth, the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that game users’ experiential value of pleasure and aesthetics will have effects on game loyalty showed that pleasure and aesthetics had statistically significant effects on game loyalty.

        환경적 경영활동요인이 환경경영수준 및 기업성과에 미치는 영향

        Environmental protection and sustainable management of companies are not only social responsibilities, but also essential requirements according to legal regulations. As the importance of environmental management increases, companies try to strategically respond to the relationship between environmental protection and business performance. The main results of this study are as follows. Among environmental management factors, CEO perception, market opportunity, government regulation, and social responsibility were found to have significant effects on strategic responses. Next, the effects of environmental management factors (CEO recognition, management competency, organizational culture, market opportunity, market pressure, government regulation, and social responsibility) on the practice level were all significant. Among environmental management levels, the impact of strategic response on environmental performance, strategic performance, and financial performance was found to be significant. Among the environmental management levels, the effect of the practice level on environmental performance, strategic performance, and financial performance was found to be significant. Finally, the conclusions and implications of this study, limitations of the study, and future research were suggested.

        중소기업의 해외진출 동기가 경영성과와 후속투자의도에 미치는 영향

        Recently, small and medium-sized companies have been responding to the trend of globalization by penetrating overseas markets and increasing overseas investment. In the face of such a rapidly changing business environment and intensifying competition, this study investigated the impact of SMEs' motivation to enter overseas markets and subsequent investment intentions through management performance. From February 7 to April 6, 2022, a self-report survey was conducted on small and medium-sized enterprises in Busan and Gyeongnam that did business in foreign countries. The results are as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the hypothesis that management performance will affect subsequent investment intention, both financial and non-financial management performance had a statistically significant effect on subsequent investment intention. Second, as a result of analyzing the hypothesis that there will be a difference in the effect of SMEs' overseas expansion motivation on subsequent investment intentions through management performance depending on the type of business of corporations and individuals, it was confirmed that there is a partial difference.

      • 우리나라 벤처산업의 문제점과 발전방안에 관한 연구

        1990년 대 후반 국가경제위기 이후 극심한 기업들의 생존전략으로 벤처기업들의 등장이 새로운 변화로 대두되었다. 즉, 1990년대 이후 다시금 세계 경제를 주도하기 시작한 미국의 재도약에는 닷컴으로 불리우는 벤처 기업의 역할이 상당히 컸다. 또한 높은 수준의 기술력과 장래성이 있으나 경영 기반이 약해 일반 금융기관으로부터 투자를 이끌어 내기 어려운 벤처 기업에 생명력을 불어넣어 준 것은 벤처캐피탈의 역할이었다. 현대 사회에서 벤처기업들의 생존과 성공의 확률은 매우 낮은 편이라 할 수 있다. 벤처기업이 성공하기 위해서는 새로운 기술과 아이디어 창출 및 자본력과 좋은 인재를 확보 해야마나 창업 성공의 지름길이라 할 수 있다. 물론 자본력이 아닌 새로운 아이디어와 기술로 승부하는 모험적인 벤처기업도 많이 있다. 1980년대 벤처기업의 출현 이후 정부의 창업 활성화 정책과 민간창업투자회사들의 설립으로 인하여 신기술을 바탕으로 벤처기업가 정신에 기인한 건전한 기업운영을 추구하였다. 그러나 벤처창업의 인지도가 낮은 상태에서의 자본금의 회수는 어려웠고 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 1996년 코스닥이 형성되었다. 그러나 많은 벤처기업이 도산위기에 있거나 실패하는 벤처기업도 적지 않은 상태이다. 특히, 경영의 위험성이 매우 높지만 성공하라 경우 상당한 고수익이 기대되는 신규기업이라 할 수도 있지만 일반적으로 벤처기업이 일반중소기업과 다른 점은 지금까지 없었던 창의적인 제품과 서비스를 내세운다는 점과 창의적인 사업 아이디어를 지속적으로 추구한다는 점이다. 본 연구는 우리나라 벤처산업의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고 그에 따른 해결방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 성공한 벤처기업의 사례분석과 통해 성공사례에 대한 문제점과 해결방안이 무엇인지를 합리적으로 파악하고 그에 따른 대안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 통하여 벤처기업의 성공, 실패요인 및 원인분석과 함께 보다 효율적인 벤처산업의 발전정책연구에 기여하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 벤처산업에 대한 기본적인 개념과 틀, 국내외 벤처산업의 현황과 문제점을 파악한다. 그리고 나아가 벤처산업의 발전을 위한 정책대안과 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 벤처산업에 대한 이론적 배경지식과 관련연구를 기존문헌을 중심으로 문헌적 연구방법에 의한 자료를 수집, 분석하였다. Venture business is developing rapidly with an increase in investor‘s interest but showing some problems in social policy area. The hardest things for venture business owners were reserving sufficient capital for their business. Thus, the government should quicken the pace of policies that support business investment. The government's actions should be especially limited to establishing enough infrastructures that allows venture capitals to invest with tranquillity. Lastly, the government should support growing venture industries not by blind-faith support but by logical and systematical support policies. Venture business is expected to grow steadily with government's sufficient support and venture business's effort as well as cooperation with conglomerates.

      • 금속표면처리기업의 생산기술역량이 시장지향성과 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the researcher studied how the technical capabilities in reflection of the needs of the customers influenced the business performance through mediating market orientation. For this, the technical capability was used as the exogenous variable, while market orientation and business performance as the endogenous variables. The data collected in this study were codified and processed using IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0 for windows and AMOS 23.0. And, the results of these analyses were as follows; First, in order to confirm the general characteristics and the approximate statistical values for each survey question, the researcher conducted a frequency analysis accompanied by a descriptive statistical analysis on the survey items. Second, in order to present various questions in an appropriate number of factors, an explorative factor analysis was conducted. And, a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted in order to reverify the convergent validity and determination validity. Third, in order to verify the internal consistence of the variables, Cronbach s was used to conduct a confidence analysis. Fifth, a path analysis was conducted in order to verify the hypothesis drawn from this study.

        중소 제조기업의 종합적 품질경영활동(TQM)이 기업역량 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        Regardless of the size of scale, the top quality management of a corporation is a measure enabled to strengthen the corporate capabilities and maximize management results. The present study was conducted to demonstrate the influence of top quality management(TQM) for small and medium businesses on the corporate capabilities and management results. Based on the research model, the study investigated precedent researches and established hypothesis to prove based on logicality. Afterwards, the statistical analysis program was used to conduct the empirical analysis. As a result of analysis, partial relationships that the TQM of small and medium businesses influenced corporate capabilities. In addition, as a result of analyzing the relationship between corporate capabilities and management, this part was also selected. Based on the results of the present study, the summary and implications can be explained as follows. First, the source of competition for corporations begin with the product quality that they manufacture. It could be favorable for a corporation devote their work on product sales but they can only devote on product sales if the product quality can support that. If the product quality is not good, corporations cannot only receive various claims from their customers and it also is bad in the aspect of evaluation and therefore, it is the case where the corporation deteriorates its own competitive power. When combining the contents of description, it is not important to establish external-internal strategies for a corporation to develop with competitive powers but is desirable for corporations to first remove the root cause that hinder corporate growth and then establish directions for growth.
