4차 산업혁명이라는 디지털 트랜스포메이션이 산업 전반의 혁신적인 핵심 키워드로 자리 잡고 있다. 설계분야 또한 디지털화, 자동화 등 스마트기술 활용을 위한 기준들이 제정되고, 이에 따른 활용 솔루션들이 개발되고 있는 실정이다. 설계 특성상 각 분야의 엔지니어들이 참여하여 그 과정에서 원활한 의사소통 및 신속한 의사결정을 요한다. 이를 위해서 BIM 정보에 대한 관리체계와 협업의 기준이 필요하다. ISO19650은 BIM에 대한 조직 내 정보관리 운영체제를 위한 국제표준으로, BIM 기반의 디지털 협업을 위한 기준으로서 국내 건설 산업의 특성에 따른 실제 활용성 증대 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다. Currently, digital transformation, the 4th industrial revolution, is becoming a key innovative keyword throughout the industry. In the design field, new standards are being established for digitization and automation through smart technology, and utilization solutions are being developed according to the new standards. In particular, the technologies used for BIM, which are the basis of smart construction, and the solutions that can operate them are continuously being developed and expanded. Due to the nature of design, engineers from various fields participate and there are various solutions used by them. Therefore, standards for BIM information management and collaboration are needed for smooth communication and rapid decision-making in the design process. These standards of management and collaboration must exist in a standardized form and require continuous management. ISO 19650 is an international standard for an information management operating system within an organization for BIM, and as a standard for digital collaboration based on BIM, it is intended to suggest ways to increase actual usability according to the characteristics of the domestic construction industry.

Characteristics of $TiO_2$nanoparticles controlled by precursor flow rate and reaction temperature in chemical vapor condensation process were interpreted in the view of decisive reaction factors, i.e. supersaturation ratio, concentration of vapor molecule, collision frequency and rate, and residence time, which directly affect the particle size and size distribution in CVC reactor. As results, the increases of precursor flow rate and reaction temperature induced the increase in the average sizes of $TiO_2$ nanoparticles in CVC reactor by acceleration of coagulation growth due to the increase of collision between $TiO_2$vapor molecules and particles. The effects of reaction factors on the characteristics of$TiO_2$nanoparticles were discussed with considering particle formation process in CVC reactor under given process parameters.

A case of adenocarcinoma at the duodenojejunal junction was encountered recently at W.M.B.H. in Pusan. The patient had complained of epigastric pain and post-prandial vomiting for 40 days. Under the impression of a tumor at the duodenojejunal junction on small bowel series with contrast media, the segmental resection with side-to-end duodenojejunostomy was performed and disclosed small mass at the duodenojejunal junction just below the ligament of Treitz and it was confirmed to be a adenocarcinoma of the jejunum histopathologically. We report this case with the review of the literatures.

Properties of nanoparticles synthesized during gas phase reaction were studied in terms of particle behaviors using real-time particle characterization method. For this study, $TiO_2$ nanoparticles were synthesized in the chemical vapor condensation process(CVC) and their in-situ measurement of particle formation and particle size distribution was performed by scanning mobility particle sizer(SMPS). As a result, particle behaviors in the CVC reactor were affected by both of number concentration and thermal coagulation, simultaneously. Particularly, growth and agglomeration between nanoparticles followed two different ways of dominances from coagulations by increase of number concentration and sintering effect by increased temperature.
각종 급 만성 간질환에 있어서 IgM anti-HBc 의 양성률 및 의의

In 158 patients with acute and chronic liver diseases, who were hospitalized or had visited the out-patient clinic from Jan. 1984 to May 1986, 1986, we studied the prevalence of serum positive IgM anti-HBc by radioimmunoassay(RIA). We found the results useful for diagnosis of HBsAg negative acute viral hepatitis type B and for differential diagnosis among acute and chronic liver diseases. 1) IgM anti-HBc was positive in 89% of 36 patients with acute viral hepatitis type R. 2) Among 51 patients with acute viral hepatitis 36 had B type hepatitis. The remaining 15 patient were all negative for IgM anti-HBc: two cases had acute viral hepatitis type A, 5 cases had non A non R hepatitis and 8 cases had acute drug related toxic hepatitis. 3) Among the various chronic liver diseases patients, the prevalence rate of lgM anti-HBc in serum was highest in chronic active hepatitis patients, 38%. 4) The prevalence of positive IgM anti-HBc in chronic active hepatitis was more significant in HBsAg(+) HBeAg(+) patients(40%) than HBsAg ( - ) patients(17%).
